As the night began to be ever more strenuous and challenging, the three heroines started to make their way to Arkham North to an HQ that was built there. As they finished fighting inmates, Micro called.

"What's the deal with Dead Man's Point?" Micro asked. "It's been a favorite suicide location on Arkham Island for over 100 years."

"Yeah, I know." Ladybug said. "I once saved an unfortunate inmate from falling to the rocks below. I had found a cave entrance and over the years, Batman had helped me move a number of supplies here. It's a regular home away from home."

"One that you still didn't tell anyone one about." Rena Rouge said.

"If I had said anything, I feel like it would be known to every guard and inmate in Arkham." Ladybug said.

The heroines continued to make their way to the secret HQ that Ladybug said while beating up inmates from hurting anyone. Eventually, they had reached a ledge in the tunnel they were walking down.

"See you girls down there." Ladybug said, as she fell and used her retractable wings to glide safely.

"Need a lift?" Stinger asked Rena, the only one in the group that can't fly.

"Yeah, yeah." Rena grumbled.

Stinger wrapped her arms around Rena's midsection and they both fell, but Stinger used her jet pack to fly and land safely to Ladybug's location.

"Careful how you hold her Stinger." Ladybug teased. "I might just get jealous."

"Very funny." Stinger said, letting go of Rena.

Ladybug stood in front of a wall of rocks. Suddenly, a light appeared and scanned Ladybug to identify that it was her.

"Identity confirmed." The voice said. "Disabling countermeasures. Security deactivated."

They continued forward passing by some old sections until they reached what appeared to be a metallic walkway.

"On." Ladybug said.

At this, lights had lit up the dimmed cave and Rena Rouge and Stinger saw a computer, various crates, and what looked like vehicles under wraps.

"How did you and Bruce get to smuggle all this without anyone noticing?" Stinger asked, in disbelief.

"If I said, then it won't be a secret." Ladybug said, going to the computer. She sat in the chair and looked over the info. "Ok, Micro. What do you got?"

"Dr. Young was heading up a project." Micro said. "It was big, lots of external funding. Here are the last notes she filed. I can't make sense of it, what does it mean?"

"Looks like she was experimenting on the Arkham patients." Ladybug said. "This new chemical only barely resembles the original Venom compound."

"There appears to be more." Stinger said. "There are a number of changes that appear to amplify the strength of the drug. Multiple references to a Titan formula. Even a small amount could trigger a Venom like transformation in the host, eliminating the need for the storage tank Bane requires."

"I see your IQ in science is still going strong." Ladybug said, turning to her wife.

"Would've gone to work in the community if I didn't set my mind to something else." Stinger said. "Plus, it was my best subject in school." Rena noticed something while looking over the information again.

"Hang on, these notes are incomplete." Rena said. "The formula is missing. That must be the secret Dr. Young is hiding."

"That must be the reason why Joker was easy to catch this time." Ladybug said. "He wanted to come back to Arkham. If Joker gets his hands on this formula, he'll create an army of a thousand Banes."

"Is Joker crazy enough to did that?" Micro asked. "What am I saying? You've got to stop him."

"Don't worry, we will." Stinger reassured her. Rena noticed Ladybug going to a crate.

"What are you doing?" Rena asked.

"I've been working on a new upgrade for my yo-yo." Ladybug said, pulling out a gun like object. She attached her yo-yo to the front until it morphed into a small claw like front. "Let's go after her. She was heading to the mansion with Cash. We're going up top via the catacombs."

"At least it's better than the catacombs we're familiar with." Rena said.

Ladybug went to a walkway and used her new grapple to pull some empty crates out of the way. They went down the corridor until they saw a vent to which Ladybug pulled it off. They entered the vent and heard an inmate.

"Sorry boss." The inmate said. "Took a little longer to find him than you figured it would."

"Oh, I'm sorry." Joker said, sarcastically. "I'll try to be more precise next time I'm planning an island takeover!"

"Hey, I didn't mean..." the inmate tried to say.

But he didn't make his argument when Ladybug silently took him down. They continued and took down another group of inmates. They went to a door and tried to open it but it wouldn't budge. Suddenly, Killer Croc roared from the other side, making the girls flinch as Croc punched the door.

"I will find you." Croc growled. "Rip you flesh like paper." Then he left without another word.

"Not the way out." Stinger yelped.

"Agreed." Ladybug said.

The girls back tracked the other corridor to get out, one way or another.

I have been revived by life, games, and the fact that I'm practically brain dead and still continuing. Man, I'm messed up. Another reason why I didn't update frequently was I have become addicted to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. And having been playing it nonstop, which might not be good for my health but I don't care.

It's one of the reasons why this chapter was short it was meant to be longer but life hot in the way.

But other than that, here's the next chapter. Next time, we're just continuing.

As always, let me know your thoughts.
