Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Digimon. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Digimon is produced by Toei Animation and Bandai of Japan that began in 1999.

"Why are we moving to Shinjuku again," questioned Masaru.

It was five years later, and a twenty-year-old Masaru, along with his family, were moving to Shinjuku. Even at twenty years old, Masaru was still staying with his family to better protect them while his father consciously decided to live in the Digital World full time. Masaru, however, didn't understand why they were moving to Shinjuku from Yokohama, a thirty-minute drive by car without traffic, but the other former DATS members and former captain of DATS wanted to check up on Shinjuku and THEIR Digimon crisis. Apparently, once DATS was shut down, the subsidiary for DATS, Hypnos, was still up and running. The last they heard from them was a couple of years ago, and a big red blob of digital mass was growing within the heart of Shinjuku. Though, now, Masaru was complaining while INSIDE a car that had his twin imōto and his mother driving to their new house, a moving truck following them. "Thomas-san said that all of the former DATS were moving as well to check up on Hypnos," commented Naru.

"Kyu," nodded Cutemon, "I want to see what's the other Digital World is like too, kyu."

"Other Digital World," echoed the entire family.

"Un," nodded Cutemon again, "Apparently, the Digital World I came from is governed by one of the Sovereign Digimon, Baihumon"

"Demo," said Chika, "What about Yggdrasil?"

"I… am not sure who or what was Yggdrasil, kyu," confessed Cutemon before changing the subject, "Demo, I heard from the others that Shinjuku's Sovereign Digimon, Zhuqiaomon, is very mean."

"Zhuqiamon, huh," questioned Masaru in wonder before addressing something else, "And another thing! Why do YOU get to keep your partner while all of ours went back to the Digital World?!"

Naru just shrugged her shoulders. She didn't know WHY she got to keep Cutemon while Agumon and the others went back to the Digital World after defeating Yggdrasil. Cutemon tried to leave with the rest of them, but something happened that made Cutemon stay with her instead of returning. Only time will tell why that something was.

- With Hotaru –

"Ōdaiba at last," exclaimed Takuya.

It had been a few years, but the now seventeen-year-old Takuya was on his way to a soccer game… his soccer team against Ōdaiba's high school team. Takuya even convinced most of his Digimon teammates to come cheer him on at the high school as well. Hotaru, now fourteen years old, was rolling her eyes at Takuya's theatrics. She was just glad to be out of Shibuya with her two onīchan and Tomoki. She was a bit saddened to learn that Izumi wasn't with them. She could use a bit of feminine bonding time since Izumi and she were the only girls on the team. Though, now, Hotaru was standing in front of the Ōdaiba High School for only for her D-Tector to react. The other boys heard the familiar ding of said D-Tector and looked at Hotaru. It was only her D-Tector that was still able to work in the Human World. "'Taru," questioned Kōichi.

"My D-Tector," said Hotaru as she took out a dark violet and light lavender D-Tector.

"I still can't believe you got to keep yours," pouted Tomoki.

"Life isn't fair," said a dramatic Takuya.

"Anyways," said Kōji, "'Taru? Should we follow the signal? It could be a Digimon."

"In Ōdaiba," questioned a skeptical Junpei.

Hotaru didn't answer back to her teammates as she followed the signal deep within the high school they were all standing outside of. The boys quickly followed Hotaru, not wanting the female of their team to be in danger. Kōji and Kōichi were very protective of their imōto, but Takuya and Junpei were just as protective. They viewed Hotaru as their imōto after spending those Digital months together and defeating Lucemon. Tomoki was following the four seventeen-year-olds at being protective of one of their female teammates, yet he knew that Hotaru was more than met the eye after that one encounter with Bakumon. 'Come to think of it,' thought Tomoki in thought, 'She was glowing an eerie purple color like her D-Tector was too.'

"The Digimon is somewhere here," said Hotaru.

"There," pointed Junpei, "A Patamon is on top of that kid's head."

