Deku's fan from the U.S.A. coming to U.A.

Izuku Midoriya, has become somewhat famous after the sports festival among other things and there are some even in other nations that see him. Over in the United States after "Star and Stripes" departure and demise by Shigaraki/All for one the American's are grieving her biggest fan in particular basically the American "Deku" has bought an enormous bouquet of roses for the heroine's memorial, and another one at her Hero Agency a large building decorated with the American flag painted on the sides front and the top floor had a familiar yellow color reminiscent of All Might's hair. The 20 something year old man standing in front of her agency was stopped by reporters. Dressed in a skin tight suit with armor over his vitals with a radiation symbol on his chest. He addressed them after wiping away his tears.
Thermonuclear: Hello everyone, I am "Thermonuclear" Star's newest sidekick and long-time admirer, I am aware the nation is in sorrow after the death of the Number 1 hero, but as strong as she was the weight of the world is to much for one person to bare, all of the superheroes like the ones working at Star's Agency not to mention the law enforcement officers will be working on fighting crime and the world should not shatter the are plenty of people that can fight,(pulling out his phone saw a picture of Midoriya) and after a trip I may have another one.
The story goes over to Japan a few days later, Midoriya is working out as usual, when he is called to the principal's office (ohhh). Deku Is nervous, but excited he makes it to Nezu.
Deku: Hello sir, is everything alright principal ?
Nezu: Not at all , that's why there are heroes, speaking of which there is quite a popular hero from overseas that would like to meet you Midoriya, one of Star's sidekick's, he is offering you a paid internship abroad.
Deku: Really, who is it? Thermonuclear, diamond cut, maybe blast range?
Nezu:You'll know soon enough, he's coming down off the plane right now.
The sidekick turned pro jumped out of the plane and shot energy out off his feet and landed in the schoolyard.
Thermo: Yeah, hello U.A. heroes come today, I am looking for (he shoots lasers into the sky and spelled out "DEKU") where's he at?
Deku: Wow it is "Thermo" , rated as one of the most powerful heroes in America who served as Star's sidekick for a year. He even asked Star out on a date by burning it into a building. He wants me to leave Japan.
The two meet each other and thermo pleads with Midoriya to work abroad temporarily.
Thermo: I know being plucked from your home is rough , but I've seen how strong you are. We need a bruiser to take down the villains that are rising up after Star's demise, this is a huge opportunity for you.
Just then Izuku's mother called, showing him an old picture of him and Inko at their apartment, which Deku showed to him.
Thermo: Wow, that place is small. He lives in that place. A high-level hero-in-training should be able to stay in a penthouse, wait a minute, if I show him all the swag heroes get maybe he will come over to my side.
After Midoriya's school day was done Thermo treated him to a delicious veggie meat barbeque.
Deku: Wow this is amazing and expensive, I get that you're teaching me to promote eco-friendly eating habits ,and to have a balanced diet right?
Thermo: Well that is good but I wanted to give you a taste, no pun intended of what you can get when you work as a high paid hero, speaking of which let's go shopping. Deku got a brand new black suit with dark-green accents and gold watch, ring and necklace.
Thermo: You get to look good outside of your hero suit as well Deku, that'll look good when you are out accepting awards.
Deku: This is very nice of you but, I have already given it some thought, about going with you.
Then suddenly there is an emergency , a villain attack calls them to action, thermonuclear plans to take the lead easily defeat the majority of the group with his signature move "Going Nuclear" (he flew up into the sky and delivered a hammer kick propelled down by a stream of fire shot from his hands), the villain clad in armor was laying down, his armor rendered useless and knocked unconscious, then turned to see Deku has taken down the giant villain that was on trigger amping up his quirk, amazing the hero and civilians and making sure no one was hurt above all else.
Thermo: He is the hero Star said would be the next All Might, Star would be proud.
Steeling the resolve of thermo and he went up to Deku, saluting him for the performance.
Thermo: That was an amazing deku, I can see you are needed here in Japan, I won't twist your arm, but there is an open invitation for you back in America.
Deku: Actually I would like to join you overseas for a while, just like All Might did, plus I have plenty of friends that can keep Japan safe, so when do we leave?
Part 2
The two heroes are ready to go to America for a big hero event that would rattle the world. After getting permission from the school, his mother, and the blessing of All Might this was another step in Deku's career. Deku was impressed by the high tech private jet that ran on electricity, again showing off his wealth to Deku. Seeing this as the perfect opportunity
thermonuclear had made sure he and Midoriya were in a soundproof room.
Thermo: This is a matter of the utmost importance, the Doctor that assisted All for One, you know found a way to duplicate quirks, well his work was copied by another.
Deku: All for one has another minion, out and about, we have to be on high alert?
Thermo: No, before I left I noticed that there are villains with more than one quirk, according to my mole, there is a black market doctor that is giving people new quirks for a price, whoever is doing this goes by the name "Quirkless". I have a lead on where they are getting the powers from.
