This idea came to me while I was rewatching Pokémon what would happen is Ash got a eevee that isn't disobedient just shy let's find out.
Chapter 1: I choose you
In the town of pallet our young Ash Ketchum is having a pretty good dream about the Pokémon he will be able to choose from bulbasaur charmander and squirtle. Morning arrives and Ash wakes up late and immediately runs to oaks lab.
"Oh Ash I didn't think you were coming." Oak said
"I just over slept but I'm ready for my Pokémon." Ash said
" alright Ash follow me."
once inside the lab Ash goes through the three pokeballs only to find out that their all empty and Ash asks if there's one left.
"professor is the any Pokémon left?" Ash asked
"Well there is one." The professor replied
"I'll take it."
Oak then press a button and reveals another pokeball. Ash picks it up and opens it and a small brown fox like creature appears.
"Vee." Said the fox.
"it's name is eevee." Said professor oak
"it's so cute it's the best of all." Ash said
"it is a bit shy however Ash."
"hey eevee we will be best friends." Ash said as he puts out a finger and eevee sniffs eat and starts to feel comfortable around Ash.
"it seems eevee Has taken a liking to you Ash." Remarked remarked oak
"I guess so." Ash replied
"I should tell you that she doesn't like to be in her pokeball.
"that's fine she can just walk beside me."
"eevee." eevee loved this idea
oak have Ash his Pokédex and pokeballs and Ash left the lab to find his mum outside waiting for him as she unloaded her sons bag and wished him luck Ash and eevee began their journey together