"I can also see a Chibimon peeking out from that guy's bag," commented Kōichi.

'Hime', thought Hotaru as she stared at the one with the Patamon on his head, 'Hime is a boy?!'

"Eh," said a loud Takuya, "That's Daisuke-kun!"

"You know him," questioned Kōji.

As the Spirit Warrior Digidestined stared and converse, the two mentioned boys were hurrying to somewhere. Well, one was while pulling the other towards wherever they are going. They even have their Digimon partners and Digivices on hand, just in case. The one pulling, a frizzy, burgundy haired, dark brown eyed Motomiya Daisuke, was trying hard to get Takeru to move faster because he was late to meet up with Taichi and the others. Takeru, on his part, was trying hard not to let Patamon fall off of his head. "Daisuke, calm down," said Takeru.

"I can't help it," said Daisuke, "I'm late when I was waiting for Kari-chan until I realized she already left for the game!"

"You know, Tai is going to give you the older brother talk again," said Chibimon from the bag.

"True that," said Patamon before looking down at Takeru, "Takeru, when are we going to see your imōto?"

"Soon, Patamon," sighed Takeru.

"And that," said Daisuke, "How is it that in the same year as our adventure, a new Digital World called on your imōto and the others?!"

Takeru just shrugged his shoulders. When Usagi, Taiki, Akari, and Zenjirou got back on the same day they ventured into the Digital World for the first time, Usagi immediately called up Yamato and Takeru to give them a reaming for NOT telling her about Digimon. Yamato and Takeru, who were both with the old Digidestined and the newest three Digidestined, were stammering so badly that Tai grabbed the cell phone from Yamato and told her that they would go to Kōtō to explain. Boy was that an adventure in of itself…

- Flashback –

"I am glad THAT's over," sighed a long, straight lavender haired, brown eyed Inoue Miyako.

"Same here," said a dark blue haired, blue eyed Ichijōji Ken, "I am still sorry about everything."

"I am sure that everyone here can say that they forgave you, Ken," said a short, bowl-cut brown haired, green eyed Hida Iori.

It was the end of fighting BlackWarGreymon that the older Digidestined decided to greet the four newest Digidestined. Yamato and Taichi were the two to inform Takeru and Hikari to get Daisuke, Ken, Iori, and Miyako to the park for a picnic. Takeru and Hikari were all for it, and as soon as Blackwargreymon was defeated, the two experienced Digidestined ushered the four to the park with their Digimon partners where the past Digidestined were finishing setting the picnic up. The Digimon were all for diving into the food while Taichi greeted the four as newly Digidestined. Though, when everyone finally relaxed, Ken piped up with another apology to the entire group. "Iori is right," said Izzy, "You were manipulated by Arukenimon and Mummymon."

"I still feel…," started Ken.

"We know," said Mimi, "Demo, it is time to relax and enjoy ourselves!"

"Arigatō," said Ken with a small smile on his face.

The picnic was still going strong as the Digimon partners devour the food that the rest of the Digidestined weren't eating. It wasn't long that a ringing of a cell phone came from one of the Digidestined. Yamato, who heard the specific ring tone for his imōto decided to pick up. Takeru, who recognized the ring tone, informed the others that it was his imōto… his and Yamato's. "You have an imōto, T.F.," questioned Daisuke.

"Hai," said Takeru before everyone heard through Yamato's phone…

"Why didn't you TELL me that those stuff toys were Digimon, onīchan?!"

"NANI," exclaimed everyone before listening onto the phone call.

"I-Imōto," stuttered Yamato, "W-What are you talking about?"

"Don't lie to me, Yama-," said Usagi through the phone, "I just got back from a certain world with Taiki and demand answers."

Yamato and Takeru looked at each other in a panic. They didn't realize that Kōtō was experiencing the Digital World as well. They were also panicking because if they heard right, Usagi went TO the Digital World and was fighting alongside Taiki. They thought the gate was closed due to Blackwargreymon's sacrifice, yet here was Usagi ranting in the phone towards her brother. Yamato was stammering so much that Taichi sighed and took the phone from Yamato. "Celestia," questioned Taichi.

