WHAT IS UP MUCKAAAACHUNGAAAAAS!? IT'S TRAVEZTY! And I'm here to bring you all another update, and one that… I'm honestly not very proud of… So let me be clear on this one, this story that I've been doing, A Nocturne of Ice and Fire, has been one of my favorite projects to do in years! And don't get me wrong, I do want to continue it! Unfortunately though, I have run into another case of writer's block for the next chapter, as I've gotten stuck at the very beginning of the next chapter which, unfortunately, has left me with very very few ideas on how to get out of it, so until I figure out how to proceed forward from where I am, A Nocturne of Ice and Fire is going to be on Hiatus for the time being. However, all is not lost, because while I am putting this story on Hold, the Dracula x Game of Thrones Content is not going to be lost, because, I am going to be doing something I never thought I'd be doing… I'm actually going to be combining four of my most popular Game of Thrones Stories together to form on big GoT x D&D Universe. However, before I go any further, I need to explain a few things about each of it's components.

The First of these Components is my very first Game of Thrones Story, "Valyria Reborn" it is basically a concept where, in an alternate universe, the Valyrian Freehold, somehow, survived the Doom, and was able to rebuild, but remained in complete isolation and secrecy up until Season 1 of Game of Thrones, where Jon and Ned would go to Valyria to secure a trade deal with Illyrio Mopatis. I won't explain further than that.

The Second Component is "The Dragon of the North", a Game of Thrones x The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim story, where Jon Snow is the reincarnation of my Skyrim Oc, Ormr "Dovahkiin" Blodskalm. This story was doing good at one time and, currently, it is the story with the highest Favorites and Follows I have on Fanfiction, even though I abandoned it years ago after I tried redoing the chapters and ended up getting stuck as I am now, plus I was much more immature back then, since I only wanted good reviews for my story and it ended up being abandoned cuz I couldn't handle the bad reviews.

The Third Component of this new story is one of my personal favorite attempts, "Begun by Blood, By Blood Undone" a Game of Thrones what-if story about Jon being a naturally gifted user of Blood Magic. That story was inspired by the fact that, in House of the Dragon, the Catspaw Dagger was revealed to be the Third of the Targaryen Royal Family Valyrian Steel Blades, and I had it that this blade, much like the Elder Wand in Harry Potter, taught Jon how to use Blood Magic in GoT. Now, to be frank, I made Jon a bit too Op in that story, and I had made a bunch of rookie mistakes due to my excitement and enthusiasm, which I am, now, not ashamed to admit.

Finally, the Last Component by which I will be utilizing is "Nocturne of Ice and Fire" itself, as I really liked the concept of House Draculesti being part of Game of Thrones, and, after doing a bit of studying, and creating a Name Combination Key for the Valyrian Names of People, Dragons, and Places that I have found, I am more than happy to say that I have not only figured out the Valyrian Version of the name Draculya, but I've also figured out something extremely cool for the new story.

Now, strictly speaking, this new story will be a Game of Thrones x Dungeons and Dragons story, mainly. However while many people says that The Elder Scrolls Universe is an entirely separate universe that doesn't mix well with either, I would like to tell you something that I did dig up a long time ago about the Origins of the Elder Scrolls… Elder Scrolls I & II: Arena and Daggerfall, were originally Homebrew D&D campaigns that were turned into Full-On Videogames, and these two games were later used as the baseline for all of Tamriel and the Elder Scrolls series! So Yes, the origins of TES is D&D, though which Edition, I have absolutely no clue about, but, based on what I've been able to look like, I think the most likely culprits for TES's Origins are that of D&D Second Edition (2E), both original and revised, which ran from 1989-2000. In any case, with all this out of the way, here is the what I have so far.

The basic plot I have come up with was based upon the idea that Aurion, the First Emperor of Valyria, was actually Emperor Aurion I Dracola of the Valyrian Empire. After having successfully reclaimed Valyria and, miraculously, slaying all the Firewyrms that he could with his army, would secretly send out messages to the other Valyrian Houses, inviting them to return home, and, surprisingly a good number of Valyrians who were outside of Valyria at the time, save for the Targaryens, Velaryons, Celtigars, and Qoherys, were receptive and returned home, and all swore to Emperor Aurion. However, he would spread rumors that he and his army were destroyed trying to reclaim Valyria, and that the Horrors of the Doom continue to haunt Valyria, so that the Valyrians could rebuild in secret over the coming centuries. Now, in 297 AC, as Jon Snow comes to Valyria on behalf of Illyrio Mopatis to help secure a trade for the North, he learns that Valyria has survived, among other things that will rock his world.

And while I do have all the D&D Classes that I want to add into this story figured out, I'm going to end this update off here, as I will need a lot of time to refine the story a lot further than what I have no, so, please, everyone have some patience as I begin preparations for my biggest project yet, and, hopefully, I'll get myself out of my writer's block soon! Sorry for the inconvenience, but I promise, I will keep posting new GoT Content! Catch ya on the Flipside! DRACARYS!
