Disclaimers: This is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Digimon. I do not own these two shows. Sailor Moon is written by Naoko Takeuchi in manga form and aired as a series by Toei Animation and TV Asahi in Japan and by Kodansha Comics in North America. Digimon is produced by Toei Animation and Bandai of Japan that began in 1999.
"She's still asleep," gaped a worried Takuya.
When they all came back from the white void, they stayed at Motoki's to eat dinner before heading home. Motoki, Naru, and Hotaru all said that they should meet within three days, knowing full well that Usagi would still be sleeping to get her energy back. The others weren't comfortable with that due to them wanting to actually know their story, yet the three wouldn't budge. The Digidestined, with some complaints, finally agreed to meet back at Motoki's place within three days. Motoki, on his part, also stated that Usagi will be staying here, making Takato, Yamato, and Takeru to beg Motoki to let them stay as well. Now, it was three days that the rest came back to only find out that Usagi was still out like a light. "Using the Ginzuishō to gift you powers took more energy than both realized," said Naru with a thoughtful look.
"Yeah," said Yamato, "I also called Jō to take a look at her, and he said that she was still exhausted."
"Jō knew about this as well," questioned Jenrya.
"I am your medic during these trying times," said Jō.
"That's true," said Sora, "We designated you to be our medic, even when you have Senshi powers as well."
"And since you are a medic," said Hotaru, "You will be trained under me from this day forward."
"Eh," questioned the Digidestined.
Hotaru just smiled mysteriously before sipping her milkshake, courtesy of Motoki. She, along with Naru and Motoki, knew that the Digidestined, along with their Digimon partners, needed to figure out how to fight with their new Senshi powers. So, yesterday, the three met up while everyone was busy with plans already made to split the Digidestined up. Motoki, however, was hesitant due to Usagi not having a choice on who she would train, yet the three knew that these particular Digidestined would benefit Usagi, just as Usagi would benefit from them as a person. The Digidestined-turned-Senshi looked at Hotaru expectantly before noticing that she wasn't going to elaborate further. A noise drew all eyes towards the back staircase to see that Usagi was walking down, Takeru near her just in case she fell. "Look who's finally up," teased Yamato.
"Nīsan," whined Usagi, "Just you wait! You'll be feeling the exhaustion like I am soon."
"Really," questioned Izzy.
"Un," nodded Naru, "It will take a while for you to adjust to your henshin form due to the foreign energy that is swirling around your life energy."
"It was the same with us," said Motoki, "Usagi and Hotaru told us that they had to adjust to the foreign energy coursing through their veins. It took longer for Naru and me to adjust as well."
"Demo," said Takato, "You all looked adjusted when we first met."
"We hid how exhausted we were that day," said Usagi.
"Fascinating," said Izzy, "I am assuming that the Senshi powers will settle down when we get used to it."
"Indeed," said Hotaru, "The foreign energy, the Senshi powers, will also mix in with your life force energy, increasing your life force along the way."
"Increase," questioned Ruki, "By how much?"
"Uh," stuttered Naru, "You don't really need to know."
The Digidestined looked like they were going to argue, yet Hotaru just glared and reiterated what Naru said. The original Sailor Senshi knew that if they knew that the Senshi powers will increase their life force to an immortal life standard, the Digidestined would be left in statues to just process that information. They didn't need to know that once they had the powers, they essentially will slowly get longevity unless they died of natural causes or injuries beyond helping. Just knowing that they will help protect the Digital World and the Real World right now should be good enough for them. "Fine, we don't need to know," sighed Ken while Izzy was itching to question more, "Yet, we do need to know your story and who this evil we're battling against."
"Demo," said Taiki, "No pressure in telling us! Just tell us when you feel that you are ready."
"They probably aren't ready in the first place," scoffed Ruki, "Scaredy cats."
"You try reliving your life over and over again after dying," glared back Naru.
"R-Reliving," questioned a surprised Jenrya.
