Author's Note: Hi all! Welcome to the update. Please enjoy. Just a warning, there is a graphic conversation about sex between to Mahito and Geto at the end. Parts of it are meant to be comical to add levity to the otherwise extremely serious topic. I wasn't sure about including it but I wanted to show that Mahito is growing and becoming more curious about humans and inventive ways to destroy them besides deforming them like toying with their emotions to add to his strength.

Lily scooped the walnut chocolate chip cookie dough onto the sheet pans. It was nice having a quiet moment to indulge in her favorite hobby of baking. She planned to take these to the school this afternoon. Things had been quiet around the house the last few days.

Her phone dinged. Except for that. She sighed in exasperation but smiled. Two more notifications of text messages quickly followed. Although she had not seen any of them since Megumi left her house four days ago, they were never more than a text message away.

After placing the filled baking trays into the oven, she wiped off her hands on her apron so she would not get cookie dough on her phone. She had received yet another picture of a cat from Gojō. This one was black with white paws which it licked lazily on the porch of Principal Yaga's office. Thanks to his photo documentation, she had become acquainted with every cat on or near the school campus.

The next message was from Nobara asking if she wanted to come for a swim later.

"Why yes I do," she murmured aloud as she typed in her affirmative response. She was going anyway to deliver the cookies so why not?

The last message came from Yūji: a selfie with his arm thrown Megumi's neck. Yūji smiled big and wide while Megumi frowned with vengeance in his eyes. Yūji probably had to hold Megumi in a headlock to make him take the picture with him. As usual, Megumi looked completely done with his best friend's bullshit.

Lily's smile widened. She would most likely receive a retaliatory picture tomorrow morning of Yūji sporting a big curly moustache or dirty words scrawled on each cheek, all of which had been drawn on his face while he slept. It would not be the first one of those pictures she had received from either of them over the last few days.

Yūji began the battle of nocturnal face painting by drawing a heart with Lily's name in it on Megumi's forehead and sending her the picture. The next day she received one of Yūji with the word idiot on one cheek and a penis drawn on the other. Apparently Yūji is a really hard sleeper.

Megumi had never struck her as the vindictive or practical joker type. However, his harmless but insulting paybacks were quite hilarious.

Lily liked the surprising little nuances of Megumi's otherwise austere personality. She was glad he was not quiet, boring, and super serious with no sense of humor at all. Thinking about Gojō and all his silliness, his way of coping with all of the negative aspects surrounding them daily, she knew having a sense of humor would be vital to maintaining his sanity.

Another message came in from Gojō. She chuckled lightly, shaking her head. He sent a picture of himself holding a big fluffy white cat next to his face. Both of them had their tongues sticking out a little, blepping for the camera.

"Oh, Mr. Satoru Gojō this is so going to be your contact pic on my phone," Lily mumbled to no one but herself.

Biting her lower lip, she argued with herself about adding the pic of Megumi with the heart on his forehead bearing her name as his identifying picture. Shrugging, deciding 'why the hell not?' she chose it, smiling like a lovesick idiot when the picture appeared by his name.

Nobara sent her another message.

Nobara: These idiots keep ruining all of my eyeliners! Want to go shopping Saturday?

Lily: Sure! I'd love to!

Nobara: Awesome! I'll tell Maki! Girls day out! Woohoo!

The timer went off for her to take the cookies out of the oven. Putting down her phone, ignoring the new notification, she took out the trays before the cookies burned. As she removed the cookies from the pan with a spatula, transferring them to the cooling racks, she felt the barrier waver as if something bumped into it. Her stomach clinched with apprehension. Addie is in no mood to deal with that Cursed Spirit made human. Today is a good day, and she did not want him to ruin it.

Keeping the metal spatula in her hand, she cautiously walked toward the front door. Sliding open the front door, she saw Megumi standing on the road by the gate on the outside of the protective bubble she had placed around the house. A thin ribbon of blood trickled from his nose, over his lips, and down his chin.

"Shit," she muttered, dropping the barrier and the spatula as she ran to him.

