acosta perez jose ramiro: The Bass were simply set up to lose thanks to Sadie and Katie.

Dunsparce519: Compared to canon where Sadie did nothing in the episodes she was in without Katie, she got off much better here. We did the best with the ships without combining the reboot characters with the Gen 1-3 characters. Phobia Factor, here we come.

WarriorTwin: With a group of interesting characters, we can bounce them off each other.

amit.avrashmi: You'll just have to wait to find out.

Killer Bass: Damien, Eva, Geoff, Jasmine, Priya, Rodney, Sam, Scott

Screaming Gophers: Brick, Chase, Gwen, Izzy, Millie, Ripper, Sky, Trent

Episode 7: Phobia Factor

"Last time, on Total Drama Island! The campers had their survival skills put to the test when they spent the entire night camping in the woods."

"Katie and Sadie's friendship was strained when Katie's sense of direction got them totally lost. Geoff's wild life impressed the Killer Bass, and uh, Izzy played a prank on the Gophers by dressing up as a bear. Unfortunately, a real bear showed up and the Gophers spent the night up in a tree, which really sucked for them."

"Brick peed in his shorts and then it rained. Basically, no one got any sleep last night. Ultimately, the Killer Bass were the ones on the chopping block, leaving Katie without a marshmallow and soon enough, Sadie joined her BFF in walking down the dock."

"Yup, the challenge was rough alright, and if I have anything to say about it, today's will be even more brutal. Luckily, I do. What fresh horror have we planned for our campers? Find out next, on Total! Drama! Island!"

(Theme Song)

The scene opened with the eight remaining members of the Killer Bass seated around the campfire pit.

"Our elimination ceremony was a blessing," Damien started up a conversation.

"What do you mean by that, Damien?" Priya asked him confusingly.

"He allowed Sadie and Katie to leave the competition together," Damien said satisfyingly.

"My ears can breathe easy knowing that they won't be bothered by their squealing voices," Eva said.

"They did know that they wouldn't be together if we voted one of them off," Sam added in. "At least they're not broken up now."

"With those two gone," Rodney said, "we are slightly less stronger."

"We have eight people on our team to eight on the Gophers," Geoff pointed out. "We're on equal power now."

"If we had a cheat code right now, we could use it to bring our eliminated teammates back in the competition and we won't be outnumbered," Sam chuckled.

"That won't be possible," Jasmine stated. "We just have to try harder in the next challenge and ensure that we're not at the bonfire."

Priya noticed something that wasn't on-screen. "Why are you guys here? Shouldn't you be sleeping?" the reality TV fan questioned as the scene showed the Screaming Gophers at the fire pit. Millie held up two plates: one with a mud pie and the other with a green gelatin shaped like a gummy bear.

"We got you some extra dessert after our tuck shop party," Trent said. "Thought you might want some."

"Why would you think that?" Damien raised his eyebrow.

"We don't have anything better to do, and we're full from eating the snacks, so we're giving the rest to you, like it or not," Chase claimed.

"I nearly had a sugar rush eating all that chocolate," Izzy laughed.

Millie walked past the fire and presented the mud pie to Damien. "NO!" he cried. "I'm not feeling hungry right now."

"You're probably on a diet if you're reacting this badly to a mud pie," Sam guessed.

"I don't like mud… or anything related to it," Damien admitted as Millie walked past him. "It makes me dirty."

Millie stopped at Sam and showed the gelatin to him. Sam yelped when he saw the food and slapped the plate away from him.

It landed close to Chase, who bent over to look at the ruined gelatin. "Are you okay, dude? It's just gelatin."

"Sorry about that," Sam apologized. "Gelatin is extremely sticky, and it can mess things, like my electronics, up."

"I can understand your problem," Jasmine told him. "I'm extremely claustrophobic."

"You're frightened by tight spaces?" Chase asked the girl. "Who'd be scared of that?"

Confessional: Gwen

So suddenly, everyone's having this big share-fest by the fire," Gwen opened. "Millie hates drinking soda, Ripper's afraid of crabs, and Scott gets frazzled around bees."

Confessional Ends

The footage cut back to the campfire pit, where the Gophers were shown to be sitting around it with the Bass.

"What's my worst fear? I guess being buried alive," Gwen announced.

"Robots are my biggest phobia," Rodney said.

Sky thought about her fear for a bit. "Thunderstorms."

"Goats are definitely wild," Chase admitted.

"Flying is super intense," Izzy shuddered.

"I'm scared of hail. It's small, but deadly, dude," Geoff said.

Priya was next. "Being isolated from the world."

"None of you better laugh at this, but my phobia is puppies," Eva spoke out.

