I've been wanting to add BroZone to this someday, somehow. Enjoy!

Twenty years…

The trolls had waited twenty years to hear them perform again…

Now that they had finally returned to the spotlight…

You had to be crazy to miss out on something this big.

"I can't believe he still isn't back yet," Sunshine yelled over the cheering crowd. Poppy had introduced her to BroZone when she was about seven, and she could not get enough of their music. She had spent months learning the songs and choreography, and wouldn't stop talking about them when they were brought up in conversation.

She was disappointed to learn that they had broken up long before she was born. Imagine her excitement then when a reunion tour was announced, and TrollsTopia was their first stop!

Now here she was, standing right in the front row, surrounded by an equally excited crowd of trolls, cheering and chanting the band's name.

Her father had been with them when they had arrived, but he had hurriedly excused himself about twenty minutes before the concert was due to begin. He hadn't really given a reason for leaving; he just up and disappeared. She knew he probably wasn't as big a fan of the band as her and Poppy were, but she still expected him to stay for their sake.

"Oh, don't worry," Poppy assured her daughter, "He's not going to miss anything."

Sunshine was a bit surprised that her mother seemed so unbothered by her boyfriend's absence. Usually, she hated to see him miss out on even one millisecond of any fun events.

Before they knew it, lights were dimming, and the first song began. All the princess could do now was enjoy herself and this special moment.

Each of the bros came out one by one as the song progressed. Even though they all looked way different than they did back in the day, Sunny was still able to tell them apart. She wondered if they'd color-coded their hair and outfits on purpose.

Look there she goes

On the floor, let's do this, no more talking

Spruce, the Heartthrob, still somehow lived up to his title if the screams and wolf whistles from the audience were of any indication. His six-pack was nonexistent now, his physique having taken on more of a "Dad bod" shape over the years. Despite this, he could still apparently make the ladies swoon with his signature smolder.

Did anybody notice

The energy just shifted when we dropped that

Floyd, the Sensitive One, was Sunny's favorite. She loved how sincere he was; he'd mentioned how much he loved performing and having fun with his brothers in every magazine interview she'd read, and when asked what he'd be doing if he wasn't famous, he'd answered, "As long as it makes me happy, I'd still be doing this."

I don't flex but I might

Groove about to take flight

Clay, the Fun One, could still dance like nobody's business. Rusty Robot, Wiggle Worm, Caliente Puppy—he had all the right moves. She had to wonder if one troll's "fun" was another troll's "annoying," which end of the spectrum she'd be on if she knew him in person.

Cause the night is young

And the music's on

And we got love on sight

Sunshine didn't really know what to think about John Dory. He always seemed to take his role as the leader a bit too seriously, pushing the others to be perfect. He appeared to be hanging back now, going with the flow and letting his brothers do the same. Sunny just wanted to know how he could still move like he did back in the day, considering he was, well, old now.

The one she was the most curious about was Bitty B. She wanted to see what kind of troll he had grown up to be; after twenty years, the band couldn't really call him the Baby anymore.

When he finally came out for his part, Sunshine could tell he had changed. He didn't have glasses anymore, and he had of course outgrown his diaper, switching it out for a sequined vest. Another major difference she noticed was that he wasn't as vibrant a shade of blue as he was when he was younger. In fact, he looked almost…grey?

The sky was the limit

Now the star's where we're living

It's the vibe when we're in it

It'll blow your mind

No way.

No way!

NO WAY!

"Dad?!"

"Surprise," she heard Poppy say as Branch winked at them, blowing his girlfriend a kiss.

Wait…

If her Dad was in BroZone…

Then that means…

She was…

They were…

Sunshine's scream could probably be heard from miles away. She was related to one of her favorite bands of all time? Her mind was blown, alright. "Yep," Poppy laughed, "she's excited!"

Branch tried to keep his composure as the performance continued, being just as entertained by his daughter's reaction as Poppy was. After their first song ended, he pulled two backstage passes out of his vest and tossed it down to the girls. Poppy handed one to Sunny, grabbing her in an excited hug.

Oh, she could not wait!
