Considerations

Glimmer woke up next to Bow and stretched her wings and back. Then she kissed her almost-husband and touched her belly. She smiled to herself. She still couldn't believe that she was going to have a child. She was happy at the thought of becoming a mother, although she didn't actually plan it, it just happened... She would have wished the circumstances had been more favorable, but children were born even in the darkest period of the war, of which she was the best example. Everything will work out somehow now. She didn't even notice Bow waking up. He smiled at her, kissed her and then her stomach.

„Are you sure you don't want to tell your dad about this...„ he asked, and she thought for a moment and shook her head.

„I want to surprise him on the wedding day. But I will definitely tell him everything before we make it public. Unless this ant spills the beans." She replied to her beloved.

„Don't call her that. Her people are called the Shirren , and her name is Ashurk" said her belovedhugging her tightly. She sighed and said with a weary voice.

„Just looking at her gives me a headache. You think all of her people are so intense?"

Bow smiled and stroked the back of her neck.

„Everyone is themselves first and foremost. We should not judge all representatives of a given people by a single representative and vice versa." He said gently, and she thought about it. Three days had passed since that dinner and life was slowly returning to normal, as much as possible. Catra told them what she had learned from her father. Her mother's people were called Pahtra. They didn't find out much else, but she was curious what he would be like and if they were similar to Catra or the feline people who lived in Etheria.

„We still don't know anything about my mother. I don't know if space pirates can sneak onto the planet undetected? What are space pirates like, anyway? Do they have mechanical parrots?" she asked herself and smiled to herself. "You know... If it weren't for what happened to Mom, I would be glad that she is a pirate..."

„Arr!" Bow said and kissed her neck and then asked. "What are you going to say in response to the Lord Admiral's proposal?"

She closed her eyes and moaned.

„I don't know. I don't like it, although I don't think he wants to attack us, but I don't like the presence of foreign troops on Etheria . People from outside have tried to take advantage of us too many times. We won't let them do this to us again…."

„Then maybe tell them they can only bring officers and personal guards. This will probably be a good compromise." Bow suggested.

„A bit rotten for my taste, but I guess it's the best solution." she smiled at her beloved and climbed on top of him, hugging his waist with her thighs. „ You know what, we don't have to get up yet, especially since we've already discussed matters of state importance, so I guess we have time for some... „ pleasure." she kissed her almost-husband… Only a few more days.

She had to admit that the Grand Marshal's job had been extremely exhausting lately. It was hard for her to concentrate on her daily work, even though there was so much to do. She had to strengthen the posts on the border with Dryl, and also figure out from where transfer the soldiers who were to be stationed near the border with the Kingdom of Snow. So far they didn't have to guard anything there, they just had some bored border guards. Now they had to be on their guard, because the Frosta country had gone over to Lonnie's side. They didn't know what was happening there now. She told some Brightmoon residents who had relatives there to ask them what the situation was like in their country. Damn, they needed an spy agency, maybe they should hire Double Trouble, or one of his people to handle it. The worst thing was that she had no idea where the money would come from. In the Fright Zone, the budget was a very conventional thing, but here she had to take money into account. She must ask High Minister Shu for additional funds, although the Otter woman always became terribly suspicious whenever finances were discussed, and since the arrival of... the Lord Admiral, she had been very nervous. Finally, she decided to take some time off and went to a teahouse in the city, which was one of her favorite places to relax. Adora was trying on the dress, and although she would have loved to see it while she changed, trying on new clothes made her irritated, so she decided to leave it alone for now.

As she walked to the teahouse, she looked at Melog . Since meeting Lady Cala, her companion had been nervous, but he did not explain why. She only realized that he didn't think she belonged here. When she asked if he meant Etheria or just Brightmoon , he just shook his head and kept saying that he didn't fit in anywhere. She herself didn't like the smell of this woman, even if it sounded terribly stupid. There was something about her… she couldn't put it into words. And there was this conversation during dinner, Lady Cala actually confirmed their suspicions about Miss Daisy being Shadow Weaver... This was the main reason for her lack of concentration and trouble concentrating in the last few days. "Focus, don't let yourself get distracted," she thought bitterly.

