In a prestigious school like Beacon all students are trained to fight. It's the normal teachings they take for granted, like how to not kill your teammate just because they gave a hard pat on the back. Of course the school also wasn't expecting to take in a trained assassin who needs accustoming to life. Not to mention the white fang growing bolder... the school staff have it hard.
