To all my readers, if you don't like the way I write SPD, then you don't have to read it and this goes for all of my Power Ranger fanfics, both current and future ones. I'm not gonna force you to read them.
A word of warning, to those of you who like to announce the next chapter (i.e. episode) title of the fanfic, don't ever do that. It's extremely annoying to me and I don't like it. If you continue to do it again for all of my Power Rangers fanfics, you will be blocked until I have posted more than enough Power Rangers stories in order for me to trust you again. You know who you are because it's not a joke and I'm not playing around. As always, no negativity and Happy Reading!

Cruger was now finally captured and on Gruumm's ship. "Well, Cruger, how does it feel to be betrayed by your own rangers?" asked Gruumm as Cruger stood in front of him.
"These are not rangers." said Cruger, motioning his head at the 'A' squad. "A real power ranger must be true of heart. All those years of training, and you have learned nothing."
"Grow up, Doggie." said Charlie, not really in the mood to deal with him. "Everyone wants to be on a winning team."
"And when the earth falls, you shall be ruling alongside me as promised." Gruumm said to the 'A' squad.
"There are still people willing to do anything it takes to protect the earth." said Cruger.
"Who? That pathetic bunch of losers? Your 'B' squad?" she asked. "Please."
"Don't underestimate them." said Gruumm. "They've been a great annoyance to me."
"That's because they've never faced the best of the best." said Charlie, glancing at Cruger. "Let us take care of them."
"No!" said Cruger.
"Do it." said Gruumm as he and Charlie looked at Cruger, causing him to growl.
"Guys, we're a great team. Cruger said so himself." said Sky.
"I, for one, don't want to go back to sweeping up after those guys." said Syd.
"No, listen, Ally…Ally…" Jack said as he looks over at the others. "I can't go into detail, but…"
"Is it too late to hurt him yet?" asked Leah.
"Not yet but getting there." said Z.
"…trust me, I can't make it over there today." said Jack.
"Jack, this is the third time you've bailed on me." said Ally as someone hands her a clipboard for her to sign. "I was really counting on your help today."
"You know I would if I could. I'm sorry." Jack tells her.
"I know." she replied. "But, you know, sooner or later, you're gonna have to make up your mind about what you really want."
Suddenly the alarms sounded. "I gotta go." said Jack.
"Let's go, everyone." said Sky as everyone but Jack leaves the room.
"Rangers, we need your help." said Kat once most of 'B' squad was in the command center.
"Why? We're just the lowly 'B' squad." said Syd just as Jack joins them without them noticing. "Why don't you ask the amazing 'A' squad to help?"
"The 'A' squad has gone, and they've taken Commander Cruger with them." Kat replied.
"You want us 'B' squad? Come and get us." said Charlie as she appeared on the screen. "Sector 'A', zone 4. We're waiting."
"Rangers, you can't go. It's a trap." said Kat.
"Of course, it is." said Jack then looks at the others. "And we're going."
"Just so you know…" Kat said just as they were about to leave. "Commander Cruger told me you're the best he has ever had." Kat looks down at her daughter with a pleading look on her face. "Mimi ahadi kwamba nitarudi." said Leah.
"Kuwa salama." said Kat as they left the command center.
Out in the city, both squads walked towards each other on the field of battle. "Didn't think you'd show." said Charlie. "'A' squad…let's do this."
"Ready!"
"Ready! S.P.D. EMERGENCY!"
'A' squad starts shooting at the rangers as they morphed, and the fight began. "Generals and soldiers, our day has come at last." said Broodwing as he stood before his army. "With Cruger gone and the rangers occupied, the time to strike S.P.D. is now!"
Back at the fight, Z was fighting her 'A' squad counterpart and was thrown into a couple of empty canisters. "Get up, loser!" he said, laughing evilly as he pulls her up. He then throws her up into the air and takes a shot at her.
Bridge and his counterpart had just jumped off the car when the blast hit. Sky took the aftershock of the explosion, using it to attack his counterpart. Syd hits the car and rolls off it while her counterpart takes a shot at her.
Leah was hiding as her counterpart shoots at the car. "Come out, pathetic child." said the 'A' squad purple ranger as he makes his way around to her hiding place.
