Chapter 1
(Konoha, Hokage's office)
"I'm what?" Said Naruto, he was in the Hokage's office and Tsunade had just gotten through telling him he was banished from the village.
"Yeah," Tsunade said. "Somehow the Cilvilians have convinced the Clan heads to agree." Naruto just sighed but he had a plan for this.
"Okay," He said as he pulled out a scroll. "I guess I have to implement this then." He handed it to her.
"What is this?" She opened it.
In Case of banishment of the last Uzumaki
If Konoha banishes Naruto Uzumaki; son of the Princess of Uzu and heir to the Uzumaki clan, the following must happen;
All debts to the Uzumaki clan must be paid in full. Sans Hyugga, Inuzuka, and Yamanaka.
The Uzu swirl must be removed from ALL Shinobi gear, the village has shown disrespect to the heir, so they lose their identity.
Both the Uzumaki and Namikaze accounts will go to Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze as he is the son of Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage. The 'Yellow Flash'.
Danzo must not chase after Naruto Uzumaki for his Root ANBU. He can't have it both ways. The Diaymo has agreed to this and will enforce it if necessary.
Konoha's allies will leave with Naruto Uzumaki as they are NOT Konoha's allies.
As he leaves; Naruto Uzumaki must not be attacked. If he is, he can retaliate.
All items in the Uzumaki Compound must be sealed in scrolls and given to him.
Elders Mitocado, Utatane, and Shimura must not complain about anything about this list. Every time they do, there shall be a 1000 ryo fine, enforced by the Hokage.
8.1: If Hokage can not do it, he/she shall also be fined 100 ryo per month until the elders are fined.
Sakura Haruno must have her headband removed and never become a shinobi ever again.
Kakashi Hakate must be demoted to Chunin and will have to wait 5 years to get his rank back. Also, he must always arrive on time for a meeting if he does, he shall never become Jounin again.
Jiraya must never train Naruto Uzumaki.
Konoha must give up Uzu.
If Naruto Uzumaki becomes famous and Konoha is under the threat of war, Konoha must never contact him.
If Sasuke Uchiha returns, you must not use him to bring Naruto Uzumaki back to Konoha.
Tsunade paled at the contract, and all 4 of their signatures were on it. Hers, and the elders, "Since you and the council banished me, all I have to do is sign this, get my stuff, and go." He said so he did. "The banishment gave me an out." He rolled the scroll up and gave it to her. "Don't worry, the Diyamo and I have a copy. Also, everything on that scroll, that belongs to me, is being retrieved as we speak. You should be getting a request for a meeting right now. Take the scroll with you."
So she did, and Naruto was about to leave.
(With Tsunade)
She walked into the council chambers and all of the councils were there. The Civilians were upset about what was going on. "HOKAGE SAMA!" screamed a banker, "a lot of money is being removed from our banks!"
"We have been getting letters having to pay huge debts!" Said another Civilian council member.
"Tsunade, our chunin, jonin, and ANBU are having to rip off the swirls!" Said Koharu, Tsunade was now fed up.
"SHUT UP!' She yelled, the entire room was quiet. "You Want To Know What's Going On?" She opened the scroll Naruto gave her and threw it onto the council table. "Read It And Weep!" So they did and paled.
"HE CAN'T DO THIS!" Said one Civilian councilman.
"YES, HE CAN!" Danzo had read that he couldn't have it both ways.
'That boy should've been mine!' He thought.
"He's Taken Our Allies!"
"They weren't ours to begin with!"
"We are not going to pay that demon!"
"You Have No Choice! Everyone in this room, except for myself, the Hyugga, Inuzuka, and Yamanaka are bankrupt or will be. Elder Utatane; you are fined 1000 ryo for complaining about this."
"WHAT?" She said.
"Tsunade we will not cow-tow to that brat's demands!" Said Homura.
"Elder Homura, one: I'd like to see you try to enforce it on him. Two; you are fined 1000 ryo."
"Tsunade, you must do something!"
"I did, I listened to you! Look where Naruto's banishment got us!" She motioned at the scroll.
"We can demand that he return everything!"
"IT'S HIS!"
"There Is No Proof He Is…" Just then she pulled out a birth certificate. Revealing Naruto's mother's name; Kushina Uzumaki.
"He was Kushina's pup!" Said Tsume.
"Yes, he was." Said Tsunade, those who were on Naruto's side glared at the Civilians' side.
"And you wanted him banished!"
"Inuzuka calm do-!" Said Danzo, when her dog bit him on the crotch. 'Killing' him. Danzo glared at the dog as one of his stolen Shiragan eyes closed, permanently.
"Calm down? Was that what you were going to say?" She said.
"Since you wanted to use the Diyamo to banish Naruto, don't get mad because he did the same thing!" Said Tsunade, the councils got mad over it. "Meeting adjourned!" With that, she left and went back to her office grumbling. "I need some damn alcohol!"