"Hey," Megumi greeted her, raising one hand to wave to her. He kept the other protectively hugged around his middle as if supporting his ribs.

"Don't hey me like this is just some social call," she admonished him, carefully placing her arm around his waist. "What happened?"

He reluctantly leaned on her as they walked toward the house.

"Just a little scuffle with a low level cursed spirit," he explained with a dismissive shrug.

"All in a day's work," she sighed, dropping her arm from around his as they entered the house. She slid the door closed behind him. "Go sit down. I'll be right back."

"It's no big deal. Just a little bloody nose where I got sucker punched," Megumi said, walking into the living room.

"The ribs?" she asked, going to the kitchen.

"I raised my arms to shield my face, to block his next punch, which most likely would have broken my nose, and got a kick in the side," he explained, hissing in discomfort as he lowered himself down onto the cushion.

Lily poured him a glass of water after retrieving the fully stocked first aid kit. Joining him in the living room, she placed the cup of water in front of him on the table and knelt beside him.

"You don't ever back down from a fight, do you?" she asked.

"I told you it's no big deal," he repeated. Megumi refused to look at her. "There was a cursed spirit that needed to be taken care of. I was there. So I took care of it. It's as simple as that."

"If it's no big deal, why are you here?" she asked, dabbing at the blood on his face with a square of gauze.

"Maybe I just wanted to come see you," he muttered as if trying to avoid her chastisement by employing sarcasm.

"Hmph! You can always stop by to just say hello without getting yourself beat up," she snapped, examining his nose. "Good news is it's still straight. It doesn't look broken." She pressed lightly on his cheeks around his nose to double check. No blood gushed out. "The bleeding has stopped too. Take off your jacket and shirt," she ordered him.

Megumi choked on his water. "Wh-what?"

"I need to check your ribs. Duh," she playfully snapped, rolling her eyes. "Don't be so shy. I'm your nurse right now."

He unbuttoned his jacket as she pulled out disinfectant swabs, numbing antibacterial ointment, and gauze. She lay the scissors, cotton balls, and cotton swabs in case she needed them. Then she waited for him to pull off shirt. Pretending to rummage for other items, she kept her eyes in the first aid kit rather than ogling him.

Don't stare. Don't freak out. He's not the first shirtless guy you've ever seen. How many half naked men have you posed with on a photo shoot, Lily?, she asked herself.

Her eyes skimmed over the smooth skin of chest. There was not a single hair, mole, scar, or any kind of blemish marred his flawless fair skin over his pecs and flat abdomen. Although thin, he had plenty of long lean muscle stretched over his bones. A lithe swimmer's body.

She wondered if he would be up for a swim later. Her fingers shook as she gently palpated the side he had been favoring. When he grunted and winced away from her, she knew she would not be seeing him in a pair of swim trunks today.

"Not broken but definitely bruised," she said, although the skin had not yet begun to discolor. "You can put your shirt back on."

"Do I have to?" he asked, his face pinched with pain. "I'd rather not because it really hurts."

"I don't mind if you don't mind. Want a blanket to cover up with?" she asked, standing up to retrieve one from the trunk in the corner.

"Sure," he answered, keeping his eyes on her as she pulled out the gray blanket and walked back toward him with it.

Lily draped the blanket around his shoulders being exceedingly careful not to brush his bare skin with her fingers. To distract herself, she went to the kitchen to grab a few cookies and glasses of milk for the both of them. She grabbed a bag of frozen peas to serve as an ice pack as well.

"I brought you a treat," she announced upon entering the room.

His blue eyes glittered when spotted the milk and cookies on the tray. The slightest hint of a smile curled his lips.

God! Can he be any cuter?, she thought as she placed the tray on the table. She handed him the bag of peas.

"For your ribs," Addie clarified when his eyebrows met in confusion over his nose.

"Oh, yeah," Megumi murmured, slipping his hand under the blanket to hold the bag against his ribs. He flinched and hissed in pain when he placed the freezing bag against his skin and tender side. He picked up a cookie to take a bite.

"They're not gingerbread, but I hope they'll do," she said, biting into her own cookie. It wasn't warm anymore but the chocolate chips were still that wonderful ooey gooey half melted texture.

