Ch 53 Classless
After returning from the Western Fields, Harry, Aria, Nero, Medusa, and Tametomo returned to the Growth Section Base.
"I see," Sakura nodded, hearing what transpired in the Western Crop Fields. "So the Western Crop Fields were destroyed in the process," The purple-haired Ai said, looking at her former Servant informed her of the events.
"I better call for the Build Section to send down to start repairs…" Sakura said, getting up from the chair.
"I apologize for the damages, Lady Sakura." Tametomo apologizes to the Main AI Unit of the Growth Section. "I calculated it was the best outcome to rescue the young Lord and the others." The Archer said, looking at the AI,
Sakura turns around at the Mecha Archer, smiling at him. "No worries, Archer. I understand what you needed to do." The purple-haired AI said, "Speaking of what needed to be done, how's your injuries, Harry?" She asked the Heir of Chaldea.
Harry nodded, looking down at his arm with a bandage covering his wound. "I'm okay, it's just a scratch, Sakura." He said before gazing over to Aria who smiled at his gaze. "But I think just a simple bandage than wrappings would be better." He stated,
"I'm merely taking account for any possibilities of injury." Tamamo Aria said, stating her reason.
Harry sighs before speaking about the other Element in the room. "Anyways, Tametomo…I figured because of your size you won't able to fit in the Farmhouse…but…" The young Boy looks at the Mecha Archer, now the size of an Action Figure.
The Little Tametomo looks at the young master, answering his question. "I calculated this was the best course of action when trying not to be spotted." The Archer explains to the young master. "This form has many practical uses, mainly for reconnaissance missions."
"Wow, what else can you do in that form, Tametomo?" Harry asked, curious what else the Archer from the Revenge Realm could do. The young Boy witnessed Tametomo transform himself into his miniature version, like a Transformer changing from Robots to Cars.
The Little Tametomo reviewed his Data Logs, gaining information about his features. "My features include a Digital Alarm Clock, Calander, Filing System, Internet, and many others." The Archer said, giving him a full idea of what he's capable of.
"You're like a utility Machine or something like it," Harry exclaims, finding Tametomo to be one of the coolest Servants he'd met so far.
Tametomo inclined his head to the black-haired Boy, showing his appreciation. "You Lord, your words honor me." The Archer replied before hearing Nero change the subject.
"Umu, now that we found Tametomo we can move onward in Seraphix." Nero nodded, seeing they were finished with what they needed to do in the Growth Section.
"Huh? We're already done here in the Growth Section?" Harry looks at the Emperor of Roses, surprised to hear they are done.
Nero nodded, looking at the young master. "Umu, we've met up with Tametomo and there's nothing else we need to do here in the Growth Section." The Red Saber said, explaining things to the Heir of Chaldea. "Our only option is to continue forward."
Aria nodded, understanding what they needed to do now. "I see, so we need to go further into Seraphix to resolve this Singularity…" The Rider said, twitching her ears,
"Umu, that's right Aria. The Source of the Singularity is BB which is also…" Nero raises her voice, leaving her statement open.
"The Center of Seraphix," Harry finished what the Saber hinted at. "And it's highly possible that's where BB's base is." The young Heir said, reading the map before noticing a Barrier. "What's this Barrier?" He points to the area,
Everyone looks at where Harry was pointing to before Medusa spoke. "That's the Barrier separating the Growth Section from the Transfer Section." The Saber informed the young master.
"In short it's another Section entirely," Sakura explains before adding her information. "That is where you can find Mable Macintosh and a few Seraphix Staff researching the Crops in the Growth Section." The purple-haired Ai explains to the young master.
Harry nodded, he knew that Seraphix was a Research Outpost like the other Outposts his Family visited. It's natural to find some Researchers within them. "Hold on, how come we didn't encounter them in the Farmhouse?"
"Ara, I was curious too. Where are the Humans and Researchers of Seraphix?" Aria asked the Chaldean Servants around her,
"The BB Protocols is designed for any Personals to go to specific areas with Seraphix whenever BB goes rogue," Tametomo explained, already programmed with Chaldea's many Protocols, even the Solomon Protocols.
