Prologue
Since airing Total Drama back in 2007, the show became super popular with fans all over the world. With many seasons under its belt, it also had spin-offs The Ridonculous Race and DramaRama. However, through out the years the show had being hit with controversy after controversy as well suffering from something called "reality tv fatigue." Now, the year is 2024 and the show is hitting rock bottom. Views have gone under, sponsorships severed ties with the show, and now the Fresh TV is thinking about cancelling the show all together. The proposal has both Chris McLean and Chef Hatchet scared shitless. "What are we going to do?!" Chris yelled losing his cool. Chef Hatchet, on the other hand, was more level-headed and tried to talk Chris some sense.
"Maybe, it's time to call it quits," he said calmly. Chris stared at him with a disapproval look on his face before continuing. "I mean how long have we been doing this? 16? 17 years? I mean sooner or later this show would be running on empty. Not to mention all the controversies and lawsuits we been hit with." Chris on the other hand was not having it. "Dude, there are other reality tv shows that have been airing way longer than we have! Hell's Kitchen! The Bachelor! American Idol! X-Factor! FUCKIJNG KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS! And those idiots want to cancel us?! NO! I won't allow it! Help with coming up with challenges for a potential season!" Chef couldn't help but to feel sorry for him, Total Drama was everything to him. "What challenges can we come up with this time, Chris? We pretty much done it all."
For the next several hours, the two were trying desperately on coming up challenges; sadly, nothing. "Sorry, man. Nothing." Chris was about to call it quits, when suddenly a miracle happened. "I could be of service to help you with your predicament," said a mysterious voice. Suddenly, a ball of bright light appeared out of nowhere. The ball was surrounded by wings that vary through bright colors. "What the heck are you?" Chef questioned but was ignored. "I am Galeem. I can provide salvation to your damnation." Both Chris and Chef couldn't help to hear the deity out. "Alright, I'll bite. What do you have in mind?" Chris asked.
"You're audience grow fatigue with the same content season after season. Different contestants, challenges; however the same format. It's time to change the format," Galeem stated. "So, what do you propose?" Chris pleaded. "Contestants from across the multi-verse; however, not just your average contestants. Contestants with potential. Contestants with strength, intelligences, sheer willpower." The two stood quiet and listened. "As for challenges, start small then later push them to their limits. Dangerous challenges, borderline deadly."
"I have to stop there, buddy" Chef interrupted. "I'm all fine with your proposal; however, our network will never approve."
"I can persuade."
Chris couldn't help but to smile insanely, "when do we start?"
