This story is still changing at the moment however rather than sticking to a singular linear storyline. The three main characters in this story are Izuku without One for All, a female Shoto Todoroki, and an original character named Angie. I am going to be jumping around their timelines writing whatever interests me at the time.

The Izuku chapters have him remain quirkless and his goal would be to have the number one Hero Agency rather than being the number one hero. An attempt I was thinking of trying to make was having Nezu being Izuku's mentor instead of All Might.

The character Angie has a quirk but it does not help her directly and only hinders them. It would be a powerful quirk in theory but in practice, she can not use herself effectively. There is an entire class of characters that either can not use their quirks correctly or have negative side effects on their personality came about. This eventually led to what if Toga was in this class and Twice was the homeroom teacher. Not sure how well it will play out but the basic idea at the moment is what if Toga and Twice got the help they needed when they needed it the most? Thus never get to the point where they were in the canon nor where they end up currently in the series

As for the Todoroki chapters, I plan on using all the current knowledge about the Todoroki family up to chapter 306 from the start. So it's going to be spoilers for people who are not caught up to at least chapter 306 despite this story starting at the very start of the series. This is mostly though I am starting at the very beginning for both Izuku and Angie and working my way through altered events from there. Todoroki does not meet up with Izuku again after their first meeting until he confronts Muscular at what would have been the Forest Training Arc...and she starts as not quite a villain but close to what Spinner was before the My Villain Academic Arc happened

Because Izuku remains quirkless that does not mean All Might still pass on One for All since in this story he killed All for One in their battle around five years before the series began. Also, he never took critical damage in that to the point where it would limit his time for being in his hero form.
