Sam and Jack walked into the kitchen away from Dean and Cas. Sam grabbed Jacks arm and pulled him close.

"Did you know Deans pup is the nephilim?" He whispered.

"You know?"

"Yeah, Dean told me it was Cas's pup," Sam looked up and in the direction of the library.

"How long have you known?"

"I felt it when it was conceived. I saw Dean but I didn't know it was him until I saw him in person about three days later,".

"Oh," Sam cocked his head, "so you've known since the beginning. Thanks for letting me in on the secret,".

"I didn't want to out him. He asked me not to tell you," Jack furrowed his brow.

"If it was just being a closet omega and a secret pup, yeah, okay, I would have been fine with that. But the nephilim? That's a bit harder to sweep under the rug,". Jack shrugged. Sam sighed and looked around, "okay- so right now it's up to Dean on if we let Cas stay. It's his pup first. Cas is just currently the sperm- "Sam paused. He squinted at Jack. "Do you know how... Dean feels about Cas?" Jack was hesitant to answer.

"Do you know how he feels?" He had a momentary stare down.

"Dean... loves Cas," Sam spoke slowly.

"That's right," Jack nodded. Sam sighed.

"So how long did you know about that?"

"Since he got pregnant. Before that I thought he was a straight- prime alpha,"

"You thought he was prime?"

"He kind of ordered you around. Ordered everyone around. But now I guess everyone just listened and did what he said,". Sam nodded.

"If he was an alpha he would definitely be a prime,". Jack smiled and looked down. Sams phone started ringing. He looked at the caller ID but didn't recognize it.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Moose, where's Squirrel?" Sam knew that voice and nickname.

"How did you get my phone number?"

"I stole it," he answered flatly. Sam rolled his eyes.

"What do you want, Deans busy right now," Sam growled.

"Well, how about you let me in,". Sam scowled.

"If you're at the front door I swear to god I will kill you again,".

"Promises, promises," he retorted. Sam hung up the phone and sighed. He left Jack in the kitchen. Jack looked at his plate. He frowned.

"Did someone eat my food?"

Sam opened the bunker door. There stood Crowley and his mother, Rowena. Sam glared at the two.

"Why are you here?"

"I brought gifts," Rowena held up pup themed bags. She let herself in, past Sam. Sam watched her go in as she totally ignored him. He rolled his head back to Crowley.

"We would have been here much earlier if she didn't get wrappings for the gifts," Sam let Crowley in. "I told her it was tacky but she insisted,". Sam walked behind Crowley in the library where Rowena was spreading out the bags that Jack was now carrying. Jack turned his attention to Sam and Crowley. He gave Sam a pleading look to help him. Sam went over to Jack and took some of the bags. Rowena peeked in a few bags, nodding and mumbling to herself.

"You- ah- didn't have to bring gifts," Sam smiled awkwardly.

"Despite this stupid deal Fergus has with Dean, I still wanted to be a good auntie," Rowena smiled.

"Auntie?" Sam reeled back a little.

"I'm not a grandmother- I mean look at me," she slapped her own ass, "not bad for someone born in the 1600's,".

"Yes, you're not a grandmother, let's just forget about my son," Crowley rolled his eyes. She turned her glare at her son.

"Don't you start with me," she pointed her finger, "you're lucky I don't charge rent,". She took Jacks bags and placed them on the table. Sam handed her the rest of them. Crowley pulled a clear glass ball from his pocket and looked into it. He shoved it back in.

"Where's the bathroom? I remember it being near Deans room, right?" Sam looked at him confused.

"Um, it's not even in the same direction of Deans room. Deans rooms in the east halls on the right and the bathrooms in the west,". Crowley nodded and left them. Jack peeked into one of the bags.

"Oi! Are those for you?" Rowena scolded. Jack pulled away.

"That didn't look like a car seat," he warned Sam. Sam grabbed the bag and opened it. Rowena pursed her lips into a frown and folded her arms. Sam took out bottles. Some bottles filled with oil and a viscous liquid of some sort, others were filled with grounded up herbs, topped with a cork and sealed with wax. He grabbed another bag and it was more herbs but in a cloth bag. Sam held one up.

"What is this?"

"Red cove flowers," she frowned.

"I know, and these are rosemary and marigolds, what are they for?" He asked sternly.

"First: They're gifts for Dean. Second: that's not rosemary, if you had any brain at all you would see it's lavender," she grabbed the bags from Sam, "See: lavender for endurance for the pregnancy, marigolds, for a strong heart, and this" she pulled out dried green twigs, " is rosemary. For remembrance. I also brought tea, candles, clothes, and-" she reached into a different bag and pulled out a fisherprice piano, "toys,". She placed the items back into their bags. She singled out a smaller bag. "That's Fergus's gift. He made it himself,".