"It's Usagi," said Usagi.

"Right," said Taichi, "The others and I will come over to explain. On this topic, can you please make sure Taiki is there with you so that we can get YOUR side of the story as well?"

"Fine," sighed out Usagi, "Demo, you better NOT lie to me."

With that, Taichi heard the dial tone, indicating that Usagi just hung up on him. Taichi looked at the cell phone before looking at the group. He also couldn't believe that Usagi and Taiki also ended up in the Digital World. How could they have missed Taiki and Usagi then if Daisuke, Ken, Miyako, Iori, Takeru, and Hikari were also venturing into the Digital World? Something odd must be going on as he addressed the group. "Looks like we're going back to Kōtō," said Taichi sheepishly.

- End Flashback –

'We also didn't know that there were different Digital Worlds either,' thought Takeru in amusement, 'Poor Izzy when he heard Shoutmon explain his world.'

"What's so amusing, Takeru," questioned Chibimon.

"Just remembering how we had to go to imōto and learning about another Digital World," said Takeru.

"Poor Ken and Izzy," said Daisuke with a laugh.

The two were so immersed with their talking that they didn't realize the Spirit Warrior Digidestined came over. The two did, however, felt Patamon and Chibimon tense up when the six got closer. Looking alert from the tenseness of their Digimon partners, Daisuke and Takeru finally spotted the six walking closer to them. Daisuke, however, identified Takuya right away. "Takuya-senpai (upperclassman)," questioned Daisuke.

"Ah," laughed Takuya nervously, "Dai-san! Are you heading to the soccer field too?"

"Ah," confirmed Daisuke, "Are… you lost?"

"Ī-Īe," denied Takuya, "Just showing my tomodachi (friends) around."

"I see," said Daisuke.

"A-Anyways," said Takuya nervously, "My tomodachi and I w-wanted to ask you something."

"O…k…," stressed out Daisuke, "And that is?"

"Are those Digimon on your head and in your backpack," blurted out Junpei before Takuya could.

"Eh," exclaimed Takeru and Daisuke in shock.

- With Motoki –

"Are you sure you want to open up an arcade," questioned Yoshie.

"Of course," said Motoki.

"Demo, all the way in Kōtō," questioned a worried Yoshie.

Motoki sighed for the nth time that day. It was true that he wanted to open an arcade, but he wanted to be closer to his own imōto. Besides, Takato was a much better baker than he was and could take over the bakery once his third set of parents retired. Motoki also talked with Usagi about moving closer to her. Usagi was all for it and told him that she would frequently visit like what she did during her second life. She may also hinted in bringing her fiancé, Taiki, so that the two could finally meet. It seemed as though Motoki was busy by keeping Takato alive that he didn't realize Yamato and Takeru already met the mysterious fiancé. "Kāsan," said Motoki who stopped his packing, "I want to be a bit closer to Usagi-itoko," said Motoki who grimaced when he said itoko for Usagi.

"Demo, she could come live here," said Yoshie.

"You know she can't do that," said Motoki, "And not with her fiancé in that city."

"Oh," grunted out Yoshie, "That Natsuko."

"What's with Natsuko-oba," questioned Takato who came into the room.

"Kāsan wants me to stay here," said Motoki, "Demo, you know Usagi-itoko needs watching over, especially with her mysterious fiancé."

Takato nodded his head. He knew that Motoki loves him, but he also knew that he, including himself, wanted to keep Usagi as safe as possible. He too was protective of Usagi when he heard Usagi had a mysterious fiancé that NO ONE even met yet… well, no one except for Yamato and Takeru, though briefly. Takato was all for Motoki to moving to Kōtō to keep Usagi safe. Besides, he could always take the subway to visit Motoki whenever he wanted. It wasn't THAT long of a subway ride. "Anyways," said Motoki, "Did you need something, otōto?"

