BGM: Dive Into the Heart (Kingdom Hearts)
"Uuungh…" Weiss groaned as she slowly came around. She slowly got up and rubbed her head. "Where am I…?" She wondered as she looked around.
Snowy, a fountain, in fact, it looked like she was in a courtyard.
A courtyard that was all too familiar for her.
"Wait… how did I…?" She turned around and gasped, backing up in surprise.
What she saw before her was the SDC mansion intact.
"What…? How did I even…?"
She clenched her fists. "If I just stand here, I'll never get my answers." She said as she walked up the steps and into the front door, finding herself in the main lobby where she saw two screens in front of her.
She saw Sonic looking around Green Hill while Penny and SAPR were on top of a few mushrooms.
"Just those three? Where's everyone else?" She wondered as the screens disappeared… and then a knight statue shook. She turned her head to see the statue moving… when all of a sudden, she heard a howl and saw a Beowolf at the top of the stairs.
Weiss immediately pulled out Myrtenaster, but to her surprise, she wasn't holding it. "Huh…?" She wondered as she tried Eiskonigen, but it wasn't with her either. She tried to summon her Schnee Orbitars, but they didn't pop in either.
The Beowolf snarled and lunged forward, swiping at her as Weiss tried throwing out magic at it but no ice magic came out.
She immediately backflipped as she tried to do some handsigns, but her Sheikah form didn't appear. She reached for her pocket, but her Pokeballs were missing too.
"What's going on?!" She demanded as the Beowolf stalked her, drool coming out of its lower jaw. She slowly backed up as she raised her hand, where a glyph appeared in front of her. She sighed in relief and proceeded to make icebergs shoot out at the Beowolf.
…But nothing came out.
"Oh come on!" She complained as she continued to back up… only to trip on something as she fell on her butt, and noticed that there was a ? Block in front of her. She immediately kicked it as a Fire Flower appeared up top.
Without even hesitating, she immediately grabbed a hold of it.

BGM: Cyberspace 1-1: Database (Sonic Frontiers)
She opened her eyes as the Beowolf pounced… only to get slashed away by a fiery version of Myrtenaster conjuring in her hands. She immediately stabbed the Beowolf several times before parrying it… where it proceeded to disappear from data.
At that moment, more enemies started to digitize in front of her. Ranging from Goombas and Paratroopas to Sky Bokoblins and Moblins.
The Goombas charged forward while the Paratroopas dive bombed her, but Weiss quickly rolled out of the way, changing weapons to Eiskonigen as she swung down, creating a fiery shockwave that destroyed the Goombas, Bokoblins and Paratroopas while the Moblins danced around the flames.
Weiss turned around and quickly slashed through their shields and themselves, where they disappeared behind her.
At that moment, the ground rumbled as the knight statue started to move before turning to face Weiss. The knight swung its sword down, creating a shockwave that started to make the SDC mansion fall apart.
Weiss quickly stabbed the ground as a fire version of a knight appeared, much smaller than the statue as they proceeded to battle while Weiss quickly ran up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, Shadow Heartless digitlzed in front of her and they pounced, but Weiss swung her sword to easily destroy them.
At that moment, both pathways crumbled as she turned to the knight statue walking up the stairs. She heard something digitize behind her as she turned to see a boost panel behind her. The window had shattered as Weiss quickly decided to make a break for it and launched off of it.
She immediately saw an item box in mid air as she quickly stabbed it, to which her heels changed into magnetic shoes as she landed gracefully on some rails, causing her to automatically start grinding.
She turned behind her to see the knight proceeding to give chase, tearing through the railings as it started swinging, but Weiss hit a boost pad and quickly gained speed. A few Shroob UFOS appeared in front of her and started shooting at her, but she instinctively jumped between railings to avoid the lasers.
She then came across some floating walls side by side with her as the railings went straight into them, but the magnetic boots kept her steady as she kept running. The knight caught up with her as she turned and swung her fiery Eiskonigen, both of them parrying each other as Weiss jumped off of a wall, landing on a few Goombas, and then landed on a Buzzy Beetle as she flipped over and kicked the shell into the helmet.
Weiss glanced down, seeing that there were rings everywhere as she immediately went over to collect them as the knight chased her, swinging down but Weiss avoided the sword swings.
Once she collected fifty rings, a fiery aura surrounded Weiss as she closed her eyes, lifting herself off the ground with a plume of fire. She snapped her fingers as a fiery Rathalos appeared above her head as it divebombed into the knight, making it stumble as Weiss launched off, her sword turning giant as she slashed through the armored knight as it fell to the ground behind her while Weiss landed gracefully.
The knight slammed into the ground and shattered upon impact, disappearing into data as a portal opened up near her. She immediately turned to it and ran to it, jumping through it without hesitation.