"And by the sounds of that statement," said Izzy who magically had his laptop out and typing along the way, "Their lives have been repeated several times."
Naru flushed in embarrassment and anger as she glared more fiercely at Ruki. Ruki was beginning to feel like she was going to become the wrong sort of Sailor Senshi, yet she couldn't come out and say that. Ruki, on her part, smirked before seeing Takato giving her a disapproving look. He knew that his itoko had a lot of trauma to work through, and Ruki's comment about them being scared was not okay in his books. Ruki winced a bit when she saw that disapproving look before… "Gomen," said Ruki without bowing to Naru.
"It's… fine," said Naru with a sigh, "Just don't do it again."
"Right," said Ruki, "I'll… try."
"Ruki," questioned Terriermon, "Trying? That's a good one!"
"Jenrya," said Ruki with a glare.
"Uh… hai," questioned Jenrya.
"Get ready for a new Digimon partner," said Ruki as she glared fiercely at Terriermon who was stepping backwards, "We're about to have rabbit stew in Motoki's kitchen!"
With that, Ruki lunged at Terriermon for his comment right as Terriermon shrieked with fear. Takato and Jenrya sighed as they saw Ruki trying to harm Terriermon for his comment. The other Digidestined were looking on in amusement. They could tell that Ruki was trying to be a good person. Usagi, on her part, smiled bitter-sweetly because Ruki's attitude reminded her of one of her wonderful Senshi… one of her wonderful friends… Hino Rei. She really wish that she could see all of her other friends again, yet for now, she needed to get past this hurdle first. "So, about our story," suggested Usagi who really wanted to stop the fighting.
"You sure," questioned a worried Taichi, "I mean, we can tell them so you don't have to."
"I… think I should," said Usagi, "Or better yet, let the Ginzuishō show you."
"Nope," said Motoki vehemently, "No way! You just woke up from the Ginzuishō creating them Senshi pens and powers!"
"It's only a little bit more energy," said Usagi.
"That may strain you again," said Motoki protectively.
"And if it did," said Hotaru, "Who would help those under your training today?"
"I can just advise while you all train," said Usagi.
"You sure about that," questioned Naru, "I know how much you like to help everyone."
"And as a medic," said Jō, "I really wish you don't do what you will do."
Usagi grumbled before looking at them all with defiance. She really just wanted to get this thing over and done with so they all can move on. Hotaru knew that defiant look, along with Naru and Motoki. They winced at that as they looked at each other. They really didn't want her to use the Ginzuishō, but Usagi was right. Even if she strained just a bit today, she SHOULD be fine to advise those that were in her group and still rest. The three sighed outwardly but nodded their agreement. "Fine," said Naru, "Yet, afterwards, it's straight to resting while we tell them how they are split up."
"Arigatō," said Usagi as she started to glow silver before… "Holy Ginzuishō! Please send our story memories to these worthy Digidestined-turned-Senshi so they will have the full knowledge of what is to come!"
- Meanwhile: Somewhere In Tōkyō –
"Why are we here," questioned Zoisite.
The four Shiten'nō-turned-Digimon were roaming about in Tōkyō. All four of them took their original human forms from the past as they walked aimlessly around one of the famed parks. Shakairenmon, otherwise known as Zoisite, was questioning just why they were out and about when their so-called master never told them to gather energy. Rishiakimon, otherwise known as Kunzite, nodded his head in agreement. All Zoisite and Kunzite knew was that Jademon, otherwise known as Jadeite, and BeilAxemon, otherwise known as Nephrite, told the two to get ready to go to Tōkyō. "I concur with Zoisite, you two," said Kunzite.
"Well," said Nephrite, "We are out and about to kidnap a Digidestined so that we can get to the hime and swear our allegiance with her."
"Yeah," said Jademon, "That."
"Nani," yelped out the two.
"You two have a brain cell of a goldfish," groaned out Zoisite, "Didn't we just vetoed that idea out when you suggested that last time, Jadeite?"