Arriving in the Land of the Free, reporters swarm to see the sidekick of the former #1 Hero "Star and Stripe" now promoted to acting number 1 Hero. They step out of the plane wearing their hero outfits. Thermo was ready to greet the media.
Reporter: Is it true that you are scouting hero students that are rumored to be the strongest of the latest generation of heroes?
Thermo: I am recruiting the best and brightest, from what I have seen my friend Deku is a hardworking,selfless hero that makes others humble, and he is willing to help us out. Now we have to go be debriefed for our latest mission.
Reporter: Do you have any words for us in America "Deku", if the sidekick of the number 1 hero personally went to recruit you you must be special.
Deku is normally nervous but, this is a time the people need to be calmed, and know there are people working for peace
Deku: My name is "Deku" I have been studying and training to become a hero and I plan to use my skills and quirk to protect as many people as I can
Back at the Star and Strip HQ Deku is briefed on a huge mission
The Chief of Police in the city Star's HQ was in New York, he came at the ready with a strike team of officers coordinating with the heroes from Star's Agency.
Chief: All of you, I am honored to be working with you all, brave men and women. This will be an epic battle.
Deku: Wow this is amazing, it reminds me of the raid on Overhaul's HQ, I will use my quirks to improve my status as a hero and stop this crime lord. By the way sir, where is this taking place?
Thermo: I'll field this one,Deku you know that prison where the worst villains go in Japan?
Deku: Yes, I do
Thermo: The version of that prison in America "Pandora's box" is staffed with a famous Doctor Elizabeth Light, who studied with Dr Garaki, years ago she has been under a microscope for a while. For some reason she recently took up work at Pandora's, the prison snitch gave us info that the convicts are losing their powers, since Light showed up.
Deku: I understand with so many quirk users that no one will see again, no one on the outside will know what's going on.
Thermo:Yes deku, when Light is on the mainland again, we will infer we know what she is planning and leave behind someone with a strong quirk that to monitor her we assume that she will want your power to add, but I know your's is harder to steal. You have rights to refuse but this would be a tremendous help.
Deku: My first choice wouldn't be to be my first choice, but I will do it.
The team headed out allowing Deku to meet up with the doctor, enacting a plan.
He bumped into her, helping her up to plant a hidden camera on her coat pocket, to record anything incriminating, when suddenly there is a hero dressed in a bright orange jumpsuit using his flying quirk to attack the Doctor.
Doctor: Swing? What's wrong, why are you attacking me? This quirk you gave me sucks, a sonic scream that gives me migraines, I paid 50k for this and I end up in the hospital. Now you are going to pay.
Deku: Stop right there, you won't hurt anyone, I'm giving you a chance to stop this.
The hero didn't and attacked deku but a single Detroit Smash at 20% took him down.
Dr. Bright: Amazing, that is quite the quirk you have. You're Midoriya from the UA festival, that power it's strong but a physique-enhancing quirk would help that.
Deku: What are you thinking, some kind of transplant?
Dr: There are people that never see the light of day again, if they don't have quirks will anyone care?If you really want to be a hero I can have an additional power added to yours. It'll be similar so no one notices, and really you want to help others right, here's my card.
Deku: Don't need the card, I have already decided, take me wherever you are going.
Thermo: The trap was set and Justice would be served, once Deku shows us her lab we bust down the doors.
When the two arrived at the prison, the guards didn't even bother to ask who Deku was, as he was with the Doc.
DR. Bright: Midoriya, you are indeed a powerful and brave hero, that quirk of yours combined with some invulnerability will be great. (The Doc guided him to the medical wing where she does her she brought out a convict that wasn't restrained, and Deku was.) But it won't be for you. That Quirk of your's will be worth millions to the right buyer and this goon here will wipe your mind clear, so no one knows.
Deku: You won't take anyone else's quirk, we heroes are going to make sure of that, Thermonuclear make the move!
Thermo: BLAST RANGE, wow I've been waiting to use that move all the corrupt guards are out and the police are on the way, Doctor Bright, you are under arrest for malpractice, illegal experimentation, etc.
Doc Bright: The ex#1's little pet, you're not taking my business down, my quirk let's me turn you to stone for an hour, and here it is.
Deku managed to break his restraints and knocked down the doctor, who was able to let loose multiple enhanced guards, her own "Nomu". This was an epic battle where Thermo and Deku unleashed unstoppable kicks on the evil-doers. All the equipment had been confiscated or destroyed as well as a list of clients.
The heroes then got thanked by the police and the warden who was unaware of the illegal business. The press had come and dubbed the two of the heroes "FirePower".
Deku: This sure was an exciting first week, Thermo everyone back home will be so amazed.
Thermonuclear: Yeap, and when you go back to Japan, make sure to call me, us number 1's gotta look out for each other right?