"They're great," he assured her after swallowing.

Lily noted the tears gathering in his eyes making the surface glassy. His royal blue irises sparkled like sapphires.

"Do you need something for pain? I have some pills in - " She began rising to stand but he shook his head cutting off her words and her attempt to get up.

"This takes me back to when your grandmother was alive," he said, pausing for a sip of milk. "She would patch me up and give me something to eat." He chuckled, holding up a cookie. "Usually one of her fresh baked cookies. She was always baking something. She would let me talk about anything and everything I wanted. She listened. Really listened. She didn't pretend to listen to a babbling kid like a lot of adults do."

Megumi paused, inhaling deeply. He took a bite of the cookie, growing introspective as he chewed.

"Sometimes we wouldn't say anything at all...no matter what happened to bring me here. I always felt so much better afterward."

Healing for the mind and soul, Lily thought, picking up another cookie. She wanted to ask him a question but stayed quiet, allowing him to share as he wished.

"Lily." He spoke her name, allowing it to hang in the air while they both waited for the other to say something. He reached across the table, the blanket falling away to reveal his shoulder and half of his chest. The makeshift ice pack dropped from his hand as he pulled it away from his ribs. His side bore the lightest shade of blue. He gently placed his hand over hers that lay on the table in front of her.

Lily met his eyes that were still shiny with the tears that had not fallen. Her lips quivered under the self-conscious smile they were forced to hold.

"I'm so glad you came here. I know this decision wasn't easy for you," he said, squeezing her hand when her fingers flinched.

"It was easier than you think," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I adore my new family. Sometimes the family you chose is much better than the one you're born into."

"I understand that," he returned, pressing his thumb into her palm as he held her hand.

Lily reminded herself to breathe. Although she wanted to take rapid short breaths to match the fast pace of her heart, she concentrated on inhaling slowly and exhaling just as gradually. Her eyes slid away from his, unable to maintain his soul searching gaze.

"Uhm...I, uh, sh-should..." she stammered, feeling his fingers tighten around her hand. "I should get another ice pack for those bruised ribs."

"It will be fine. It's not the first time I've received a kick in the ribs," he said, his thumb stroking the palm of her hand.

"Yeah," she sighed.

Anxiety gnawed at her guts as her mind created all sorts of horrible pictures of possible future injuries. It physically pained her to see him covered in blood and scrapes and bruises.

"Lily."

Lily closed her eyes and gritted her teeth against the way her tummy clinched whenever he called her name in that breathy way with his soft, smooth voice. Popping her eyes open, she found herself looking into those deep ocean blue eyes because he was almost nose to nose with her.

"Hmmm?" she murmured, leaning back a little to distance herself a bit to keep her eyes from crossing. "What is it?"

"I really like being with you," Megumi said, almost whispering.

Her heart beat so hard against her breastbone she was sure he could hear the thumping she heard deafeningly in her ears.

"I really like being with you too," she returned, closing her eyes as he inched forward.

Megumi tilted his head to the right and inclined his entire body toward her. Lily did not try to escape. Instead, she turned her head to the left to make sure she did not bump his sore nose. Their lips touched, and there was like a literal spark - an electrical zing that made a distinct snapping sound.

Megumi jumped back and so did she, both of them holding their hands over their mouths. They glanced at each other over blushed cheeks and hands cupped over their prickling lips.

Lily started to giggle, her eyes crinkling at the corners as she tried to hold the sound back. Then she saw his his shoulders shaking as he attempted to hold back his laughter. She wanted to hear him laugh so she removed her hand so she could laugh out loud. He chuckled lightly, definitely more reserved than her belly laugh. Gradually, their laughter died away, leaving them staring at each other again.

Pushing aside her nagging logic, Lily leaned forward giving in to the yearning to kiss him. She placed her hand on his jaw, tipping his head to the right as she went to the left again. Her mouth pressed to his with no shock of static electricity but definitely no less enthralling. This time the fireworks were in her belly. Dozens of tiny sizzling explosions that spiraled outward creating a pins and needles sensation throughout her extremities.

