Earth, Wizard World. Six months after Harry's 'kidnap'

"Another full-moon." Dumbledore says to himself as he's standing in the balcony of his office while watching the sky through his half-moon glasses. "Most Death Eaters are in Azkaban… Many believed the Dark Days are over…" He then feels the gargoyle move aside, and a moment later, someone enters the office. Given by the pace of the footsteps… "It's a very late visit, my dear Minerva. Do you have something to say to me?"

"…Just want to talk with you about young Potter." The female professor stands next to the headmaster and starts looking up the sky again. "I still wonder if that day… we made a right choice or not…"

"Only time can tell. These people… we know nothing of them. We have tried finding them, and we received nothing…" The two then return back to the inner office, and Dumbledore sits down in his office chair, with McGonagall now standing on the other side of the desk. "The Soul-detector never gets weaker, so we can assume that the boy's growing well. And I believe I have told you some members in the Order including me have met said… person who took him away."

"And… you have never seen her since?"

"Unfortunately. I'm afraid that what could happen to her, according to herself, might have happened."

"…So we are no longer able to know how he is?"

"…That remains to be seen. I doubt she had any alliances with the Death Eaters. If she did, then they would have found all the Order's members and eliminated us all. From her tone back then, the ones associated with her seemed to not plan to hurt her either."

"That's… a good sign, I believe?"

"Maybe… I have asked Binns if he remembered any creatures with human appearance that could top a Giant or even a Dragon, but he also got nothing. Even for mythical beings, none human-like beings could reach that size."

McGonagall looks at the portraits around the office. Some are still sleeping, some are listening to the conversation and nod in agreement to what Dumbledore just said.

"Minerva…" She returns her look back. "Do you know of any beings that could survive the Killing Curse? Aside from Harry, of course."

"…You can block it with anything non-living…"

"I mean, taking it directly."

"…Then no. You should know it better than me."

"Just wanted to jog my memories. The fairy said that one of them can do so… and the other… I doubt she's bluffing, but then…" The Headmaster sighs and starts patting Fawkes. "I suggest you return back to your room and have a nice rest. Your first classes start early, correct?"

"…Have a good night, Dumbledore."

The Headmaster watches the Transfiguration Professor leave the office, then he walks back to the balcony and starts star-gazing again. "…The Prophecy never said anything about this event, only the boy's destiny… I hope Harry is still okay, and in good hands…"

"Well, he is." A cheery, familiar voice speaks up behind him. Given that he has not heard the gargoyle moving…

"You are back. No scratches, I assume?"

"Of course. She caught me surprised last time, that's all. So how have you been old man?"

"Better, hearing your confirmation of Harry's health." The Headmaster looks back to see the fairy looking completely fine. "How is he growing up?"

"Well… that has turned a bit interesting." Croire lies her back on her book as she replies: "It was just my funny idea to send him to the first couple as a joke. Of course, they're perfectly capable to raise him healthy. But…" She stretches the words for three seconds, causing Dumbledore to be slight alert. "They saw through me and instead let their friends to do the education for the boy."

"…Why did they do so?"

"It's obvious… well, to me…" She sees the man's slight frown. "That they might be a bit toooooo good in doing their job. And they know it."

"Nothing is too good, miss Croire."

"When they can grant absolute protection, then yes, too good. Anyway, they believed that what they say might affect him a bit too much, so they let their friends do the work."

"…And I suppose these friends of them are… good people?"

"About that…"

Meanwhile. Gamindustri. Ultra-dimension

"The boy's such a polite kid. So different from Peashy, isn't he?" A certain hacker speaks up as little Harry's fondling with one of his hacking devices, while his female companion is packing stuffs up. "Though, I miss the day when you…"

"I love my quiet days, thank you very much." The former CPU sighs and retorts back. "Peashy gave me so much headache years ago, and I don't want to go through it again."

"Which one, dear?"

"Just, don't."

Noticing some parts of her polar character starting to leak out, the hacker changes the subject: "Do you reckon how long we would have to teach him? I don't mind the time, however. Having him around is fun."

"Given who his guardians are… I would say until they start opening his past to him." She then sees the boy tapping impatiently on the device. "…It's not going to explode, is it?"

"Don't worry, dear. I have put a safe code in every of my device. Though I'm curious if he could get pass through them."