"What are you afraid of, Brick?" Sam asked.

Brick looked around the campsite and got nervous by everyone looking directly at him. "I'm afraid of the dark," he muttered.

"You're afraid of what?" Chase teased.

"You don't like dark rooms?" Rodney wondered.

"Ever since I was born, I hated the dark," Brick delved into his phobia. "With the creaks, a-and the "Who's that?", a-and the "Get away!". The only reason I'm here is because there's a bonfire lighting the campsite."

"How do you sleep at night?" Trent asked.

"I sleep with a lamp by my side," Brick answered. "So how about your phobia, Trent?"

"Ok, well, I hate mimes. Like, a lot," Trent replied. "Looks like everyone talked about their fears."

"I'm gonna go to sleep," Chase yawned. "Eye bags do not look great on my face."

The camera focused on the main lodge the next morning as Chris whistled to gain the teens' attention. "Campers!" he announced. "Your next challenge is a little game I like to call 'Phobia Factor'! Prepare to face your worst fears!"

"I'm pretty sure it can't be worse than what we're supposed to eat," Chase stated, holding his meal with a fork.

"Now, for our first victims!" Chris continued. He took a piece of paper out of his pocket and scanned it quickly. "Scott! Meet us all in the theater. It's time to dance with the bees!"

Scott's eyes went wide and he did a spit take after drinking his coffee. The camera switched to show that Priya was the victim of the spit take, much to her unenjoyment.

Chris turned his attention to another player. "Gwen. You, me, the beach. A few tons of sand…" His words caused Gwen to gasp.

"How did they know our fears?" Izzy got confused.

Gwen remembered the campfire and slumped down. "Because we told them."

"At the campfire last night," Trent said as the footage flashed back to the clip of Gwen confessing her fear of being buried alive.

"This is a reality TV show, so they're always watching and listening to every single thing we do," Trent said.

"Yeesh," Izzy winced. "And I thought Peeping Tom's were bad enough!"

"Chef Hatchet!" Chris called. "Didn't you have a special order for Sam here today?"

Chef grinned as he worked the fryer. He thrust a frying basket at the boy with a single object in it – chicken fried in the shape of a gummy bear.

Sam picked it up and the scene flashed back to show his fear of gelatin. Sam looked at the item he was given, bringing it close to his mouth before biting it.

The gamer looked at the broken piece of the fried bear, and the food burst out to reveal the gelatin from last night, causing him to scream.

The scene cut ahead to Chris standing in front of a table that had a bowl of orange soda with the campers gathered around it. The clip of Gwen mentioning Millie's fear in the confessional was replayed.

Millie, who was watching nervously, grabbed the bowl and put it to her mouth. Chris started his stopwatch for twenty seconds, and the Gophers watched with concern for their teammate.

Eventually, the twenty seconds passed, and Millie put the bowl down, causing her teammates to cheer and earning a point for the Gophers. "And Millie sets the bar way up there!" Chris declared.

Sky was shown next, sitting on a stool in the cafeteria as Chris arrived with headphones and a mp3 player. Sky's fear was shown in another flashback, and in a flash, Sky had the headphones on and cringed as thunderstorms and lightning strikes played as her music.

Next was a pan over the Screaming Gophers who watched Ripper take his turn. He was shown looking scared as he backed up and ran away screaming. Chef Hatchet, dressed as a red crab, chased after him.

Izzy was next, her portion beginning with a flashback of her fear. Cutting back to the present, she was shown standing in front of a beat up plane in fear. Chef opened the door to reveal that he was wearing a female pilot outfit, and the scene flashed ahead to Izzy screaming inside the flying plane.

The next clip showed everyone standing outside the Gophers cabin, though Brick and Chris were in front of everybody.

"Brick, for your challenge, please go inside your cabin," Chris instructed politely.

"Yes sir!" Brick entered the boys side of the Gophers cabin and sat down on his bunk. "All I have to do is stay here? That's simple," he grinned proudly.

"Oh yeah. I forgot," Chris called out. "Stay inside your cabin… while the lights are out!" He shut off the lights, making the room pitch dark, and then closed the door. "You have five minutes!"

"Uh oh!" Brick gulped, but then grew serious. "I just have to stay strong and win this point! I'm bigger than the dark… I'm better than the dark…" A whimper can be heard from him.

The shot skipped ahead to Chris coming inside the cabin and turning on the lights. "It's been five minutes. You're good to go," Chris announced while a point for the Gophers was earned.

Brick let out a sigh of relief before passing out and falling asleep on his own bunk bed.

