PixelGMS: Understood. I'll at least put warnings for full on sessions rather than fanservice.
T-B-R: Thanks.
Furno-king-of-flames: Roanapur's about to meet someone who bullets can't kill.
Ariadne Venegas: While Zelretch knows, he's leaving it for Shirou to deal with since he's a 'Tough Love' mentor. If the end of the world isn't being brought about, he's just gonna grab some popcorn and watch the entertainment. Avalon is being corrupted by Morgan rather than Angra Mainyu. As Morgan is part fairy, she's capable of corrupting it. Now that Avalon's temporarily inactive, Shirou Alter's influence on the original will spread deeper.
Andaeus: This is the original Angra Mainyu. Everything he does towards a girl in the main series is assault no matter how you put it. Nice of you to notice the Hancock reference.
Chapter 06: Anything Goes in Roanapur I
Shirou Emiya (a.k.a. Argonaut) stared down Miyu Emiya from the opposite side of their backyard, both of them in combat stances.
Miyu dashed forward, leaping into a somersault kick. Shirou easily blocked it and as soon as she tried to attack again, he palm struck her chest and sent her flying into the fence.
As Miyu winced from her spot, Shirou patiently waited until she got up again. Miyu dashed forward again, her punches being blocked by Shirou's forearms until he punched back, sending her flying despite her block.
As she stood up, Shirou moved on the offensive, punching for her head and then roundhouse kicking her away that was dodged.
Miyu yelled as she dashed forward again, punching into Shirou's ready palm and twisting around to dodge he counterattacked.
Miyu didn't let up, swiftly moving into wide kicks until Shirou grabbed her leg and tossed her away. When he aimed for a supposedly vulnerable spot, Shirou punched only for Miyu to deflect his punch with a swipe of her own hand.
Miyu then blurred, nearly kicking off Shirou's head. Shirou dodged and grabbed Miyu's leg then slammed her into the ground.
"Alright, that enough." Shirou said to the groaning girl. Martial arts sparring was always a pain for beginners.
As Miyu winced on her way to the bathroom, being very thankful for the weekend, Shirou made a final check of everything necessary for the mission.
[Let me get this straight. You want my appearance for the mission since it'll be unfeasable going as Argonaut.]
"And for obvious reasons, going as an undisguised Shirou Emiya is no good either."
[Even despite everything you did?]
Shirou winced. To justify his trip out of the country, he had to hypnotize Sakura and Taiga into believing that there was a potential family with ties with him and Miyu abroad. It was flimsy as hell but currently the best that Shirou could come up with on a short notice.
Luckily, the fact that Kiritsugu Emiya had constantly asked Shirou if he could remember anything of his and Miyu's original family members helped in solidifying Taiga's reluctant acceptance.
"...there's no backing out now. My priority is to save Laeticia as quickly as possible." Shirou replied resolutely.
[...take Caren's offer on the sex part if she's still willing. At least after the rescue of course. That's MY payment for borrowing my appearance.]
"Damn you, pervert." Shirou sighed. 'That's better than nothing, I suppose.'
[I'm you. I wouldn't be interested in Caren's body if you weren't interested.]
As he rounded the corner, he then bumped into somebody with his own greater weight crashing down on them. Recognizing the danger, he quickly grabbed the person and twisted around so that they landed on him instead.
Hot breath grazed the crook of his neck as he could feel the voluptuous female form sprawled on him and their breasts pressed against his chest. Empty purple eyes grimaced as they lifted themselves up by their arm, leaving them hovering over Shirou before blinking in surprise.
"Senpai?"
"Good morning, Sakura." Shirou greeted from below. Sakura Matou blushed heavily as she noticed how she straddled him. The blush increased when she realized that her beloved senpai had actually saved her from being crushed or injured underneath him.
"Um, are you going to get off me, Sakura?" Shirou coughed to grab her attention, snapping her out of her thoughts. The blush on her face grew hotter as she felt some arousal in the situation, squirming against his lap nervously.
Shirou suddenly bit down on his lower lip as he felt Sakura press down harder against his crotch, moving her hands to his chest. Slowly, he felt her bottom begin to grind back and forth, her guilty eyes shutting tightly as she kept him grounded.
