Chapter 9: Cyberspace Prison
With Prince Octavius's group, they continue their journey through cyberspace.
"This place goes on forever. It's like cyberspace reanimating itself so we can be trapped," Frye complained.
Prince Octavius summoned his window laptop and said, while typing, "Frye, I think you're on to something. Sammy, if you would?"
"(I got it! The map of cyberspace!)" said Sammy, typing.
"He said he'll get the cyberspace map for you," said Tyler.
"You know, could teach us how to speak Salmonid," said Shiver.
"I could, but a semester cost ya a thousand bucks."
"Ay ay?! Ay ay ay ay! (A 1000 bucks?! You're crazy, Tyler!)" said, Big Man.
"How else am I going to keep food on the table for myself and Sammy?"
"LESSONS FROM TYLER?! We'll pay," the Squid Sisters squealed.
"Me too!" Frye is showing her wallet.
"I second too, as well," Shiver added.
Seeing the money he'd get, Tyler smirked, "I'm glad you lovely ladies decided to join it. It will be at my house at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays."
Both four girl idols squealed before Prince Octavius said, "Anyway, judging by the map, the cyberspace was reconfigured to a maze that can change itself within every minute."
"Then use your hacking skills or something to override it," Murch suggested.
"That's what I'm trying to do, but this is the most advanced inscription I've ever spotted. It's got sudoku with fractions. This AI was too programmed into its goal of making the Memverse a world of order. I should've warned Marina not to put too much on it and focus on one goal."
"Now, son. We all make mistakes, and I know there's a way to fix them," said DJ Octavio.
But then a flock of HugeFry viruses appeared and started munching on the floors.
"Sammy, what are you doing?" Taylor asks.
"(If we disable the gigabytes of cyberspace, my viruses will make a clear path for the group)" Sammy answered.
"I don't know what you're saying, but I like it."
Because of the HugeFry viruses chowing on the floor, the walls cleared a path to a door labeled Grayscaling Participants.
"Bravo, Sammy," Tyler hugs his little brother.
"We're getting closer, everyone. Soon, we'll have everyone free," Prince Octavius said while going to the door.
But when he touches it, he gets a mild electric shock and says, "Ouch. Hmmm…. Let's see if you can take this."
He types on his window laptop, but a HugeFry virus bites the door off its hinges.
"Okay, fine. We'll do it your way, Sammy," he commented.
Prince Octavious' group enters the holding prison and is shocked to see all the subconsciouses of the residents of Inkopolis, Splatlands, and Deepsea Metro trapped frames.
"Order has trapped everyone's free will within the memory frames of the Memverse," said DJ Octavio.
"How ironic," Marie unamused.
"Let's break them out!" Callie shouted.
"Woah, hold on! Looking at the map, there's a release button. All we got to do is find it," said Prince Octavius.
"Then it might be guarded by our evil counterparts," said Frye.
"We better get into battle," Shiver added.
But then digital tentacles grab Prince Octavius from above and pull him upward into the darkness as he screams.
"Son!" DJ Octavio shouted.
"Ay ay ay ay! (Oh, man! There goes our hacker of the group!)." said Big Man.
Order appeared above them while Prince Octavius was in his grasp.
"It's Order! Let go of the Prince!" Sheldon shouted.
"I thought there was something off in cyberspace. Let's see how much you will progress without your hacker," said Order before disappearing with Prince Octavius.
"Guys, find the release button! It's up to you!" he shouted before disappearing.
"We're doomed," Murch commented.
"Now that Oder has the Prince, how is the group in cyberspace going to fight their evil counterparts?" Squid Cuttlefish concerned.
"Sammy, can you create weapons for the team?" Tyler asks.
"(I'll try, Big Bro.)" Sammy respond before typing.
Soon, the signature weapons of the Squid Sisters, Deep Cut, DJ Octavio, Sheldon, and Murch—appeared before them.
"Okay, everyone. Let's find the release button," Callie encouraged.
