nanox876: Close enough.
DPSS: There's a reason why Shirou and Bazett aren't instantly dying. If I did this realistically, the story would end right there. I knew about the spear return thing but not if Berserker Cu could do it. Revealing anything about Taiga would be a spoiler.
MrNeedsToRemoveAllFavs: Didn't know that. Oh well, I won't make that mistake again so thanks for pointing that out.
Chapter 04: Triumph
Under the double sky, it rained hundreds of bladed weapons.
EMIYA Alter's weapons shot down at the duo, clashing against Shirou Emiya's.
It was like mirrors clashing against each other. For every weapon that was shot, it was immediately shattered by a Traced copy of Shirou's.
Meanwhile, Taiga Fujimura slowly hacked her way forward, slashing at EMIYA Alter. The two team tagged him, with Taiga overwhelming him whenever she got close enough. EMIYA Alter would shoot or slash before disengaging.
For some reason, even though he could cut her, proved by the multiple tears in her clothes, her power easily overwhelmed his.
Once, he'd raised Kanshou to block, it had been easily shattered with him gaining a deep wound in his shoulder.
And with Shirou's weapons being able to cut him, he was caught in a dangerous situation, despite his advantage over them.
If he focused on Taiga, he would lose, not only in CQC skill but also sheer raw power. With their resonation, EMIYA Alter was able to remember from Shirou's memories that he had never won a sword match against her.
As for power, his gathered years of technique didn't matter if his opponent was fast enough to simply dodge away from his bullets or strong enough to render any defenses of his moot.
Taiga at least couldn't dodge his slashes as well as she could dodge bullets, mostly due to the fact that a shot bullet couldn't alter it's path once initiated like a slash could, forcing her to block and parry everyone of them.
If he focused on Shirou, he could get away from Taiga but that left EMIYA Alter open to Shirou. While he preferred close combat, their shared Origin was causing them to resonate quickly so much that Shirou could soon not only predict where even EMIYA Alter's swords were aiming before being shot, but shoot blades at a rate and accuracy similar to his.
As for EMIYA Alter's bullets, it seemed that activating {Unlimited Blade Works} had rendered Shirou immune to it's effects. Two shots had landed in his arm, which only dealt damage like normal bullets rather than Origin Bullets.
Shirou winced as EMIYA Alter ditched his gunswords for a Western, two-handed, silver greatsword with a blue jewel in its hilt.
"O Sword, Let thee be filled."
Power, absolute and unadulterated, appeared upon it's summoning. It was so bright and potent, the sword's aura creating a twilight color that swirled.
Phantasmal Greatsword: Felling of the Sky Demon
"[Balmung!]"
A semicircular wave of True Ether from the Age of Gods was released, surging towards the duo with the simple purpose of destruction.
Use me.
Shirou felt rather than heard the words from the legendary sheath behind him.
"Fuji-nee!" Shirou called out. "Behind me!"
As she rushed to safety, Shirou held his arms out towards the incoming attack.
The Everdistant Utopia
"[Avalon!]"
A gigantic translucent golden dome with Fae markings appeared over Shirou and Taiga, protecting them from EMIYA Alter's attack.
EMIYA Alter gritted his teeth. The damn sheath had been lost to him years ago. And now it had protected his younger self once again.
"Uhh..." Shirou turned to see Taiga slowly slip to the ground. "I don't feel so good..."
"Fuji-nee!" Shirou rushed to her side, with {Avalon} keeping them protected from further attacks, EMIYA Alter's swords smashing uselessly against it.
"I... feel so drained..." Taiga's word slurred together as she slowly slipped into unconsciousness.
'Whatever miracle that's been helping her, it's definitely exhausted. Shirou gritted his teeth as he gently laid Taiga down and relieved her of {Kiritsugu II}.
Shirou left her under {Avalon}'s protection and rushed in, clashing against EMIYA Alter.
"[Sever!]" Shirou slashed forward. EMIYA Alter gasped as a slash injury suddenly appeared on his torso. EMIYA Alter only had a second to observe the perfectly clean cut on himself, before Shirou suddenly kicked him in the bleeding spot, sending him flying.
"Let's end this." Shirou readied {Kiritsugu II} in his right hand while his left arm reached out. {Yukito} soon came flying into it.
"Yeah." EMIYA Alter muttered as he stood up, his wound being closed together by blades of his Reality Marble knitting themselves over it. The gunswords reappeared in his hands, while swords appeared above his body. "I am sick of trying to crush an idiot with words."