"S-Sakura? What are you doing?" Shirou fought the gasp on his lips, his member hardening with her rhythmic grinding.
Sakura's breath began leaving her in small gasps, picking up the pace when she found his hands on her waist. Whether it was to try and move her off, or a reaction to the pleasure, she didn't care. All she cared about was this small moment between them in the empty hallway.
Her fingers moved to her school uniform, unbuttoning both her vest and her shirt to show off her milky cleavage. Shirou couldn't help but stare at the sight, swallowing a lump in his throat as he watched her breasts swing around.
Sakura's panties were beginning to dampen, the feeling of his hard dick rubbing against her clit through the fabric of their clothes making her gasp loudly. Her fingers fell back to his chest, gripping his shirt tightly as she continued to dry hump his iron like erection. If only his zipper had been undone, then this would all be over with quicker.
"Please, just hold on a bit longer." Sakura groaned, the tone of her voice seeming to harden his dick further. It made her want to moan, feeling it begin to press into her pussy through the lump in his wet groin.
Shirou's breathing had gone heavy, his grip on her waist increasing with Sakura's grinding. He had no idea what the hell was going on and this got started, but he was beginning to lose the fight over his will and sense of right.
Amber eyes met purple, the sight of their heavy breathing and moaning causing them to lean closer, their lips parting slowly before they could lock lips.
"Nii-san? Where are you?"
Like glass, the small hot moment between Shirou and Sakura was shattered at the sound of Miyu's voice echoing inside the hallway. Quick as lightning, the two teenagers shot back up on their feet, fixing themselves as the sound of footsteps drew closer.
"E-E-Excuse me!" Sakura squeaked as she vanished down the hallway.
[So close!]
"Be quiet!"
Shirou sighed as he walked through the hot night. Ever since he arrived in Roanapur, Shirou Alter's presence had grown noticeably heavier than before. Almost as if he was feeding on the perpetual negativity of the city itself.
And indeed, negative it was!
All around him, he could see that almost every single person in sight either had a weapon or some dirt or blood on them. The very air he breathed threatened to choke him from the passive malice all around.
Oh, and some fools had tried to rob him a while back. He'd been a bit worried of the increased attention when he smashed of them through a brick wall but apparently, even a whole street full of criminals knew better than to tangle with someone who blatantly showcased his inhuman strength.
There had been a total of eleven thugs. After the third thug had been thrown through the brick wall, the rest had ditched the entire site, scattering in various directions while Caren giggled next to him.
Caren Hortensia was dressed in a black top with long sleeves, jean hot pants with pantyhose, thick combat boots and a new Shroud Shirou didn't know of wrapped around her forearm. Shirou however resembled his Alter self for the sake of a disguise.
His red hair had turned black with his skin tanning as well. He was dressed in Shirou Alter's attire, easily completing the look of an eccentric hitman.
"So where to now?" Shirou asked, his audible edginess not faked in the slightest.
"A bar." Caren replied as soon as she could control herself. "A friend of mine wanted me to buy some beer off some guy called Bao."
"A nun buying alcohol?" Shirou asked skeptically. "If it wasn't for your holy garments, I'd be seriously doubting your profession."
"Drinking... sex... religion... family... loyalty... dreams... power... money... food... love..." Caren intoned with a far off look in her eyes. "Every single person in the world lives for at least one of these reasons, Shirou. If you think every single priest you meet won't have at least one vice, we would all qualify for Sainthood. Mine in particular is that I tend to be sadistic, time to time. But that doesn't mean that my love for the Lord is a lie."
"...fair point." 'I do prioritize Dream and Family above all those others for my self.' Shirou replied, feeling a bit horrible. "I'm sorry."
"Ara?" Caren suddenly stopped in front of Shirou, raising on her tiptoes to turn around and poke his chest. "A magus who recognizes their fault and apologizes instantly?! What a sight!"
"Whatever..." Shirou blushed and looked away from Caren's cleavage, only causing the girl to grin and move again ahead of him with a visible sway in her hips. "By the way, do you know where to find this 'Bao'?"
Caren froze midstep.