BGM: The Last Piece (Sonic Frontiers)
The moment Weiss jumped through, she immediately took notice of Sonic lying on the ground. She immediately went to check on him when a portal opened up as Penny and SAPR came falling out and landing on the ground.
"Are you guys okay?" Weiss asked.
"Uuungh…" Sonic rose, rubbing his head. "Oh hey Weiss… glad to see you're okay." He turned to see the Atlas Sisters rising as well.
"Damage report: Nothing but a few minor dents. Easily fixable." SAPR said to herself as she helped Penny up.
"Oh good! You two made it out okay!" Penny smiled. "...The weirdest thing just happened. We lost the ability to fly."
"I lost everything except for my glyphs." Weiss said. "But I did get some neat shoe-" She looked down, seeing her heels were back. "...Well, I had some neat shoes. I guess I exhausted the Fire Flower too."
She turned to Sonic. "How about you? You missing anything?"
"Well, aside from missing my friends, I feel fantastic." Sonic responded. "Though I do have a minor headache. But I guess we were the only ones who made it out of… whatever that was."
"Mortals. Robots."
"Gah!" Weiss yelped with a small jump as Sonic looked up.
"Hello?"
"You have done the impossible. You have escaped Cyber Space through your own power. You are the keys."
"Keys?" Weiss raised an eyebrow with a tilted head.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." SAPR said.
"Keys", huh? Well, it sure beats being called a rodent." Sonic snarked. "Are you saying we can rescue our friends?"
"Find the Chaos Emeralds. Destroy the Titans. Tear down the walls between dimensions."
"Titans…?" Weiss wondered.
"Scanning data banks: …No history of titans found. Except for that show that Masaru introduced us to." SAPR said.
"How about a little context?" Sonic asked. "Helloooo?"
No answer.
"Oh well… some direction is better than none, I suppose." Sonic said, all of them unaware of an AI girl watching over them.

BGM: Kronos Island - First Mvt (Sonic Frontiers)
"I feel out of place here, honestly…" Weiss said.
"What makes you say that?" Sonic wondered.
"Let's see, you've got speed… Penny and SAPR tend to be quick as well. I'm… not entirely fast compared to all of you. Yeah, I got time dilation but that's extremely limiting. So it's like… I feel like Ruby should be here instead."
"Ah, don't be like that. If anything, you're like a cryogenic version of Blaze." Sonic pointed out. "She might not be a speed demon like yours truly, but she does make up for it with her pyrotechnics. You're fitting in just fine!" He said, giving her a thumbs up.
Weiss blushed. "Okay… I needed that. Thanks."
"Don't mention it!"
"Considering there are four of us, might I suggest we make a temporary team?" SAPR suggested.
"So like WARCY?" Penny wondered.
"WARCY's not temporary in my eyes…" Weiss said.
"Good point." Penny nodded.
"But I guess it wouldn't hurt to make a temporary team for a place like this."
"Alright, I got some ideas!" SAPR smiled as she proceeded to conjure up letters electrically. "How about P-W-S-S, Powers?"
"Nah…" Sonic shook his head.
"W-P-S-S, Weapons!"
"I dunno…" Weiss rubbed her chin.
"S-S-W-P, Soup?"
Sonic blinked. "What."
"Not sure how I feel about that…" Penny said.
"S-S-P-W, Super… Spowtula…? Wow, that one doesn't make sense…" SAPR sweatdropped as she scrambled the letters again.
"W-Y-B-P, Whip? …Wait, how did I get a Y and B in there?"
"Why do I feel WYBP would be taken in a very adult way…" Weiss grimaced at the thought.
"And just like that, I'm glad Miu's not with us…" Penny laughed nervously.
"W-S-S-P, Wasp?"
"Wasp? Hmmm… how about… Wisp?"
"Wisp it is~!" SAPR smiled.
"Between you and me, who's the first and second S?" Sonic asked.
"Um… good question! It's anyone's guess!" SAPR responded.
"I like to imagine I'm the first."
"Of course you would." Weiss chuckled as they walked off together, where they found three switches on the ground. Once they activated them, Weiss's scroll went off as she pulled it out, seeing her whereabouts alongside Sonic, Penny and SAPR on a map.
"...Kronos Island?" Weiss wondered.
"That's where we are? Well, good to know." Sonic said while Penny noticed some railings that were floating in midair.
"That's peculiar… they're not connected to anything? It feels like it's randomly placed there." Penny said.
"Well, random or not…" Sonic took off running, quickly doing tricks on the railings and showing off while the others simply walked around. Some enemies appeared in front of them, only for Sonic to drop down and spin dashed into them to destroy them.
They would soon make it to a small structure where Weiss would immediately see Myrtenaster embedded in some rock. "Ah!" She smiled, only for some Soldiers to pop in. "Whoa!" She exclaimed as the four of them charged at WSSP, but Penny proceeded to fire lasers at the Guardians with Sonic finishing them off.
"Odd… my lasers feel off today." Penny said.
"We're all feeling extraordinarily off… meanwhile, I'm still dealing with my bratty twin."
"Oh, sure, I'M the bratty one…" R3-B7 grumbled from within.
"We'll figure out something for her…" Weiss said as she walked over to Myrtenaster and grabbed the hilt, proceeding to pull it out with ease. She immediately rotated the dust barrel and saw that everything was intact. "That's one weapon down… a lot more to go."
The group made their way down a hill and found themselves walking into another structure, where an enemy appeared before them.
The Ninja Guardian.

