Dean sat in the impala, in the doctors parking lot for an eternity. His fists gripped tight, white knuckling the steering wheel. His mouth was dry and his mind blank. The doctor explained what would be happening over the next months but he didn't listen. He was in shock. Jack sat in the passenger seat looking out the window, not saying anything. There was dead silence between them. It was only broken by Dean's phone ringing. He didn't grab for it. He let it ring. Jack noticed Deans unwillingness to move. He reached over and searched his pockets for the phone. He got it just in time.

"Dean?" Sam asked.

"Jack," Jack answered.

"Where's Dean?"

"He's... still in the doctors office," he lied.

"Still? Do you know what's wrong with him?" Jack shook his head and rubbed his face.

"Ah... It looks like we won't know for a few days," Jack looked at a pale faced Dean. "We might be a little bit longer than we thought,".

"That's fine. As long as they figure out what's wrong with Dean. I'll have lunch ready for you guys. Won't be warm but it's food," Sam chuckled.

"Yeah. Thanks. See you soon," Jack hung up the phone. He held the stack of papers the doctor gave to them. He looked through them.

"Dean, we should get these prenatal vitamins before we go back home,". Jack looked at Dean's face for some kind of recognition. Nothing. He was gone. Jack shrugged, took Deans wallet, and got out of the car. There was a pharmacy about a half mile away. He brought the papers with him.

He was back in an hour with a bag in hand. It was filled with everything the doctor suggested he take. He got back in the car and noticed that Deans hands where now wrapped around his midsection. He was staring at the floor.

Jack pulled out a bottle and looked at it. He reeled back by the 'actual size' of the pill on the bottle. He smiled.

"Look at the pills you have to take," he chuckled as he tried showing Dean the bottle. But that didn't work. The man didn't move. Jack sighed and laid back in his seat. "If it makes any difference I wouldn't have ever guessed you're an omega. You're powerful, confident, and strong, not that omegas can't be that. But you give off good Alpha energy. I guess I just ignored the signs,".

They sat there for another five minutes before Dean spoke.

"Cas," he leaned his head down and on the steering wheel.

"Do... you want me to call him?" Jack asked gingerly.

"No!" Dean answered quickly and sharply, "Cas can't ever find out!" Dean grabbed his phone from Jack. He started typing on it quickly. Jack looked over at his screen. He was looking up abortion clinics.

"What are you looking up?" He asked hesitantly.

"You don't wanna know," he answered flatly. Jack had a sick feeling in his core.

"You're not going to... get rid of it... are you?" Dean looked at the kid. He gave him a stern expression.

"Do you want me to answer that?" Jack didn't say anything. He just looked away and out the window.

After a few minutes of searching Dean heard a sniffle. He rolled his eyes and turned his phone off.

"Jack. Are you crying?" He asked.

"No," Jack whimpered. Dean leaned back in his seat.

"Yeah and I'm not an omega. What are you bawling about?"

"I'm not bawling. I'm sulking," Jack corrected him.

"Okay. Why are you sulking?" Dean asked. Jack turned to him. Teary eyed and a little red in the face. He shrugged noncommittally.

"It's my cousin. It's a Nephilim like me. I don't know... I just feel a connection to it. You said you were going to protect it. Even from Cas," shit he did say that.

"Well it's a little different now," Dean waved his hands, "I'm the one who's pregnant. I have to be a dad. I can't do that. I was raised like shit; you think I can raise anyone better than that?" He was getting louder, "And- and what about it being a Nephilim? How can I protect it from god himself?"

"We can train it- you said-"

"I know what I said but it's a little harder in practice," he yelled. He sighed heavily. He shook his head, "look I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at myself for letting my guard down. Especially knowing I was going to have my heat," his voice started to get louder with each passing word, "I should have bought protection. I should have taken birth control. I should have done something besides screw up mine and Cas's' life!" He was out of breath from yelling. A tear fell down his cheek.

There was silence.

"Castiel. It's Cas's' pup?" Jack whispered. Dean sighed and nodded.

"I'm in love with him,"

"What a coincidence," Jack looked away and uttered under his breath

"My stupid inner omega wanted him so badly that I begged him to sleep with me,". He covered his face with his hands, "I remember begging him to screw me until I was full of his pups. God damnit," he was pulling at his head, "oh Jesus- what if I have a litter? I can't protect all of them! And what if it gets kidnapped by some demons?! Wha-"

"Dean," Jack put his hand on his shoulder, "it's going to be okay. With you and me and Sam and Cas as it's family, it'll be safe," Jack smiled, "and don't worry it's just one. I can't tell if it's a girl or a boy but when I do I'll tell you," he wiped Deans tears away. He took in a deep breath. He looked at his phone and shook his head.

"I don't think I was ever going to get rid of it. It was just a thought." Dean admitted. Jack let out the tension he was holding in.

"Good,". They sat there in silence as Dean grabbed the papers from Jack and looked through them.

"Oh, uh, by the way," Dean spoke up, "don't tell anyone I'm pregnant or an omega... or that I love Cas," he uttered.

"My lips are sealed," Jack smiled.

They drove home and Dean hid his new pills in his room away from prying eyes. He laid back on his bed, sprawled out and comfortable. He sighed and closed his eyes. He took in a deep breath and looked down at his body. If Jack hadn't said anything he would have thought that he was normal. He lifted his hand and hovered over his stomach. He hesitated before placing his hand down. He held his flat belly.

"How am I going to do this?" He asked aloud.
