I'm sorry this took so long and it's still so short! I've been away and only just came back, and I'm going away again tomorrow for 4 days. I've also been learning how to touch type (finally) therefore it takes me ages to type stuff, so I keep losing my motivation to keep writing cause of how long it takes to write a single sentence. Once again, sorry about the wait. Also I suck at keeping promises as this (yet again) IS NOT THE TRAINING MONTAGE. It's... I honestly don't know what this shitty chapter is.

o0o = time skip/scene change

Enjoy, I guess.

DISCLAIMER: I do not own Harry Potter or Bleach, they belong to J.K Rowling and Tite Kubo respectively.

Urahara's shop was odd, Tōshirō had decided. After finishing reading the material that he could utilise, he had gone searching for anything else he could use, like cauldrons to try out some of the potions described in the books he had read. However, the wide myriad of items he had found instead had him thinking that Kisuke Urahara was odder than he thought. Take now, for example.

"…Why does Urahara have over 10 000 words worth of documentation of Kurosaki's freakishly fast growth rate and abilities?" Tōshirō thought aloud as he picked up a manila file from a cabinet of similar files. He shrugged and decided he would check it out at a later date, putting the file back in the cabinet.

After another few minutes of searching, Tōshirō managed to find a large pot-like container that he could use for his experimental potion-making. Satisfied with his find, the white-haired captain walked back to where he was earlier and sat down, placing the pot in front of him. He flipped through a copy of a first-year potions book and found the one he was planning to try. However, he was interrupted right as he was going to start finding the ingredients he had access to.

"OI, HAT 'N CLOGS!" And there was the all too familiar voice of Kurosaki. Just what he needed.

Tōshirō sighed and stood up to go and greet the substitute, and as he got into the front room was greeted with an unexpected sight. Instead of just Kurosaki standing there, he was being accompanied by three of his human friends.

"Kurosaki, what is the meaning of this?" Tōshirō asked in confusion, crossing his arms.

Ichigo looked to Tōshirō. "Well… I asked my friends if they wanted to come to Hogwarts and 3 of them said yes so here they are," he said tentatively. Orihime waved at Tōshirō with a bright smile on her face, while Tatsuki and Uryū simply gave a glare and nod respectively.

"I see."

"I suppose this means I have to get more books, hm?" Kisuke quipped as he walked into the room, fan folded out and held in front of his face.

"Well no shit Sherlock," Ichigo responded dryly, turning to the shopkeeper.

"Hey Mr Urahara!" Orihime quipped from behind Ichigo.

"Hello Ms Inoue! I hope you're well," Kisuke responded brightly.

Meanwhile, Tōshirō had decided that the current conversation did not involve him and had gone back to the room he was in before. That was, until he heard Kisuke yell out something about wands. He sighed (for what had to be the hundredth time that day) and walked back out into the room, where the Kisuke was contacting Renji and Rukia, and the other 4 were standing there talking about some truly odd food combinations that the Inoue girl seemed to be cooking up – metaphorically, not literally, he hoped.

"I heard something about wands?" Tōshirō said to no-one in particular as he walked into the room.

Uryu looked towards Tōshirō and nodded. "Yes, Urahara said he was going to talk to Renji and Rukia about when we are all heading to London, as that is where we will be able to obtain wands and other necessary items for this year's schooling," he explained.

"Ah. That explains things," Tōshirō mumbled.

"Hai, so you'll be here in an hour? Great. See you then!" Urahara said into the denreishinki in his hand, before hanging up and turning to the other occupants of the room. "Well, looks like Rukia and Renji will be arriving here in around an hour. When they do arrive, you 5 – plus the other two – must take a senkaimon to London to stay at a motel called the Leaky Cauldron, where you will obtain the necessary items for the next year."

Tōshirō, Ichigo, Uryū, and Orihime nodded in understanding, whilst Tatsuki blinked in confusion.

"Someone mind explaining what a senkaimon is?" Tatsuki asked in a mildly annoyed tone.

"Weird portal gate thingy that Shinigami use to get from the Soul Society to the World of the Living," Ichigo said to answer Tatsuki's question.

"Ah."

Kisuke continued to speak. "Money for the trip and buying supplies is already provided, you can thank me for that. You just need to head to Gringotts bank wherever that is and give them the key to Vault 458."

"What key?" Ichigo asked, getting his answer when Kisuke tossed a key at him, which he pocketed. "Never mind."

"So! I suggest you all go and pack all your things, make sure you don't take too much, and be back here in an hour max because that's when Renji and Rukia are arriving and also when you're all leaving. Bye bye for now," Kisuke quipped before he shunpo'ed off somewhere into the shop.

Orihime turned towards the door and walked over to it. "Well, meet you all back here in an hour I guess!" She said over her shoulder before running off towards her apartment.

"Bye Orihime!" Tatsuki yelled after her, before waving to the others and leaving herself.

"See ya," Ichigo said, turning to Uryū. "Don't be late back here, Uryū," he said light-heartedly.