When she entered the Teahouse, she was greeted warmly and taken to her favorite table, and Melog was given a pouf to sleep on. She ordered tea with milk and cinnamon, she even asked if they had butter for tea, but they didn't, so she settled for her usual order. Melog got a bowl of milk and lemon juice, he liked this combination very much. Most of the customers tried not to stare at her, although the children glanced at her and smiled at her, and she smiled back at them with an equally friendly smile. The citizens of the capital were friendly towards her, as if they were unaware that she had once wanted to level their city. To them, she was just She-Ra's fiancée, a girl who helped save the world... She wondered how her father's subordinates would treat her? For them, everything she did on Etheria probably didn't matter, the only thing that mattered was whose daughter she was. Being privileged just because of her origins was a strange feeling... Though on the other hand, Mrs. Ka didn't have much respect for her. In fact, there was something in her gaze that reminded me of Shadow Weaver. This contempt and revulsion, as if she offended her by her's very existence. But there was something else, sparks of joyful cruelty. She hated this woman, even though she had just met her.

And again her thoughts returned to the Dark Sorceress. "Will I ever be free from her?" she thought bitterly and rubbed her temples. Then she saw Castaspella come in, so she waved at her and motioned for her to sit next to her. The Head Sorcerer looked very tired. Glimmer's Aunt laughed weakly at her and took her up on the invitation.

„You look exhausted...„ she said, and the sorceress groaned painfully.

„Everything has become terribly complicated, you can't even imagine how much. Almost everything was ready, but... our new guest made me have to rethink every aspect of the celebration! Everyone! And your... our guest is going to bring his... subordinates. Has Glimmer decided to do anything about it?" She asked almost pleadingly

Glimmer had not yet decided how she was going to respond to the Lord Admiral's request, and only then was she going to inform everyone of the arrival of the guests from beyond Empire.

„Not yet, but I haven't talked to her yet today... And can't Nightgale help you? Where she is?" she asked, because she hadn't seen the tall assistant anywhere lately.

„She received news that her sister had an accident and she needed to return home quickly to help her family." The Head Sorcerer sighed and added. "You don't really like her, do you?"

She grimaced

„"I know it's unfair, but she reminds me too much of her."

„You mean Shadow Weaver?" she asked Castaspela carefully. Glimmer's Aunt seemed to be touched by the mention of the Dark Sorcerer.

"Yes... You know, everything Aize said about that hag turned out to be true. She really made a Pact with this Nyarlathotep. But... " she leaned forward and added in a low voice. "She is alive Castaspella. This is the same Miss Daisy that was talked about at the dinner that time. She is here. I have no idea what he's planning, but I swear that if he's going to hurt any of my loved ones, then..." she dug her claws into the table top.

Asindesa di Vir felt she was falling into a bottomless pit. She came to this planet full of hope, with a heart full of love. She dreamed of a happy... perfect future with the one she loved... For a moment, for one brief moment, she tasted it, and then... Then she discovered the truth... Miss Daisy, the Shadow Weaver came from the planet that had been the destination of the entire expedition... she would have saved them all a lot problems and worries when she told the truth. But he was willing to accept that, because both the Order and the Lord Admiral had their secrets, as she had recently found out. But everything else…

Miss Daisy warned her that she was a war criminal. She accepted it because the Lord Admiral was not the hero he wanted to appear to everyone, she knew him too well to believe in his legend. Besides, many Hell Knights had a lot on their conscience. The darkness always swirled around them, and few escaped being tainted by it. However, she served Horde, the same force that took her family away and her ruler committed evil beyond imagination. Moreover, she sold her soul to Nyarlathotepwi , another dark power. She served an enemy she swore to fight against at all costs. She was ready to give her life in the fight against his cultists, and now it turned out that she had given her heart to one of them... Such a thing was punishable by death according to the law of the Order. She didn't even have the right to cover herself with her own ignorance because everything was too obvious if you looked at it from the perspective of time. She should have guessed everything if she weren't so blinded . And there was something else. She could see the pain and hatred in the eyes of that girl, that Catra... How could she love someone like that?

There was also Lady Cala. She didn't believe that the girl was innocent and unaware of anything. She was too smart and too confident. She had to know everything. Now she saw her past in a completely different light. The mysterious deaths that haunted her family, growing up alone in Castle Grayskull, the sudden discovery of the extraordinary truth about her origins. Now it all fit together logically. But he needs to find out more.

She looked at the unusual sword she now held in her lap. As she stared at the weird inscriptions on his blade, she was sure of two things. That she still loves Miss Daisy and Hates Lady Cala Grayskull of Carurystal.