"...you don't know, do you?"
Caren turned around again, displaying a photo of what seemed to be a perpetually stressed Vietnamese guy. "I have his picture."
"How does that help in this situation?!" Shirou snapped. "We're even supposed to go save your friend, remember?!"
"Why do you guys have a picture of Bao?"
Shirou and Caren turned to see a Japanese salary man. Wait what?
'An ordinary Japanese Salary man who looks unbothered in a wretched city like Roanapur...' Shirou thought as he took in the genuine confusion in his face. 'That sounds like the start of one fucked up story of slow corruption and depravity... Wait, do I know him from somewhere?'
"So... this is... rather strange for me..." Laeticia muttered as she stared at the kissing twins in confused disgust while sitting on a chair far from the door.
Laeticia was a sixteen year old French girl with amethyst eyes, long blonde hair and a rather buxom figure. She had been kidnapped a week ago by Roanapur's Italian Mafia Boss, Verrocchio.
Rather than ransom or some grudge, he gloated that he had kidnapped her on a mere whim. A simple virgin to slate his desires as soon as his current project was done.
The one good thing about the ordeal was the fact that the hired twin assassins, Hansel and Gretel, had easily bonded to her. Something about being the 'purest' girl they had ever met.
Laeticia figured that they must have ranked very high on the pecking order, because when she was once sighted piggybacking a giggling Gretel by one of the mafia members, every single man who had sent depraved looks at Laeticia suddenly stopped doing so, even going as far as to avoid eye contact despite when she'd be alone.
"I wonder if Caren will find me quickly enough..." Laeticia muttered, gaining the twins' attention.
"Who's Caren?" Hansel asked as he knelt on the floor by her left and rested his arms and head on a lap.
"Um, she's my friend and she's pretty strong."
"How strong?" Gretel inquired in interest as she copied her brother.
"I once saw her kick a tree down." Laeticia replied, reminiscing at the memory. "I'm pretty sure she's a good martial artist too."
"Do you hear that, Fratele Meu?" Gretel cooed. "There's going to be a rescue attempt soon. And probably by someone competent."
"Well, then." Hansel grinned back, displaying sharp vampiric fangs. "I hope we can give a proper greeting when they arrive, Sora Mea."
It was probably for the best that Laeticia didn't understand what the two meant.
Rock (a.k.a. Rokuro Okajima) chuckled nervously as even when they entered the Yellowflag Bar, Shirou kept staring at him while trying to remember when he seen his face before.
"Everyone here has a loaded gun with them." Caren silently noted as they moved the bar with the various clients staring at them curiously.
"It must be because of those killings." Rock noted. Shirou blinked as a tan-skinned woman with a ponytail and scary eyes waved Rock over to the bar. "There's been a recent string of murders in the city... beyond the usual."
"What fucking took you so long, Rock?!" Revy (a.k.a. Rebecca Lee) demanded as she glared at his hangers-on. "And who the fuck are you two supposed to be?!"
"We're just visitors looking for a friend of ours." Caren replied peacefully as she raised a hand in greeting. "Bao, I believe."
"Hmm?" The bartender came over in curiousity. "You're definitely a stranger 'cause I've never seen either of your faces before."
"A friend asked me to purchase these from you." Caren retrieved a paper from her pants and handed it to Bao who looked through it.
"Wow, I haven't heard from you Catholic Romans in years!" Bao burst into a laugh which shocked the others in the bar. None of them had ever heard Bao laugh so positively. "If you've got the money, I'll set them up immediately."
Caren nodded, sending Bao to go gather the drinks on the list. Shirou still observed Rock's face until finally-
"Aha! Rokuro Okajima! Second portrait to the left of World Championship participants!" Shirou snapped his fingers in realization. "You were supposed to face my sister in a Kendo match until she got disqualified for decorating her shinai!"
No wonder he couldn't remember him despite his photographic memory. Having never actually met him, Shirou had only seen his picture on a pamphlet while Fuji-nee had sobbed and wailed over his shoulder.
Rock blinked in surprise as an eight year old memory was awakened. "Kendo match? I remember that my opponent back then got disqualified but who was it again?"
