7x DIVISIONS OF THE WIZENGAMOT HIGH COURT:
WIZENGAMOT HIGH COURT –The Wizengamot High Court is the highest judicial authority within the British Ministry of Magic, responsible for conducting trials for major crimes including High Treason and offenses resulting in near breaches of the International Statue of Secrecy. The High Court also serves as the court of last resort for appeals from decisions made by the six other divisions of the Wizengamot High Court. The court is presided over by the Chief Judge and three other judges who are appointed by the court. The primary objective of the High Court is to ensure justice is served in accordance with the laws and regulations of the wizarding world, while also upholding the secrecy of the magical community.
- Judges of the Wizengamot High Court – The Wizengamot High Court is presided over by five judges, including Mr. Thraxis Bletchley, who serves as the Chief Judge. The other judges are Mr. Roderick Brown, Mr. Leonard Abbott, Mr. Rees Davies, and Madame Elora Tuft. These judges are appointed by the court and are responsible for upholding the law and ensuring justice is served in cases brought before the court. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the court, having spent many years practicing magic and studying the intricacies of magical law.

The Sixth British Court of Magical Law is a division of the Wizengamot High Court, responsible for conducting trials related to major organized crime and violations of international magical law. FIFTH BRITISH COURT OF MAGICAL LAW - The Fifth British Court of Magical Law is a division of the Wizengamot High Court responsible for conducting trials related to Muggle-related crimes and crimes against Muggle-born witches and wizards. This court plays a critical role in maintaining the secrecy of the wizarding world and protecting Muggle-borns from discrimination and harm. The judges of this court are experts in magical law and possess a deep understanding of the complex relationship between the wizarding and Muggle worlds. They work tirelessly to ensure that justice is served, and the laws and regulations of the wizarding world are upheld.

FOURTH BRITISH COURT OF MAGICAL LAW -The Fourth British Court of Magical Law is a division of the Wizengamot High Court responsible for conducting trials related to magical creatures' enforcement and regulations. This court is responsible for upholding laws related to the welfare and protection of magical creatures, including bans on illegal breeding, hunting, and trade of endangered species. The judges of this court are experts in magical creatures and their behaviors, and they work tirelessly to ensure that the laws and regulations of the wizarding world are upheld, and justice is served. They also work closely with the Ministry's Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures to enforce laws and regulations related to magical creatures.

THIRD BRITISH COURT OF MAGICAL LAW- The Third British Court of Magical Law is a division of the Wizengamot High Court responsible for conducting trials related to ministerial misconduct and the conduct of Ministry professionals and officers. This court is responsible for ensuring that members of the Ministry of Magic, including Aurors and other officials, are held accountable for their actions and are not abusing their power or breaking any laws. The judges of this court are experts in the laws and regulations governing the actions of Ministry officials and are committed to upholding the integrity of the Ministry and the justice system. They work closely with the Department of Magical Law Enforcement to investigate allegations of misconduct and ensure that justice is served.

SECOND BRITISH COURT OF MAGICAL LAW - "The Second British Court of Magical Law conducts trials for crimes and matters relating to civil and administrative law. It is one of six divisions of the British Ministry of Magic's Wizengamot High Court, which is the highest magical court in the ministry.

SPECIAL TRIBUNALS
Special Tribunal for the Welfare of Magical Children & Orphans - The Special Tribunal for the Welfare of Magical Children & Orphans is a court within the British Ministry of Magic that specializes in cases related to the welfare of magical children and orphans. This court is responsible for hearing cases related to the custody and care of magical children who are orphaned or otherwise in need of assistance. The tribunal is made up of judges who are experts in child welfare and family law, and they work to ensure that the best interests of the child are always prioritized in their decisions.
Special Tribunal for Crimes of Underage Magic - The Special Tribunal for Crimes of Underage Magic is a court within the British Ministry of Magic that specifically deals with cases where underage witches or wizards have used magic in violation of the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.
Special Tribunal for Magical Transportation Appeals - The Special Tribunal for Magical Transportation Appeals is a court in the British Ministry of Magic that handles cases and appeals related to transportation within the wizarding world. This includes cases related to the misuse of magical transportation, such as an unauthorized apparition or illegal use of broomsticks, as well as disputes related to licensing and regulation of transportation methods. The tribunal is responsible for hearing cases and issuing judgments to ensure the safe and responsible use of magical transportation.
Special Tribunal for Ministry-Incurred Fines & Penalties - This special tribunal is responsible for adjudicating cases involving fines and penalties incurred by citizens by ministry officials or employees, as well as cases in which the ministry itself is fined or penalized.
Special Tribunal for Classification of Magical Arts & Research - The Special Tribunal for Classification of Magical Arts & Research is a division of the British Ministry of Magic responsible for the classification and regulation of research and practices in the field of magical arts. The Tribunal consists of experts in various branches of magic and is responsible for reviewing and approving research proposals and ensuring that the use of magic is consistent with the regulations and laws of the Ministry. The Tribunal also maintains a registry of licensed magical practitioners and enforces penalties for violations of magical laws and regulations related to research and practice.