He smiled as he held the Child in his arms. Finally it fell asleep. He has been very restless lately and has had a hard time putting him to sleep. He wasn't sleeping well either... Since His brother and Shadow Weaver's visit, could that have anything to do with it?

Entrapta had been gone for almost two weeks and he was worried about her. This was probably another reason he couldn't sleep. At first they were only supposed to visit Netossa, but then his wife sent him a message that they were going to Frosta, then that they were going to the wastelands in search of the lost city. This was a ridiculous idea! They had a lot of work here on site. First onesartifacts and Horde Prime treasures to explore. The entire island is a mystery with its secrets to search. Even the ordinary everyday matters of life in the castle required them to work together. For example, repairing the sewage system. There was no point in worrying about other things.

It was all Catra's fault. He couldn't bring himself to trust his former commander. She almost killed his wife once, and she might do it again, even if not out of malice, then through negligence. Entrapta's instinct for self-preservation was not the best developed and you always had to keep an eye on her so that her curiosity didn't get her into trouble. He considered contacting Brightmoon and asking if they had heard from his wife, though it was hard for him to bring himself to ask the princess for anything...

The arrival of Shadow Weaver also unsettled him. The fact that she survived didn't really surprise him at all. Of all the people he knew, she was the most likely to fake her own death. But what she said about this man... This Antares filled him with terror. If she really was as evil as she claimed, then hiding on Beast Island was the most sensible option. But… He couldn't just hide here. He had a debt to this planet to repay... That was the only reason he agreed to meet with Shadow Weaver, but what he would do after that remained to be seen. The only certainty was that he would keep an eye on his former second in command hands.

And then he heard over the announcement that Entrapta had returned. He felt inexpressible relief and hugged the Child tighter.

„Mom will be here soon." he whispered, smiling at them. He really liked being a father. Making something so small and fragile feel safe. See trust and love in their eyes. It was something his Big Brother would never understand.

„Hello Hordak, hello CHILD!" Entrapta shouted, and then the Child opened its Eyes and screamed.

„Mommy!" it screamed and broke free from his hands and grabbed the furniture with its hair and ran to its mother. He tried to make them asleep for two hours.

„You won't believe what happened. We ended up in this City of Elder Things that must have used technology completely unknown to us, but there was nothing left of it, and then Lonnie tried to kill us with such an extraordinary organic weapon, I tell you, it was truly amazing, I hope I can examine it! And then we were buried, but Shogoth dug us out and Adora appeared , and then Frosta was dethroned, it's very sad... But the best thing happened at the end. Catra's father has arrived from outside the Empire!

„Catra's father?" he asked, trying to sort out the information his wife had provided him with.

„Yes. His name is Lord Admiral Antares and he has a real fleet of war. He'll be here soon and we can check them out!"

"I think Shadow Weaver left out a detail" he thought glumly.

Nighrgale needed to leave Brightmoon as soon as possible. It wasn't difficult to come up with a relatively plausible story to justify her departure from the capital, but it would be much more difficult for her to return again. She may even have blown that cover forever. She'll have to come up with a new identity, but this time she'll have to use a shapeshifting spell instead of an Illusion spell, because another seven-foot woman might attract attention...

It took a long time to get back to Castle Crypto. She had to first get to the place where Nightgale was supposed to live. Then she had to find a safe place where she could take Scarlet's form. Fortunately, Nyarlathotep's cultists helped her maintain her cover. They also provided her with transportation. Lonnie never bothered to think about how her sorceress traveled so quickly across the planet. She put it all down to Scarlet's resourcefulness, which was actually very close to the truth..

As soon as she arrived at Castle Crypto, she immediately noticed that something had happened in her absence. The atmosphere was tense. Every Rebel member she saw looked scared and looked away from her. The first to approach her was Kyle . He still had that unusual sword on his belt, although he had gotten a new scabbard.

„Hi Scarlet. How good that you are here. How are you?" he asked, looking at her sympathetically. She sighed heavily and demanded.

„Just say what happened instead of going around the topic!"

Kyle looked down and said quietly.

„She's here, and she's not the only she."

She had a guess as to who he might be referring to, but Scarlet should have asked.

„Tell me who you mean. I can't read minds." she said, trying to sound angry.