"I recall that I never vetoed this," said Kunzite, "I merely stated that it will help us survive."
"And," said Jadeite, "You were all for it unless this blows up in on our faces."
Zoisite just groaned once more. He knew that he should have kept his mouth shut about agreeing to this dumb idea, yet he also knew that whoever could combat the so-called master was the hime in question. He just didn't know if they would randomly bump into a Digidestined. For all they know, the Digidestined were amongst the other humans and hiding their Digimon partners. Voicing that out, the other three stopped right in front of a park and sighed in defeat. "Zoisite brought up a good point," said Kunzite.
"You mean," questioned Nephrite, "We were just randomly getting some Vitamin D instead of finding a Digidestined?"
"Apparently," said Kunzite.
"I told you so," said Zoisite who looked smug, "I told you this wouldn't work."
"Īe," said Jadeite, "I'm sure this will work!"
"This will not work," said Zoisite, "Not only do we not know exactly who is a Digidestined, we don't know what they also look like. I mean, it's not like a Digidestined will randomly show up with its Digimon partner for us to kidnap."
Yet, once Zoisite said that, a shout of Damemon was heard. Zoisite froze at the Digimon's name and was mouthing out No Way to the other three. Jadeite was now looking smug as they turned to see a blonde-haired male chasing after a Digimon. They also looked around to see that he and the Digimon was alone and the park was fairly empty. All four waited to see that the blonde male was laughing with the Digimon, a Damemon. All four then turned to each other before nodding their heads and going towards the male and Digimon. "Excuse me," said Kunzite, "Is that a Digimon?"
"Ah," yelped out the blonde as the Digimon tensed, "Gomen about that. You scared me."
"It is alright," said Nephrite, "Demo, can you please tell us if that is a Digimon?"
"Y-You know about Digimon," questioned the blonde.
"Hai," said Jadeite, "Now, with your question, we are assuming that that is a Digimon with you. Correct?"
"H-Hai," said the blonde.
"So, does that make you a Digidestined," questioned Zoisite.
"H-Hai," questioned back the blonde.
"Good," said Kunzite.
"Good," questioned the Digimon who was now trying to get in front of the blonde.
"Hai," said Jadeite, "Good for us. Bad for you."
"Eh," questioned the both, "How is that bad?"
"Because," said Nephrite before all four shifted into their Digimon form, "You are coming with us."
"Digimon," yelped out the blonde while the Digimon with him said, "Yuu! Run! I'll hold them off until you get to safety!"
- With The Digidestined-Turned-Senshi -
"Ugh," groaned out Daisuke, "What a head rush!"
After Usagi made that wish, a flash of silver flared before everyone saw Usagi having a symbol on top of her forehead… a golden upturn crescent moon. That symbol shot a golden beam to each Digidestined and Digimon partner in Motoki's place. A few minutes later, the beam left their foreheads just as Motoki scooped up Usagi and placed her into a booth to rest. All of the Digidestined and Digimon alike were pale as they watched the memories. Even those that were told the story couldn't comprehend the memories that were shown to them. They all looked at Usagi while her head was on the table, semi-asleep. "I can't believe that happened to you," said Sora, "That it happened to all of you."
"Well, you wanted to know," said Hotaru with a shrug.
"Could we go to your world one of these days," questioned Kōji with a glint in his eyes.
"Hai," said Kōichi, "We would like to thank the Outers for their generosity in raising you."
"You will NOT punch them for trying to… for the Pharaoh 90 incident," said Hotaru with her hands on her hips.
"Demo," said the twins.
"Īe," said Hotaru with a stern voice.
"Fine," groaned out the twins.
"Anyways," said Taiki, "You said you were going to separate us?"