The swords shot forward, blazing through the air with enough friction to heat them up. Shirou blocked them but was suddenly assailed by a wave of exhaustion and struck down.
As the resultant dustcloud cleared, Shirou revealed to be on his back. {Yukito} had been shattered and {Kiritsugu II} was broken in half.
"How ironic." EMIYA Alter gazed down on the fallen Shirou. "Your Mana gave out before your Will did? The only weapon left is the one Kiritsugu left to you."
Shirou said nothing, merely grunting and standing up again. Even though Shirou was weaker and was at a lower vantage point in their locations, EMIYA Alter felt the indignance of being looked down upon.
"Over... and over... and over..." EMIYA Alter growled as his resolve shook, the gears above coming to a stop with a loud, rusty clang. "And! Over! And! OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! JUST GIVE UP AND LET ME CUT YOU DOWN ALREADY!"
"Heh. What nonsense. You're here before me and you have never once backed down, do you seriously expect me to do any differently?" Swaying slightly, Shirou took a deep breath and centered himself, raising his broken weapon into a combat stance again.
The floating swords launched towards Shirou, silver streaks in the air crackling as they broke the sound barrier.
Rushing forward, Shirou took the oversized bullets head on, barely managing to dodge and block all of them in time. The overwhelming kinetic force of the strikes still sent him flying backwards, the broken {Kiritsugu II} shattering mid flight into motes of light.
His arm was broken but Shirou ignored the pain. Snapping it back into place with a small cry, {Avalon} got to work repairing the damage. Rising to his feet yet again, he coldly regarded his future self with a determined look.
"It doesn't matter what you believe. I will always do as I've done." Shirou stepped forward, stopping to gather his words. "Do you know what started my dream? It was her."
Shirou pointed to the unconscious Taiga for emphasis.
"Even if I got the idea to become a hero from Kiritsugu, Fuji-nee was the one who pointed out the path. If she didn't, I don't how long I might have lasted before desperately throwing my self into fights that would kill me. I would have ended up as a suicidal maniac with crazy dreams of becoming a hero."
Shirou panted, unaware of the ground beneath him slowly transforming to match his stealthily encroaching Reality Marble.
"I was put in a path I believe in! I believe in Salvation above all! NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY, MY PATH ISN'T WRONG!"
A burst of mana punctuated Shirou's declaration, terraforming the World beneath him. As he then charged forward, waves of his mana rippled around him, altering his opponent's World and bring his closer in tow.
EMIYA Alter flinched as memories that weren't his, starting jamming into his head.
"Hrrk! Enough of this, DIE!" Thrusting his hand out, EMIYA Alter fired several hundred swords towards Shirou, the missiles nothing more than silver streaks promising death in one hit.
None found their mark, due to his distraction, most of the swords landed harmlessly around Shirou, leaving sizeable blast craters wherever they impacted. The ones that stayed on target Shirou were either deflected or blocked with a reformed {Yukito}, the vigilante refusing to be deterred from his path.
As Shirou got dangerously closer, EMIYA Alter speedily had his white gunsword- Bakuya he remembered now- aimed right at the boy's head. But a final memory stopped him.
"You want to be a superhero?"
"Yeah. What's wrong?"
"Thats... PFTHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!"
"Fuji-nee..."
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"What's the point of asking me if you're laughing at me?!"
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"I'll just wait till you're done."
"HAHAHA! Okay, I'm done! Here you go!"
"...A Batman comic book?"
"If you- pft- wanna be a hero, you should probably- pfthaha- start from that."
"...okay."
'Seriously?' EMIYA Alter thought upon that scene. 'I can't believe that all it took for my younger self to be so different and stronger in this time.. was a damn comic book from Fuji-nee...'
{Yukito} pierced through EMIYA Alter's chest, coincidentally stabbing through one of the red cracks in his body.
"It's my win, Shirou Emiya." Shirou declared his victory.
"Yeah." EMIYA Alter replied as he coughed up blood with small chunks of it frozen, his Reality Marble completely being replaced with Shirou's. "It feels weird to hear that name after so long. But aren't you a bit too nice towards someone who tried to kill you?"
"Maybe." Shirou sat them down, facing them towards {Avalon}. "I'm just looking at it in a different perspective."
At EMIYA Alter's confusion, Shirou gestured to all around him.
"Because of you, I now have {Unlimited Blade Works} and the skills you spent a lifetime honing. Not only that, I still my separate skills, tools and friends... I didn't see the finer points, but Sakura died due to your actions, didn't she?"