"What the fuck?!" Revy nearly choked on her drink. "You're telling me you could've been an awesome samurai guy?!"
Rock paid no attention to Revy as his eyes widened at the name he received. "Taiga Fujimura?! Oh, I remember her! That scary tiger girl! She's your sister?!"
"She doesn't like to be called that by the way, even with the similarities." Shirou replied. "So, how have you been, Okajima-san?"
Rock blinked as Shirou changed from English to Japanese before smiling nostalgically. "Eh. Here and there. How's your sister doing?"
"She's a school teacher now but she's fine." Shirou replied.
"That's great, really." Rock smiled as he knocked back a drink for the sentiment. "Greet her for me, okay?"
"Oi! There you go!" Bao dumped a large amount of random drinks in a basket on the bar table. Caren promptly slid it to Shirou.
"Go take care of that while I pay the man." Shirou rolled his eyes at Caren's order before leaving with the drinks and heading outside. After entering the alleyway and after storing it in his Reality Marble, Shirou found himself surrounded by three thugs.
"Hey amigo!" One of them cackled as he brought out a knife. "How about you spare some buddies some change and those drinks of yours? Maybe we'll let you live afterwards."
Shirou blinked in dull surprise.
Caren idly blinked as a woman put herself between her and Revy. "Yo, Two Hands! You're drinking shitty booze again!"
Revy's mood soured even further. "Eda! Y-You bitch!"
The woman who just arrived was a blonde Caucasian woman with angular pink sunglasses. She was dressed in a miniskirt and a tight tank top which showed off her well-endowed figure.
"Wait..." Rock's eyes widened in recognition. "Y-You're that Sister from the Church of Violence!"
"Sister?" Eda turned slightly to face Caren at her mutter. "I guess you've finished your prayers for today."
"Mm-hm." Eda answered, eyeing Caren's crucifix and recognizing a fellow Nun before her. "The Lord has directed me here for some pleasure~"
Caren smiled back peacefully and turned as Shirou came back. "What took you so long?"
"Some idiots tried to rob me!" Shirou snarled as he retook his seat next to Rock. "Again!"
"Two Hands! You got another cutie on top of that one over there~?" Eda teased before calling out to the two Japanese. "Hi, doing well? You two want to play with me instead of drinking with this wild boar of a woman~?"
"Don't go fishing around for men just 'cause business dried up." Revy snarked while Shirou and Rock blushed and sweat dropped at the attention. "I'll kill you."
"Scary~. Did you hear that, cute guys?" Eda fanned the flames further with a smile. "She's been having irregular periods forever."
"Oi, Eda. Step outside. Just step outside with me for a bit." Revy growled as a hand reached for one of her guns.
"Don't be so tense, Two Hands. I didn't come here to pick a fight." Eda teased. "I have a deal for you. A deal worth some cash."
"The manhunt, right?" Revy calmed and took a sip of her drink while Eda blinked in surprise.
"Revy and I were just talking about that." Bao added. "There's no one in the city that doesn't know about it already."
"Shoot, really." Eda whined. "How boring."
"Hold on, please." Everyone turned to a confused Shirou. "What manhunt, exactly?"
"I'd like to know as well." Caren chimed in.
"Oh right?" Rock realized. "You two just arrived today."
"Oh?" Eda regained her lost enthusiasm and moved over to sit right on Shirou's laps and playfully caress his chin. "Well, lets inform them."
"Well, for starters." Revy chugged down a glass. "There's some asshole out there who thinks he's Dracula."
""Dracula?"" Shirou (and Caren) repeated incredulously. "Like a Dea- vampire?"
"Yup." Eda blinked at his slip up but continued. "The reason why it looks like you've entered the world of Clint Eastwood is that this guy's completely indiscriminate, attacking nobodies and big shots alike."
"A serial killer?" Shirou narrowed his eyes. Shirou hated those enough to ditch his 'No Killing' rule. There was an instance in which a serial killer had been sighted close to Fuyuki some months back. He'd hunted them down and killed them within hours of hearing the News. "I guess that in a place like this, everyone who's got a gun is gonna keep it on person till they're stopped."
