A familiar ship's anchor dropped into the ocean. Garp's boat had set the dock at Loguetown. The vice-admiral stood on the deck of the ship, his arms crossed, with an evident grin on his face.
"Man does this bring me back." Garp stood reminiscing about his past.
"Come on!" Coby, the first to land on the ground, urged Garp and the others to hurry.
Quickly, Helmépoo and Loki, along with Garp, jumped off the boat quietly and landed on the ground.
A drop of sweat formed on Loki's forehead. This place gives off eerie vibes.
The town in front of them wasn't particularly big. You could argue that a person, without prior knowledge, could take it for a regular town. This place is a tourist attraction at this point.
Upon further notice, the town was packed with dozens of people, each doing his or her own thing.
"I'm going to go see the execution stand." Loki walked to the entrance of the town, letting out a final wave before disappearing from his fellow marines' sights.
"Is it okay to just let him walk off like that?" Helmeppo pointed at Loki with a visible question mark above his head.
Garp let out a slight laugh. "He'll be fine! Enjoy yourselves while you can!"
Coby and Helmeppo sighed before their minds came to a conclusion.
"I'll go buy some padded gloves!" Coby said.
"I'll go get some more supplies!" Helmeppo said.
The two Marines walked to the entrance of the town, with Garp being now the only one left alone.
Garp let out a slight laugh before walking into town with unknown intentions.

Loki pushed and shoved his way through the dozens of people crowding a spot he was so eager to see.
Loki exhaled a sigh of relief, having finally made his way through the sea of people.
In the middle of Logue Town stood a large, but familiar to many, execution tower. Loki's eyes were fixed on the tower, his heart slightly racing at the sight of it.
"So this is where Gold Roger, more commonly known as the Pirate King, died. Having entirely explored the vast Grand Line."
The only person to have ever claimed the renowned treasure "One Piece." Loki barely mumbled his words, his mind in sheer shock from the sight.
It was no surprise that this tower had such a huge crowd surrounding it. Just the sight of it can make your heart race and your face sweat.
"Oh! Wow! This is what the Pirate King saw before he died!" A voice echoed from the very top of the execution tower, with a giant eye-to-eye grin on his face.
Loki's eyes squinted in an attempt to recognize the person. Unfortunately, the glaring sun was making it extremely difficult.
"GET DOWN FROM THERE!" A random marine, holding up a microphone, silenced the boy's echoes with his booming voice.
"Why?" The figure on top of the tower nonchalantly responded to the marine.
The marine with a red suit on and red glasses had a visible vein pop out his head. "BECAUSE THAT'S WORLD GOVERNMENT PROPER-"
WACK!!
A giant spiked mace slammed into the marine's face, sending his body slamming into a concrete wall.
"Now, now, Mr. Police, don't be so uptight about the rules." A beautiful woman spoke up from the crowd, raising her mace over her shoulder with a slight grin on her face.
The women looked up at the execution stand. "It's been a while. I've been looking for you, Luffy." The woman spoke up at the person pointing her mace at him.
The woman wore a glamorizing red scarf with roses all over it, which covered a large majority of her upper body. Matching with the outfit were shining white pants with red stripes and a white cowboy hat on her head. To complete the look she wore white and red flip-flops.
Loki's eyes widened as he focused his gaze more clearly on the person on the execution stand. "That's Straw Hat!"
A boy with an unbuttoned red shirt and blue shorts stood at the top execution stand, wearing a straw hat that covered his eyes.
"Don't tell me you forgot me." The woman seductively spoke to Luffy, her face gleaming in the light.
The crowd's eye sockets formed heart-shaped eyes as the beautiful woman captivated everyone with a single glance.
The straw hat boy's head slightly tilted to the side in confusion. "I don't know any pretty ladies like you."
The woman placed her hand on her flushed cheeks before licking her lips. "I certainly haven't forgotten you. After all, you were the first man to ever hit me in my lovely face."