The scene cut to everybody looking at Scott standing near a beehive. The beehive was swarming with bees, and the boy had rocks in his hands. He took several steps back and threw the rocks at the beehive, causing it to break and the honey to splash on the ground.

Fueled with rage, the bees began to fly towards Scott's direction, but Scott was no fool. He drank a bottle of water, and when he was done, he burped at the bees, causing them to freeze and fall to the floor. To ensure that they wouldn't recover, Scott stomped on all the bees with his feet.

"Scott stepped up to the plate, scoring the Bass their second point on the board!" Chris declared.

Meanwhile, Izzy was still wailing and screaming about as the plane started to fly upside down.

"Jasmine began her six-hours of solitude inside a box in the woods feeling pretty timid," Chris explained over Jasmine cramped up in a cardboard box.

"I'm not scared," Jasmine told herself. "It's just six hours. And I was given a hole so I wouldn't suffocate."

Up next was Gwen. She was inside a hole in the sand trapped in a glass container as Chris shoveled sand on top of it.

"There's enough air for an hour. You only need to do five minutes," Trent talked to Gwen through a walkie talkie.

"As long as we decide to dig you up," Chris mocked.

"Not funny, Chris," Gwen said to the host.

Chris was finished shoveling. "Sheesh, take a pill."

"I'll be listening the whole time," Trent assured the goth and slid a walkie talkie through the glass hole. "Just yell for me if you panic and I'll dig you right up."

After the hole was closed, Gwen steeled herself for her challenge as more sand was being toppled over her.

(Commercial Break)

The footage cut to the next camper. Eva stood alone on the stage next to an intern holding a puppy in a cage. The scene flashed back to Eva admitting her fear of puppies.

"You've got this, Eva!" Priya encouraged from the stands.

"If this canine bites me, I will bite it back," Eva made clear.

"Just go for it," Rodney responded. "The puppy will not hurt you."

"Never underestimate someone just because of their size," Eva said back.

"We need the point," Sam stated. "All you have to do is pet it."

Fully prepared, the intern came towards Eva and opened the cage. After gritting her teeth in annoyance, Eva stuck her hand inside the cage and rubbed the puppy on its head, and her teammates all cheered at her facing her fear.

The camera cut back to Gwen still in the glass box while Trent stood next to her.

"You still alive in there?" Trent checked up. "Only three more minutes."

"And then you'll dig me up, right?" Gwen asked the musician.

"Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere. I promise," Trent said.

"I need some kind of distraction!" Gwen begged. "Tell me a story! Um, why do you hate mimes so much?"

Trent sighed, but decided to answer her question. "My mom took me to this carnival once when I was four so I could see the elephants. I was stoked!"

"Yeah?!" Gwen got invested.

"I was so busy watching them that I lost her for a minute. I called out, but when I turned, all I could see was the horrible white face with black lips pretending to be me!" Trent continued as the camera switched to his back view to show someone getting close to him. "I screamed and tried to run, but every time I turned around, he was there, doing this creepy fake run and scream routine!"

It was then that a white hand tapped him on the shoulder. Trent turned around, saw a mime, and ran screaming, dropping the walkie in the process.

"Trent?" Gwen asked.

Trent ran past Chris and the others. "Just talk to him, brah, and ask him to go away!" Chris advised. "Okay then. We've got a couple more minutes before Gwen's done," Chris said as he checked his watch. "Priya, you're up!"

Priya was standing next to Chris in front of the large glass box from the dodgeball challenge before a clip of her mentioning her fear was shown.

"Priya, you have to be inside this room for an hour without anything or anyone to comfort you," Chris told the girl.

"What?!" Priya gasped.

Chris was already at the door. "You can leave this room at any time, but I have cameras recording you, and they'll let me know if you fail or not. Bye!" he opened the door and closed it, leaving Priya by herself.

"An hour all alone?!" Priya said in-between breaths as she paced around. "I would talk to my imaginary friends… IF I DID NOT OUTGROW THEM!!!"

Rodney's fear of robots was shown again before transitioning to him sitting next to a robotic Chris in the woods, which had a bomb and timer on it. "Alright, Rodney. This robot's going off in exactly ten minutes. Everything you need to know to diffuse it is on these schematic blueprints," Chris held up the aforementioned object.

"You want me to diffuse a robot?" Rodney exclaimed. "What happens if I hit it?"

"It'll automatically explode if you do so," Chris smirked. "I'd suggest finding a place to hide if you can't do it. Later, dude."

Rodney was handed the blueprints. "You're gonna leave me alone with this?!"

"What do you think? That's a live bomb, dude!" Chris answered and ran away.