At first, Megumi was compliant, accepting her kiss and allowing her to keep it light and chaste. His hand went to the back of her neck, his long fingers almost enclosing it as he pulled her forward. He pushed his lips harder into hers, parting them slightly.

When she did not separate her lips, he offset his lips from hers, catching her top lip between his. After giving her top lip a singular kiss, he dropped to her bottom lip. His teeth teasingly nibbled at her fuller lower lip, drawing it between his to suck on it with the lightest pressure.

When her jaw dropped a little, allowing a moan to slip through her lips, he pressed his mouth squarely to hers, slipping the tip of his tongue through the small opening. He had fantasized about how he would deeply kiss her if given the chance. The groan from deep in her throat told him she had thought about it, and resisted, as much as him.

When Lily did not pull away, he pushed his tongue a little further into her mouth, tasting the chocolate on her tongue. His stomach turned somersaults when her fingers grasped his upper arms as she pushed into the kiss. Her tongue pushed back against his, enticing him to nudge her or retreat. Continuing his streak of boldness, he stroked her tongue with his.

Lily pulled back, and immediately his heart sank into his belly with disappointment. She quickly leaned toward him to press her lips back to his. The kiss was gentle and sweet, just like her. Their lips separated again, but she pressed her forehead to his stay in close contact with him. Both of them panted for the air they had been missing to savor their first passionate kiss.

"Megumi, that - "

"I swear, Lily, if you say something to ruin the moment I will never kiss you again," he threatened, his voice almost a low growl.

Lily bit her lower lip. She did not want to take a chance he would make good on that threat. Her grandmother talked about how obstinate and downright hard headed he could be. Although she doubted he would actually withhold his kisses from her since he kissed her first this time- and in a wonderfully aggressive way.

"That was amazing," she whispered, brushing her lips over his as if to tempt him with another kiss.

"Uh huh," he murmured, pulling her forward with a gentle hand on the back of her neck.

Their lips met again, this time setting off a much more pleasant metaphorical spark that sizzled across every nerve ending making their entire bodies prickle as if zapped by an electrical current.

Both of their phones went off and kept going off, rattling and vibrating across the table. They separated with a frustrated grunt, their kiss interrupted and the magic of the moment destroyed by the notifications.

Nobara and Maki both were texting her about coming for a swim. Gojō and Yūji simultaneously and profusely sent messages to check on Megumi's whereabouts and his physical condition.

"Are you dead?" he read one aloud. "Moron."

"That one has to be from Gojō," Lily commented, replying to both girls since they made a group message including the three of them. She assured them she would be there soon, and she would be bringing cookies and Megumi with her.

Nobara: You definitely need to come cool off then.

Maki: Oh, no wonder you're running late.

And they weren't referring to the cookies. Lily could feel her face heating up. She put down the phone and stood up.

"We should get going. Let me grab a few things," she said, going to the kitchen to pack up the cookies first.

"Can I help?" Megumi inquired.

"Nah. You just sit there and rest. How are those ribs feeling?"

"Better. They don't feel sore anymore. Are you sure you don't have some kind of healing power?"

"Don't be silly," she scoffed, snapping the lid onto the plastic container. "It's your imagination. You probably just heal quickly."

"Whatever it is, I don't hurt anymore," he assured her, giving her one of his sweet, gentle smiles as she walked into the room.

"Good," she said, bending down to place a peck on his lips. "Want me to call a taxi?"

"No. I can walk."

"All right. Be right back." She placed the container of cookies on the table in front of him. "Don't eat all those while I'm gone."

"I'll try not to," he promised as he popped off the lid.

Lily packed her overnight bag three changes of clothes. Just in case. She changed into her red string bikini patterned with white hibiscus flowers and put her clothes back on over it. She picked up Pinky and tucked him under her arm. Always be prepared for anything seemed to be a more apropos motto now than ever before in her life.

Megumi grabbed the container of cookies, and they were on their way.