EMIYA Alter wilted.
"Sakura, my friends… are still with me. And now you've given me the tools I need to keep it that way. I won't abandon anyone. I'll fight alongside them with everything you've given me, to carve out our own piece of heaven here in Fuyuki. You kept saying that Justice took priority to Salvation, but didn't you want to be saved after all? If that wasn't true, you would have killed me off immediately instead of questioning my ideals."
"Heh, it'd just be like us to do the stupid and impossible for our own desires, wouldn't it?"
"Of course, do you even need to ask? Now, does this look like a weapon factory to you? Does any of this look like it was designed for just war or mass slaughter?" Shirou asked as EMIYA Alter stared at the many swords littered around the landscape, each one sticking straight up as though in defiance.
At first, he wasn't aware of what he was supposed to see. It was just another version of his Reality Marble, uncorrupted but surely the purpose was the same… ah. There it was. Staring him in the face all this time. He really was blind to not have seen the obvious.
Right in front of him was a kitchen knife with it's handle stuck in the ground. Not just a knife, but the first Shirou Emiya had ever used. The first to be used to cook a meal for his family (Taiga included) and the first to be (subconsciously) Traced into his Reality Marble.
"Hahahahhah… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh, I really am a fool. To think you, who only had this for minutes, would be able to point it out to me who's had years of experience with it. This is my complete defeat, Shirou Emiya." EMIYA Alter smiled and closed his eyes, for the first time in so long he was actually smiling from the heart.
"{Unlimited Blade Works} was never meant for combat." Shirou declared. "That it serves that purpose is just an extra benefit. You see it don't you? Even after you lost everything, it's all recorded in the blades you stored in your soul. Every battle, every weapon you ever saw, every significant memory, they're all here. That's why your weapons didn't corrode as much as your world. As the world itself is immaterial, it was always in the weapons. This world… it's your- no, our desire to never lose anything else ever again."
"I don't know much about it but I can tell." Shirou continued. "This is a war memorial. A testament to the lives you had the fortune to interact with, their histories stored in the weapons they carried around as an extension of themselves."
"You're... absolutely right." EMIYA Alter agreed. "My complete defeat indeed... Shirou."
"Yeah?"
"Your friends. Sakura. Fuji-nee. Whoever Miyu is. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't push them away again. Never let them go, you hear me. Never EVER let them go."
"Never." Shirou replied assuredly. "Even for just Miyu alone, she holds far more weight to me than my ideals."
"Good."
"Also..." EMIYA Alter smirked even as his body started to disappear into motes of light. "Amongst all the girls you'll eventually meet, the nuns were the freakiest in bed. Hands down."
*GURK*
Shirou choked as EMIYA Alter shoved one last memory into his head. It was the nun he'd seen earlier, except he was being ridden, her naked and buxom body writhing above him in pleasure.
"You're corrupting my mind!" Shirou bellowed in mortification, his face adorned in a crimson blush. He was never going to look at nuns the same way again!
EMIYA Alter burst out laughing, the sound resounding even as his body transformed into a card which shot into his body and into Shirou's.
Shirou blinked in confusion as he felt where the card had entered him before heading over to an unconscious Taiga. Around him, {Unlimited Blade Works} disappeared to reveal an unconscious Bazett nearby, revealing that he was back in the burning city.
"Mission accomplished... I guess?" Looking down on himself to check for wounds, Shirou tagged Taiga with Shunshin when-
The black mud reappeared again, surging around his feet and up his body. Then all Shirou knew was darkness.
The formless spirit resonated with joy, as it spread it's influence into it's new host. Through all the humans it had searched and tested, never had it seen one so compatible. Truly, this was Fate. Despite it's presence, there wasn't even the tiniest sign of breakdown.
The mud bubbled as it tried to take over, completely ready for it's rebirth when-
"Get out!"
A great crimson flame burst forth burning away at the mud.
"Why?! We are both Angra Mainyu!"
"I'm already sharing this space with that Fae Bitch and this new guy! I don't want anymore loaders in here!"
And with that, the Mud was burned into nonexistence by the Fire, the presence of another Angra Mainyu Aspect with an already solid connection to a host too much for it.
Bazett groaned as she woke to Argonaut growling and clutching his head. The silverette's hair was rapidly turning black while his skin darkened. He only managed to tap an unconscious woman, who promptly vanished to elsewhere before falling to his knees to concentrate against the possession.
"Argonaut?" Bazett called as she stood up, wincing as she clutched her side.