Straw hat's face went blank seemingly trying to ponder in his memories. "I hit you in your face?"
"The way you handled me so roughly.. It left me breathless." The crowd's eyes turned into hearts some even fainted from her beauty.
The woman turned to the crowd and put both of her arms up in a hug-like motion. "TELL ME PEOPLE WHO'S THE MOST BEAUTIFUL OF ALL!"
"OF COURSE IT'S YOU!" The crowd cheered at the sight of the woman.
The woman turned back to Strawhat, licking her lips seductively. "You're the only man who hasn't knelt before me. I love strong men."
"Shut up, you're annoying. Just who the heck are you?!"
The woman's face turned a different shade of red. "YOU STILL DON'T REALIZE?!?"
"THIS IS THE POLICE! YOU'RE RIGHT THERE FREEZE! AND AS FOR YOU ON THE EXECUTION TOWER GET DOWN FROM THERE!" Hordes of Police officers flooded the crowd pointing their guns at the women.
"SIR! I CAN'T SHES TO BEAUTIFUL!" A random police officer put his gun down, his eyes completely locked on the woman's beauty.
The commanding officer, whose eyes were also shaped into hearts screamed at the officer. "I DON'T CARE. ARREST HER."
BWOOM!
"DIE!" The fountain near the police station exploded into pieces, sending debris everywhere, along with a few officers flying.
"WATCH OUT!" A person screamed as one of the larger pieces of de breeze headed for the women.
The woman let out a slight grin before turning her head to the rubble that was flying at her.
SLIP
The big piece of rubble slid cleanly off of the woman's body before slamming into a nearby building. Loki's eyes widened in surprise as he scanned the woman's body for any damage.
Loki grits his teeth as he concludes that this woman has a devil fruit ability.
The woman put her smooth fingers through her hair with grace letting it calmly fly through the air. The woman put her hand on her cheek before averting her gaze at a mysterious figure.
"My, My. Isn't that rather dangerous?" Her seductive voice was aimed at a figure in a hooded cloak.
The cloaked figure's face was hidden by his hood but anyone could see the smug grin on his face.
"My apologies. But with your smooth skin, I knew you would be alright..my lovely lady Alvida!"
"ALVIDA?! WHERE'S ALVIDA!" Strawhat searched the entire crowd his eyes eagerly scanning each person.
The woman's face exploded with anger. "HE CALLED ME ALVIDA, YOU IDIOT."
Straw hat furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, putting his fingers on his chin. "Something off..."
The woman grinned before throwing the large scarf off her body, revealing her new proportions to the crowd. "So you've finally noticed! My body has changed since eating a devil fruit!"
"The name of my devil fruit is Smooth-Smooth no mi! Nobody can damage my smooth skin!"
Loki stood in the crowd, his conclusion being proved correct by Alvida.
"It didn't change my beauty much though." The crowd once again screamed with love, causing some younger boys to faint.
Strawhat stared confusingly at the women wondering where she was getting at.
"If youe truly fit to be my man, then there's no way you lose to this man!"
The figure threw off his cloak revealing his body to the crowd.
Loki's eyes popped out of his eye sockets in surprise. "This is certainly an unexpected situation.." Loki clenched his fist before letting out a wide, vicious grin.
A figure with a huge red clown nose and a clown outfit screamed to the entire crowd loud and clear,
"EVER SINCE YOU BLEW ME AWAY I TENACIOUSLY FOUGHT MY WAY BACK TO MY CREW AND AWAITED THE DAY I WOULD FINALLY BE ABLE TO KILL YOU! I WENT THROUGH A GRAND ADVENTURE WITHOUT A BODY. THROUGH PRESERVING AND FRIENDSHIP I-"
"Oh, it's just buggy." Strawhat annoyedly interrupted Buggy mid-rant, making the clown explode in anger.
CLAMP!!!
An execution board slammed on StrawHats's body throwing him to the ground.