(With Naruto)
After leaving Konoha in shambles, Naruto was headed anywhere to get training so he could prove to Konoha that he one: wasn't a demon. And two: better than a jutsu thief. He wasn't being followed, which was good. He headed for the North to Spring country.
(Konoha)
Sakura and Kakashi were in Tsunade's office, they were just told what was on the scroll. "Wha-what?" Said Sakura.
"Yes, I am removing you from the shinobi forces." Said Tsunade.
"But Tsunade-sensei…"
"Do not call me that! YOU were the one who didn't take this seriously!"
"Hokage Sama," said Kakashi. "Naruto was the one that didn't take being a ninja seriously."
"Oh? Did he chase after girls?"
"Well, no."
"Was he lazy?"
"No."
"He did everything you asked him to. Did he not?"
"Yes."
"So he took everything seriously, didn't he?"
"Yes ma'am."
"You still stand by your statement? Or rather, the council's statement?" Kakashi couldn't say anything, "Now, take off that vest!" Kakashi had no choice and removed his vest. Banishing Naruto was the worst thing they had ever done.
"I'll take it seriously!" Said Sakura, "Please don't take me off the Shinobi forces."
"No." With that, Sakura took off her headband and they placed the vest and headband on her desk. "Now, you are dismissed, MS. Haruno." Sakura, with tears in her eyes, left. "Now, as for you Kakashi. You have a chance to get your rank. With some conditions."
"And they are?"
"You have to wait for 5 years and not be late for anything. If you are late for even a minute, you'll never get your rank ever again. Are We Clear?"
"Yes, Ma'am." With that, he left.
(Five years later, Suna)
The Akatsuki had Gaara and was about to take the Ichibi out of him. Konoha had sent Team Eight out to rescue him. Suna did not want Konoha in their village after they had banished Naruto. Hinata was not a fan of Konoha right now because of what they had done to her crush.
Kurenai was trying to reform her relationship with Hinata but she wasn't having it. Kiba was trying to get her to open up but, the only reason why she didn't feed him to Akamaru, was because the Uzumaki sees his family as allies. "Come on Hinata," he said. "You can't stay mad forever." She glared at him and he unconsciously stepped back.
The only good thing that came out of Naruto's banishment was that she got aggressive. More so than she was, now the Hyugga elders were bedridden by her after they said something derogatory about Naruto. Hanabi helps out now and then. "Hinata, you have to understand." Said Kurenai.
"Understand What?" Said Hinata, "Naruto was a demon? Wasn't his mother your sensei?"
"That demon was not my…"
"But his last name was Uzumaki, right? There was a DNA test, right? It showed proof that Kushina Sama was Naruto Kun's mother, right?" Kurenai couldn't say a word. "So, you're WRONG. As usual, you hate him because everyone else is telling you to. Or is it because he's male?"
"THAT'S NOT IT AT ALL!"
"Then what is it?"
"He was biding his time!"
"Don't insult me Yuhi Sensei! Was Kushina Sama 'biding her time'? Or was it the fact she was a female jinnchuriki?" She couldn't answer, Hinata just kept going. Kurenai knew hating Naruto was going to bite her in the ass. "I don't even know why Hokage sama sent us. You hate male jinnchuriki."
"She sent us because we need…"
"To re-ally with Suna? But, their kage had been kidnapped? Why didn't they send Team Seven? Oh." Kurenai looked down, "let's hurry up!" They took off and found where they were.
(With the Akatsuki)
Meanwhile, Deidara and Sasori were about to take the Ichibi out when three people came in. They were dressed in white robes with gold and black trim. It was a male and two females. "Who the Hell are you, Un?" asked Deidara. The male lowered his hood revealing a white, horned mask. His eyes were blue with three rings starting from the iris.
["Stop Them!"] Said a voice.
"I am Asura Otsutsuki," the man said. He pulled out a 3-foot-long polearm with a black blade. "And you are going to stop this right now."
"Or else what?" Demanded Sasori, just then one of the women cut off his tail, broke through the puppet's body, and yanked the real him out. He looked like a redheaded mannequin with a hole in its chest. She punched the hole and ripped out a chamber with a heart in it.
"Mitra destroys his heart." Said Asura, Deidara glupped. He stopped and was about to lower Gaara when the voice spoke up.
["Deidara, don't you…"] Just then the other woman cut him off, literally.
"The choice is yours Deidara." Said Asura, the 'Mad bomber set him down.
"Don't Do It Deidara!" Said Sasori, Asura nodded and Mitra crushed the chamber, killing Sasori.
"As you can see we are not fooling around." Deidara placed Gaara down. "You can leave." So Deidara was about to leave when Asura spoke up. "You tell your 'god', that the Otsutsuki are coming to destroy him." Deidara ran off. Asura gently lifted him and they took off. They teleported to the Kazekage tower. Just missing Team Eight.