"So our goal is the Barrier to get to the other side," Harry said, getting an idea of what to do in this Pseudo-singularity.
Sakura spoke up, "Um…I forgot to tell you, BB has sent Sentinels to guard the Gates to other Sections. The majority are Alter Ego Servants," The violet-haired Ai informed the group what was waiting at the Gate.
"Alter Egos…" Harry trails off, aware of the Alter Egos of Kingprotea in South America.
Nero closes her eyes before asking Sakura who is guarding the Gate. "Sakura, do you know who is guarding the Gate to the Transfer Section?" The Saber asked,
The purple-haired Ai looks at the Servants, answering the question. "Meltryllis."
Later in the Day, Harry stood outside of the Farmhouse thinking over who he'd have to face. "Young Prince, I was wondering where you went to after Lunch." Nero walks out of the Farmhouse.
Harry turns to the Roman Emperor, "Nero," He spoke her Name.
"Something wrong, young Prince?" Nero asked, seeing him staring at the horizon.
"The one who's guarding the Gate, Meltryllis," Harry spoke, curious about who she was. "Who is she? The way you guys respond, she seems to be important." The young Heir of Chaldea said.
The blonde Saber understands what Harry is going to say. "Umu, so that's how it is," Nero said before explaining to the young master. "Young Prince, what Sakura meant is that the one guarding the Gate is someone with a strong Bond with Preator."
Nero smiles, explaining further what Sakura means. "Servants with a peculiar strong Bond with their master are a bit stronger than other Servants," The Emperor of Roses said, informing Harry what doesn't know. "Your Servant, Archer; the more you spend time with him the stronger your Bond is. The benefits are simple as it is, a quicker response, mental communication, and the Servant being called by their side without a need of a Command Seal."
"So Meltryllis is a Servant that has a strong Bond with Dad?" Harry asked, he couldn't help but wonder who else had a strong Bond with Ritsuka. "Say, Nero, just out of topic who else has a strong Bond with Dad?" He asked,
Nero looks up, smiling at the fact the young master wants to learn. "Well, young Prince there's a lot of Servants who have that kind of Bond with your Father." The Emperor of Roses said, "But let me tell you a few, that I know of…"
"There's Cu Chulainn Caster, Jeanne D'Arc, me obviously, Captain Drake, Mordred, Nightingale, Sir Bedivere, Kingu, Gilgamesh, Jeanne D'Arc Alter, Meltryllis, and a few others," Nero told the young master who has the strongest Bond with his Father.
"That's a lot of Servants," Harry commented, seeing his Father must've earned a lot of Servants' trust.
Nero smiles, patting Harry on the back. "Now don't be like that, throughout your travels, I'm sure you've Bonded plenty of Servants!" The blonde Saber stated, "Like me and Medusa and Tametomo, oh and Aria too!"
Harry smiles, nodding to what the Roman Emperor said. "I guess you're right, I did befriended a lot of Servants." The young Heir said, thinking back to how many Servants he'd met.
"Umu, through those Bonds you made with the Servants, young Prince. It's guaranteed that we will come to aid you no matter what." Nero said, giving a small pat on his back. "Now let's check that Bond by heading to the Gate."
"Huh?" Harry looks at Nero, questioning what she just said. "We're going now?"
Nero nodded, "Umu, we've reunited with Tametomo, and no one else was dragged into the Growth Section." The blonde Saber stated,
Harry nodded, taking a deep breath and releasing the worry he had. He looks up at the Roman Emperor, ready to depart for the Gate. "O-Okay, I'm ready, Nero." He said,
"Umu!"
Leaving the Growth Section Base, Harry and the Servants made their way to the Gate to the Transfer Section of Seraphix.
Harry was walking beside the Servants he'd met to the Gate, planning to meet up with the Seraphix Staff. The young Heir couldn't help but wonder what Meltryllis was like, "Nero, do you know what Meltryllis is like?" The Servants look down at Harry, hearing his question. "I'm just wondering since it's clear that we're going to fight her." He said, having an inkling feeling.
Aria nodded, knowing about the Alter Egos siding with Chaldea. "I am as well, it's better to be prepared for the upcoming Battle.' The Rider said, wanting to know more about their Opponent other than the information she had.
