While the mages who would go back to Earthland to stop Usami and Ushin trained, the twins in question had Lucy bring them to Domus Flau. The golden dragon made a shaky landing on the floor of the coliseum, Usami groaning in annoyance as she and her brother jumped off Lucy's back and stared at the dragon. Lucy's head faced to the ground as it was obvious that she was fighting to break free of Usami's hold on her mind. But the silver haired woman knew that it would be easy to overtake the dragon's mind.

Ushin took a seat on the ground, sharpening his blades as his sister brought up her hand to strengthen her hold as Lucy roared in agony because of the pain. The blue violet headed man just watched in absolute satisfaction, proud that his sister's plan actually worked the way she said it would. Sure, they had practically lost Vetani when Natsu destroyed the Eclipse gate, but their goal was to have Lucy in order to conquer the world. Now... all they had to do was erase Lucy's consciousness, which was proving to be quite annoying.

Usami just smirked, her greed and ambition showing through her eyes. Her power growing as she could hear Lucy's consciousness and conviction trying to fight her way out. But it was pointless. Lucy was too sad, too angry, too lost about the death of her daughter that her mind is in utter shambles. The silver haired woman knew she could use that vulnerability to her advantage and her smile of malice made itself known her face as she began to lock Lucy's consciousness away into the back of her mind.

"Your daughter is dead, Heartfilia!" Usami cried as the golden dragon roared again. "She is dead and there was nothing you could've done to save her! It's all your nakama's fault!"

"You're... wrong!" Lucy's voice responded back, Ushin looking up at the dragon with slightly widened eyes since he didn't expect her to talk back. "You... It's all... you're fault... IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT NASHI IS DEAD!"

"Your daughter is dead because your so-called guild couldn't protect her!" Usami continued, the dragon flinching at her retort. "The truth is! Your daughter would've stayed alive if the dragons hadn't brought her back! Your daughter would still live if your nakama was strong enough to save her!"

"No... YOU'RE LYING!" Lucy cried as her roar began to ring towards neighbouring towns and cities. "IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT!"

"Just face the facts, oh powerful Dragon Empress!" Ushin shouted. "The nakama you fought so hard to protect! The nakama you dearly loved with all of your heart! They are the ones who let you down! You want to punish them deep down inside, don't you!?"

"They failed you even after you sacrificed everything, didn't they!? Especially that dragon slayer, who was your best friend, doubted you when you hid that child away, did he not!?" Usami added, the light in Lucy's eyes fading as she recalled her fight with Natsu when she sent Nashi to the Dragon Realm. "They did nothing! While you did everything!"

"STOP IT!" Lucy yelled as her roar reached into the sky, tears falling from her eyes while her energy slipped away. "They would never allow Nashi to die on purpose! They loved her just as much as I did! There was nothing they could've done!"

Ushin just smirked, knowing full well that the slightest bit of doubt would allow his sister to succeed in suppressing Lucy and taking control of her mind. The blue violet haired man knew the Dragon Empress was falling perfectly in their trap. Even though it was their doing that ultimately killed the peach haired child, Lucy could not deny that none of the mages from Fairy Tail or the other guilds were unable to sense the incoming danger. After all, Nashi felt her parents in danger and thus, sacrificed herself in the end.

"Hmph... nothing they could've done, huh?" Ushin spoke up once again, Usami pausing her words as Lucy made eye contact with the man. "Tell me, oh powerful one... for a little girl who could revive Jellal from a comatose state, how come she couldn't heal your daughter's wound? It wasn't like she was struck through the heart, was she?"

The golden dragon's eyes widened at the question. She remembered what she saw upon seeing Nashi's corpse from behind the building. The blood had either spilt from just below the chest area to somewhere near the gut. The smell of blood and tears at the time was just overwhelming. Nashi had died because her small body lost too much blood. It wasn't because a vital organ like her heart, lungs or brain. Wendy and Grandeeney were powerful... they could've saved her.