„Shadow Weaver is here and she has come to us. I'm so sorry." he put his hand on her shoulder. She wondered for a moment why there was so much sympathy in his voice before she realized that Scarlet had reason to be afraid of their former lead officer, though maybe Kyle was more concerned about the real Scarlet. After all, it was obvious that she was related to the Dark Sorcerer. She herself was afraid of her mother's reaction. Will he reject her as much as her father? However, she decided to keep her blood alive in the winter and play the tough girl.

„That's even good. Take me to Lonnie. I have news of great importance for her, it cannot wait."

„Is this about the Lord Admiral, Catra's father? You know, Shadow Weaver already told us everything…" Kyle scratched his temple." We have news for you too.

It didn't surprise her that her mother knew about the Lord Admiral and his relationship with the Grand Marshal. After all, knowing everything important had been one of her main tasks for years, and serving the Creeping Chaos also required similar skills from her. She was about to tell Kyle to take her to the General's companion anyway when she felt a tap on the back of her neck. She turned around abruptly and opened her mouth in disbelief. In front of her stood a cat-like girl, remarkably similar to Catra, she even had two"colored eyes, although her eyes were both blue and gold. She also had a strange metal arm and wore dark armor. She had a rifle on her back.

„Hey, Firehair! I guess you were my sister's friend too? I'm the second one, the scary one!"

Tirin this time participate in the council on the bridge. In fact, as a navigator, she should always have been involved, but she was often left out. To many of the crew, especially those recruited after Jadehell, she was just a crippled kid, even if she had a higher position than them. It was irritating, but she was used to it. The important thing is that the Captain respected her, the opinion of others did not matter much to her.

Breaking through the security systems of this entire Etheria wasn't difficult, at least not for the Merciless, which was designed as a Corsair ship after all. However, it must be admitted that the locals did not protect their planet very well, or perhaps they were too trusting and did not take into account the existence of ships like theirs. Merciless was too large for most landing sites in the Galaxy, and on a planet like that they certainly had nothing suitable for them.

Since the events of Wherever, Moonshadow had been visibly shaken. She didn't witness the events in that bar, but she knew that something happened there that really moved the captain. Many of the crew whispered among themselves that their captain had lost her temper again, although they used much more offensive words. Things calmed down a bit when they arrived on this planet, but things were still tense.

They stopped at a large rainforest called the Singing Jungle by the locals, quite close to the capital of this place called Eternalsong. The crew members went there to buy some fresh food, have some fun and learn something new. Captain Moonshadow decided to stay on board... Just in case. Now they discussed what they had learned and what they should do next.

„Well then." began Boatswain Kaert. „There's a big party coming up in the capital. They celebrate the victory over the Horde and... There is to be a wedding between Adora She"Ra and some Grand Marshal and between Queen Glimmer and a Techmaster Bow." The Boatswain paused, waiting for the Captain's reaction. She trembled when she heard the queen's name. She heard that Queen of Etheria was the daughter of Captain Moonshadow. When she thought about it , she felt a twinge of jealousy, although she was very ashamed of it. The captain was the closest thing she had to a mother. Her birth mother was… well, she was the reason her body was twisted. If she hadn't run away with her to the poisonous forest...

„Someone will have to go to the Capital. To Brightmoon, Captain Moonshadow said." Someone will have to find out where they keep their treasures. We will make the jump during the Victory Day celebrations. – she added. Kaert and Gydwa exchanged glances. She knew they were thinking the same thing as her. About the sword that the captain lost.

„Only the locals, if they don't have fruit jelly instead of brains, would definitely hang our memory portraits wherever possible, and to find such a Tonado, they wouldn't even need portraits, because all they have to do is order the arrest of anyone with six hands fur ball they see."

The first mate gave him a murderous look, but the boatswain was right. They fought with this Adora and they definitely know what they all look like... Except...

„I can go." she said and everyone on the bridge looked at her in disbelief so she added. "No one saw me on Ikarus, probably no one even knows if I exist."

„So the little cripple wants to be useful?" Gydwa asked her, smiling maliciously. Veska never liked her, but she won't be provoked. She simply nodded and said.

„Exactly. I am a crippled girl, petite and nice. No one will suspect me of being a pirate. Besides, I have nothing to do as a navigator anyway."

The others began to consider her words, but Captain Monshadow looked at her with concern in her eyes.

„Are you sure you can handle it?" she said, and Tirin felt herself blushing behind her mask.

„I swear I do. Captain. I know that I must be strong, that I must be brave, but I can really be like that!"

The Winged Pirate looked at her for a moment, then nodded and said...

„Agreement. I hope I don't regret this"