"Ah," nodded Takato, "Jenrya just called and said Yamaki-san wants us to go to Hypnos to meet some people."

"Some people," questioned Motoki.

"Un," nodded Takato, "Apparently, there were Digimon in Yokohama but was dealt with by the main division called DATS. He wants us Tamers to meet their DATS members and the other Digidestined."

"Alright," said Motoki who stood up from the ground, "Maybe they will tell us their stories while we tell ours."

"Maybe," said Takato.

- With Usagi –

"Who are you going to root for," questioned Taiki.

"Root for," questioned a short blonde haired, gray eyed Amano Yuu.

"Un," nodded Taiki, "Our basketball team is going up against Usa-chan's onīsan's team from Ōdaiba."

"Even so," said Yuu, "Usagi and you are dating. Shouldn't she be cheering you on?"

Taiki and Usagi froze when they heard Yuu say that. Yuu was the newest to Team Xros Hearts, which was also the name of Taiki's basketball team. He didn't know that Taiki and Usagi's relationship was very… difficult to explain. How could you tell someone that you were already engaged and not dating? Usagi looked at Taiki and flushed furiously. "U-Uh," stuttered Taiki, "W-We're not dating."

"You aren't," asked a surprised Yuu, "Demo, you always kept on protecting her, even in the Real World. My onēsan could tell that you two have feelings for each other."

"W-Well, we never d-discussed this," stammered out Taiki, "Especially when both of her onīsan hit me hard enough that one time they found out we were Digidestined."

"Anyways," said Usagi who desperately wanted to change the subject, "I'll be neutral. Besides, I'll probably talk with Hikari-chan while you guys are playing ball to watch."

With that, Yuu bid Usagi and Taiki goodbye as he left the basketball court. Usagi, on her part, shoved a water bottle into Taiki's hand. She knew that he would overexert himself once more and didn't want him to faint again. Taiki smiled in thanks before drinking said water. He, however, kept on thinking about what Yuu said and thought back to the year Usagi, Akari, Zenjirou, and he went to the Digital World. Maybe that's why Usagi looked like she wanted to strangle Bastemon? Well, he also wanted to do that with NeoVamdemon the Moonlight took Usagi hostage when they went to the Digital World a second time. It was also the time he and Usagi learned about other Digital Worlds, especially the one that Yamato, Takeru, and their friends went to. "Penny for your thoughts," questioned Usagi.

"Ah," said Taiki, "Just thinking about…"

"…What Yuu said," questioned Usagi.

"Un," said Taiki before looking serious, "I'll be blunt, Usa-chan. I do have feelings for you, demo I don't know if it is romantic in any way. I do know that I'm also very protective of you, especially that time you got captured by NeoVamdemon the Moonlight."

"You do," questioned Usagi before blushing slightly, "I… too do have feelings for you, demo I also don't know if it will be romantic. We're not even dating."

"Then," said Taiki, "Let's change that and see where it takes us? I know we have that contract, but it doesn't say when we'll be married. We can take this dating thing nice and slow."

"I… would like that," confessed Usagi.

"Great," said Taiki, "Best not to tell Takeru and Yamato though about that NeoVamdemon thing."

"Way ahead of you," said Usagi with a giggle, "If they found out, you'd be dead. I rather like my kareshi (boyfriend) alive."

"Gee, thanks, Usa-chan," said Taiki with a sweat-drop.

AN: And that's a wrap… for this chapter at least. ٩(^▿^)۶ I know that it seems a bit fast pace, but it's really not. As the previous chapter's title says, it was a BRIEF on the Digi-adventures. (^-^)v Now, this chapter is a year later from what happened, yet set at the time of Digimon Hunters. Though, I am not going into the Digimon Xros Wars series. (-_ゞ First of all, too many Digimon seasons already in this story. Secondly, I want to divert it to a different evil… maybe a villain from the Sailor Moon universe that crossed into this one and became a Digimon? (・・Anyways, happy reading and see next time! |ω・`)
