"Alright let's go back to the basics."

Glynda says as she begins to draw a diagram of two people battling specifically stick figures.

Glynda: "Aura is a manifestation of the soul, a life force that runs through every living creature on Remnant if you may call it, whether they are a meager shopkeep or a renowned knight... or a sleeping dunce."

Her expression grew unamused as she looked at Aj sleeping on his desk which the class laughs. Refocusing on the subject she began to speak once more.

Glynda: "With that said aura could lead to the birth of an individuals semblance which is that said Individuals personal power and unique ability. They can be unlocked through intense training, physical events or emotional trauma. Aura can be also used as a force field covering your entire body as well make you comfortable in natural environments."

She says as a purple energy takes the chalk on good witches hand and begins to draw for her.

Glynda: "May I keep in mind these are all have to be in a specific intensity, stronger the stakes the more easily a person could unlock their semblances."

She says as she eyes the students as they all nod but aj was still sleeping. Irritated slightly (as an anger mark could be seen on her head) she continued to teach the class.

Glynda: "This process could be repeated even though you might have a semblance. This may be rare and considered as a 'myth' but with a stronger and more intense experience your semblance could evolve."

She says as she aims her palm at a spare chair then the chair begins to float as her hand goes down and the purple energy fades away on the chair.

Glynda: "Such for my semblance is telekinesis. But evolved I could pluck specific elements or molecules out of every single thing. Though the drawback is that they must be standing still."

She says as she grabs a botttle of water and drank it. The chair still floats around the bleachers.

Ruby: "Uhh miss goodwitch. What did you do with the chair?"

An irritated Weiss bonks ruby with a book.

Weiss: "She just told us!"

Ruby rubbed her head as she whines.

Ruby: "But why is it floating?"

Blake: "She took the oxygen molecules out of the chair. Without air objects float sort of like gravity dust."

Blake explains as ruby is confused still.

Weiss: "No air = floating"

Ruby nods: "Ohhhh."

Glynda who was done drinking the water looks at aj who was still sleeping becoming irritated more but still teaches.

Glynda: "Though semblances might sound impossible to counter I fret you not that they're not. But semblances such as rens, Nora's, Blake's, rubys and yangs are cannot be countered by physical force due to not having a physical body, using damage as a fuel source or not being useful in combat."

She explains as the chalk draws one stickman with x eyes and one stick man standing over the x eyed stick man.

Glynda: "As for other semblances they could be countered if the aura is disrupted due to the semblances being linked to the individuals soul. Any questions?"

Her gaze was dragged throughout the students, as they said nothing. But her irritation grew as she seen aj still sleeping which her anger marks on her head duplicate.

Glynda: "Ok any volunteers for this lesson?"

She says as the chalk was thrown across the area. Aj opened his eyes as he sense the chalk but as he raises his head.

Then the chalk poked his eye. Aj covered his eye and groaned.

Aj: "Owwww."

Glynda: "Good may I have another volunteer."

Before anyone could even decide if they should volunteer a certain red head raised her hand.

???: "I volunteer."

Aj sees who spoke as he sees Pyrrha with her hand raised. He looks back at Glynda with a tired expression.

Aj: "What are we doing?"

Glynda with a sinister smile.

Glynda: "Sparring."

Aj jolts up: "W-wait I'm still working on my weapon I can possibly spa-"

He was cut off as a metal object softly bonked ajs head.

Blake: "You can use mines."

She says softly as aj grabs his the weapon

Aj: "Wow that's probably the only nicest thing you've ever done."

He says as he scratches his cheek. Blake's response was her getting a fan and hitting aj in the back of the head.

Blake: "Don't get too used to it."

Aj: "G-got it."

He winches out. Moments later Pyrrha and aj with Glynda are down at the pit (too lazy to search up the word for it).

Aj: Ok let's see this...

With a press of a button the rectangle on the handle extends to a blade with another press of the button the blade pulls itself back as a barrel is exposed.

Aj: I should be taking notes...

The weapon reverts back to its sword form as he twirls the blade.

Glynda: "Let the match begin."

Aj startled: "Wait! I'm not-"

Suddenly aj dodged a Shield throw.

Aj: "Talk about sp-"

Suddenly the shield hits the back of his head knocking him to the ground. Aj slowly raises up as the wound on the back of his head heals.

Aj: "That hurts."

The blood drips off of of the edge of pyrrhas shield.

Glynda slightly panicking: "Alright this-"

Aj: "No! I'll be fine."

He says as he ready's the blade. Glynda doubting this but decides to go along with it.

Suddenly aj dashed and hits Pyrrhas shield. 2 then 6 heavy attacks that breaks her guard then using the sidearm form then use the blade to take off her shield to follow up with a kick knocking her back.

Aiming the pistol down to her head he begins to duck down as the shield atracts to her forearm.

Aj: "Polarity?"

Pyrrhas eyes widened but refocused on the task on hand as she blocks aj slash's with her shield. As Pyrrha countered with her spear aj redirected the point of the spear to the ground.

Aj: "By any chance do people call you a human magnet?"

Pyrrha baffled: "W-what?!"

Aj: "Yeah."

He grabs the spear as he kicks pyrrha back but he's still talking.

Aj: "You know? Polarity is related to magnetism and you attract and repel magnetic objects."

He jumps up in the air throwing the spear.

Aj: "That makes you a literal walking magnet."

He laughed out as Pyrrha used her semblance making the spear attract to her hand. As Aj lands on the ground he backs up turning the blade to its pistol form shooting at her.

Pyrrha: "You talk this much during a fight?"

She asked as she threw her shield to follow up with her spear in its Lancaster form.

Aj shrugs: "It's a habit." Wait did her spear turned to a repeater?

He says as he phases through the Shield as his chains caught it and it retracts to Aj's hand as he puts it on his forearm and bangs the sword against the shield as he smirks.

Pyrrha with an unamused expression looks like she's getting closer.

Aj: Am I moving?

Then he heard the shoes skidding.

Aj: NOPE!

Aj start to pull back the shield as he frantically tries to walk back.

Meanwhile the spectators mainly team Rwby.

Ruby: "Uhh?"

Weiss: "That idiot."

Blake: He better not break my weapon.

Yang: "What's he's doing?"

Back to Aj.

Aj: Shield, polarity, sword, spear, Aura!

Suddenly chains wraps around pyrrhas legs holding her down. It causes her to use semblances on both metallic metals trying to repel the chain while at the same time attracting the shield.

Aj: Open!

Suddenly aj let's go of the shield as at a blur like speed he goes past Pyrrha as her aura flickers and still standing up due to the chains. He twirls the blade as it turns to its compact form.

Aj: "That's wraps!"

Then aj suddenly remembered her spear.

Aj: The whole thing turned to a repeater...

He walks up and in front of Pyrrha.

Aj: "Thank you for the fight. It actually meant to me a lot."

Pyrrha turns a hint of red: "U-uh youre welcome and uhh aj?"

Aj: "Yeah?"

Pyrrha: "Help me get the chains off on me?"

She said with a nervous chuckle as aj jolts up forgotten about the chain.

Aj: "Oh shit. Yeah right."

He says as the chains dissolves.

Pyrrha: "Thanks."

Aj: "No-"

Suddenly a fan hits aj what seems that it was thrown.

Aj: "Ow."

He winced as he rubs his head.

Blake: "I swear if my sword is damaged in any way!"

Aj and Pyrrha looks at Blake as ruby and yang was holding her back.

Ruby: "Calm down."

Yang: "Y-yeah."

Pyrrha: "Uhh."

Aj: "Yeah..."