Since it was late, there were no vendors or children or anything else to distract her and hold them up. Everyone had somewhere to be at this time in the evening including them. Some people were rushing home from work to their families. Others were on their way to business dinners with coworkers or clients. Some looked a bit furtive and guilty as if they were on their way to somewhere with someone they shouldn't be.

When they reached the school, the setting sun had painted the sky in pastel colors of pink, blue, orange, and yellow. Maki and Nobara were waiting for her by the pool.

"Well, uh, I'm going to go see what the guys are doing," Megumi said, as the two girls walked over to them in their swimsuits. His cheeks blushed darkly before he turned away and made a quick exit.

Nobara was wearing a two piece swimsuit, a tankini specifically with a flowing blousy leopard print top and a plain black bikini cut bottom. Maki wore a modest surfing bikini with a top that looked like a regular black long sleeved shirt and black tight fitting swimsuits shorts for a bottom.

"We were beginning to think you weren't going to come at all," Nobara said, taking Pinky from her and placing him on his own lounger beside theirs.

"Why wouldn't I?" Lily asked, setting her bag down on the lounger between the ones covered with their towels.

"You had a pretty distraction," Maki remarked, adjusting her glasses.

Lily covered her blushing face by pulling up her t-shirt to remove it. She kicked off her sandals. After tossing her shirt onto to the lounger, she stripped of her shorts.

"It's not too late for a swim is it?" she asked, despite having disrobed to do so.

"The pool is heated except for in the summer. There are lots of lights," Maki said just as the lights in and around the pool switched on as if hearing her.

"Oooh, fancy," Lily remarked, hurrying across the sidewalk to dive into the already steaming water.

It was warm as bathwater, no shocking cold. Nice. As she did the breaststroke under water, she heard two more muted splashes as the other two jumped in. Raising above the surface of the water, she found herself in the deep end of the pool so she continued to swim to the edge where she turned and paddled to the shallow end where she could stand.

"Are we still on for Saturday?" Nobara asked, leaning against the side of the pool and stretching her arms along the cement edge.

"Absolutely. Far be it from me to turn down a shopping trip," Lily replied. "Oooh, I was going to call and see if I could make us appoints for a spa day. Sound good?"

"That sounds great!" Nobara enthusiastically agreed. "Maki?"

Maki seemed interested but definitely a more subdued reaction. She nodded in agreement.

"Would it be possible for me to come watch one of your modeling sessions?" Nobara asked.

"Why would you want to?" Lily inquired with a nervous chuckle of self-derision.

"i don't know," she sighed, shrugging and looking disappointed. "I just wanted to see what it's like. I think it would be so amazing to be a model."

Lily could tell she took very good care of herself. She would admit she felt the sting of jealousy as she looked at Nobara's tanned and muscular arms and abs. As a part of her contract, she was not allowed to get a tan, not even a spray on tan. Although they actually required her to work out maintaining a certain body structure, she was not allowed to build defined muscle - only smooth toned muscles.

"It's not as glamorous as everyone thinks," she sighed, folding her arms on the concrete to lay her head on them. "It's so boring. And there's lots of photoshopping done afterwards. You might be amused by some of the stupid things we have to do to get a fantastic shot though."

"I just love everything to do with beauty. Make up. Clothes. Magazines. Oooh, we need to take one of the love quizzes later to see if you and Megumi truly are a match," she said, giggling with the giddiness of her age.

Lily smiled. She hated those stupid pointless quizzes. But it actually sounded like fun to do one with someone and laugh about how dumb it is.

"CANNONBALL!" hollered Gojō at the top of his lungs before crashing through the bushes and jumping into the pool.

Maki held up her hands to shield her face from the spray of water. Nobara shouted angrily as water splashed her face and soaked her hair. Lily chuckled, pushing back her drenched hair that covered her face from the resulting wave.

"You dumbass!" Nobara yelled. "You've ruined my make up."

"No I haven't," he argued, paddling over to them like a lazy dog. "I'm helping you test that new waterproof mascara."

"I'm not wearing it!" she shouted at him, walking to the cement steps built into the corner of the pool.

"Oh, my bad," he apologized, taking her place beside Lily. "How you doin'?"