"That and there's a bounty." Eda crossed her legs, the motion stirring unwholesome memories of the last girl to sit on his laps.
'Don't do it. Don't do it! Distract yourself!' "How much is that bounty?" Shirou asked quickly, his nervousness not lost on the smirking Eda.
"50,000 in American dollars." Bao revealed, holding up his fingers for emphasis. "That's enough to rouse up a lot of maniacs as you all can see behind you."
"What state did they leave behind the bodies in?" Caren asked as Shirou willed himself to ignore the soft posterior on his crotch.
From Eda's widened smirk, he knew he had failed. Her head tilted to the side, barely a fraction, but enough for him to see the corner of her eye.
Her gaze hid a murky presence behind her sunglasses, causing Shirou to gulp. 'I'm a dead man. I am literally a dead man waiting for the execution.'
"Any of the bodies that weren't hacked apart or bullet ridden, were always found with teeth puncture wounds." Rock replied with a nauseated expression. "Hence, the 'Dracula' nickname."
'Dead Apostles don't leave untransformed corpses behind...' Caren ruminated. 'Neither do ghouls... Definitely a human then.'
"We ain't got a fucking identity yet but if it's a outsider, we'll know real quick." Revy chimed in.
"Yeah." Rock nodded along. "It's not that big of a city and while killing isn't an abnormal occurrence here, serial killers that can't control themselves won't last long being ignored. It's almost like Roberta again."
"And the fact that we haven't found out yet means that someone's protecting them." Revy added seriously. "Now everyone's suspicious of each other because we don't know who."
"What do you two think?" Eda shifted until she full on straddled Shirou. "You interested in teaming up~?"
"Teaming up?" Rock questioned.
"Yeah." Eda faced Rock as she spoke, pushing her cleavage close to Shirou's face. "The Mafia is a given but freelance assassins are also gathering here. From what I heard, the Yun Brothers, 'Big One' Emilio and Ronny CK came in last night."
"Ah. On a completely different note," Shirou pulled out his phone and displayed Laeticia's portrait, "have any of you seen this girl before?"
"No."
"Not in my bar."
"Nope~"
"Sorry."
"Unfortunately then, we have to decline." Shirou stood up quickly, surprising Eda as he easily lifted her without trouble and set her on his seat. "We came here on a rescue mission. Right, Caren?"
"I was wondering how long you were going to let her grind on you." Caren said, causing Shirou to flinch and sputter while Eda cackled. "Thanks for the info, Eda."
"Goodbye, Okajima-san." Shirou waved as they left. "My name's Shirou by the way!"
"Good luck, Shirou-kun." Rock waved back.
"Hah~ That guy was adorable." Eda chuckled. "And well built too. Maybe I should visit Japan a bit if you're all cute like that."
"Go choke on a dildo, slut." Revy snarled.
"Regarding the 'Dracula' killer, it's most likely a human." Shirou stated as they walked down the street. "I can't smell the usual dead mana in the air that would be caused by their presence."
"Neither is my Psychic Power detecting them either." Caren replied. "Back on the matter on Laeticia, how are your tracking skills? Mine aren't good on pinpointing as I only know she's alive in Roanapur."
"If I had a piece of her belonging, preferably something with a bit of her DNA, I could track her instantly."
"...bring out my bag." Caren grumbled. "If you mentioned that you could do something like that, we could've ended this within a day."
"Sorry."
After finding a secure location to remove Caren's bag from his Reality Marble, she rummaged through it to bring out a hairbrush. It had a single but easily noticeable golden strand of hair in it's black bristles.
Shirou Traced a new blade of his called {Ryoshi}. It absorbed the hair into it, before suddenly pulling in a random direction.
"This blade absorbs DNA and creates a pull towards a stronger source of what it just absorbed." Shirou explained as he Projected a copy of the vibrating blade and gave it to Caren. "This will lead us right to Laeticia."
"And if anyone gets in the way?"
"I've noticed that other than secured buildings, there are no security cameras anywhere." Shirou had already started walking, Installing EMIYA Alter as he walked. "As long as we're not blatant, we can get away with pretty much anything."
"Alright then." Caren walked behind him. "What's your plan?"