Jack takes a shot a Charlie but as soon as the smoke clears, she runs at him. "Take that!" shouted Charlie as she shoots at him.
"They're getting pulverized." said Boom as he and Kat watch the battle. "Isn't there something we can do?"
"The 'A' squad has had much more training and experience." explained Kat as she starts worrying about Leah. "They're in a different league."
"Nightfall." said Broodwing as day starts turning into night. "The perfect time to break into S.P.D. And once inside, I'll it for my own."
He then uses one a drill robot to attack the S.P.D. base. An alarm sounds as the building shook. "What was that?" asked Boom.
"I don't know." Kat replied, then takes a look at a security camera from outside. "Oh, no. We've been attacked."
"I'm in." said Broodwing, laughing as his drill broke the base.
"Security breach in sector 9-B." Kat said over the intercom and cadets were running all over the place. "Security breach in sector 9-B."
Krybots had entered the base and were running up the front steps. "There they are." said Sam as he and the cadets found them. "Come on, cadets."
"On, no." said Boom as he and Kat were the only ones left in the command center. "They're everywhere."
"We have to secure the command center." said Kat as she pushed buttons and closed the command center doors. "We have to prepare for the worst."
"Excellent." said Broodwing as he leads his army of Krybots and Blue heads through the base. "S.P.D. is mine!"
Throughout the base, cadets were fighting Krybots and Orange heads alike. Some of the cadets were blasted down by Orange heads and Omega was knocked back when suddenly three aliens walked up. "Take him down!" bellowed Broodwing.
All three took their shots at Omega, causing him to be thrown to the ground. "No!" shouted Sam as Broodwing walked past him.
"I have waited so long." said Gruumm as he's with the Magnificence. "Now I finally have Doggie Cruger in my grasp. Let me finish our battle now, once and for all."
"No!" said Magnificence. "Your obsession with Cruger means nothing to me. Completing my magnificence is all that matters."
"But, great Omni…" Gruumm started to say.
"Silence!" said Omni. "Only when that is done may you exact your petty revenge. I have spoken."
Back at the battle between the top two squads, Jack was blasted down by Charlie. She laughs at him as he's laying on the ground. "You never really thought you stood a chance against us, didn't you?" she asked as the members of her squad brought in the others. "After all, you're only the 'B' squad."
When the 'A' squad purple ranger dropped Leah, her lip was bleeding. "Leah…" winced Z as she gets a good look at her face.
"Z…" gasped Leah as she reaches out towards her.
"Meaning what?" asked Jack.
"You're second best."
"Second-rate."
"And second choice."
"You're not even fit to shine our boots." said Charlie.
Getting up from the floor, the 'B' squad stood their ground. "Let's show them how we do it, 'B' squad style." said Jack.
"You got it, Jack." said Leah, wiping the dirt from her suit.
"Rangers, S.P.D. S.W.A.T. MODE!"
They then went into S.W.A.T. mode. "Come on!" said Charlie.
"Let's do it!" said Jack.
"Yeah!"
Both squads raised their weapons and ran at each other, firing. Z shoots at the 'A' squad yellow ranger and he get knocked down. "Down for the count." she said.
Bridge and his counterpart went over a car. "I don't think so." said Bridge as he fires at the 'A' squad green ranger, knocking him back onto the car.
"Whoa!" shouted Syd as she was blasted into the air by her counterparts. The 'A' Squad pink ranger blasted Syd's weapon out of her hands. When the 'A' squad pink fires again, Syd shouted, "Not this time!"
"Whoa!" shouted the 'A' squad pink ranger as she was blasted off the ledge.
"Bye-bye." said Syd. The 'A' squad purple ranger blasted everything in his line of sight, looking for Leah. "Come out, come out where ever you are." he taunted her, then takes a shot at a red car in front of him. "You know, Kat always did prefer me as her child over you." Suddenly out of nowhere, a shot was fired at the back of his neck and he hits the ground.
"She might have loved you in the past…but I'm her daughter through and through." said Leah.
Sky runs up a wall as the 'A' squad blue ranger takes his shot at him. "You're going down!" shouted Sky.