BGM: Guardians - First Encounter (Sonic Frontiers)
Weiss readied herself as did the others, but to their surprise, the Ninja let out a cry as a few Sumo Bros and Beowolf Grimm digitized in front of them.
"Here too?" Sonic wondered.
"What?" Weiss asked in surprise as the Ninja lunged with the Sumo Bros and Beowolves.
"They aren't alive. They're digital!" SAPR exclaimed as they proceeded to fight the digitized enemies while the Ninja targeted Sonic, slashing him viciously but Sonic was able to get out of the way, followed by using a Homing Attack and a few flurries of kicks and punches.
The Ninja batted Sonic away while Weiss stabbed the Beowolf, where it disappeared in data while Penny and SAPR knocked down the Sumo Bros. They all turned to the Ninja as they went to help him, but in a blink of an eye, Sonic ran around the Ninja with a blue electrical trail following him.
"What the heck…?" Weiss wondered.
"That's a new move." SAPR said as Sonic completed the loop, to which the Ninja was knocked high into the air as Sonic Homing Attacked it and heel kicked the Ninja into the ground where he dove for the Ninja, turning himself into a ball and spinning like a buzz saw to finish it off.

Resume Krono Island - First Mvt BGM
The Ninja disappeared in an explosion, to which several pink hearts and a Shift Gear appeared before them.
"Where'd you learn that?" Weiss wondered.
"Honestly? I dunno… it just came to me." Sonic shrugged. "Don't even know what to call it."
"I think we'll call it… Cycloop." SAPR said.
"Cycloop, huh? Heh, has a nice ring to it." Sonic smirked as he picked up the Heart tokens and Shift Gear. "Though I'm not sure what these are for, but perhaps they might prove useful."
"Yeah." Weiss nodded as the door opened up, where they pressed onward as Sonic proceeded to run around, collecting rings from railings and speed boosting rings.
"I have a theory…" Penny said.
"What is it?" Weiss wondered.
"Considering that was the first time Sonic tried that out… these islands might give us new abilities."
"Hmmm… come to think of it…" Weiss folded her arms. "When I was in Cyberspace, I used this Fire Flower and I was suddenly able to pull stuff off that I normally didn't use before. Heck, I had magnetic boots that helped me stick to grind rails and walls. Not to mention when I grabbed fifty rings, I felt myself getting boosted."
Sonic screeched to a halt. "Is that so? Rings are typically mysterious with some kind of power… usually gives me an extra set of defense." He shrugged. "Given how those rings boosted your power… hmm… I wonder if it has anything to do with your Fierce Deity."
"Could it? It typically just enhances my cryotechnics."
"As I said… Rings are mysterious." Sonic shrugged as they went along a path. The trio ran down a hill courtesy of a speed panel while Sonic decided to take an alternate path with grind rails and speed rings.
They soon reached a pillar of some kind, the same one that they first seen before they set off. The gear in Sonic's hip started glowing.
"Return to the digital dimension again. Use that gear to bridge the gap between dimensions."
Sonic hopped up and put the gear into the ruins.
"It is not enough to make the connection. One gear will not suffice. Hunt down another target and take its gear."
At that moment, they heard a portal open up as they turned to see a Tower Guardian emerging from a portal. At the same time, it was guarded by a few small digitized Nevermores and a Great Jaggi.

BGM: Guardians - First Encounters
"A digital Great Jaggi…?" Weiss wondered. "...I got the Jaggi."
"We got the Grimm!" Penny said.
"And… I'll get… whatever the heck that thing is." Sonic said as they went forward.
The Great Jaggi roared, leaping toward Weiss and slashing her but she blocked and parried him, quickly stabbing the monster a few times while Penny and SAPR took care of the Nevermores.
The Jaggi smacked her down with the tail and attempted to bite down but Weiss rolled out of the way and proceeded to stab the beast repeatedly until she stabbed it through the mouth to finish it off.
As for the Tower Guardian, Sonic kept Cyclooping around it to get rid of its defenses while also dodging the missiles as he proceeded to kick and punch the head of the Guardian until it was completely destroyed.

