Dean had to shower off the week old cum and slick from his body. He spent the entire week pretending to be in heat. He loved it. He loved his little nips that littered his body. Cas wouldn't officially bond with him but he did leave something on Deans body. He didn't last time; why? Dean didn't know, maybe it was nerves. He bent over and started cleaning his slit out. He closed his eyes and imagined it was Cas helping him lather up and rinse down. He assumed Cas would, but he knew it was too risky with Sam being home.

And Sam. He was worried. But he was also pissed at Castiel. He was first shocked when he met Cas alone in the library. Cas explained that Dean asked for his help again. He said that he would be the only one taking care of him. That irked Sam but he let it slide. He assumed that they missed each other. After three days of only seeing Cas, running back and forth for food and water, Sam snuck into Dean's bedroom as Jack distracted the angel. Dean was sleeping peacefully when he entered. The room stunk of Deans scent. He sniffed the air trying to see if his scents changed. Sweet milk. Still his pregnancy scent. Sam quickly put the back of his hand on Deans forehead. He felt normal. He pulled down his blanket and put his ear against his pup bump. He didn't know what he expected. He only heard his stomach gurgling. Sam scowled and left the room.

Dean finished his shower and got dressed. He walked into the kitchen. Jack had the day off and was eating some sausage Sam had cooked for him. Cas sat next to Jack, and talked to Sam, who was finishing up with cooking Jacks eggs. Dean smelt the food. It made his mouth water.

"Cook me up some, Sammy," Dean sat next to Jack. Jack glared at him and pulled his plate away.

"Don't freak out. Sams going to make me some," he was a little offended that Jack wouldn't share his food. Sam shook his head as he pushed the eggs on Jacks plate.

"I'll treat you," Sam turned off the stove top. Dean got excited.

"To breakfast? At a diner? Real greasy food?" Sam smiled and nodded.

"But-" Sam hesitated. Dean furrowed his brow.

"But what," he waited for the demon to attach his strings.

"I made an appointment for an ultrasound in an hour," Jack and Dean froze, "you being sick isn't good for you or your pup. I just want to make sure your pregnancy is going over smoothly," Sam talked as if it were normal. Jack and Dean looked at each other, then at Cas. Cas had perked up, curiosity overcoming him.

Sam noticed Jack and Deans behavior. "What?" He followed their gaze to Cas. It took him longer than he wanted to admit. "Oh," he stared at Castiel, "we... weren't telling you,". Cas didn't say anything. They all stayed quiet.

Cas looked at Dean. Dean averted his eyes.

"You're... pregnant?" He reached out his hand. Dean couldn't move away fast enough. Cas's finger just brushed his arm. His eyes went wide open. "You are," he didn't move. "I didn't... know," he spoke slowly. "I must say congratulations," his lack of enthusiasm hurt Dean. It was quiet again. Sam felt like shit. He didn't know! He assumed Cas sensed the pup just like Jack did. Dean stood up quickly.

"Let's go Sam," he started walking away.

Sam swallowed the lump in his throat.

"Dean," he started after him, leaving Jack and Cas alone in the kitchen.

Dean was already outside. Sam sighed and continued to follow him. Dean sat in the impala. Sam leaned in the window and started.

"I am so sorry. I really thought you told Cas. You were with him all week. And you two are so close I thought... damn it Dean. I'm sorry," Sam shook his head, "I didn't mean to out you as an omega," he looked to his older brother. Dean kept his lips shut tight. A tear rolled down his cheek but he quickly wiped it away. Sam saw the break in Dean. "Dean-" Sam sighed, wishing he never said anything. Dean got out and walked to the passenger side door. "Dean? Do you want me to drive?" Dean answered by throwing the keys at him. Sam thought Dean was pissed at him. But that wasn't true at all. Dean was terrified.
