Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Digimon. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Digimon is produced by Toei Animation and Bandai of Japan that began in 1999.
Somewhere in Shinjuku, a certain tall tower lit up inconspicuously. Said tower had a lot of high-tech computers in one room and a holographic computer in another. Within the holographic computer, there were two people in moving chairs and one person standing and looking up. The person standing had blonde hair and his eyes were covered with shades. This person was about to ask for a status report until a ring sounded around the holographic computer. "What is it," questioned the blonde, "Is it a wild one?"
"No, sir," said one of the people in the moving chairs, "It's your phone."
"My… phone," said the blonde, "Right."
"I think you need to take a break, sir," said the other person in the moving chairs.
"I didn't ask for your opinion, Megumi," said the blonde before walking out of the room.
"He's so easy to rile up, ne, Reika," said a blonde female, Onodera Megumi, with a teasing tone.
"Of course he is," said an amused brown haired female, Reika.
As the two continued to monitor what was happening in a Digital World, the blonde male walked further down to answer the call. He pulled out a slick cell phone from his pocket and looked at the caller ID. Said caller ID made him gape in surprise as tried to not drop his cell phone in shock. Pressing the accept button, the blonde male placed the cell phone near his right ear. "Yamaki," said the blonde male.
"Ah, Yamaki-san," said a female voice, "Kanchō says to light Hypnos up."
"Hontō (Really)," asked the now known Yamaki skeptically.
"Hai," said the female voice, "We, at DATS, have detected Digimon in your area approximately ten to fifteen minutes ago."
"Sō ka (I see)," said Yamaki, "Arigatō for informing me, Shirakawa-san."
The call ended abruptly, but it was fine with Yamaki. It was time for Megumi, Reika, and he to light up the Hypnos tower to stop the wild ones from emerging in Shinjuku. As Yamaki turned to address Megumi and Reika, he never noticed that all of Shinjuku, other parts of Japan, and all of Japan's government offices and buildings were swept with an eerie silver light. This silver light, the Ginzuishō, was rewriting history for one Matsuda family to place its Solar-ōji within said family. After this silver light waned, it revealed a small silver orb that descended in an unoccupied room within the Matsuda family. The light blinked once more as it turned the room into a replica of what Motoki's childhood bedroom would look like when he was one Furahata Motoki. Swiftly, the silver orb grew to a child size of a three to four-year-old before revealing Motoki as the newest Matsuda Madoka, a brown-haired, green-eyed boy that would be waiting for his otōto (little brother) to be born, in a bed and asleep.
- Three Years Later –
"Moshi, moshi (Hello)," said a dark brown-haired male.
It was three years later that Motoki woke up as a three to four-year old boy. He was also surprised to see that instead of keeping his blonde hair, he was now a brunette. He also experienced in taking care of his new otōto, Takato. However, today, he was anxious. Today was Tsukino Usagi, his reincarnated imōto's birthday and felt that today was the day she would be reborn once more. It wasn't until he was playing with Takato on the floor of their living room that the phone rang. His new tōsan (father), Matsuda Takehiro, answered the phone while his new kāsan (mother), Matsuda Yoshie, stopped cooing over how cute Takato and he were together to look at her husband. "Otōto," said a male voice.
"Ah, Hiro-aniki," commented the known Takehiro with a smile, "You seem out of breath."
"Hospital," panted Hiro -aniki, "Natsuko in labor. pants Baby coming."
"Hontō," exclaimed Takehiro, "We'll be over there soon. Ōdaiba General Hospital, ne?"
"Hai," said a panicking Hiro-aniki.
"Then, ja (see ya)," said Takehiro before hanging up the phone.
"Anata (Dear)," questioned Yoshie.
"That was Hiro-aniki," explained Takehiro who picked up Takato, "Natsuko's in labor."
Yoshie looked at Takehiro in surprise before smiling. She was happy that her family was growing more and couldn't wait to see the new addition to her family. She wondered if she would get a new yūshi (nephew) or a new mei (niece) to spoil. She knew that Takato and Motoki would play with their new itoko (cousin) and could feel that they would protect their itoko, especially Motoki. Smiling at Motoki, she said, "Sā~, Madoka. Let's get ready to greet your new itoko."
"Un," nodded an enthusiastic Motoki.
- Five Years Later –
"I wish it wasn't cloudy," said Motoki to himself.
