Deans eyelids were heavy. He could barely open them. His vision was blurry. All he could see was a fuzzy outline of their dark motel room. He took in a deep breath and rubbed his eyes. The scent of the room was overwhelmingly Sams fresh popped corn and wet dog stink. The fuzziness went away and he saw their room clearly. He sat up and looked around his bed. At first he noticed his head was on Sams lap. He looked to his little brother. He was knocked out cold. He then noticed he was in a nest made with his and Sams clothes mixed in with the motels blankets and towels. The last thing he noticed was he was stripped down to his pants. He looked around for clues. He didn't notice anything until he saw his and Sams wrists. They were bandaged up with gauze and medical tape.

The vampires. He remembered them fighting and kicking ass. Then the one had a gun. And... oh no. Dean covered his face with his hands. He was outed as an omega. Sam seemed like he had no clue. But then... after the gun was pressed to Sams head... then it went black. He didn't remember killing them, or returning to the motel. He didn't know why he made a nest in front of Sam or why he was laying on Sams lap. He thought for a minute before sighing. He sniffed himself. Wait... he sniffed again, and again. Was... Sam scenting him? The whole room smelt like his stinky wet dog ass but so did he. Dean couldn't think anymore. He needed to get his brothers' stench off of him. He grabbed his clothes and headed for the shower. As soon as he couldn't smell Sam anymore he stopped showering. He dried off and changed into semi clean clothes.

He walked back into the room where Sam still sat up against the headboard, sound asleep. Dean checked his phone for the time but it was dead. So he grabbed Sams. He froze. That couldn't be right. It was Saturday. It wasn't Wednesday? It was just Tuesday yesterday so it should be Wednesday. But it's suddenly Saturday? Dean shook his head. While he had the time he took his vitamins and plugged in his phone. He unlocked Sams phone to call Jack but what it opened up to caught his eye. It was a search with greyed out links that had been opened. The search was:

"How to take care of a feral omega"

"Shit," his black out. He must have gone feral. He's never gone feral before. He clicked the phone and looked at Sams search history.

"Feral Alpha, feral omega, calming a feral Alpha, calming a feral omega, does scenting a feral Alpha help, does scenting a feral omega help, images of nests, feral omegas and nests,"

"Shit,". He didn't want to but he continued looking at the search history.

"Can Alphas get pregnant, can male Alphas get pregnant, percentage of male omegas, percentage of female Alphas, can male omegas get pregnant,How to tell if an omega is pregnant,".

He couldn't read anymore. His dirty secret was out. Sam knows. Sam knows he is an omega and he's pregnant. Dean sat at the table, his hands covering his face. He was dreading this. He almost wished Sam wouldn't wake up so he wouldn't have to confront him. After minutes of sulking, Dean got up. He was pissed. He didn't want to be outed like this. He wanted to tell Sam at the last possible second, not during his first trimester. He started angrily grabbing clothes from his nest and throwing them back into his bag. He was able to pack away his and Sams clothes before Sam woke up.

He stirred a little, and looked down. His eyes widened and he panicked.

"Dean?!" He hopped up and looked around the room. Dean was finishing hanging the towels back up in the bathroom. He stuck his head out and looked at his brother.

"Dean- don't do- why even try? He can't understand-" he spoke to himself. Sam walked over to him and grabbed him by the shoulders. He started rubbing his scent gland on Deans neck. Though it was physically calming, he was disgusted that it was his brother scenting him.

"Hey, hey, hey," Dean pushed him off, "I just showered your stink off. I don't want to take another one," Dean scolded as he tried to wipe off the scent. Sam looked at him wide eyed. He then sighed with a smile.

"You're back to normal,". Dean didn't want to reveal that he already knew what had happened, but he had to ask.

"Did I go... feral?" Sam nodded his head.

"Saved my life, but yeah you did,".

"Fill me in. All I remember was the vampires..." he trailed off on purpose trying to see just how much Sam was willing to tell him. Sam looked uncomfortable.

