In the woods

The noroi blade malfunctions as it's stuck to a mixture of a gun and a katana in short words- ugly.

Aj growls: "No. not like that."

He says as he writes it in his small notepad.

Aj: I'm starting to get the feeling that this thing doesn't like me

Aj: "Just weeks in and I'm already in a toxic relationship. Typical luck."

As Aj keeps on writing on his note pad.

Aj: What if I use the cylinder cartridges that Weiss uses but instead on the guard it's a miniature version that goes into the handle.

Suddenly he thinks again as of there were multiple people as it slowly became one word.

Aj: Nohowwouldthatwork-whatifiusetheleethasuitforthe-ishouldapologizetoruby-iwonderifgoodwitchismadatme-isanecklaceagoodapologygift?-whattifimadethebladelonger...

He continues to think before his senses goes off as he looks behind him with an angered Goldie locks.

Aj confused: "Yang?"

Yang: "You made her cry."

She says as her gauntlets click. Aj was still confused.

Aj: "Made who cry-"

Suddenly he gets hit across the ground from the cheek.

Yang: "Don't play dumb! After you trained with ruby she seemed down! You made her cry so I'm going to malt you cry!"

She yells at Aj as his eyes widen.

Aj: "W-wait I don't wanna fight-"

Yang: "Too late!!"

She says as she shot from her gauntlets which causes Aj to leap and land from a tree as he can see from yangs eyes and hair as they get firey.

Aj: Her semblance?

Aj thinks back to one of goodwitches teaching.

Glynda In memory: "Whenever your faced with an opponent using their semblance during battle, try to break their aura to disrupt their semblance. And Aj stop looking at me that way."

Aj: Real question is that there is no way Glynda and ozpin are just 'coworkers'

As he thinks to this a firey orange aura surrounds yang.

Aj: So I just need to break her aura.

He thinks as he launches himself at her as he lands a punch in her gut. But to his surprise yang was unfazed.

Aj: "Uh-oh"

By one of yangs punch she made Aj get launched through a tree as he rolls to the ground.

Aj: "Yep feeling that in the morning."

He groaned out as he struggled to stand up.

Aj: "Gotta hand it to you that's one hell of a punch. 10 out of 10."

He says as yang charges at him landing some leg kicks and punches as Aj is trying his best to block her strikes.

Aj: "Are you mad at me? I feel like you're mad at me."

Yang grabs Aj's guard as she threw him to the ground, while still holding his arm she steps on Aj's cheek pushing it to the ground. Aj letting out a grunt as his big mouth still start quipping.

Aj: "Woah woah woah. Let's not get kinky."

Yang: "Ew- what the-"

Aj: "It's a habit deal with it."

He says as he phases through her and backed away. But as he gets back to his physical state he gets blasted by her gauntlets again knocking him to a tree.

Aj: "Geez Goldie that is not a toy."

He groans out before dodging another blast from her gauntlets.

Yang: "Get back here!"

She shouts as she charges at Aj.

Aj: Of course she's mad at me. I made Ruby feel hurt. Tho she didn't say I could see it through her eyes

He thinks as he block and dodge some of yangs strikes, some do land as he feels like a metal pipe hitting his body repeatedly from her strikes. As he dodged one punch from her he jumps over and leaps off of yangs back.

Aj: Hell I'm mad at myself- I should let her beat me up-... No I could beat myself over if Ruby doesn't accept my apology. In the mean time my words should try to calm her down.

He lands back at the ground then recompose himself.

Aj: "Yang wait! I never meant to make your sister cry! Let's just talk it-"

He then suddenly dodged incoming bullets towards him.

Yang: "Shut the fuck up and fight."

She says as the firey aura begins to change the temperature as the aura burns brighter.

Aj: "Talk about hot."

He laughs slightly but it dies down.

Aj: "Geez that's lame."

Yang just gave a slight smile but it faded away. Aj taking notice of this begins to have an idea.

Aj: "Ok that Might work."

He says quietly before dodging incoming shots from yang.

Aj: "The gauntlet is getting old pal."

Aj dashed as he phases through yang then wrapped her with his chains when he reverts to his physical state as he tightens the hold.

Aj: "I think I burnth my thounge."

He says as he sticks his tongue out.

Yang smirks slightly then stops: "Good."

Her firey aura melts the chain as Aj flipped back.

Aj: "Aren't you punchy. I knew I forgot something."

She dashed at him throwing punches at him.

Aj: it's getting less hot and more warmer.

Aj kicks and jumps off of yang as he finds shells on his forearms.

Aj: "Aww for me? You-"

Suddenly it explodes as he gets blasts back. His arms were to the bone but his healing factor was regenerating it.

As Aj sits up he could see yang laughs but quietly.

Aj: I'm wearing her down

Her firey orange flame dies down as she begins to hold her stomach and fall to her knees as she burst into an explosion of laughter. Due to the sight of this and the sound of laughter Aj slowly joins in as he falls on his butt as the laughter of the two grew.

As the laughter dies down the two sit up as they're in a distance as they look at each other's eyes.

Aj: "So we're cool?"

Yang shook her head as she smiles.

Yang: "Nope!"

Aj jolts up slightly as he let out a confused grunt.

Yang: "Buuuut I won't beat you up. As long as you apologize to ruby."

Aj nods: "Already working on that."

Yang chuckles as she looks at the grass, with her finger started to wrap the grass strand around it.

Yang: "Why did you make ruby cry?"

Aj stayed silent as he looks at the grass.

Aj: "Just like my habit for my quips... I have a habit of swearing whenever I get hurt during a fight."

Yang looks up at aj: "That's..."

Aj looks back at her: "Stupid?"

Yang nods before the two laughed for a short moment. As the laughter dies down the two look at each other once again.

Aj: "I never meant to hurt her."

Yang: "I know. You still owe her an apology."

Aj chuckles: "It's in the works."

Yang gave out a small chuckle.

Aj: "So we're cool?"

Yang nods: "Yeah."

With that said Aj and yang stood up as Aj grabbed his noroi blade which is still ugly as the two walked beside each other.

Yang: "So what's with your lame quips."

Aj: "At least it's better than your puns."

Yang: "As if! It took you a descent amount of jokes to make me laugh at this point you should quip"

Aj groans out in annoyance as yang has a smug smile on her face.