Jack and Charlie were going at it, weapons drawn. "Back at ya!" shouted Jack as they both fired at each other. One of Charlie's lasers hits Jack in the shoulder, causing him to throw his weapon up into the air. Jack grabs his pistols and takes a shot. "Fire!" he shouted and Charlie gets hit.
Jack jumps up and catches his weapon. Charlie takes another shot just as Jack fires back at her. "Unh!" groaned Charlie as she's knocked down.
"'B' squad rules." said Jack. As the rest of both squads joined their leaders, 'A' squad isn't backing down.
"Let's take this to the big leagues." said Charlie and an evil zord appears. "It's zord time."
"Oh, man." said Jack.
"Let's make this quick." she said. "Once we're finished with the 'B' squad, we'll take care of Broodwing."
"Kat, we need the runners." said Jack.
"Wait." said Kat as she and Boom went to the doors. "We're under attack."
"What! That's impossible!" shrieked Leah.
The doors of the command center were blasted opened. "Get them!" bellowed Broodwing as Crabhead and his friends surrounded them.
Kat hisses as she and Boom were overrunned. "Rangers, the zords are on their way, and so is Omega ranger." she said.
Kat and Boom were holding their ground as Sam ran through the base. Broodwing then steps into the command center. "Dr. Manx, we meet again." said Broodwing, causing Kat to hiss at him furiously. Out in the city, both Omega Max and Delta squad Megazords were battling 'A' squad.
"Let's get them." said Sky. 'A' squad's megazord comes at them and cuts a piece of the sword.
"Ha!"
They attack both Megazords, causing sparks to come out. "Initiating Delta Command Crawler." said Broodwing as he pressed the button. The base starts transforming into the crawler as the battle outside continued. 'B' squad looks over at the base.
"The base." said Z when suddenly the base starts attacking the Delta squad Megazord.
"What was that about?" asked Jack.
"Hello rangers. Surprised?" asked Broodwing.
"Broodwing!" they shouted.
"That's right." he said. "I thought I'd make myself at home while Cruger is busy."
"Where's my mother?" asked Leah.
"She's safe…for the time being. Megazord Transformation!"
The base goes through the lockdown, transforming into the Base Megazord. "Leah, did you and Kat ever put in that…?" asked Bridge.
"After what happened last time, I wanted to. But she thought it wouldn't happen again." said Leah.
"Now the power is in my hands." said Broodwing as three of his top monsters were sitting with him in the cockpit. "Newtech City will be the first to fall, and there's nothing you can do to stop me. May I suggest you get out of my way?"
"Never!" shouted Sam.
"Don't forget us." said Charlie, attacking both Megazords again.
"More help from Gruumm." said Broodwing, turning away. "I'll let him keep the rangers busy while I destroy the city."
"We've got to stop him!" shouted Jack. The 'A' squad sends yellow lightning again, causing the Omega Max Megazord to fall to the ground. The Delta squad Megazord takes a step back as they went at them again.
"We've got to evacuate!" shouted Jack as the others screamed in pain. The Delta Squad Megazord finally falls to the ground. "Oh, no!" shouted Sam as the 'A' squad relish their victory against 'B' squad.
"You'll never get away with this, Gruumm." said Cruger.
"And why not?" he asked. "I got away with it before on Sirius. Or have you forgotten?"
"I have not forgotten." Cruger tells him.
"Nor have I." growled Gruumm.
[Flashback]
Cruger and Gruumm were in battle on Sirius. Suddenly, Cruger slices off one of Gruumm's horns.
"Ahh!" screamed Gruumm as his horn falls to the ground.
[Flashback ends]
"I still carry the scars of that battle." said Gruumm, pointing to the right side of his head to show proof. "You took something precious away from me that day. I think it's only fitting that I took something precious of yours."
"Get your hands off me!" said a familiar voice as she was dragged in. She then looks up at the commander. "Doggie!" she exclaimed.
"Aisynia!"
Back on earth, Broodwing was back at work. "It's a new day. Prepare to attack!" he said as he fires up the delta base megazord's weapons and aims them at the mountains. "This is the end!"