The boy's gaze whipped to her before roaring as his skin took a darker hue with blackish red glyphs tattooing themselves onto it.
"Bazett... You need to get away..." The boy twitched before falling limp like a puppet without strings.
Bazett stared the vigilante's body, as the boy's expression had become extremely doll-like. Then the boy's empty eyes turned red with the sclera turning black, and without moving about to acknowledge it's surroundings, looked right at her.
The twisted, toothy smile that appeared couldn't have belonged to Shirou Emiya or Argonaut.
IT jumped to IT's feet, twisting IT's limbs in ways that bodies weren't supposed to move. Crimson flames covered IT's form before fading away.
IT had changed it's attire to match IT. The green hooded longcoat had become blood red, while every silver armor piece had turned jet black.
Plus, the suffocating feeling that had bothered Bazett before, returned magnified. Just being near IT felt dangerous like Bazett was in front of a burning furnace.
She raised her fists, sent a mental apology to the boy she was (probably) about to kill then dashed forward.
"W-Who," Bazett cursed her voice for cracking as she looked at IT possessing Argonaut's body. "What the hell are you?!"
IT tilted IT's head, seriously pondering the question. "Well, it's not a lie if I reply as thus."
All around them, the very air of the burning city sung an off-key, twisted and haunting melody (KingVessel: 2:00 of 'The Dream Fades Before Dawn #3: sound cloud dot com/ gnlu/30-the-dream-fades-before-dawn.)
Flame of the World's Evil
"Angra Mainyu. Or if you wanna get technical, Shirou Emiya Alter."
"The Zoroastrian God of Evil?" Bazett wondered. "Wait, Alter?!"
"An Aspect to be exact." Shirou Alter replied. "Think of the relationship between Tamamo no Mae and Amaterasu as a reference point if you want. Or for more modern examples, Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern and all her Homunculus descendants. But I'm getting off track from my task here."
Bazett punched forward, her glove's runes lighting up to deliver a wind pressure attack. Shirou Alter dodged quite nonchalantly, the attack breezing his clothes at best. The grin Shirou Alter carried seriously disturbed Bazett, with his eyes glowing menacingly from the fiery glow around them.
Bazett recoiled as Shirou Alter suddenly appeared in front of her, lariating her away. Despite her runic protections, she was still heavily damaged enough from it, flying backwards through a nearby wall and into a small patch of trees.
It didn't help that she was still recovering from her earlier battle. As she struggled, Shirou Alter blitzed in front of her, slamming his fists into her wrists.
Cursed flames burst around them, solidifying and easily holding her in place without actually burning her.
"Now, hold still..." Shirou Alter held his hand in front of her, before pointing out a glowing finger between her breasts and swiftly dragging it down.
Bazett gasped as her large breasts were bared out to the open. "What the hell are you doing?!"
"There we go. There's currently a corruption of my essence running rampant in you. I don't need any sudden rivals." Shirou Alter grinned before grabbing one and sucking roughly.
Bazett moaned against her will as she felt her molester's mana flood into her body, pulsing as he sucked and licked roughly. As he did so, he lowered himself over her, rubbing his bulge over her crotch. No matter how she struggled, the flame-like cuffs held strong and unyielding.
Shirou Alter cast a calculating gaze on the woman beneath him before using his free hand to grope her other breast, fondling and kneading it. Bazett shuddered against her will, holding in her moan as he pinched the tips of her mounds with a ring formed between his thumb and finger.
Then against her immense yet silent denial, Shirou Alter shoved a hand down her pants and into her pussy, his flames appearing briefly to burn off the runic protections.
As his unnaturally warm digit pumped back and forth inside of her, Bazett felt some of the strength in her legs starting to give out on her. She resorted to biting her lips as he pushed a second finger inside of her. Unfortunately, without her hands muffling the noises that she was making, that was all it took for Bazett to let out a shameless moan.
This only caused Shirou Alter to start moving his fingers even faster inside of her, pushing her closer and closer to the edge.
The temperature seemed to rise to an uncomfortable degree as Shirou Alter sought to bring Bazett to climax. Bazett found it hard to breathe yet her pussy clamped hard whenever the Alter buried his fingers deep. She felt her breasts soaking in sweat and spit as Shirou Alter started humping her.
A sharp and blissful sound stumbled from Bazett's lips as her inner walls clamped down around his fingers as she came, hot and heavy breaths soon following as Shirou Alter pulled himself away from her and gave her breasts a playful swat.
As she slipped into post orgasm bliss, which coupled with her earlier exhaustion was enough to render her asleep, Shirou Alter took note of the black mud starting to manifest around her.