"It's been a while, rubber brat." A man named Kabaji wore white jeans and a white shirt, mostly covered by a white scarf with giant blue stripes. His hair covered one of his eyes as he used the other to glare at StrawHat.
"HAHAHAHA! NOW THIS IS GONNA BE YOUR PUBLIC EXECUTION!" Buggy yelled out a vicious shout as he commanded his Pirates to reveal themselves.
The crowd screamed and ran as multiple pirates with weapons of all kinds revealed themselves to the crowd, aiming their weapons at civilians.
WACK!!
As fast as they appeared the Pirates got knocked unconscious in a flash of white.
Loki appeared in the middle of the unconscious Pirate, letting out a sigh of annoyance. "You just had to go and attack civilians, didn't you?"
Loki looked up at the sky, sniffing the air in confusion. What's up with the air today?
"AGH BRAT! STOP RUINING MY MOMENT!" Buggy screamed at Loki, pointing a knife at him in anger.
Kabaji eyed Loki before turning back to the buggy. "Buggy, in case you don't know that's the all to talk about 'Snow Hunter'. "
Buggy put his knife down and eyed Loki, scanning his body up and down. "It seems you're right. AS IF THAT MEANS ANYTHING!"
Buggy's upper body rushed at Loki with a knife in hand planning to quickly kill the boy.
WACK!!!
Loki's fist slammed into Buggy's face, sending him flying backwards into a concrete wall.
Kabaji jumped off the execution stand, his eyes fixed on Loki. "You must not know what you're getting into." Kabaji unsheathed his steel sword before assuming a one-sword-style stance.
Loki scoffed at Kabaji's warning as his claws sharpened and his fangs showed.
Alvida watched from a distance seemingly not wanting to get too involved in this battle.
Bugsy composed himself and wiped off some dust from his clothes before showing his angry scowl and unleashing all six of his knives, three in each hand.
"CAPTAIN! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!" A combined voice yelled at Luffy gathering the attention of the entire crowd.
Loki turned around to see 4 people all yelling at StrawHat for his stupidity.
"So that's the StrawHat crew huh? The only noticeable figure is the Pirate hunter Zoro." Loki spoke out loud which once again put the attention back on himself.
Two members, one being an orange-haired female, left, while another, a long-nosed male, also left. They both ran to an unknown destination.
Loki's snow-colored eyes turned slitlike, and a malicious grin twisted his face.
"HEY.. WHY DON'T WE CONTINUE THIS EXECUTION!" Loki used his immense strength to jump to the top of the execution tower. His claws sharpened and he let out a slight laugh before raising his hand high in the air.
Zoro and the other blonde, whose oddly shaped eyebrows, both rushed through the crowd, cutting and kicking pirate after pirate in an attempt to save their captain.
"YOU BASTARD! DON'T YOU DARE!" Zoro and weird eyebrows screamed out as they finally realized they wouldn't be able to get there in time.
Buggy and Kabaji both rushed to the tower. "DON'T YOU DARE STEAL OUR LIME LIGHT!!"
Alvida watched in awe as she registered everything that was happening. "Is this the end of your journey, Luffy?"
Both Coby and Helmeppo had just arrived at the scene, and their eyes exploded at the sight of everything that was going on in the middle of the town.
Coby rushed out into the crowd. "LOKI!!! Don't!!"
Loki, with his hand still raised, turned away from Coby. "Sorry, Coby. This is just a part of being a marine."
Garp sat on the rooftops of the buildings. He sat with his legs crossed and his body just barely resisting himself from jumping in. Luffy...will you die here!?
The scene became sorrowful as the sky darkened and heavy rain started pouring onto the scene.
"StrawHat do you have any final words?" Loki gave Luffy the respect of having final words.
Luffy lifted his head slightly, with his straw hat preventing the rain from dripping onto his face.
Luffy let out a huge smile on his face as he spoke his final words.
"Sorry guys! It seems like I'm dead!."
