Dean watched Sam lock their motel room door. He put on blue oyster club as Sam got in. Dean nodded his head to the lyrics. Sam buckled in and Dean took off. They drove in the sleepy town. Slowly taking in the homey feeling the buildings and people gave off. They stopped at the local police station. Dean started digging through his fake ids looking for the right one. Sam didn't move. Dean found his and shoved it in his coat pocket. He looked at his younger brother.

"Where's the hustle?" Dean looked at him with a lifted eyebrow. Sam pushed his lips and looked at dean.

"Why... why are you taking three different types of prenatal vitamins?" Dean blinked.

"Excuse me?" Dean wasn't sure if he heard right.

"I saw you taking medicine. Why are you taking prenatal vitamins?"

Shit, shit, shit. What was he going to say?

"Okay, ah, before I answer: why are you going through my stuff?"

"Dean," Sam sounded panicked, "I'm worried about you. I want to know what's making you sick,".

"These pills have nothing to do with me being sick. I take them because they help with hair thickness and clear skin,". God why was he such a bad liar.

"Oh," Sam released the tension in his body, "that makes sense," thank god Sams so gullible at times.

"Just ask me next time before going through my stuff," Dean scolded, "now hurry up. Let's go,". Dean got out.

He sighed; relieved that Sam believed him. He placed his hand on his stomach. He was going to find out sooner or later. But for now, it's better that he doesn't know. Dean shook off his nerves and walked to the departments entrance. Sam came running up next to him. They entered the building.

After some convincing and badge flashing they were sat in a room with a week old case of a dead girl and her crazy boyfriend.

"Locked up in the loony bin because human looking creatures with shark like teeth killed her. Sounds like our guy. Let's go before these cops get wiser," Dean stood up.

"Caden Castaway. Let's go," Sam smiled. They returned to their car and drove to the hospital.

They entered the psychiatric ward as cops wanting to question Caden again. They entered the men dorm area and found Caden sitting on his bed, twisting his fingers.

"Caden Castaway? My names Detective Zeppelin and this is my partner Detective Steppenwolf," Dean introduced himself and Sam, "We're here to ask you a few questions about the murder of your girlfriend Reese Chambers,".

"Is it okay if we talk to you about what you saw?" Sam added on. Caden shrugged.

"You can but I doubt you'll believe me. The other cops didn't," he sounded bitter, "they said I was crazy and threw me in here,". Sam gave him a comforting smile.

"Don't worry. We're not here to judge. Just tell us exactly what you saw,".

So the man explained that he and his girlfriend were coming out of church from a late night service when a car full of people in dark clothing asked them for directions. He and his girlfriend gave them the directions but they asked them to escort them there. They thought nothing of it and took them to a shady barn house behind a large rock formation. The people got out of their car and attacked him and his girlfriend. He said they started eating her right away. He was being held back by one antsy monster. He was able to escape from them and call the police but it was too late. Reese was gone and so were the monsters.

Dean and Sam took down the location of the barn as well as the make and model of car the monsters were driving and left Caden.

"The police checked out the barn and are watching it now," Sam recalled the paperwork he read.

"If that was their nest, then they must be scrambling to find a new one," Dean kept his eyes on the road.

"We should check out abandoned property in the town center,".

"Sounds fun," dean grimist.

They spend two hours at the town center looking up abandoned properties from the 1960's up until now. They crossed out the ones that were reported to have been half demolished or collapsed roofs. They wrote down the 16 addresses and ran with it. It was dusk when they saw the car Caden described. It was parked just behind their 7th abandoned house. The house was still in town but wasn't near any new or owned property. It was completely isolated. Sam and Dean got out and opened the trunk. He propped up the cover with a gun as he dug through to find his machete. He handed Sam his own giant knife.

They quietly shut the trunk lid and walked up to the door.

"Guns a blaze' or stealth?" Dean asked Sam. Sam answered by kicking in the door in. "Good choice,". They busted in, alerting three younger looking vampires to their location. The three attacked with great speed but Sam sliced one of their heads off. Dean cut off ones head while kicking one back causing it to fall to the ground. Sam finished it off.

"Who's there?"

"What's that?" Voices from the other room shouted. Suddenly 6 more vamps surrounded them. Dean smirked.

"I'll take these three stooges and you take those three," he ordered.

"Easy," Sam popped his neck.

Dean jumped forward quickly killing one as he fought off another. As Sam kicked one vampire back, one slithered away back into the darkness.

Dean punched one and it fell on its ass. He swung his arm, and in a flash the vampires head was gone. Sam was about to kill his last one when they both heard the familiar sound of a big gun cocking. They both looked toward a hallway where the sound came from. There was the vampire that snuck away carrying a double barrel shot gun. He pointed it at Dean.

"Put down your weapons, or else," he demanded. The living two vampires smiled and went to the lead vampires side. The brothers put their hands up and dropped their machetes. The head vampire smirked.

"I told you, Jebediah. If a human capable of killing us comes around; all we need is a gun,". The one holding the gun spoke to the vampire on his left.

"I should never have doubted you Scott,". Jebediah replied. "Duncan, grab their knife, slit their wrists for a taste test,".

The third vampire nodded his head. He grabbed Sams machete and then pulled down his arm. Sam cringed as the blade cut open his flesh. The vampire licked it clean, savoring Sams flavor.

"Not bad," he nodded. He moved to Dean. He again pulled down his arm and slit his wrist. He licked it. He pulled away slowly. Then he went back down for more. He ate at the open wound, with sloppy pops and sucking sounds.

"I know who we're having first," Scott smiled. Duncan shook his head. He walked up to Scott and whispered in his ear. Scott's eyes widened and looked at Dean. He lowered his weapon and tasted Dean on his own. He looked up into Deans eyes. A wicked smile grew on his face. He lifted the barrel to Sam.

"I want to make a deal with you," he spoke directly to Sam.

"What deal?" Sam spat.

"You give me your omega and I'll let you leave alive,". Deans eyes popped open. He quickly looked at his brother to see his reaction.

"What?" Sam shook his head.

"Since you killed most of my family, I want your omega to replace them. It's a fair trade. Your life for this omega. Don't worry I'll keep him safe and comfortable. He'll have to be if we want to have a lot of pups. And we will be having a lot," he turned his attention to Dean, "A pregnant omega is a happy omega,". Sam looked at Dean. Dean could only stare at him. Sam looked back to the vampire.

"Omega...? What are you talking about?"

Deans heart started beating at a fast rate. His breathing became shallow and in a hastened pace.

"Your omega. I want him. If you don't give him willingly," he stepped closer and put the gun directly on Sams forehead and he placed his finger on the trigger, "I'll just kill you and take him anyways,".

Something in Dean snapped. Everything went black.