Motoki was now an eleven-years-old child. He still played his Takato-otōto, but today, he was walking around Shinjuku by himself. With him was a pack of familiar monster cards called Digimon. He didn't know why, but he felt as though the cards will be a big part of his and his reincarnated friends' lives. Motoki was just glad that his kāsan won't argue about him spending his allowance the way he wanted to. Walking down the street, Motoki turned to the right and into the entrance of Shinjuku Park. He didn't know that he would find something that would be a friend to him in this particular park. Motoki walked and reminisced the time he would walk through a park with his ex, Nishimura Reika. Sure the two separated in good terms, but he never knew that he would be whisked away into a new Earth. Motoki wandered aimlessly and went right into a certain fog bank that, unknown to him, would have a friend inside. "Itai (Ow)," said a male voice.
"Who's there," called out Motoki.
"Masaka (No way)," said the male voice, "A human?"
"Human," questioned Motoki, "Are you a Youma?"
"Youma," questioned the male voice, "What's a Youma?"
"Hideous monsters," answered Motoki.
"I don't think I'm hideous," said the male voice, "Besides, I'm a digimon!"
"Digimon," questioned Motoki, "And could you come out please?"
Said digimon floated out of the fog and looked at Motoki with red eyes. This digimon had an orange and yellow gear for a face and had cog-like hands. Motoki thought that this digimon looked more like a clock that could float by itself. Said digimon looked at Motoki and, what looked like to Motoki, smiled. Motoki blinked as he couldn't feel any malevolent energy coming off of said digimon and relaxed slightly. He was still weary that he would be attacked once more, like when his ex, Reika, was attacked and turned into a Youma. "So, you're a digimon," questioned Motoki, "You look like a clock with hands. Also, what IS a digimon?"
"Digimon is short for digital monsters," explained the digimon, "I am called Solarmon, a machine-based digimon."
"Solarmon," murmured Motoki before sighing, "I bet my past life is coming back to haunt me."
"Past life," questioned the now known Solarmon.
"Nothing," said Motoki before sighing again, "Look Solarmon. I'll explain later, but out here in the open is not a good idea."
"Dōshite (Why)," questioned Solarmon.
"Because even out here," said Motoki, "There are ears everywhere. looks at Solarmon Come on, Solarmon. I'll take you home."
As Motoki and Solarmon walked out of the park, Motoki didn't realize that Solarmon was kind of noticeable until a woman asked him what kind of toy it was. Motoki looked at Solarmon and began to think about it. He then said that it was similar to that one character in Rave Master, Nakajima, but was also a clock, could talk, and could float instead of being stuck to the side of the house like this Nakajima character. The woman asked where she could get one because she was a Rave Master fan, but Motoki walked faster with Solarmon to his house. "Nakajima," questioned Solarmon.
"It's a character in one of the famous Anime shows shown on TV," explained Motoki, "Though, now that I think about it, there's also a show called Digimon on TV as well. My otōto is obsessed with it."
"T-There's a SHOW about us digimon," questioned a surprised Solarmon.
"Un," nodded Motoki, "They even made a digimon card game. pulls out the cards See?"
Solarmon looked shocked even more as he floated about Motoki's head to see that, yes, those were digimon pictures on the cards. When the two got to Motoki's house, which was also a bakery up front, Motoki was surprised to see a car parked right in front of the house/bakery. He was surprised to see his eight-year-old itoko, Yamato, looking sad while his Hiroaki-oji (uncle) looking very angry when he got in. Yoshie saw her Madoka with a new floating toy above his head and motioned for him to come over towards her. "Kāsan," questioned Motoki.
"Madoka," said Yoshie, "Your Hiro-oji and your Yamato-itoko are going to be staying with us for a while."
"Dōshite," questioned Motoki, "What happened?"
"Your Natsuko-oba (aunt) did something unforgiveable," said Yoshie.
"Unforgiveable," questioned Motoki.
"Un," nodded Yoshie, "Your Celestia-itoko has been engaged since she was born, and our family has not been informed at all."
"What about Natsuko-oba's side," questioned Motoki, "Do they know about it?"
"I'm sure they do," muttered Yoshie angrily, "Anyways, Madoka? What is with the toy?"
"Ano (Um)," said Motoki before lying through his teeth, "I bought this toy because it reminded me of the funny character in my favorite Anime Rave Master."