"I'm the bulletproof guy so, I'll save Laeticia, bring her to you, then go back and kill them all."
"...I didn't know you were so trigger happy." Caren replied warily. "What brought such an extreme reaction?"
"I'm usually not but our opponents are traffickers." Shirou growled back. "Despite my aversion to killing others, I really don't feel the necessity of keeping modern day slavers of all people alive."
"...fair enough."
"Okay. Here we are sir. Miss."
Shirou and Caren looked up at the Verrocchio Family HQ. After getting a map of the city, this was found to be the nearest feasible place to hold a hostage in the direction he was tracking. From the increased tugging of {Ryoshi} aiming upwards rather than elsewhere, he'd guessed correctly. He then turned to the street boy who had led him here.
"Thanks." After making a show of rummaging through his longcoat while really using his Reality Marble, Shirou brought out an emergency food ration for the starved looking boy. "The money we agreed to give you is inside here. Make sure to eat the food first, boy."
The boy stared at the foodbag in shock before rapidly nodding and sitting aside to start on it immediately, apparently choosing the safer option of eating close to the intimidating guy who had given him the free food than elsewhere.
While Caren stood next to the ravenous boy, Shirou boldly walked in through the door.
"Oi." One of the guards confronted him almost immediately. "Who the fuck are you?"
He was promptly grabbed and thrown out through the glass doors. The boy next to Caren startled in surprise.
"You shoud leave as soon as you're done. A lot of these guys are going to die tonight." Caren warned as several other guys came flying out the windows. Apparently, Shirou wasn't using lethal force right off the bat.
"Die, bastard!"
"He's heading upstairs!"
"Someone call the Boss!"
"What do you want? I'll kill you!"
Caren blinked as gunshots started to ring out through the building. Contrary to belief, rather than stay away, several of the nearby residents only went back aa safe distance before starting to enjoy the show and take bets.
The four Rulers of Roanapur had met together to discuss the problem of the serial killer 'Dracula'. But that wasn't going so well...
"Another one has been killed. This time, it was an accountant." The Boss of Roanapur's Russian Mafia; {Hotel Moscow}, Balalaika (a.k.a. Sofiya Pavlovna), growled into the stuffy room. She was a tall, blue-eyed woman with long blonde hair in a ponytail and burn scars across her face, neck, breasts and leg. She was dressed in a wine red skirt suit with black stockings and high heels. "Is this place Beirut or Mogadishu?"
"Stop it, Balalaika." The leader of Roanapur's Colombian Mafia; {Manisalera Cartel}, Abrego warned.
"That's why we're having a liason conference." The Boss of Roanapur's Chinese Mafia; {Kan Yi Fan Triad}, Chang (a.k.a. Bai Ji-Shin Chang) grumbled as he took a short reprieve from his cigarette. "This is an era of coexistence. I'd like to keep the equilibrium we've gotten through bloodshed and bullets steady, Miss Balalaika."
"Chang, when did I ever say that I wanted to coexist?" Balalaika retorted sassily.
"Hmph. You're sure talk big, Fry Face." Verrocchio snidely commented at Balalaika's simmering rage. "It makes me laugh when a country Ivan like you tries to act like a queen. Why don't you go back to your sovkhoz and dig up potatoes?"
While her Second-in-Command; Boris frowned at the disrespect, Balalaika smiled at the blond Italian. "I've heard that Guido guts smell just like pigs. I guess someone who belongs in a farm already would be an expert."
"You bitch!"
'Don't get pissed if you get insulted back when doing the insulting.' "Hold your tongues, you two." Chang chided. "Why do you think we're having this meeting? We may all hold unforgettable grudges against each other but these are the times to cooperate for shared profit. Nothing else matters, if it benefits our businesses. As fellow Mafia Bosses, don't you agree?"
Verrocchio crossed his arms and humphed. Chang opened his mouth to speak some more when a loud ringing came from Verrocchio's phone.
"What the fuck are my men calling me for?" Verrocchio grumbled while Balalaika openly laughed at the timing. As he fumbled with the phone, he accidentally put it to speaker and revealed the voices to everyone in the room.