"Oh? My twin brother does think with his head sometimes, does he now?" Usami said with a grin as Ushin puffed his chest out in pride. "There's also your sky dragon and healer Porlyusica, isn't there? They are both powerful in healing, no? But... they just gave up and allowed the child to die."

Lucy felt her head spin, the world before her blending in with one another until it all became darkness. Nashi's face the only thing she saw before her tears blocked that too as she looked towards the sky, a roar of celestial fire parting the dark clouds above them. She could hear a voice whispering in her ear, demanding that she kill Fairy Tail and everyone that simply allowed her daughter to die. There was nothing else for her to live for now that Nashi was dead... Lucy would have her revenge.

'You will kill Fairy Tail.'

'Kill Natsu Dragneel. Kill Gray Fullbuster. Kill Erza Scarlet. Kill Happy.'

'You will have your revenge.'

'Nashi will not sleep in peace unless you kill those responsible for her death.'

'Do it. Kill everything in our way!'

As her consciousness slipped away, Lucy could feel herself reach for light as it gradually faded away in the darkness. Usami's hold on her mind finally completed. A final tear slid down her cheeks as she was lost to darkness. The last thing she could hear being Nastsu, Nashi and Happy calling for her with a smile on their face. The memory of them going all over Crocus together before bumping into Sting and Rogue, before the games had even started. She held onto that memory as darkness consumed her.

I'm... so sorry... Nashi...

When the golden dragon stopped struggling, Usami and Ushin observed closely as it stayed still while awaiting orders. The silver haired woman's smirk turned into a grin of evil, both she and her twin laughing as they realized that Lucy Heartfilia was, finally, no more. No longer did the fourth guild master of Fairy Tail exist. No longer did the Dragon Empress roam Earthland. All that was left... was a shell that was once her body. A vessel for Usami and Ushin to use in order to take over the world.

"Finally! Heartfilia is ours to control!" Usami declared.

"NO! IT CAN'T BE! LUCY!"

"Mirai!" Kumiko cried as the time dragon's face hovered over the oracle dragon's body.

The white eyed dragon's body was covered in sweat, tears flowing down her cheeks. When she got up from her laying position, Mirai saw that it was only Kumiko, Hekima and Isla with her. The three dragons looking at her with worried, for Hekima it was more so a concerned, look on their faces. It was obvious to her that when she shouted so desperately in her vision (there was no way it could be a bad dream) that she ended up shouting in her sleep, waking the others up.

Isla brought forth water and released a cooling mist to fall directly on Mirai's body in order to bring down her increasing temperature, the Water Dragon Queen and time dragon attempting to calm her down while Hekima just stared off into the distance from the island where they stayed. Mirai's cried softly echoing out in the air as the two female dragons sat by her side, placing a wing each over her. The cries soon dying down after a few minutes.

Once Mirai's crying ceased, Hekima's eyes stared straight for the night sky. The stars providing the only light for them at the moment since they had long since blown out the fire that lit their area. After a few moments of silence, Kumiko removed her wing from Mirai's body and looked at the oracle dragon straight in the eye. "What has happened to her majesty?"

Upon the mention of Lucy, Mirai's tears began to surface again as she shook her head in denial. "Lucy... she's gone..." She revealed, Isla and Kumiko's eyes widening as they gnashed their teeth in regret while Hekima just lowered his head. "I saw her... her body is no longer her own... it is now an empty vessel for them to control."

"No...!" Isla's voice trailed off as she could only imagine what Igneel, Celeste, Akira and Kai's reactions, especially, would be upon hearing the news. "They will become so disheartened when they hear..."

Hekima let out a breath, the air released becoming smoke before him as he closed his eyes when a shooting star flew through the sky. A silent prayer towards his beloved empress, his brethren and the humans that Lucy cared about. "My dear empress... I pray that you find your way back to us." He said softly to the stars. "Natsu Dragneel... may you bring Lucy home..."
