They returned home. Jack was on Dean immediately. He hovered over him.
"Are you guys okay? Are you hurt?" Sam lifted his eyebrow at Jacks weird protectiveness.
"We're fine. Just got cuts on the wrists. But we're fine," Dean pushed the boys head away as he walked to his room. "Let me see," he grabbed Sams wrist first. With little effort Jack used his powers to heal the cut so there was no scar. He went over to Dean. He removed the gauze but there was nothing there.
"I thought you were cut?" Jack whispered. Dean was just as confused as Jack.
"I was. How did it-" then it hit him. His pup nephilim. It healed him. "My pup," he whispered. Jack nodded.
"Wait- your pup- is it okay? Are you feeling-" he quickly shut his mouth and looked at Jack. Dean hid his wrist from Sam. He looked between Sam and Jack.
"Jack knows," Dean said casually.
"Oh okay," Sam smiled. Suddenly his face tensed up again, "Jack knew before me?"
"I sensed it before Dean even knew he was pregnant," Jack spoke honestly. "He tried to convince me he was an alpha but a pregnancy test threw his plan out the window," he smirked. Dean smacked him on the back of the head. Jack still laughed to himself.
Sam saw this as an opportunity.
"Jack, can you sense or see who the alpha is,".
"Nu-ah. No. Neither of you get to know who the alpha is," Dean looked at Jack. Jack nodded, knowing that he needed to keep his mouth shut about Cas. Sam winked at Jack.
"Even if I knew, I wouldn't tell you without Deans permission," Jack stated. Sam frowned. He shook his head and started walking. The other two followed him.
"I'm going to tell the other hunters that we'll be out of commission for a while," he pulled out his phone.
"Wait- there's no way in hell you're telling other hunters I'm an omega,".
"Dean they're going to want to know why-"
"Tell 'em we're just focusing on protecting the nephilim," Dean suggested. Sam stopped walking. He looked at Dean.
"We're not taking in the mother and nephilim," he announced. Jack and Dean looked at each other then to Sam.
"Why the hell not?"
"Because you're pregnant Dean. I'm not letting something so dangerous around you and your pup,". Dean wanted to argue that he would be safe around something like a nephilim, but it would be a little difficult looking for a omega that didn't exist.
"I guess you're right," He begrudgingly answered. Sam was a little taken aback by the lack of fight in Dean, but figured he wanted to keep his pup safe too.
"Look, I won't tell anyone that you're an omega or pregnant. That's yours to tell. But I'm not telling them we're taking care of the nephilim. That makes us a target if the word gets out,"
"You could say Dean broke his leg," Jack suggested.
"I don't like lying to other hunters," Sam shrugged.
"Break his leg for real then," Jack smiled, "he shouldn't be going out anyways,".
"Try me pretty boy," Dean growled.
"I'm going to tell them you're sick, keep it brief," Sam walked away typing on his phone.
Jack looked at Dean.
"You told him?"
"Not exactly," Dean started, "I was outed by the vampires, and on top of that I went feral,".
"Feral? Are you okay? Is the pup okay?" Jack pressed his hand on Deans stomach. Dean reeled back from his touch.
Jack gave him a stern look. He stepped closer and put his hand on him again.
"What are you doing?"
"Checking on it," Jack closed his eyes and focused. Dean grunted and sighed. He stood there as Jack took in deep breaths. He slowly moved away and smiled.
"It's healthy and growing,".
"Don't touch me without asking," he took in a deep breath, "I told him a lot. Told him that I was bisexual and in love with... well the alpha that got me pregnant,"
"So nothing else about Cas?" Dean shook his head. Jack nodded. "I think we should tell him,".
"No," Dean answered immediately.
"Why not?" Jack furrowed his brow.
"He doesn't need to know. To him it's just a regular pup, and I want to keep it that way,"
"Oh yeah, just another pup that'll be born in 5 months, possibly be fully grown at birth, and have magical powers and glowing eyes," Jack lifted his eyebrow at Dean.
"It'll be fine," Dean waved him off.
"Dean, unlike you: Sam's smart,"
"Uncalled for," Dean glared at him.
"You know he's going to figure out that your pup is the nephilim," Jack sounded like he was scolding him.
"Nope," he denied what was probably going to happen. Jack shook his head and left him.
Dean walked to his room to unpack. He shut the door behind him and threw his bag on his bed. He let out a sigh and rubbed his belly.
"Nah," he spoke aloud, "Sam won't find out. Neither will Cas," He paused. "Who am I kidding," he shook his head and started to unpack.