"Boss! We're under attack! Someone's attacking the HQ!"
"What?!" Verrocchio yelled back. "Who are the bastards?!"
"It's just one guy! He's mowing everyone down! Help-"
*BLAM!*
"McNeil?! McNeil got hit!"
"Fuck! Did he get the boss?!"
"I don't know! What's he gonna do, anyway?! We saw that guy take an AK-47 to the face and walk it off! He's totally a Terminator like that Lovelace maid!"
"Screw this! I'm getting the bazooka!"
"Fuck! First, it was those sick twins! And now, it's some guy screaming for the girl Boss kidnapped last week-"
*BLAM!*
"Maurry!"
"Boris, summon our troops." Balalaika donned her Russian military coat and headed for the exit. "Whether this is 'Dracula' or not, he will be a problem for {Hotel Moscow} down the line if he is seriously taking on an entire building of shooters by himself."
Behind her, Verrocchio snarled at the phone in his hand as gunshots and yells still echoed out of it.
"Where's the blonde teenage girl?! Where's Laeticia, you assholes?!"
"It seems that you've gone and taken someone who belongs to a dangerous person, Verrocchio." Chang idly took a long breath of nicotine while Verroccio rounded on him.
"Shut up, Chang!" Verrocchio roared with his spittles threatening to stain Chang's sunglasses. "I'll go deal with that bastard myself!"
"Can you?" Abrego cut in. At the others' attention, he continued. "We all know that the reason we acknowledge Balalaika is because of her military power. Money? Connections? None of that stuff matter if one is physically capable of doing whatever the fuck they want. That's how that Lovelace Maid from a while ago ran through everyone until {Hotel Moscow} stopped her. I'm ashamed to admit it but my boys and I were useless against her. That new {Lagoon Company} guy even called her a fucking Terminator, which actually helped in assuaging my pride a bit. No shame in losing to those. You should be extremely worried that there's another Terminator in your HQ right now. Hell, someone over there just screamed that he took an AK-47 to the face and walked it off. I don't know how's that possible but it might be the real deal this time."
"..."
"..."
"What? The fuck y'all looking at?"
"I think that was the most responsible thing I've ever heard you say, Abrego." Chang commended. "However, he's right. One guy against Verrocchio's boys and he's winning. There's another goddamn Terminator in Roanapur."
Shirou blinked in surprise as one of the men actually brought out a bazooka against him.
"Say hello to our little friend!" The bazooka fired, launching it's missile at high speed. Before impact, Shirou shot it down with {Bakuya}, filling the room with smoke and fire as the missile detonated.
"Did we get him?"
The guy who spoke got a bullet through his head for his words. The guy who had used the bazookaa screamed before raising his weapon as a shield. It was inventive but useless as Shirou spun and used {Kanshou} to cleave through both the bazooka and the man's chest in an axe-like manner.
As the man screamed in his death throes, Shirou coughed through the smoke filling the air before shooting the man's head and ending his misery.
Then he felt Death whisper in his ears.
Shirou spun and used {Kanshou & Bakuya} to block an axe that had appeared out of nowhere. Two things shocked him instantly. First, the axe was being wielded by a silver-haired boy, not even of teenagerhood yet. Second, the sheer strength behind the attack had cratered the floor around his feet.
Shirou grunted before forcing Hansel off. The instant he did so, gunfire rained upon him from a girl who looked extremely similar to him. The girl quickly stopped when she saw him standing there staring at the twins in shock, not bothering about the bullets bouncing off him.
"Why the hell are children here?!' Shirou yelled. "Who's the bastard who put those weapons in your hands and sent you to me?!"
The twins stared back in surprise at Shirou's rant before smiling. The very action bothered him greatly. Barring the blood staining their clothes, they looked normal. But there was something odd the way they just... appeared as. The way they didn't seem to blink often enough. Their faces seemed too porcelain. Their silver eyes had starting glowing eeriely (or had they been glowing from the start and he didn't notice?), the lights had started to dim around them, not flicker- dim. The twins in front of him were just too-
"Inhuman." The word slipped out of Shirou's lips, leading to wider smiles from the supposed to be offended twins.
