Chapter 7: mt moon and cerulean city
Once the trio are In front of my moon they hear a scream and they run towards that direction and find a man being attacked by zubat so Ash send eevee and asks her to use swift which scares away the zubat but Brock manages to catch one.
After the man recovers and gets up he thanks Ash and his eevee and is delighted that he is alive.
"your welcome mister." Ash said
"never call me mister my name seymor I am seymor the scientist." The man said
he then leads the trio through the cave explaining that the caves are too bright for the Pokémon and that they can't live like this.
After this Ash sees a clefariy and tries to catch but seymor stops him.
"no you can't you understand right." Seymor said
Ash looks at him and smiles "yeah I understand seymor"
suddenly they all run into team rocky and Ash and misty give an unimpressed sigh and both say here we go again and Brock and seymor look at the two and ask who they are and Ash gives them the short version of who they are.
Jessie and James send out their Pokémon and Ash tells misty to take seymor and cleafairy while he and Brock take of this, Misty hesitates before nodding and runs off with seymor.
Ash sends out pidgey and Brock sends out zubat and the battle commences with pidgey being tossed around however due to wanting to protect Ash pidgey begins to glow and evolve into Pidgeotto and with this Ash and Brock are able to win the battle and send team rocket blasting off.
After this they reunite with misty and seymor and rest while eevee and cleafairy play together and Brock gives his zubat and pidgeotto some food and Ash asks if Brock could teach him how to make that and Brock said that maybe he will some other time.
The cleafairy then leads the group to the moon stone and they are all memorized when they see the stone and eevee try's to explain what the cleafairy are doing but before she could finish team rocket steal the moon stone but are cut off by Brock's onix and the cleafairy who they begin to sway their fingers and a huge blast erupts from the floor and sends team rocket flying off and shattering the moon stone which in turn then cause the cleafairy to evolve into cleafable.
Our trio they say bye to seymor as they make their way towards cerulean city before arriving misty tells Ash that her sisters are just handing out badges and that they should come back later.
"That's fine misty but I do want stop at the Pokémon center in cerulean and stock up on supplies." Ash said
as Brock nods in agreement so they all make their way into cerulean city and Ash sees that Gary wrote on the sign that he is a loser causing Ash to get angry and rush to the Pokémon center with the others following closely behind.