"Don't be weird," she retorted, staring straight ahead.

"I can't help it. I am weird."

Lily turned her head to look at him rather than ignoring him like she had made up her mind to do first. He was not a man who would ignored. He wore mirrored goggles which took her by surprise making her giggle. His skin was all pale and flawless as hers. Unlike her, he had a shockingly obscene amount of defined muscle under that perfect snow white skin. She never would have guessed judging by his long, lanky limbs and scarecrow like figure.

"Where's Yūji and Megumi?" she asked.

"Miss your boyfriend already?" he teased her, splashing water at her face.

"You're so stupid," she huffed, wiping the water out of her eyes. "Never mind. God, you act like your twelve."

"It's one of my more charming traits," he rejoined, bobbing up and down in the water beside her.

"You're the only one who thinks that, Gojō," Lily returned only slightly less annoyed than usual with his comical conceit.

"I'm going to check on Nobara," announced Maki, gliding over to the steps.

"Gee, thanks, Gojō. You chased off all of my friends," she snapped but did not move to leave herself.

"Aw that hurts, Lily. I'm your friend too." He waited for some kind of confirmation. "Aren't I?" he asked when she did not say a word.

"I suppose," she sighed with mock annoyance. "Of course you're my friend. You're my favorite goofball."

"Glad to hear it."

A short pause lapsed between them. Far be it from Gojō to allow a quiet moment.

"I see you're already falling into your new role. Megumi's wounds look great. There's not even a bruise on his ribs. Great job, nurse Lily," he complimented her.

"Thanks."

"Those cookies were wonderful by the way."

"There is such a thing as a comfortable silence," she remarked impatiently. She could see him fidgeting out of the corner of her eye. "Was there something on your mind?"

"No. Not really," he said, turning to face in the same direction as her. "I'm just glad you're here. I don't think I've ever seen Megumi this happy before. Content even."

Her heart jumped and galloped away while a warm fuzzy sensation spread through her chest. Her fingers and toes tingled with joy from his words. Knowing Megumi was happy made her happy. Although she believed Gojō overstated a bit by saying he's never seen Megumi this happy, she liked hearing the words.

"I guess Grandma Hiroko knew what she was doing when she chose the two of you for each other," he mumbled.

"Why didn't you say something Gojō?" Lily asked, turning her head to look at him. It was his turn to stare stubbornly ahead.

"Say something about what?" he questioned despite knowing what she meant.

"Never mind," she sighed, standing up to go toward the stairs. Being near him just frustrated and irritated her sometimes. This is one of those times. "We've had this discussion too many times to have it again."

"Lily," he said, spinning around to throw out his arm to halt her progress. His forearm lay across her chest, touching her bare skin.

Lily took in shallow breaths to minimize the contact with him. Her abdominal muscles clinched, tightening with painful intensity when he turned his head to look at her. She was thankful for those damn goggles that only allowed her to see herself.

"If I had known how I would feel when I saw you the first time...how I would feel after getting to know you...I would have fought harder to change her mind," Gojō said, dropping his arm.

"Why did you continue to push me in Megumi's direction? You could have changed things you know," she said.

He shook his head. His small smile was sad. "I couldn't. It's what she wanted."

"Well, she's dead. She wasn't god. Hell, she wasn't even your relative yet you allowed her to determine your life for you," she stated venomously.

Gojō looked away from her. "Actually, it would have been selfish of me to fight for you. That's why I didn't. She knew what she was doing when she choose him. She knew you would be seen as my weakness...and you would be used against me. I think she knew there might come a day when I would sacrifice your life."

"But Gojō you - "

"She was right. If the time came and my only way to exorcise a cursed spirit meant accidentally getting you caught up in the technique to destroy it, I would sacrifice your life to save many others," he freely and honestly confessed.

"I understand," she said, her breathe shaky. "Will you do me a favor then, Gojō?"

"What's that?" he inquired, lifting the goggles and placing them on his forehead before looking back at her.

Lily made eye contact with him, the words freezing on her tongue momentarily as she met his hypnotizing luminescent blue irises.