"There we go." With an easy grasp, Shirou Alter tore it away and sending it flying far away from the trembling woman.
"Here you are." Shirou Alter commented at this one's appearance. IT looked eerily similar to Bazett except that her suit had turned black, her skin had gone pale with her hair whitening and her eyes turning red. Unlike him, her sclera remained white. "I think I'll call you Bazett Alter."
The newly christened Bazett Alter regarded in surprise before trying to speak only for a few warbles to come out of her throat. The eldritch toothy grin on Shirou Alter's face grew larger.
"Hmmm." Shirou Alter rubbed his chin in thought as Bazett Alter regarded him in slowly rising terror. "Oh I see now. It seems there is a difference between possessing humans and Servants after all. While we do utilize the abilities of our hosts, we still need a sense of familiarity to actually use them. Servants are easy since they pass through the Greater Grail, their Noble Phantasms, skills and abilities automatically downloaded, but humans require a much longer period. Compared to me who's been with this kid for nine whole years, you're only a few minutes old in comparison. Unless through soul link, you can't even talk properly."
Bazett Alter trembled and shot forward a destructive blast of Mana which was easily blocked by Shirou Alter raising his hand to create a flaming shield.
"Well, you have good power at least. But still..." Shirou Alter blitzed forward, grabbing Bazett Alter by the face. "I'm still killing you!"
He slammed her into the ground, heavily cracking it.
"Hey, what's the matter?" Shirou Alter got up, facing the downed Alter. "You're not finished already, are you?"
Bazett Alter growled in response, her upper body still depressed into the ground.
"That's the spirit." Shirou Alter raised a leg and stomped hard on Bazett's face, his strength caving in the road and causing the two to fall into the sewer system.
As they fell, Bazett Alter grabbed Shirou Alter's arm and made to rip it off. There was a horrible squelching sound and an arm was ripped, blood staining the black suit- ?!
Shirou Alter mocking waved the dismembered arm at Bazett Alter, thoroughly enjoying the look of confusion on an already terrified face.
"HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! "
The sound of Shirou Alter's disparaging laughter, along with the demented music increasing in volume, followed Bazett Alter she crashed into the sewer water with rubble, followed by Shirou Alter landing on her and stomping her even deeper into the bottom.
"It's kinda funny." Shirou Alter gasped as he tried to recompose himself, rapidly heating himself to dry off. "Your host is way stronger than mine, for now at least, but it's completely reversed for us!"
Bazett Alter growled as she crawled out of the sewer water, her broken limbs rapidly healing.
"Oh yeah, we can do that too." Shirou Alter complimented. "I'm a bit used to {Avalon} being a lot better in that department than any of us."
"But still, I'm done playing now." Shirou Alter raised his hand and conjured a fireball which glowed with a demonic crimson light. He grinned as he turned his hand towards Bazett Alter and shot the flame forward, instantly engulfing her.
A light of terror went on in Bazett Alter's eyes as she screamed in pain and terror, before finally and totally combusting out of existence. Small flaming embers of her silently fell towards the floor. They smoldered in red and black fire for a few seconds before going out.
Shirou Alter stretched before jumping back up to the surface, pleased to notice Bazett still there.
"Well... heroes do deserve some kind of reward, don't they?" Shirou Alter muttered, starting to stalk towards the unconscious woman until a crystal-like shield appeared around her.
Shirou Alter blinked before turning towards his side to see Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, an undecipherable expression on his face as he calmly sipped a smoothie.
"The Kaleidoscope." Shirou Alter muttered, all traces of playfulness gone.
"Just for the sake of an old man's peace of mind…" Zelretch stated slowly as he tossed away the empty cup. "You do know that you can't win against me, correct? No matter how much I prank my students, their physical and psychological collapse is not a fate I wish for any of them."
"Unless you're the cause." Shirou Alter let out a grim snort as he waved his fist out, clenching and unclenching his knuckles ablaze. "Also, I do know and I don't care."
"You're demented if you believe that I'd surrender so easily!" Shirou Alter rammed his fist down and crimson flames blazed off of his body as reality rippled around him.
In a blurring blast of movement, the {Flame of the World's Evil} clashed against the {Operator of Parallel Worlds}.
Sakura Matou, in the midst of her 'training', shuddered with her empty purple eyes flickering red for a millisecond.
'Why did I just think of Senpai? No... It was someone else... Who was it...'