Yoshie nodded her head as she ushered Motoki into the living room and told him to watch over Yamato and Takato. Takato was currently watching a different Anime series, Shaman King, while Yamato was moping on the floor. Motoki could bet that Yamato didn't understand what was going on and proceeded to go over to the moping eight-year-old. Sitting next to Yamato, Solarmon following by floating overhead, Motoki went to ask how Yamato was. "I don't understand," said Yamato, "Why did tōsan get angry? Why did kāsan and otōto leave us?"
"From what I understand," said Motoki, "Your kāsan did something that your tōsan did not agree to."
"What was it," asked Yamato.
"Do you remember your imōto, Celestia," questioned Motoki.
"Barely," said Yamato, "Since we only visit imōto a little bit, along with Michelle-oba and Akari-itoko."
"Well, from what I heard," said Motoki, "Your kāsan arranged a marriage between your imōto and a stranger."
"Eh," exclaimed Yamato with wide eyes.
"Un," nodded Motoki, "And that took away your imōto's right to marry someone for love in the future."
"Why would kāsan do that," questioned Yamato.
"I don't know," said Motoki, "Demo, when you meet your imōto again, remember to protect her with everything you have. Besides, you will see your otōto again. I'm sure of it."
Yamato nodded his head as he thought about the situation. It seemed as though he had to protect his barely remembered imōto from a strange boy. Motoki could see Yamato had determination in his blue eyes and smiled. That determination will help Usagi in the future, Motoki just knew it. When Takato came over, he questioned about the toy that was floating over Motoki's head. Motoki, however, just laughed a bit before changing the topic, making sure the two younger boys forgot about Solarmon. Though, he wouldn't know it until coming into his bedroom with Solarmon, a light orange and moonlight yellow device, called a D-Power, would be on his desk and waiting for him. "Come on," said Motoki, "Let's see if we can convince our parents to visit Michelle-oba in Kōtō."
"Hai," exclaimed the excited Yamato and Takato.
- Three Years Later –
"Takato," questioned Motoki, "What are you doing?"
After three years, Motoki and Solarmon became close. Motoki was shocked, however, to see a device he never seen before on his desk. When Solarmon commented on the device and said he was now Motoki's digimon partner, Motoki just sighed inwardly. Motoki, however, returned the information favor and told Solarmon about his past as Furahata Motoki, along with being the Solar-oji. He also told Solarmon that in a few years, three others would join up with him when he was of age. Motoki, also within those three years, had gotten his parents and Takato to call him Motoki instead of Madoka. Now, however, Motoki and Solarmon heard something in the hallway and looked out of their door to see Takato and a big box. Motoki, seeing this, questioned on what Takato was doing. "Ah, Motoki-onīsan," said Takato with a nervous laugh, "It's just a box to hold things."
"Motoki," murmured Solarmon, "I smell a digimon."
"Huh," said Motoki as he heard both voices, "If that's just a box, you wouldn't mind coming into my room for a moment and letting me see."
"Uh," said a nervous Takato, "D-Dōshite?"
"Call me curious, otōto," said Motoki with a hidden smirk.
Takato, knowing that he couldn't get out of the mess he created, walked slowly towards Motoki and his bedroom door. He also slowly dragged the box into Motoki's room and laughed nervously. However, it was there that a growl came out of the box. Motoki blinked at the sound before gesturing towards Solarmon to be prepared. Takato laughed nervously again, but he couldn't stop what happened next. Once Motoki's bedroom door was closed, a red and black velociraptor Digimon with a digital hazard symbol on his chest jumped out of the box. This digimon was also growling and glaring up at Solarmon. "Guilmon," called out Takato nervously.
"So, this is Guilmon," said Motoki before talking to Guilmon kindly, "Nice to meet you Guilmon. I am Takato's onīsan, Motoki, and this points to the floating digimon is MY partner, Solarmon."
"E-E-EH," exclaimed Takato in surprise.
AN: (≧▽≦) Poor Takato. Motoki just dropped a BIG surprise on him. (¬‿¬) But, to be fair, Takato thought Solarmon was a cheap imitation of Nakajima from Rave Master, but in clock form. (^^) At least with Motoki in the known, Solarmon and Guilmon can stay at the bakery/house instead of Guilmon and Solarmon staying at Shinjuku Park. (^_-) Also, Motoki made Yamato an overprotective big brother to Usagi in years to come. So, this fiancé who will be introduced LATER better watch out. With Hotaru, Naru, Motoki, Yamato, and maybe Takeru's overprotective instincts, the fiancé needs to prove himself that he is genuine and not a jerk to Usagi. (^^)v Anyways, happy reading! See ya whenever! |ω・`)