Sanji and Zoro, along with Coby, screamed Luffy's name as Loki brought his claws down with terrifying speed.
BWOOOOOOM!!!!
A Lightning strike slammed into Loki's body, not only slamming him to the ground but also bringing down the huge execution tower.
Luffy picked up his strawhat that had fell to the ground as a even bigger smile formed on his face.
"Hahaha! It seemed like I was lucky!" The crowd's reaction to this miracle was nothing short of shocking.
Loki threw a large piece of wood off his charred body, reaching the peak of his annoyance.
"THIS WOULD NEVER BE ENOUGH TO TAKE ME DOWN!" Loki's fangs and claws were at their maximum length as he growled at the trio of pirates.
Luffy, Zoro, and Weird Eyebrows both ran as fast as they could from the scene with Luffy's face still having that annoying smile on it.
"DON'T LET THEM ESCAPE!!" An unfamiliar voice echoed to all nearby marines as a puff of smoke appeared in the middle of all the chaos.
That puff of smoke formed a man. A tall, grey-haired man with a huge cigar in his mouth. This man wore an unbuttoned marine jacket without a shirt underneath and completely black pants with blue boots.
"C-CAPTAIN SMOKER IS HERE! RUN!!" A random pirate from Buggy's crew informed everyone of Smoker's appearance as every outlaw made a run for it.
A vein formed on Buggy's brow as he yelled out in anger. "WHY IS EVERYTHING GETTING IN MY WAY! FIRST IT'S THAT ROOKIE MARINE, NOW IT'S SOME STUPID BIG SHOT!"
Kabaji sliced down another marine before screaming at his Captain. "CAPTAIN WE HAVE TO GO NOW!"
Kabaji and Alvida along with Buggy both ran for it as Smoker's attention finally came to Tom.
WHITE OUT!
Giant arms of smoke erupted from Smoker's arm's as he wrapped them around every pirate in sight. "I don't have time to deal with you runts." Smoker demanded that the remaining marines tie up the Pirate and to get his billower bike.
Loki watched in admiration as he analyzed Smoker's abilities. So that's the power of the Smoke Smoke fruit huh?
Smoker hopped on his bike before turning his shoulder to look at Loki. "You come with me."
Loki's face twisted into a grin as he transformed into his full beast transformation and ran after Smoker's bike.

Coby and Helmeppo had both been trying to catch up with Loki, but after he began running off with Smoker, they gave up.
"He almost killed Luffy there.." Coby was sorrowful as he watched Loki slowly disappear from sight.
"He is right, though. It's the job of a marine to stop pirates." Garp appeared behind Coby and Helmeppo, placing a hand on both of their shoulders.
Despite this Garp's face was pale. He wasn't sure he would be able to hold himself back if Loki killed Luffy.

"THERE'S SOMETHING AHEAD OF US!" Luffy screamed out as two figures came into his vision.
The blonde weird eyebrow guy pointed his finger at Loki's now human form. "YOU! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO ALMOST KILLED LUFFY!"
Smoker ignored the blonde and put his attention on Luffy. "So you've come, Strawhat.
"Who's you?" Luffy said.
"The names Smoker, the captain of marine HQ and I won't let you sail from here!" Smoker unleashed hordes of smoke at Luffy as the boy quickly moved out of the way.
"FREAK OF NATURE!" The blonde rushed at Smoker soaring through the air with a strong kick aimed straight at him.
Loki appeared in the middle of them, grabbing the blonde's kick with one arm and using the other to deliver a crushing punch to his stomach.
The boy Luffy called "Sanji" Slammed into the wall coughing up blood.
Smoker wrapped his smoke arms around Luffy who had unsuccessfully tried to punch him.
"Are you worth 30 million berries? I guess it's too late to ask you that now. Your luck has run out!" Smoker slammed Luffy onto the ground as Loki's claws sharpened in response.
Loki pounced at Luffy hoping to end this once and for all.