"I see…umu, I guess that's understandable." Nero nodded, considering that option. "If you're going to Battle, it's best to know your Opponent before facing them." The Red Saber commented,
Harry felt in his arms Tametomo, still in his Miniature version of himself spoke. "The Alter Ego of Pleasure, Meltryllis. She was born from BB's Pleasure combined with the Divine Spirits of the Greek Goddess of the Moon, Artemis, the Hindu River Goddess Saraswati, and the Leviathan from the Old Testament." The Gundam Archer informed the young master who they were facing,
"Her Fighting style consists of many quick jabs and slashes in the forms of Ballet," Tametomo explains further, reading the Data he has on the Seraph Servants.
Based on the description alone, Harry could tell that Meltryllis was going to be a fast Opponent. "So she's fast then…what should do when she attacks?" Harry asked, wondering what's the plan.
"Well, for starters we need to catch her unguard and corner Meltryllis quickly." Medusa Saber explains the best strategy to combat the Alter Ego of Pleasure. She looks up, seeing the Gate to the Transfer Section of Seraphix. "Heads up, we're nearing the Gate."
Everyone nodded, preparing themselves as they approached the metallic Gate. Upon arrival, the group went to the Base near the Gateway, searching for any Staff remaining.
The Base was connected to the metallic Wall, which Harry expected from a Research Base. It was rectangular and large with a metal stairway leading to the entrance.
Walking up the stairs, Harry knocked on the Base's door, calling for anyone inside. "Um, excuse me. Is anyone inside?" Harry called out to anyone before realizing that the metal door was open.
"Um, that's not good," Aria spoke, looking at the creepy dark hall.
"Umu, umu, this is a perfect scene for a Horror/Slasher film." Nero agreed, getting that feeling when she looked down the Hall.
Harry didn't like that Nero had mentioned those types of Movies. Even though he enjoys those films, he hates it when situations are similar to the Movies. "Why do you need to say that, Nero?" He asked,
Nero laughed a little, not meaning to frighten the young master. "Sorry, young Prince, I couldn't help myself." The Red Saber said,
"Everyone, be aware there's a Servant Signature inside the Facility," Tametomo informed everyone, detecting a Spirit Origin just within the Base.
Medusa and Nero materialized their Swords, taking the lead into the Base. "Young master, stay close to Aria and Tametomo." The violet-haired Saber said, leading everyone inside the Entrance.
Harry nodded, following his Father's Servants through the door, and entering the dark Facility.
Walking down the metal Halls, Harry could tell this was where the Staff would stay and recuperate. The young Boy saw a door ajar, revealing a simple Bedroom with a desk connected to the Walls and a simple Bed with white covers, similar to his room on the Storm Border.
Upon further exploration, they heard some noises in the Command Center. "Head up everyone, there's someone here," Nero informed the group as everyone got ready to attack,
Soon enough, the door to the Command Room opened revealing a petite brunette Woman wearing green glasses, a white dress uniform with a green jacket. On the jacket was a logo of the Moon Cell indicating she's a part of Seraphix's Staff. "Hmm? O-Oh my, Medusa, I didn't expect you to be here- wait, there are more Servants here and…THE DIRECTOR'S SON!?"
The Woman dropped her tablet once her eyes glanced over to Harry, panicking at the sight of him. "I-I can't believe it, here I was expecting director Fujimaru and Lady Mashu to resolve the Singularity once the BB Protocols were activated but now I've encountered the Heir of Chaldea, which I thought would be on the Storm Border or any other Outpost instead of Seraphix where the Alter Egos are definitely gonna have a Field Day once they see you and not to mention the Counter Force Servant I've encountered once everyone went deeper in…"
Harry merely blinks at the Seraphix Staff Member speaking rather fast for a Person and not taking any pause for air. "Um…is she alright?" Harry asked the Servants around him.
"Hmm? Umu, yes, she's just overreacting as usual." Nero answered the young master before Medusa stepped forward.
"Mable calm down, you'll pass out like before if you continue speaking like that," Medusa called out to the Human Researcher, reminding her to breathe.