Uryū scoffed and pushed his glasses up his nose. "If anything I should be saying that to you."

"Yeah, whatever. I'm going now. Bye Uryū, Tōshirō," Ichigo retorted, walking out the door.

"IT'S CAPTAIN HITSUGAYA!" Tōshirō yelled angrily with a huff as Uryū shook his head and walked out as well, leaving the Squad 10 captain to be in his lonesome yet again.

An hour had passed, and the 7 people – correction, 2 humans, 3 Shinigami, 1 Quincy, and 1 human/Shinigami/hollow hybrid – had gathered at the Urahara Shōten in the basement, Shinigami already inside gigais. An already opened senkaimon was waiting in front of them.

"Alrighty, is everyone present and accounted for?" Kisuke asked, receiving a round of muttered yeses in response. "Great. Now, I wish you all a safe journey and if you need me for anything, you know how to contact me."

A safe travel when Kisuke's involved? Not a chance of that happening, Ichigo thought while the shopkeeper gave his ceremonial speech about passing through the dangai.

Just be glad you aren't taking one of those portkey things you read about in that weird book. They sound freaky, White muttered.

You actually remembered that?

I'm not stupid, yarou.

Ichigo simply rolled his eyes and retuned to the outside world just in time to catch the moment everyone else entered the senkaimon. Hefting his bag onto his back, he ran in after everyone else, vaguely hearing Kisuke yell some kind of farewell before the senkaimon snapped shut behind him.

"Well this place is gloomy," Tatsuki said to end the uncomfortable silence that had settled over the group like a heavy blanket.

"No kidding," Rukia added, running alongside the tomboy.

"I wonder what London is like?" Orihime pondered out loud.

"You're about to find that out, the exit's right up ahead," Renji said, his prediction coming true as moments later they exited the dangai into the middle of an alleyway in London.

They all looked to each other and walked out of the alley, coming out into a busy street. Cars honked at each other as they sped past, and people chatted to each other as they walked to work during the morning commute. The faint smell of cinnamon and coffee wafted past their noses from a quaint but busy café just down the street, and yellow-tinged sunlight beamed down on them from an angle.

"Wow…" Orihime mumbled, taking in the sights.

"I agree with you there Orihime," Rukia stated with a smile. "C'mon, I can see where we need to go."

Rukia walked in the direction of a dingy, rundown-looking shop with a faded sign that read "The Leaky Cauldron". Uryu frowned and looked confused.

"Why is this just sitting in the middle of the street? Any non-magical person could just waltz in at any time," the Quincy wondered, concerned.

"They have a barrier, idiot," Ichigo deadpanned. "It just doesn't look like it."

"That's a surprise, Ichigo is better at sensing things than someone else for once," Rukia jested with a smirk, to which she earned a firm glare from the substitute Shinigami.

As they entered the shabby building, the 7 looked around the quiet room and saw a man standing behind a counter in the left wall. They looked at each other and Tōshirō decided to talk to the man. He strode over and got the man's attention by clearing his throat.

"Ah, hello. Can I help you young man?" The man asked inquisitively.

Tōshirō was tempted to tell the man that he was not young, he was over 100 years old, but refrained from it as that would cause confusion. "I believe I heard that this establishment provided rooms. I have 7 people I need rooms for, myself included. Could this be arranged?"

"Yes, of course," the man said with a confirmatory nod. "May I ask your name?"

"Tōshirō Hitsugaya."

He seemed confused at the name's foreign sound, but quickly shook it off. "Well Mister Hitsugaya, you and the others you are with will have rooms 206, 207, and 208. By the way, my name is Tom. Feel free to ask me anything if you require assistance or need directions. Have a nice day!"

Tōshirō nodded and thanked the man, before walking back over to the others. "Rooms. 206, 207, and 208. Split up and put your belongings into the room you chose, and meet back out here in 20 minutes. We need to go and get supplies."

"Hai!" Renji and Rukia answered in unison, while the other 4 simply shrugged or mumbled something before they all walked off to find the rooms.

Hai (はい) = yes/yes sir (I believe that's what it means, but in this instance it was more of an "okay")

Yarou (野郎) = bastard

The denreishinki (伝令神機, Divine Messenger Machine; Viz "Soul Pager") is an inter-dimensional communication device used by Shinigami while on an assignment in the World of the Living.

The senkaimon (穿界門, World Penetration Gate; Viz "Tunnel World Gate") is the dimensional gateway which Shinigami use to enter and leave the Soul Society.

So, you know how Tōshirō calls everyone by their last name and no-one else does? This isn't because I'm indecisive on whether to make everyone call each other by last or first names, it's because Tōshirō likes being formal so he uses last names more often than not – with a few exceptions, one being Rangiku – and no-one else does that besides sometimes Uryū because everyone else really doesn't care for formalities unless necessary.

In that one part where Ichigo's different parts of his 'ancestry' were listed, the reason I didn't mention the Quincy part is because no-one knows about that yet apart from Isshin and I believe Kisuke.
