DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTER AND SUPPORT STAFF
The Department of the Minister and Support Staff is responsible for providing impartial advice and support services to the British Minister of Magic, Junior Ministers, and Heads of Department. The Department also helps to coordinate the overall political agenda and vision of the elected Minister to ministry-wide departments and offices.
By Warrant of Appointment, the British Minister for Magic may assign responsibilities to Junior Ministers to assist Heads of Department in carrying out tasks related to their department. Junior Ministers are also able to perform the duties of the Minister if the Minister is absent overseas or incapacitated.
The role of Undersecretaries within the Ministry of Magic is to provide assistance to both the Minister and Heads of Departments. They possess authority solely through the Minister or Head of the Department they are serving under. The appointment of a Junior Minister in relation to a specific department or office may be sought by the Minister and specified in a Warrant of Appointment.
OFFICE OF THE BRITISH MINISTER FOR MAGIC
- The Junior Undersecretary to the Minister provides secretarial and administrative support to the Minister and is responsible for leading the office of the Minister. The current Junior Undersecretary is Mr. Percy Weasley.

OFFICE OF THE SENIOR UNDERSECRETARY TO THE MINISTER
The Office of the Senior Undersecretary to the Minister is a prominent position within the British Ministry, with responsibility for coordinating government affairs relating to the Wizengamot Council, which serves as the Legislative Branch. The Senior Undersecretary attends all high-level meetings with the Minister and Heads of Departments and collaborates closely with government members of the Council to ensure support for government initiatives. As a long-standing tradition, the Senior Undersecretary is regarded as the Council's representative in the government. Currently, Madame Hestia Jones serves as the Senior Undersecretary, having established herself as a respected lawyer.

OFFICE OF THE JUNIOR MINISTER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MYSTERIES
The Junior Minister was appointed to help facilitate the changes needs for the DOM and to also assess and repair the damage conducted by the DOM under Voldemort Regime. the Junior Minister provides ministerial oversight of the department and remains one of the 2 public faces of the Department both in Ministry Wide and within the Government Benches of the Wizengamot Council. The current Junior Minister is retired Unspeakable Albert "Algie" Croaker the brother of the formidable Augusta Longbottom

OFFICE OF THE JUNIOR MINISTER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF MAGICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
The Junior Minister has been appointed to spearhead the relevant changes to the DMLE. The Junior Minister has oversight and responsibility for the Department and also acts as the Minister's Chief Advisor on Magical Law and Order.

OFFICE OF THE JUNIOR MINISTER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF MUGGLE AFFAIRS & RELATIONS
The passing of the Muggle Affairs & Relations Act of 1999 led to the creation of the Department of Muggle Affairs and Relations. The Department incorporated all muggle-related offices and divisions under one branch in order to better understand muggles and also to help pave the way to better treatment of muggle-born witches and wizards. The Junior Minister was appointed to oversee the department and assist in its operations. The current Junior Minister is Mr. Willhemina Bell (a half-blood witch).

GOBLIN AFFAIRS COMMISSION
Responsibilities include ensuring the Ministry meets its Treaty settlement commitments, providing strategic leadership and advice on contemporary Treaty issues, ensuring the engagement of the entire ministry with Goblins is meaningful, brokering solutions to challenging relationship issues with Goblins, and coordinating significant Ministry/Goblin issues.

CENTAUR RELATIONS COMMISSION
Responsibilities include ensuring the Ministry meets its Treaty settlement commitments, providing strategic leadership and advice on contemporary Treaty issues, ensuring the engagement of the entire ministry with Centaur Herds is meaningful, brokering solutions to challenging relationship issues with Centaurs and coordinating significant Ministry/Centaur issues.

Ministerial Reform Commission – 7x member commission who are responsible for providing advice and recommendation to increase the transparency of the Ministry as well as providing advice on the modernization and reformation of the British Ministry of Magic. The Commission is led by the Commissioner for Ministerial Reform who is appointed by the Minister while the rest of the Commission Members are fulfilled by 3x Wizengamot Judges and 3x Council Members. The Commission is supported by 2x Clerks of the Commission.
Ministerial Committee for the Review of Ancient Magical Laws – A committee appointed to review all ancient magical laws that are outdated and no longer valid or relevant to the modern age. The Committee is composed of 3x judges of the Wizengamot court, 3x members of the Wizengamot council, and 1x member Appointed by the British minister for Magic. The Committee makes final recommendations to the Wizengamot Council to change all affected legislation.
Ministerial Committee for the Review of Muggle Policy & Regulation – A committee appointed to review all British regulations regarding Muggleborn witches and wizards and to review and make changes to the existing muggle acts that are outdated and unfair. The Committee has 3x Muggle Studies Experts, 3x Wizengamot Members, and 3x DMAR Officials and is led by the Junior Minister for the Department of Muggle Affairs & Relations.