A priest reading his bible in a church, suddenly looked up in surprise. A golden haired man nearby looked at him, his slit red eyes lit with regal curiosity.
"Does something trouble you, Kirei?"
"No, Gilgamesh. If anything, I feel... excited for some reason."
"Help me-"
"No-"
"Please..."
"I don't want to die-"
"Save me!"
"It hurts!"
"No..."
"Mama-"
"T-The f-fire is t-too scary, P-Papa-"
Shirou gasped as he woke up in his bed. His head pounded from the migraine present. As he sat up, he became aware of a figure holding him under his blanket. Raising it up, he sighed to notice Miyu Emiya, her drool cutely staining her cheek as she cuddled him in her sleep.
"Miyu..."
Shirou gently separated himself then dressed up, meeting up with Taiga as she was about to leave.
"SHIIIRRRROOOOOUUUU!" Shirou collapsed to the floor as Taiga collided with him. "I was so worried! That old man called Zelretch just showed up at our house, saying he found you collapsed in the park! Thankfully, your costume disappeared and-"
Shirou who had been laying down and guiltily enjoying the feel of her body above his, jolted at Taiga's words.
He sat suddenly, pushing her to his lap. "What do you mean 'found'?! Weren't you with me?"
"I don't know what you mean." Taiga blinked in confusion. "I came here to find Miyu alone with Zelretch knocking hours later. Be thankful Sakura-chan wasn't here or she'd be scolding you too!"
Shirou stared at Taiga in shock. Did she not remember the encounter and battle in {Unlimited Blade Works}? He'd have to try something drastic to truly check.
Shirou sighed, mentally calling upon all the good luck he could muster... then raised a hand which swiftly came down on Taiga's ass.
The sound of his palm smacking her jean covered ass resounded through the empty sitting room, Shirou making sure to grope it tight and hard while shifting Taiga to grind on his groin.
"Do you remember the promise I made to you, back in the world of blades-"
"[Fuji-nee Slap!]"
Shirou was slapped away with immense force, recovering quickly to see her expression.
Taiga had become a blushing mess, one hand still outstretched while the other clutched at her face, trying in vain to hide her expression. "I-I-I t-think t-that w-w-w-whatever h-happened t-t-to you, s-s-s-seriously m-m-m-m-messed w-w-with y-y-your h-h-head. S-S-So m-m-make s-sure t-to t-t-triple m-my dinneeeeeeeeeeeeerrr!"
She punctuated her last word with a yell as she vanished out the door. Shirou stared at her disappearing form, before sighing. "I'll apologize properly and quadruple it, Fuji-nee."
As he got up, he then noticed two letters. One had Zelretch's writing on it, while the other had one he assumed was Bazett's.
Taiga sighed as she rode through the street on her scooter, willing her blush to calm down. To think Shirou had been seriously attracted to her sexually!
Well, Neko-chan had commented she had a nice body, and other than Sakura-chan, she was the only one of viable age who spent most time with him. And Shirou was a healthy teenage boy. She could tell from the bulge she'd felt when he'd span-
Taiga whined as she nearly hit a boulder. Drifting to the left, she thrust out her leg to stop her collision. What happened instead was the boulder, which was larger than her, being launched backwards deeper into the forest, with a shoeprint crack deep in it till it shattered against an even larger boulder.
'Right. I also have to control this crazy super strength I got out of nowhere.'
She had been so surprised when this Zelretch character had literally appeared out of nowhere to warn her of her little brother's imminent death.
Naturally, considering his vigilante lifestyle she'd jumped in to help, only to find some guy disparaging his entire lifestyle.
Other than the weird super strength she got, which had stayed even though she left that world, Zelretch had given her a number to call only if she could accept Shirou's 'third' persona.
Shirou rubbed his smarting cheek, wondering why it still hurt this much. As he read through Bazett's letter, he wondered what had happened after he blacked out. The account he saw seemed a bit lacking. He had gotten possessed by the spirit but Zelretch suddenly appeared to subdue him?
Did he do something to her?
[Maybe she's embarrassed from how good I made her feel?]
"...What the fuck?!"
Meanwhile, deep inside his soul, the legendary sheath glowed silently. It's pristine gold plate with blue enamel shimmered with nobility.
Suddenly, a handprint appeared on it, staining it's colors. Under the borders of the handprint, gold changed to a sharp cyan while the royal blue enamel became jet black.
It's often recorded through history about the deaths of King Arthur and his son Mordred at the battle of Camlann.
But as for Merlin and Morgan le Fay, the locations of such important characters were unknown...
