An hour had passed since the Melody Pirates escaped from Aluburna, and it was a half-victory for the marines, as the city was saved from pirate rule, but weren't the ones to do it. Petrian had returned from flying out, grabbing Blackheart from the desert to bring him in. His face was smashed in, and while he was breathing, he wasn't conscious. Still, a sea prism cuff was placed on his wrist, as he only had one arm without the dark power. "So... what's the next mission Commander Griffith?" Petrian asked once Blackheart was sent off to Impel Down. Griffith was currently putting a bounty on Kagaku, for quote, "Stealing an entire months supply of wood." Griffith was clearly going through it, as he looked up at Petrian with bored eyes.
"Well, you got that errand with Anubis yes? See if the Vice Admiral has something for ya. I'll keep Lucky here so don't worry about her." The jackal and bird left the office, heading to a vessel going the same way, to Marineford. Cutting through the Calm Belt; the lack of currents and storms making a straight shot faster, the trip was only a few days. Petrian led Anubis through the halls of the main building, navigating easily through till they reached the office of Albatro. They entered, Petrian holding the wanted poster in his hand.
"Explain why we have a bounty out on some kid!" he demanded, slamming the paper on the desk, but Albatro didn't seem bothered by him, staring off into space. "Surely that's not how one greets their father Petrian," he said turning to him. Petrian scoffed, "Here on business. Not a family visit." Anubis took his shoulder, "If I may, as ruler of Alabasta, king of Aluburna, I demand this bounty be dropped. He is one of my people, and is just a boy. Lest your government wants to lose its connections with our resources..." Albatro and Anubis glared into each others eyes, and Albatro stood. "Let me talk to the elders."
.
He left them in his office, heading down into a small tunnel behind his bookshelf on the back wall. It was a door shaped bookshelf; it wasn't secret, just aesthetic. There he walked into a room with 3 old men and two empty seats. The first one looked like a stereotypical wizard with black robes, the second was tall and hunched, and the third was completely cloaked up in black, his true figure hidden. The other elders were off on their own duties. "Elders, I presume you were listening in." They nodded, and the third one with a raspy voice said, "I believe there must have been a mistake. The bounty shall be dropped immediately."
Once he had left and they were alone, they huddled up. "We know where he is... but we can't go there without risking our Alabasta ties," First said gritting his teeth. "He's young, and the reports say he is staying there. Perhaps we can leave him... for now," the Second said. "Plus... that Melody Captain... I believe we overlooked her..." Third said, clutching his fists. "We were too focused on the Gum Gum... we never noticed she had more than one Fruit power." They all got up, and started making their ways to where they stayed, preparing to research what Harmony was, and the Fruit she possessed.
A few days later in Aluburna, Kiwi was running around the city joyfully, stretching and flinging himself all around. 'Just you wait guys! I'm gonna be amazing once I join the crew!' He pushed himself, stretching more than he normally could, aiming higher each day. 'I'll be the navigator you won't regret having on board! I won't be a weakling next time!' He trained and trained, till he got hungry as the sun was setting. "I gotta keep going... I'm gonna be the best pirate miss Harmony has ever traveled with!" he exclaimed, chomping down on a burrito he bought from a store. "Jusht you waiht!" he cried out with his mouth full.