"…Just don't teach him anything that breaks laws." She then sees Harry nudging the device to her with a big smile. She resists the urge to hug him, smiles and starts messing the device the same way he did with the boy clapping happily.

"Years of raising Peashy come in handy." The hacker chuckles.

...

At the same time. Zero-dimension.

"Do you think that leaving Harry to them is a good idea?"

"Eh?" The girl asks in confusion as the two's entering further into the Labyrinth to find a Metal Dogoo in order to take Metal Jelly from it. "Aside from the fact they used to fight against us, they're good people… Not him, though. He keeps messing with Noire in his world…"

"What do you expect from him?" While he's nowhere near being crippled, his habit of tapping his weapon-of-choice on the floor following every of his step creates echoes around the whole dungeon, alerting the monsters inside. "Though Noire does need to get her head out of her work occasionally."

"I don't think that's a good idea to blow your steam off." Some aggressive ones start rushing to them, while others are wise enough to run away. "About teaching Harry, why don't we…"

"First, he's a normal human, unlike us." The man interrupts, then cuts his own words for a moment to swing his cane and hit a wolf foolish enough to rush to him while being in his vision. "Second, our job would interfere if we decide to do so."

"…We technically have all the time of the world." The girl delivers a high-kick to a nearby Chocoboo. "And it has nothing to do with us being…"

"It is. Our views of world are too vast for him to understand." Upper-cutting a Chimera with his weapon, the man cuts her off again. "And third, given our current position in society, he's NOT going to be able to live very freely."

"Or in Neptune's words: That's the life of a main character." The girl mimics the Planeptune CPU's way of talking as she blocks a shot from an Automatic Cannon and throws a hand-sized nuke to the monster, vaporizing it. "Please, he's one by himself. Surviving a death curse is no mortal feat."

The two then spot a single Metal Dogoo which is their target, and the monster tries to bounce away when it sees who's trying to find it.

"You forgot why that old Headmaster chose his last relatives to leave him to? Not saying he holds no faults in that, but he did have a very good point." They start chasing after the Dogoo. "We might be the best in keeping Harry alive and healthy, but we're not fit to teach him how to live while he's still too young."

The man then makes a quick teleport and appears in front of the monster, and before it could react, he kicks it right towards the girl. She responds by swatting her weapon into the monster and sends it into a nearby wall, creating an impact on it and the Dogoo explodes into pieces, leaving the desired material behind.

"Time to leave the dungeon." Taking the material and putting it in her dimensional pocket, the girl calls out and starts heading for the exit…

"Eager to cuddle Harry?"

If the other guardian doesn't shift to the side, he would be ended up like the Dogoo. The wall behind him, unfortunately, receives another impact by the girl's weapon. He watches the girl resuming her walk, but her red ears clearly expresses her current feeling.

"…Hm. Can't blame you. The boy has his mother's eyes." The man repeats a sentence all wizards in Harry's world would say if they meet him, then yanks the weapon out of the wall and follows the other guardian out of the dungeon.

Back to Hogwarts

"I'm sure you will meet them at one point in the future." Deciding not to reveal it too soon, the history-recorder answers.

Seeing that he might not get any straight answers from her, Dumbledore nods and says: "Thank you for informing me about Harry's safety and health… May I ask what kind of fairy you are?"

Hearing the question causes Croire to chuckle. "Ah, I'm no ordinary fairy. You won't find anything about me in your history."

The old headmaster then notices that, despite having wings, the fairy seems to always sit on the opening book beneath. And if his memory still works fine, it's the exact same one when they first met. The book is also emitting some sorts of non-verbal spells, but the fairy doesn't react to it…

"May I ask what the book you're having is?"

"Oh, just my old diary. I tend to write what I see in it. Well, that's the point of a diary anyway." She then looks up to the round moon and says: "That poor wolf must be exhausted by this point. Let's give him a visit." Before Dumbledore could say a word, a small portal appears behind the fairy and she escapes through it with the book, leaving the headmaster in his office.

"…A diary." A perfect item to save your memories, but there are still flaws in using it. Unless… "He might know something."

I was planning to write some chapters about how the guardians and their 'friends' raise Harry till 11, buuuttttt... I doubt I can create and remember events for that long IRL, so I will make them as flashbacks in the future chapters. Sorry for the inconvenience.