Under the rubble, Jack and the others were groaning as they got up. "Jack!" shouted Z as she was tangled.
"Where's Leah?" asked Jack.
"Oh my god! Leah!" shouted Z, searching for the young Felisan. It wasn't until she heard a cry not far from her. Z and Jack follows the cry with Syd close behind them until they found her. "Guys?" whimpered Leah with her leg half way under the debris. "Help! It's hurting me."
"It's ok, we've got you." said Jack as he lifts up a panel that was on top of her leg. Leah grabs a hold of Syd and holds onto Z as they go back towards Sky and Bridge.
"The delta command megazord…it's gone." said Syd.
"We have nothing to fight with." said Jack. "The S.W.A.T. Flyers are in the base."
"Or are they?" asked Bridge as he quickly goes to a handstand. "I got it. If I was Kat and the base was under attack, I might transfer the S.W.A.T. Flyers to the secret underground Zord Bay."
"Whoa. There's a secret unground Zord Bay?" asked Z and Leah.
"Doesn't every command base have one?" asked Bridge and they all looked at Leah.
"This time, I didn't even know." said Leah, defending herself. "I just can't believe that we have a secret underground Zord Bay at the base."
Minutes later, they all went to the entrance of the Zord bay. "This is it." said Bridge and he places his morpher into the lock, then punches in the code.
The door opens, causing Z and Leah to be in shock. "Oh…my…god." said Leah, looking into the hanger.
"They are here. You were right." said Z.
"I'll never call you weird again." said Sky.
"Thanks…I think." said Bridge.
"Kat and Boom came through for us." Jack said to the others. "Now how about we make them proud?"
Outside of the zord bay, the Delta Command Megazord was going for round two. "Restrike now!" bellowed Broodwing. Just before he could press the button, the rangers arrived.
"Impossible! The S.W.A.T. Megazord!" screeched Broodwing as he turns the Delta Command Megazord around.
"Hold it right there, Broodwing!" shouted Jack.
"You won't stop me." he said.
"No one's gonna stop the 'B' squad but us." Charlie said in agreement. "Fire!" Soon as they fired, the S.W.A.T. megazord deflects their attack. "Hey!" she shouted.
"You ready, rangers?" asked Jack.
"Ready!" they shouted. They kicked the 'A' squad's megazord back.
"Let's finish this!" shouted 'B' squad and the S.W.A.T megazord takes out its weapons, firing at the other megazord, destroying it. On the ground, most of 'A' squad had powered down.
"You can't do this to us." said Charlie as she looks up at Jack. "We're the 'A' squad."
"Looks like you've been demoted." said Jack as his scanner showed they were guilty.
"Confinement time!" 'B' squad shouted, placing them in confinement cards.
"It's not fair!" shouted Charlie from the card.
"Omega, take the S.W.A.T. Megazord." said Jack and turns to the others. "We gotta get to the base."
"Yes, sir." said the others.
"They're coming back!" shouted Broodwing as the S.W.A.T. Megazord comes back for another round. "Power up!"
"Go for it, guys!" shouted Sam.
"What?" asked Broodwing, not knowing that Omega was in the driver's seat. Jumping off the Omega Max Cycle, the rangers landed next to the base.
"It worked. Now, let's get inside." said Jack.
"They won't get far." said Broodwing. Sam does his best to distract Broodwing as the rangers try to gain entry. "Take that, Bat Face!" shouted Sam.
The rangers went in full blast as they fired at every Krybot, Bluehead, and Orange Head that came across their path. "Troobians are one thing, but you'll never get past us." said Crabhead.
"Aah!" winced Boom as he touches the force field in front of him.
"How are we gonna get out of here?" asked Kat when suddenly Boom whistles. R.I.C. hears the whistle and crashes into the lab. "Thataboy!" exclaimed Boom as R.I.C. knocks down their captors.
"Over here, R.I.C." said Kat and he blasts down the forcefield, letting them out.
"Good boy, R.I.C." said Boom as Kat goes over to her computers.
"I'm cutting the power to the mainframe." she said as she does it. Another blast was aimed at the S.W.A.T Megazord, causing it to be thrown back.