"You made your decision about me. Live with it," she stated with a frigid cruelty. "I have made my decision about Megumi as well. I love him...and he loves me. One day, we're going to be together."

"Hey, I'm glad to hear that," he said somehow sounding condescendingly sarcastic which was uncharacteristic for him while forcing a smile onto his face. "I would say you're together already."

"Never mention anything about this again okay?"

"Is that the favor?"

"Yeah. That's the favor."

Gojō nodded. "Got it."

"If you're testing me, my love or loyalty to Megumi, stop it," Lily said in a warning tone.

"I will," he promised.

As they climbed out of the pool to go their separate ways, Lily and Gojō had no idea they were being watched.

~\'/~

Mahito stripped off his clothes, jumping into the hot spring pool with Geto in the same manner Gojō had with that woman.

"Hello, Mahito," Geto greeted him patiently, wiping the droplets of water from his face with his nearby towel. "You seem happy. Where have you been?"

"I went to check on my doll. She was with the Sorcerers again," he pouted, poking out his lower lip.

"Well, that is her purpose for being here," he boredly stated having grown tired of the immature Cursed Spirit's fascination with her. "Why don't you just take her and turn her into one of your monsters already?"

"I want to play with her first. I've been reading some interesting books lately. I'm learning about a confusing concept called love. And then there's something called sex that sometimes comes with love," he said with a weirdly out of place innocence. "I don't understand her interactions with those two men. It should be so easy yet they make it so difficult. One of them should just screw her. That would simplify things, right?"

"Oh, fuck," Geto muttered, rolling his eyes.

"Yes! Sex is called that too! Fuck. Fucked. Fucking," he mumbled under his breath as if feeling the word in his mouth. "Humans seem to really like it. Such weird but fascinating creatures."

"Nothing gets much weirder than you, Mahito. Trust me," he muttered, growing weary of the conversation.

"Have you ever fucked a woman? Or a man? Have you had sex, Geto?" Mahito inquired with his annoying bluntness driven by an insatiable curiosity to know and learn.

"Okay I'm done with this conversation," he grumbled, standing up to wrap the towel around his waist.

"You've got a big dick. I bet you could really please someone with that," Mahito commented. "But I've read it's not all about size. There are techniques to induce pleasure with an exceptionally tiny dick called a micropenis."

He giggled which Geto found to be quite disconcerting considering the present topic of conversation.

"Okay you really need to shut up," the man wearing Geto's visage said quite pleasantly despite his growing agitation and disgust.

"I just want to know things, Geto. Human emotions are often messy and negative an intense. Especially among those sorcerers. Lily is a real tasty treat since she came along."

"Those emotions are what feeds you and you're curious. I know. But this conversation is a bit much for me. I'm done." He started to walk away then stopped, turning back to glance at the contemplative cursed spirit in the form of a grown man. "Stay away from the women's magazines when you're reading. They're misleading. You will learn more about the female orgasm than you'll ever want to know."

"Oh, really? Now I'm curious."

Geto groaned in defeat since his warning had the complete opposite effect. He should have known to use reverse psychology on the immature mind of the humanized cursed spirit.

"Then go get the woman who has captured your attention and sate your curiosity about sex," Geto suggested.

"But I'll kill her," Mahito returned, sounding disappointed already.

"You said she's a barrier user. She put up a barrier to protect herself from you before." He shrugged nonchalantly. "She can do it again. She can protect herself while you feed your wicked curiosity."

Geto, or rather the evil man who high jacked his body, actually seemed amused by the prospect. The little boy Cursed Spirit was growing up. He had quickly become a horny adolescent.

Mahito placed his arms on the edge of the pool and relaxed, considering Geto's intriguing suggestion. He did like her emotional energy. So dark and powerful. When he was close to her he could feel the strength of her fear and hate throbbing inside of him. She had excited him in a way he did not understand at the time.

"Maybe I should," he contemplated out loud. "But I will only hurt her when I try. Why do I care about that?" A self satisfied grin spread across his face as he looked up into the sky. "She's my pretty little doll to play with as I please."