WACKK!!
Loki was sent flying into a wall by a mysterious figure in an all-black cloak wielding Smoker's Jitte. A lightning flash revealed a sinister grin on the figure's face.
Smoker turned his head to see the figure. "The entire worlds after your head y'know."
The figure laughed before speaking. "The entire world awaits our answer."
Suddenly a giant gust of wind blew everyone nearby away. Oddly enough the mysterious figure stood in the middle of it all. Unfazed.
Pirate hunter Zoro appeared on the scene, screaming for Luffy to run as a huge storm approached.
Sanji's eyes turned into hearts as he ran alongside Luffy and Zoro. "So this is what Nami was talking about!"
A piece of rubble flew into the air as Loki was once again sent flying by this mysterious figure. "First it was at that execution tower.. now it's here..who are you?!"
The Mysterious figure ignored Loki and spoke out to the Strawhat crew. "GO ON THEN! IF YOU WANNA BE A PIRATE THEN THAT'S YOUR DESIRE!!"
"DON'T IGNORE ME!" With his fangs at their maximum length and his claws at their sharpest, the snow-haired boy spun through the air, his claws beginning to become covered in his densest ice. Just before impact, Loki transformed into his full body transformation.
FROSTED TORPEDO!!
The mysterious figure glanced at Loki before putting his right arm up, his palm facing towards Loki.
BAM!!
Before Loki even touched the mysterious figure he got sent flying into the wall once again.
Loki put his hand over his mouth as he coughed a handful of blood. "What the hell was that... he didn't even touch me, and why does it hurt so much?!" Loki clenched his teeth as he hesitantly brought himself up again.
The figure glanced at Loki before lightly clapping his hands. "That should have knocked you out for days. I'm impressed."
Smoker's lower body burst into smoke as he rushed to Loki's side.
"That figure right there is Dragon. The most wanted criminal in history!"
Smoker-eyed Dragon as rain soaked his clothes. "Dragon.. WHY DID YOU HELP THEM ESCAPE!!"
Dragon spread his arms out. "WHY SHOULD YOU STOP THOSE WHO WANT TO SET SAIL!?"
Dragon disappeared as Loki was left in his thoughts. Completely and utterly embarrassed.
Smoker quickly composed himself as he ran for his bike.
"WAIT CAPTAIN SMOKER TAKE ME WITH YOU!" Loki screamed out as he began to stand on his own two feet.
"I can't stand being beaten like that so easily...I want to take down him and Strawhat myself!"
Smoker eyed Loki before blowing out a puff of smoke from his cigar. "Keep up if you can."

Coby, Helmeppo, and Garp rushed to their boat.
"GARP WE CAN'T JUST LEAVE LOKI!!" Helmeppo yelled looking behind his shoulder to see that Loki had yet to come back to the ship.
"He won't be coming back. The whole point of bringing him here was so that he could join Smoker." Garp set the sails of the ship, guiding Coby and Helmeppo onto it.
"Why?!" Coby screamed out his denial.
"Don't ask me. Ask the higher-ups."

"SMOKER!...LOKI?!" Tashigi yelled her confusion amid Captain Smoker's base.
"NO TIME FOR GREETING TASHIGI! WE'RE GOING TO THE GRAND LINE TO FOLLOW AFTER STRAWHATS" Loki magically made a frozen banana as he followed after the Smoker.
Tashigi let out a slight grin. Happy to be back with Loki. But the thought of the StrawHats specifically Zoro made her Grin turn upside down.
"SIR YOU CAN'T! THIS TOWN IS UNDER YOUR JURISDICTION HIGHER-UPS WON'T ALLOW THIS!" Random marines warned Smoker as the Logia fruit user turned his shoulder.
"You can tell them..They don't order me around!" Smoker grabbed a new jacket before heading out for his ship with Tashigi and Loki following behind him.
"Grand Line..StrawHats's..Here I come!"