The scene switched back to Trent. He was walking around the campgrounds until he saw the mime suddenly appear in front of him. This caused the guitarist to gasp and run the opposite direction and the mime chased after him.

They reached the beach, and they both came to a halt when the mime did the stuck in a box trick. "There's no wall there, man! Stop being creepy!" Trent claimed. When the mime didn't listen, he saw the dock and came up with an idea.

The scene switched back to Priya still inside the glass box. "If this is what prison is like, then I'm glad I'm not a criminal," she said.

Confessional: Priya

"Being locked in wasn't all bad," Priya said. "It actually gave me the time to value my team more in case I was ever separated from them forever… especially Damien. He's a decent guy, even if he is a tad critical."

Confessional Ends

Sam's clip was presented, and it cut to Chris and the Killer Bass watching Sam stand near a pool filled with gelatin. The gamer was holding one of his GameGuy's in his right hand, and he was sweating due to being near the gelatin.

"Just shove that console into the gelatin and you're done!" Chris assured Sam.

Sam gulped audibly. "This…is really frightening," he said to his team.

"It's just one GameGuy, dude!" Geoff shouted out. "You have, like, a million of those!"

"You're stronger than that gelatin!" Eva said. "Don't let it make you weak!"

"I'll try," Sam promised. After looking at the gelatin and his encouraging teammates, Sam took the dive and stuffed his console into the gelatin.

The score for the Bass went up as the team crowded around Sam and cheered for him.

"I guess you can say I've unlocked the achievement for facing my fear," Sam quipped with his team.

The footage cut back to Priya again, who had lost her sanity inside. She was curled up in a ball and darting her eyes around.

"OMG!" Priya freaked out. "I am losing it here! When will the hour end? When will I be able to see my teammates again? When will I stop talking to myself?!"

Chris was shown entering the glass box, and winced when he saw Priya's state. "I don't know how you were able to survive without any communication, but you still won your team a point." The Gophers' point went up.

"FREEDOM!!!!" Priya squealed and dashed out the room, even knocking Chris down in the process.

The footage cut to a view of the dock. Trent's head appeared in a close-up whilst he searched for the mime in both directions. He ran down the dock and stopped at the edge. The mime stopped running and proceeded to do his box trick again.

"ENOUGH!" Trent shouted. "I don't even know why you mimes are so creepy, but I'm going to say this once to you!" He got in the mime's face. "Leave! Me! Alone!"

The mime gasped inaudibly, but he respected his wishes and left in shame.

Chris was shown clapping when the camera panned to him. "Nicely played, Trent." He winced at the mine while the Gophers' point went up. "Unfortunately," Chris brought a remote controlled device from his back out in view, "I don't think things are going quite so smoothly for our buddy, Geoff."

Geoff's clip was shown next, and the scene changed to a small, dark cloud covering the sun. It hovered over Geoff as he lounged on a beach chair. As the hail began, the cloud hovered above his head as he stood up and tried to escape it. As Geoff ran about screaming, the camera panned over to show Chris in another chair, controlling the miniature storm with a device in his hands.

"Can you make the cloud go lower and pelt him harder?" Trent suggested.

"You are one sick dude, but yeah," Chris did what the musician told him to do, and Geoff ran by with the cloud covering his head.

"Aw, that's awesome," Trent observed before feeling weird. "Hey, do you ever feel like you've forgotten something?"

"Sometimes. I usually ignore it and the feeling goes away," Chris said. "Watch this. I'm gonna bury him with hail, and since he's not quitting, I would say he earned a point!"

"Bury! Aw, crap! Gwen!" Trent realized and ran to her.

Meanwhile, Jasmine was still inside her box. "Okay. I only have a couple more minutes to go and I am out of this box," she said nervously.

A bird squawked off-screen. "You will not make me quit, so give it all you got!" Jasmine said assertively before an explosion shook her.

The camera cut to Chris and Trent in the middle of digging Gwen up. "What was that?" Trent asked after he heard the explosion.

"If I had to guess, I'd say Rodney just blew himself up," Chris smiled as the shot moved to Rodney feeling dizzy. His face and hair were charred up, and he was covered in nuts and wires as well.

"Robots… are… hearts… with… metal," Rodney blubbered before he walked through the woods uncontrollably.

Trent finished getting the sand off of Gwen. "Gwen, you did it!" he complimented his friend.

"She's alright! She's alright!" Chris declared.

The plane had finally landed on the ground, and Izzy was glad to get off the plane as the Gophers gained a point.

"I did it!" Izzy cheered. "And I'm back on sweet, sweet ground!"

Jasmine's time being inside a cardboard box had come to an end, and she lifted the box out of her body and took a huge breath of fresh air. "How about that? I gained a point for my team."