Once the Tower was destroyed, and gave out more pink hearts and a gear, Sonic collected it as they made their way back toward the portal and inserted it inside, with the tower activating.
"Return to Cyber Space. As many times as it takes."
"Good enough." Weiss said as they all were transported into it.
Weiss opened her eyes, finding herself on top of Rainbow Road as she also spotted the Master Cycle Zero nearby. She immediately hopped on it as she revved it up as a digital Lakitu appeared before her.

BGM: Cyber Space 1-2: Flowing (Sonic Frontiers)
Weiss boosted away before the Spiny Egg could hit her as she drove down the ramp as she was greeted by several Motobugs that were racing with her.
Up ahead, she saw a boost panel but no road was in front of the boost panels. She grimaced but decided to trust it as she launched herself off… and immediately saw space debris from Space Junk Galaxy shooting toward her and proceeding to make a road below her… with several gaps featuring Bob-ombs that were about to explode.
Weiss quickly swerved around them as the Bob-ombs blew up behind her as she saw more Shroob UFOs quickly making their way over and firing lasers, but Weiss was able to drift away from them.
At that moment, a Launch Star appeared as she drove into it and launched away while also smashing into a Shroob UFO as she landed on a grassy platform similar to Good Egg Galaxy as several Octoombas were being held by Paratroopas and Nevermores, all of them firing cannonballs at her.
However, Weiss was able to wheelie forward and dodged the cannonballs as she jumped off a platform and landed in an exact copy of the Comet Observatory, driving through the main hub area and driving off as more space junk appeared in front of her before a portal appeared in front of her.
With a smirk, Weiss did another wheelie and drove through the portal.

The portal opened up as Weiss fell through as she somersaulted as she hit the ground and gracefully landed, along with several keys in her hands. "Well, that was fun." She said, then noticing said keys. "Huh? What are these for…?" She wondered, while also noticing a bridge opening up before her.
The portal opened up again as Weiss turned her head to see Penny and SAPR hopping out laughing.
"What'd you guys do?" Weiss asked.
"Oh, we wrestled. It was quite fun!" SAPR said.
"Okay, guess we'll wait for Sonic." Weiss said.
Five minutes later…
"...You sure he didn't already beat us?" Penny wondered.
"I… guess so? Wait a bit longer."
Five MORE minutes later…
"I'm just gonna go see what's up ahead real quick." SAPR said as she walked off.
"Just a bit more…"
One more minute later…
"Heeeeeeeey!" SAPR called out to them. "I found a Chaos Emerald!"
"What?" Penny looked up ahead in surprise. "Did you find Sonic?"
"No, I haven't seen him yet! He might have gone ahead!"
"Oh, that's just like him." Weiss sighed as they walked off together, climbing up a cliff wall and reuniting with SAPR as they saw the blue emerald before them.
"I tried reaching for it, but it wouldn't do anything." SAPR said. "Heck, I had R3-B7 help out but nothing worked for her either."
"How does a Chaos Emerald elude me…"
"I wonder…" Weiss pulled out the keys she collected as they lit up and disappeared, to which the barrier around the Chaos Emerald disappeared.
"Oh! Interesting!" Penny smiled as Weiss grabbed a hold of it.
"That's one down." Weiss said, when suddenly a crack appeared out of thin air in front of them. They all turned to it as they immediately were ready to fight as the crack opened up.
"Nnngh! Aaaaagh!" They heard someone cry out as the crack continued to open up, revealing Futaba with her Maiden powers active as Jade, Iris and Rantaro hopped out with Futaba jumping out as the crack closed off behind her.
"Hah… hah… hah…" Futaba panted as she was on her hands and knees.
"Guys!" Weiss smiled. "Oh, are we glad to see you."
"You guys okay?" Jade asked.
"Yeah, are you?" Penny responded.
"Oh, we're fine. Futaba had enough and used her Maiden Powers to break us out of that weird crap." Iris said.
"Took… a lot out of me… hahaha…" Futaba panted as Rantaro knelt down and rubbed her back. She slowly rose and smiled. "So, what'd we miss?"
"Lousy good for nothing…" A voice grumbled as they all turned to see Sonic approaching, looking incredibly annoyed. "Oh, hey guys…"
"Uh… are you annoyed with us leaving you behind? We thought you ran off without us and-"
"Nah, you're good… it's just…"
"Just what?" SAPR wondered.
Sonic folded his arms with a cross vein appearing on his forehead. "You would not BELIEVE the BS I had to go through!"
Ah... World 1-2 woes...

Crazy story on my end: I had forgotten to recharge my Pro Controller and I kept getting battery warnings when I was playing 1-2, but I was determined to get S rank and beat that unforgiving time. ...My controller died right as I beat the clock and got S rank. Talk about insane timing.