Everyone turned to where Taiki was and blinked. Taiki moved fast after getting Usagi's memories and was now sitting next to her, Shoutmon and Lunamon on the table. Taiki also had an arm around Usagi's shoulders. They also saw that Usagi's head was now on Taiki's shoulders. They didn't know if the arm around her was to comfort Usagi due to her exhaustion or to comfort Taiki in knowing that Usagi was alive and well. Realizing what Taiki was asking, the Digidestined and Digimon turned to the three who were awake and alert enough to talk to them. Naru, Motoki, and Hotaru sweat-dropped when they saw the expected looks on their faces. "Um, hai," said Motoki, "We will be splitting you up into four groups. That way, it will be easier to help manifest your attacks."
"So," said Taichi, "We know that Jō will be with Hotaru, yet we don't know why."
"Due to my healing powers," said Hotaru, "I am best fit to help with any that will have the same powers as me. Jō is our main medic due to his vast medical knowledge. He will be with me to open up his healing powers. Hikari is the same."
"I am," questioned Hikari.
"Hai," said Naru, "Along with Kōji. Light attributes have certain healing magic. Just look at Usagi. She is the embodiment of Light for our world and performed healing and miraculous miracles."
"Though, Kōichi will also be with us since darkness can also be comforting," said Hotaru, "Due to that, darkness can have some form of healing, too."
With that, Motoki stated that the Tamers were with him because he knew them best. Naru then named the rest into which group they would be in. Taichi, Daisuke, Taiki, Takuya, Yamato, and Takeru would be with Usagi. Mimi, Sora, Izzy, and Ken would be with Naru. Yamato commented on why Usagi had the most with her, and Hotaru was the one who told him… them… straight out that Usagi had the most experience. Naru also piped up that Usagi was also the embodiment of Courage, Friendship, Hope, and Light all rolled into one. Hikari was with Hotaru because Hotaru had the most experience to bring the healing powers outside of being henshin and would probably need that particular aspect soon. "Got it," said Yamato.
"We should also set a set of time to get the Spirits," said Takuya.
"Great thinking, Takuya," said Kōji, "We can also show them our Digital World."
"I'm sure Izzy will like that," joked Tentomon.
"And Ken/Jenrya," piped up Terriermon and Wormmon.
They were all about to go into to train until SaberLeomon spoke up. He said that he smelled a wounded Digimon just outside the establishment. That statement prompted everyone, besides Usagi, to run out to find the injured Digimon. Once they found said Digimon, Taiki gasped out, "Damemon!"
"Taiki," groaned out Damemon.
"Damemon," said Shoutmon, "Who did this to you?"
"Four very strong Digimon," said Damemon.
"Where was Yuu in all of this," questioned BlackTailmon, "He should have made you digivolve."
"H-He did, "said Damemon, "Demo, the Digimon were stronger."
"T-Then," said Taiki in trepidation, "W-Where's Yuu?"
"H-He was kidnapped," cried out Damemon, "I-I couldn't protect him!"
"Do you know who kidnapped him," questioned Taichi.
"I-I don't know the Digimon," said Damemon as Jō and Hotaru finally sprung into action to help the injured Digimon after the shock, "D-Demo, they called them human names."
"What were they called," questioned Naru who was dreading what Damemon would say.
"Jadeite," said Damemon making them all gasped inwardly, "Nephrite. Zoisite. Kunzite."
"The Shiten'nō," murmured Motoki.
"A-And they said that i-if I want to see Yuu again," whined out Damemon, "T-Then, I have to bring this hime? to them at Kiyosumi Garden."
"Great," groaned out Hotaru, "A trap."
"Trap," questioned the Digidestined.
"Un," nodded Naru, "A trap. For Usagi."
"EH?!"
AN: Poor Yuu. T_T Though, I had to pick one Digidestined for the kidnapping. I was going to go with Daisuke, yet I think that wouldn't be possible since he was with the others. I could have made him late, but I went with this. Besides the visiting Digidestined-turned-Senshi, only the Fusion Digidestined are at Kōtō. ┐(´~`)┌ Anyways, happy reading and see ya laterz! |ω・`)