"Now your end has come!" shouted Broodwing when the power finally went off. "Hey!"
"What?" asked a confused Sam.
"The power!" yelled Broodwing and looks down. "What happened to the power?"
"Huh?" said Jack as he heard beeping.
"We've got control of the base, rangers." said Kat.
"Great job, Kat. Now I'll take care of Broodwing." said Jack as he and Crabhead run at each other. "You got this one, Sky?"
"Jack, go for it!" shouted Sky.
"All right."
Jack takes off as the others fought Crabhead and the others while the Delta Command Megazord transforms back into the base. "I demand to know what happened to the energy supply!" demanded Broodwing.
"Lose all your power, Broodwing?" Jack casually asks, entering the command center, causing Broodwing to growl at him.
"Well." growled Broodwing.
"Your joyride's over!" said Jack.
"We'll see about that." Broodwing said, removing himself from Cruger's chair. Jack makes the first move by kicking Broodwing in the chest. Broodwing retaliates by sending a laser shot at him. They kept going until Broodwing went out through a panel. Once outside of the base, Crabhead and his friends were thrown at Broodwing's side. "My generals!" exclaimed Broodwing as Sky and the others joined Jack.
"Will you come in peacefully?" asked Jack.
"Never!" bellowed Broodwing.
"Didn't think so." said Jack.
"Attack!" shouted Broodwing as they all went for each other.
"Deltamax Striker!" shouted Z, Leah and Syd, aiming their strikers at the general. Sky, Bridge and Sam were after Crabhead and the other general while Broodwing sends another laser shot at Jack.
"Omega Power!" shouted Sam as he and the others defeated all three generals.
"What's going on?" asked a general as they were captured in containment cards.
Broodwing staggered back as Jack combines his blaster. "Delta Blaster Combo Mode!" shouted Jack as he aims it at Broodwing. Broodwing takes a run at Jack.
"Fire!"
Jack takes his shot and Broodwing falls to the ground. "Give it up, Broodwing." said Jack, as Broodwing stands up. "You've finally met your judgement day."
Jack grabs his morpher from his belt. "This time, there is no escape." Jack said as the scanner reads Broodwing.
"I'm sure we could come to some agreement." pleaded Broodwing.
"Guilty!"
"No!"
"Justice is served." said Jack.
"Yeah!"
"But wait!" said Broodwing when he suddenly saw R.I.C.
"Hey, R.I.C.!" shouted Syd as she throws the bone.
"Canine Cannon! Fire!" Shots were fired from the Canine Cannon and Broodwing went down. "We did it!" said Jack.
"You can't do this to me!" shouted Broodwing from his containment card.
"Power down." said Jack.
"I can't believe it. Broodwing is finally gone." said Syd.
"But Broodwing still has Cruger. We have to find out where he is." said Sky.
"I know!" Piggy called out.
"Figures. It's gotta be Piggy." said Leah.
Piggy leads them to what seems to be a waste plant. "Piggy, are you sure this is the right place?" asked Z.
"Oh, I'm sure." he tells her. "Just wait right there."
"Something doesn't feel right about this." said Leah.
"For once, I agree with you, Leah." said Bridge.
"Welcome, rangers. Ha." said Gruumm as he comes out of the tunnel and captures them.
"Piggy, how could you do this to us?" asked Z.
"I can't believe you sold us out!" shouted Leah, struggling against the Krybot holding her.
"Oh." he groaned. Back on his ship, Cruger was in a cage. "Let me out of here!" he growled. "Aisynia!"
"Get off me!"
The door to the cage opens and his rangers were thrown in. "Commander! Are you okay?" asked Jack.
"I'm fine." Cruger said, patting his shoulder and glared at Gruumm.
"Not too powerful without your morphers, are you cadets?" he asked.
"This isn't the end, Gruumm." said Cruger.
"For once, you're right, Commander." said Gruumm. "The worst is yet to come." He then walks away and looks down at his hand.
"I should have this looked at."
Cruger looks down at Leah who now has something over her mouth. She shrugged her shoulders as though telling him, "I admit I bite him. I bite him really hard."