"Fratele Meu, he saw through us so well." Gretel cheered.
"You're right, Sora Mea." Hansel agreed. "We haven't even been blatant yet."
The twins would have spoken further if not for the sudden appearance of a mobsters with a minigun in his hands.
"DIE, YOU FUCKING MONSTERS!"
The minigun fired, spraying its bullets all over the room and shredding apart the twins who were closer to him than Shirou was. When the bullet rain was over, Shirou stared silently at the bloody hole-riddled cadavers that used to be children while the mobster burst into deranged laughter.
Shirou growled and aimed {Kanshou} only to startle when a thin spike of blood stabbed through the mobster's shoulder. The spike then morphed into an arm connected to the bloody body of Hansel which was rapidly repairing itself as his spilled blood floated and flowed back into his tattered body.
The mobster only had a second to scream before Hansel sank his fangs into his jugular. Beside him, Gretel regenerated as well and bit the mobster's arm.
Shirou choked as the mobster rapidly became drained, then collapsed deader than dead.
"Aaaah~! Sorry for the interruption, sir." Hansel greeted as he licked his lips clean. "I am Hansel!"
"I am Gretel!" Gretel put her Browning Automatic Rifle to hang behind her and donned the minigun herself.
""We are the Vampire Twins!""
"No way..." Shirou nearly lowered {Kanshou} in shock. "You two are 'Dracula'?!"
"Mmhm." Gretel nodded. "You're here for Laeticia, right? Don't worry, she's alive and well."
"Well, we were a bit handsy." Hansel shrugged. "But frankly, we were the tamest compared to what everyone else here had planned for her."
Shirou grimaced as he sensed that neither of the twins had lied at all. If it weren't for them...
"Now then, shall we begin, Frau?"
"Yes, let get started, Sora."
The twins started to giggle, the very action unsettling Shirou to the point that he almost imagined the laughter echo about and surround him. The two in front of him were clearly vampiric yet they didn't exhibit any resistance from Gaia's influence. Ergo, Gaia wasn't acknowledging them.
Ring a ring o' roses, a pocket full of posies
Atishoo! Atishoo! We all fall down
My mother has killed me,
My father is eating me,
My brothers and sisters sit under the table,
Picking up bury them under the cold marble stones
Shirou gasped sharply as the twins started to sing softly, their voices resounding in an ethereal manner.
Picking up the daisies, picking up the daisies.
Atishoo! Atishoo! We all jump up
he had rolled his head far underneath the bed
He had left his legs and arms lying all over the rooms
we all fall down all fall down.
So come and play with us.
So come and sing with us.
So come and dance with us.
So come and Kill with us.
KingVessel: The very first episode I watched of Black Lagoon was Episode 13. Without any knowledge of the show's context, I honestly thought the twins were real vampires... So please review!

Personal Skills
Masochistic Spiritualist Constitution (Rank EX): Caren's body itself possesses an unusual property which is known as Masochistic Spiritualist Constitution; if there is a person nearby who has been possessed by a daemon, her body will mimic the end effects that the daemon possession will eventually have on the possessed human.
Mystic Codes & Noble Phantasms
Holy Shroud of Magdalene (Rank C: Anti-Unit): This is a red cloth with the power to forcefully bind men. However, while the man is bound, no harmful physical attacks can be made against him or Magdalene will be rendered useless.
Holy Shroud of Andrew (Rank B: Anti-Unit): This is a nigh invulnerable red cloth that can be used for many purposes in and outside of combat, possessing the ability to manifest several layers of itself to carry out many tasks. The layers possess a greater strength than that of a regular human, allowing Caren to use it to carry heavy objects or even people. As a cloth however, it's own potential for combat or other fields are entirely dependant on it's owner, and because a cloth is a very specific tool with limited uses, employing it as something else like a weapon requires an unconventional and complicated usage achieved only by a creative mindset and a rigorous training. In order to use it as an exorcism weapon, Caren developed a variety of weaving techniques, making her extremely versatile on the battlefield. She can manifest up to 8 layers of the shroud, all of which can take different forms simultaneously, but the ability to manifest all her layers and being able to control them is something that requires an incredible amount of skill and willpower.