She then saw Rodney walking around in his messed-up state, and she dashed out of the woods in fear. Humorously, Rodney tripped over the log and fell down.

The shot switched to the lavatory, where Sky was looking at himself in the mirror as she took her headphones off. "My minutes are up, so I can take off these headphones now," she said in accomplishment.

Confessional: Sky

"The truth is, thunderstorms are not my biggest fear. The other players made the mistake of not knowing they were being filmed by cameras, and I was able to lie about my phobia in order to avoid facing my actual one," Sky admitted.

Confessional Ends

The clip of Chase confessing his fear of goats was shown in another flashback, and the scene cut to him, the Gophers, the Bass, and Chris in the common area. The camera panned over to show Chef with a cage holding a goat inside. The goat was bleating out loud as it tried to escape.

"All right gang, we're in the ninth inning," Chris said and focused on Chase. "Chase, for your challenge, you need to let this goat sit on your lap for three minutes."

"Sounds easy enough," Chase said. Chef unleashed the goat, and it sat on Chase's lap while letting out bleats.

"That goat is just like the one back at my farm!" Rodney confessed while the camera focused on the standbys.

"You only have to sit still for a few minutes!" Izzy encouraged. "Pretend you're a statue!"

"You know you can just chicken out, right dude?" Chris analyzed when Chase was shown biting his lip and darting his eyes at the goat.

"I am not a chicken! I am moving on!" Chase declared, and after a few seconds, the goat ran into Chef's cage and the cook locked it inside.

"And with that, Chase has earned a point," Chris stated, much to the Gophers' happiness.

"Where do you even get that goat from?" Chase asked the host.

"You do not want to know," Chris answered.

"I'm proud of us, team," Brick said. "All of us, except for Ripper, faced our phobias."

"And if the next person from the Bass fails, we'll be the winners," Sky added.

"We've got one more challenge set up, and this one is suited for Damien," Chris winked at his direction.

Damien became uncomfortable. "Wait, you don't mean…"

Damien mentioning his fear of mud was shown again, and the camera flashed to everyone surrounded by a pool of mud being stirred by Chef. A diving board was set up behind the pool.

"Your final challenge is to dive into the pool of mud," Chris described the challenge. "Doing so will earn your team a point."

Damien was feeling timid and scared at what he was about to do. "Hold up! Even if I do make the jump, my team will tie with the other!" he protested heavily. "Seven points won't beat the Gophers' seven."

"Let's make this interesting, then. I'll give you three points if you can complete it," Chris upped the ante.

Damien looked at the pool one last time. "Okay… here goes," he gulped before climbing up the ladder.

"Keep holding on, Damien!" Priya motivated her friend.

"Don't think about the mud too much!" Sam said.

"Okay then," Damien nodded and got on the diving board. He looked down and saw how far the drop was going to be, increasing his nerves.

"I can't do this! I can't ruin myself like this! I'm coming down!" Damien panicked from the mud and climbed back down, causing the Bass to hang their heads in shame and the Gophers to celebrate.

"And there you have it. The Gophers win invincibility this week. Again!" Chris declared.

Confessional: Damien

"What I did back there made me look stupid and weak! I deserve to go home!" Damien sighed before shaking it off. "No! That's loser talk! I just need to be more confident next time."

Confessional Ends

The next scene focused on the elimination, and two marshmallows remained on the plate. "There is only one marshmallow left on this plate," Chris said to the bottom two, which consisted of Damien and Rodney.

"The two of you did not complete your challenges today," Chris continued. "One of you is going home tonight and cannot return. Ever!" Rodney and Damien shared a look of dread.

"The final marshmallow of the night goes to..." Chris began again. "Rodney!"

Rodney happily went over and obtained his marshmallow.

"I know what you're going to say," Damien stood up. "Time to get on the Boat of Losers."

The shot returned to Chris. "Damien, that is what I would definitely say… if this wasn't a non-elimination episode!" he announced jovially. "No one's going home tonight!"

"Wait, what?" Sam spoke in confusion.

"So I'm not leaving the show?" Damien sat back down.

"Nope!" Chris said. "This was originally supposed to be an elimination episode, but since Sadie and Katie both left the episode before, and I don't want the teams to become too unbalanced, I've decided on this twist."

"Wow, I did not expect that," Rodney commented.

"Consider this an act of mercy," Chris eyed the team mischievously, "and consider doing better next time if you don't want to actually get eliminated."

Confessional: Damien

"I definitely dodged a bullet there," Damien confessed. "The one hundred-thousand dollars is still up for grabs!"

Confessional Ends
