The more kinetic energy is used up in a single burst, the more powerful the resulting jump or kick. The user's legs are highly resistant to wear and tear as a requirement to use this Quirk effectively and safely though multiple consecutive uses of this Quirk without enough rest can overcome this resistance and leaves their legs sore and achy.
