A/N: Hey guys I am so sorry for the delay, work has been hectic, and I have had a lot going on in my personal life that I haven't been able to write much of anything. With that being said, enjoy the next chapter!

Leon kept drifting in and out of consciousness where he was under the rubble of the wreckage, too weak to be able to get himself out from underneath. He didn't know how long he had been in the wreck; all he was aware of was the pain in his entire body that became excruciating when someone lifted the pieces off and dragged him out.

"Hunnigan, we found him," the agent says as he and another dragged Leon out. The two had been dispatched to the area when Leon and Helena went radio silent for several hours, neither one of them answering Hunnigan when she tried to get into touch. Normally Ingrid wouldn't have worried since it was Leon and Helena, but she had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach.

"Is he alright?" she asks, feeling relieved.

"He's in rough shape and needs medical attention but for now he's alive." He says, the two agents pick Leon up and bring him to the rescue chopper where Madison was waiting to help.

"Okay and what about Helena, Agent Ramirez?"

The older agent, agent Ramirez, sighed, "she's nowhere to be found."

Ramirez waited, hearing Hunnigan give a shaky sigh on the other end. Hunnigan thought for a moment, trying to come up with a plan when Sherry came over and whispered something urgently in her ear. Ingrid's brown eyes widened, muting her mic.

"I'm sorry but she's what!? Why wasn't I made aware of this when I sent them!?" She hissed, glaring up at the blonde, who said nothing except give a shrug. Hunnigan took a deep breath, trying to remain calm as she unmuted her mic and spoke to Agent Ramirez, "Agent Ramirez, get Agent Kennedy to a hospital. I'm going to send another team to search for Agent Harper and Aliya."

"Hunnigan, are you sure that Helena is even alive?" Ramirez asks, looking at the fiery wreckage that they had just pulled Leon from.

"Do you see anything that would suggest otherwise?"

"No ma'am,"

"Then I'm sending search teams until we have evidence that suggests otherwise."

"Yes ma'am."

"I'll wait here for the search team and see if I can find anything while I do. You go with Maddie and Kennedy." His partner, Agent Conners, said, ushering him back to the chopper where Madison was checking Leon's vitals.

"How's he doing?"

"He barely has a pulse, " Maddie says, shining a flashlight in Leon's blue eyes as she peeled them open, seeing that his eyes were dilated, "pupils are dilated which could mean that he has a concussion," she explains, grabbing Leon's arm, only for him to groan at the touch and Madison pulled his sleeve back to insert an IV. His arm was black and blue, a clear indicator that it was broken. Madison took a rag and wiped the blood from his forehead as the chopper lifted off, trying to figure out where he was bleeding, having Ramirez hold the rag to staunch the blood that was soaking it. The medic lifted his dark blue dress shirt, revealing more black and blue bruises.

"Okay, we need to get him to a hospital now!" She says, trying her best to make Leon comfortable.

"We are enroute right now. We should be there soon."

Madison reached into her bag of medical supplies and grabbed a syringe with morphine, injecting the medicine into Leon to take the edge off. The medic worked tirelessly during the flight to keep Leon alive, which proved to be a challenge as Leon's pulse got fainter and his blood pressure plummeted, feeling relieved when they got to the hospital.

"Okay help me wheel him inside," she tells Ramirez, the two wheeling the stretcher with Leon in it into the hospital, breathing a sigh of relief when she saw Trevor's mom, Carla, "Carla, thank God." She says as the surgeon came over to help her bring Leon into a trauma room.

"What happened?"

"Helicopter crash. I can already tell that he has a broken arm and some broken ribs," Madison says as Carla examines him.

"Is Aliya right behind you? Trevor told me they went on a rescue mission for her." Carla says as she took a stethoscope to listen to his breathing.

"No and Helena's missing too." Madison says as Carla brought over the X-Ray machine that was overhead as she saw that Leon was barely opening his eyes.

"Helena…Aliya…" He muttered as the monitor started beeping rapidly.

"Helena's fine and so is Aliya. Just relax." She lied, wanting to keep Leon as calm as possible as Carl put the oxygen mask over his nose and mouth as she saw the X-Rays.

"Alright, I need to take him to surgery. He has a ruptured spleen." Carla says, rolling Leon out of the room to surgery.

Madison left the trauma room and went out to the waiting room as Claire and Sherry rushed through the double doors.

"Madison! Is Leon alright?" Sherry asks, rushing over to the medic who had Leon's blood all over her hands.

"We don't know but Carla just brought him into surgery and it's bad you guys."

"And what about Helena?" Claire asks, crossing her arms as she looked at Madison.

"She wasn't at the wreckage which is a good sign that she's alive somewhere out there. Hunnigan is sending a search party to look for her and Aliya." Madison says, rubbing the back of her neck as Sherry nudged Claire and the two women went off to the side.

"Look, this is bad," Sherry says, crossing her arms and pacing around the area.

"Yeah, no shit of course this is bad." Claire says, throwing her hands up in exasperation.

"Claire, how are we going to tell Leon about Helena? He's going to lose it when we tell him."

Claire sighed, "let's just hope she's found before we have to."