"The leader put a gun to my head. Then you went feral and beat the crap out of him. I killed them off so don't worry about that,". Sam smiled playing it off.

"What did I do when I was feral?" He pushed for more. Sam thought for a moment.

"Well I looked up how to calm an Alpha and scenting does the trick so I basically drove you back here and been scenting you for days now,". So he was going to sweep the omega thing under the rug. Dean pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Cut the bull shit Sam," he stared into his brothers eyes. "Tell me everything that the vampires said,". Sam shook his head and tried to look away.

"They said... they wanted to trade you for my life. But I wouldn't do that to you," again, he tried to smile it off.

"Sam. Why did they want to trade me,". Sam let out an exasperated sigh.

"Dean does it matter-"

"It matters to me! So tell me!" Dean shouted. Sam jumped back a little. He hesitated before answering.

"Because you're an omega- but that's not right. You're an Alpha," he chuckled, "those idiots can't see an Alpha right in front of them,".

Dean didn't say anything. He grabbed his bag and started walking out.

"Wait- did you take your vitamins?" Sam spoke up, " it's been a few days and I couldn't get you to take-" Dean turned around and dropped his bag. He walked right up to Sam and punched his face. Sam stumbled backwards.

"What the hell was tha-"

"SAY IT SAM!" Dean shouted, "SAY IT,". Sam cupped his cheek. He sighed.

"Are you... an omega?" Dean knew this question was coming but it still hit hard. He nodded.

"Yes,".

"And you're... pregnant?" Sam continued.

"Yes," this answer came out more defeated.

Sam ran his fingers through his hair and sat on the bed. There was silence between them. Sam covered his mouth and Dean stood there. His hand nervously held onto his belly.

"I'm your brother, Dean," Sam started, "Why didn't you tell me that you're an omega? Why didn't you tell me that you're pregnant?" Sam looked at Dean, genuine confusion showed on his face. "I wouldn't have let you go on this trip! To hell with vampires. I don't want my brother- sorry- my pregnant brother to get hurt. God- I mean I could have protected you!"

"Protected me from what? Huh? You know I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself!"

"Dean- you're an omega! There are dangers that come with that!" Sam stood up, "what if a demon found out? It'd take you and breed you. Just like the vampires! They wanted to breed you dean! And not just the supernatural things but real people too! Shit-" he grabbed his head, "I'm in charge of your dowry, aren't I? Damnit Dean. I can't marry you off to some random person!"

"Who said that I'd let you!?" Dean growled.

"That's just something I have to worry about!"

"No you don't!"

Sam paused. He looked at Dean then suddenly grabbed him. Dean struggled to get away from him but Sam was too determined. Sam checked out Deans scent gland.

"You're not bonded, good," he let his big brother go.

"Good?! How is that good?"

"I don't want you to be bonded to some random Alpha or- or- or beta that I don't know!"

"I can bond with who ever I want, asshole! I'm the older brother here!"

"But I'm the Alpha!" Dean was done with him. He shook his head and started walking away. Sam grabbed his shoulder and forced him to look at him.

"And who in hell got you pregnant? Do I know them?" Dean pushed his lips together tightly. Sam looked worried. "Who Dean? And just how far along are you? When was your last heat?" Sam looked around for his phone. He grabbed it from the table and started typing. "God damn it! I can't believe I ignored the signs! Your scent, the morning sickness, everything! I thought you weren't drinking because you were still sick but- good god," he rolled his eyes. He turned his phone around to show Dean an online heat tracker. Dean slapped his phone out of his hands.

"Oh, did I hurt your Alpha pride? Because you couldn't tell your only brother who you've been traveling and living with for years is an omega?!" Dean shouted.

"I'm hurt because you couldn't trust me enough to tell me!" Sam sounded exhausted. Dean took in a slow and deep breath.

They stood there staring at each other. Dean opened his mouth but didn't say anything. He shook his head and turned to the door.

"Get your stuff. We're heading back," he looked over his shoulder at his brother as he left to check out.