Sam hesitantly opened it. He pulled out a hand yellow and white knitted onesie with matching hat and booties. Sam quirked a smile at her.

"Cute," he would never let his niece or nephew wear something he made. He started putting away the clothes as Jack spoke up.

"Ah- Sam? Since when did demons use the bathroom?" Sam paused.

"Crap," he quickly turned around and started running for Deans room. He made it to the hallway just to see Crowley knocking on the door.

"Knock knock! I hope you two aren't having too much fun in there," he shouted playfully. He started walking away but stopped as he saw Sam. He smiled. Sam stomped up to him and grabbed him by the collar.

"What did you do?"

"I was just making sure my deal for Dean was still feasible. I don't want him to break the rules of the contract before he has some time to think it over,". Sam dropped the demon. He started walking away. Sam looked at Deans door. He put his ear against it and listened. He could only hear sharp breathing.

Sam jogged up behind Crowley.

"What were they doing to break the contract?"

"Trying to bond," Crowley answered flatly. Sams face contorted into disgust.

"God-" he cringed, "they're like rabbits,". Crowley nodded. Sam didn't want to ask but he had to. For his brother. "How did you know they were doing that?" Crowley pulled out his ball and showed it to Sam. Sam took it and looked it over.

"This looks like a glass crystal ball that fake psychics use. It... still has the price sticker on it,".

"Yeah, can't get it off without leaving a sticky residue on it," he paused, "but that's exactly what it is. They're meant to be used to see, they just need a kick to get working," he smiled.

"So you spied on Dean? So he wouldn't bond with Cas?" The demon nodded.

"When I saw him fly in last week I knew it was only a matter of time before Dean asked for a bond. Couldn't have that, now could we?". Sam scowled at him.

"If we have Cas to protect the pup- then we don't need you. So Dean can bond with him whenever he likes,".

"Do you know just how special that pup is?" Crowley asked, turning to him. Sam frowned.

"I know who the alpha is, if that's what you mean," Sam didn't want him to know if he didn't already know.

"Oh, so he told you it's the nephilim, good. About time too," Crowley continued walking, "so you know that the pup shouldn't be around any angels,".

"Cas said he wouldn't kill the nephilim,". Crowley smirked and pulled out the cheap glass ball again.

"Would you like to see?" He tempted Sam. Sam pursed his lips and looked at the ball. He took it from the demon. "Watch," he paused the ball closer to his face. Everything was normal with the ball for a moment at least. Suddenly- the middle became milky white. The fog like blurr morphed into two figures. The figures became more and more detailed. It was Dean and Cas.

"I want to be there for you, Dean. Like I said I want to help you,".

"You'll stop searching for the nephilim?" .

"Yes,".

"You want to help," .

"With all of my power,".

"And what do you want in return,".

"Nothing,".

"Is that them- in the library?" Sam asked.

"It was,". Sam looked at the demon then back to the ball.

"He said he wouldn't hurt the nephilim," Sam told Crowley. Crowley clicked his tongue.

"He said he would stop searching for it... he didn't say what he would do if he accidentally found it,". Sam didn't want to listen to Crowley. "Sometimes angels can be so- deceitful. Don't you think?". Sam glared at him. As much as he didn't want it to be true, he knew the demon was right. Cas didn't say anything about not hurting the nephilim.

He and Sam made it back to the library where Jack and Rowena were talking.

"I would enjoy to be there when the wee babe is born," the red head shrugged.

"I don't know... anyone can take a birthing class. I mean Cas did. He doesn't have much experience but it's probably more than you," Jack remembered Cas telling him about that.

"I've been helping pregnant people since I was a young lass, before there were prescription strength pain relievers. I went out and got sticks to shove into the dams mouths, sown up more torn-" Sam rushed in with his hands up.

"Hey, hey, he gets it,". The woman smirked at the boy.

"That's how much experience I have,".

"She told me those tales for bedtime stories," Crowley half joked.

Sam looked at the time.

"I think it's time you left," He looked at the mother and son.

"And miss him opening my gifts? Absolutely not," Rowena sat in the chair with a thud, "besides, I want to give him some advice about babes and nursing and-"

"You? Talk about caring for a child?" Crowley scoffed.

"You lived for how long? You can thank me for that," she turned her nose from him.

"Please don't start a fight here," Sam pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Wouldn't dream of it," she smiled. Sam looked at the time again. It was around lunch time, and his stomach was growling but it looked like these two weren't going to leave until they saw Dean. Sam cringed and he thought about the time it would take for Cas's knot to deflate. He shook it from his head.

"Ah- you guys want pizza?"