Mabel took as many breaths of air as she needed before addressing the Servants and Harry. "Better?" The Monster of Greek Mythology asked,
The brunette Researcher nodded, smiling at the Saber Servant. "Y-Yes, thank you, Medusa." Mable looks at Harry, finally addressing him. "Sorry about that, I tend to overreact when things go…unexpected. Actually, things as of right now are a whole unexpected with BB going Rogue and creating yet another Singularity. Huh, by now I should be alright with this…hmm." She shrugs, seeing this as a norm with the Moon Cancer.
"It's okay, I'm still getting used to things like Ais and other things Chaldea knows," Harry responded, understanding what the Researcher was going through. "Um, are you another AI like Sakura?"
"M-Me? Oh no, no, no, I'm Human. To be honest, I'm like the only Human here in the Growth Section." Mable admits, scratching the back of her head.
Everyone's eyes widen, looking at Mable, wondering where the other Staff are. "Mable, what do you mean, you're the only Human here?" Nero asked the Researcher.
Mable looks at the Emperor of Roses, correcting herself. "Oh, no, I didn't mean they were killed. I meant to say, that they are a bit further into Seraphix. We were in the middle of the Shift Exchange when BB went on BB on us." The Researcher explains to the group. "I so happen just doing my rounds here when it activated."
"That's a relief, at least we know that the Researchers are safe." Aria sighs, happy to hear there are no causalities.
Mable looks over to the Tamamo Servant, surprised to encounter another Counter Force Servant. "There's another Counter Force Servant here!? BB really must really did earn the ire of the Counter Force." The brunette Researcher said, sighing at Aria.
Harry's eyes widen, remembering what Tametomo told them earlier. "Another Counter Force Servant? Tametomo, you said there's another Servant here, right?" He asked the Archer in his arms.
"Affirmative, there's still a Servant within the Central Command Room here," Tametomo informed the entire group, "They're real close."
"Right…um, I'm not sure how to explain this but the Counter Force Servant…well…" Mable adjusted her glasses, unsure how to explain this to the group. "I believe it's best to introduce you all to the Servant." She said, guiding everyone inside the Command room.
Harry looks at the Servants who are curious about this Counter Force Servant. Either way, they all followed the Seraphix Staff Member inside the Command room,
Inside the Command room was a young Girl with red hair, and blue eyes and wearing a Victorian red dress with a hint of gold, blue, and green. "Hmm? You're back Ms. Macintosh!" The Girl smiled,
The Girl then took notice of the group of People behind her. "Oh, and you brought guess! Hello there," She smiled,
Harry was taken aback by the Girl greeting Mable. "Tametomo, is this-"
"Indeed, this here is a Servant. But her Spirit Origins is hard to read." Tametomo explains to the Heir of Chaldea. "It's undefined, like it-"
Mable turns to the Servants, hearing Tametomo's analysis. "Like she can't remember her Class? Yeah, that's because she doesn't remember her Class," The Researcher explains, hearing that from the Counter Force Servant.
"That's common," Nero said before seeing Harry approaching the new Servant. "Young Prince?" She looks at him, walking up to the Classless Servant.
"Hello, I'm Harry." Harry introduced himself to the Servant, being nice to her despite not knowing who she was.
The Classless Servant smiles, looking at the Heir of Chaldea. "Hello there, Harry. It's nice to meet you," She said, swaying forward and back. "I'm a Servant Summoned by the…Counter Force I believe…sorry, but I'm not sure. I just know I was Summoned rather early."
'Rather early? Like what Ruler of Edo said, she was Summoned early to whatever she was supposed to do.' Harry ponders, thinking back to the white-haired Ruler Servant. He shook his head, thinking he should ask his Father or Mother about this. "Anyways, do you know anything else about your Summon?"
The Classless Servant shook her head, replying to the black-haired Boy. "No, all I can remember about myself is that I was at a School, that's it- oh! But I do know my True Name at least!" She smiles.
"An unconventional thing for a Servant to do, but it's better than calling you Classless," Medusa commented, receiving nods from everyone. "Though that does sound good…"
Aria steps forward, "What's your Name then, Classless."
Classless smiles, answering the Counter Force Servant. "Sure, it's"
