Is there anywhere stated about how the wizards trace down the address down to the room of where a person lives? I hope I didn't miss that info in the main Novel.
Years have passed. And there's still no signs of the Boy-Who-Lived.
The Wizard World has some doubts about his whereabouts, some even suspected that he was already dead. However, when some reporters got a chance to talk with some of the boy's parents' friends, they all replied that he's still living well and healthy. Though that's only because the only clue they have is the detector that still worked well during the years. Even when his eleventh birthday is coming, members in Order of the Phoenix doubt that they can get the address of where Harry is living now.
That doesn't stop a certain Gamekeeper, a Godfather, and an unfortunate Werewolf to hope as the Headmaster of Hogwarts invites them all to his office when he's about to find out where Harry Potter is now. Though they do need to wait for a while before the Deputy Headmistress brings the letter to the sender before excusing herself to write others.
"Moment of truth." Dumbledore says, and the others hold their breath. He dips the enchanted quill into the ink bottle, and the moment he releases his hand, the quill quickly turns its head to the parchment and starts writing down the address of the receiver. Once it's done, the quill lays down gently next to the letter, and the wizards look at what it just wrote…
And it confuses them all.
HARRY POTTER

*INK STAIN*
PLANEPTUNE
GAMINDUSTRI
"…Hagrid?"
"I have no idea, sir." The half-Giant replies while scratching his shaggy hair. "Never heard of the name."
"I'm more scared on how the other details are missing." Lupin says as he's focusing on the rubbish ink stains that are supposed to be his room, or something similar. "The spell's supposed to track down even the room he's in, correct?"
"Your feeling is the same as mine." Even Dumbledore agrees. "…What's your opinion, Sirius?"
"Isn't it obvious? We have the address…"
"That's possibly nowhere in Earth." Lupin argues. "And look at the last word. If you change it a bit, it literally means 'Game industry'. How many of that can we find?"
"Well it…"
"Thousands. And that's IF we're correct."
"…So let's put it in the most positive way then." The Animagus throws his hands up and scowls. "Let's assume this is a correct address. We get out of the school and imagine it…"
"Or we can ask him." The two look at the Headmaster, who's looking at his animal companion. "My dear Fawkes, can you send us to this location?"
The Phoenix takes a leap from his usual spot to Dumbledore's shoulder, and takes a look at the address. For a few seconds, the immortal creature closes his eyes and starts concentrating to find the location… and it turns into a minute.
"Don't tell me even he can't…" Sirius shuts up when Dumbledore raises his free hand up to not disturb the phoenix. Though the Animagus turns his eyes to Hagrid and Lupin, and they both send him worry looks, fearing the same thing as him.
Fortunately, Fawkes opens his eyes and makes a nod, quickly easing the trio's fear.
"I owe you this one, old friend." Dumbledore grabs the letter and stands up gently, and reaches his arms towards the other wizards. "Take my hands."
That's the simple suggestion for what's about to happen, and they quickly follow it.
In a moment, the phoenix bursts into flame, sending himself and the wizards to where they need to go.
"…Where are we?" Sirius asks as he takes a look around as people glance at them due to their sudden appearance… and return back to their own business much to the group's surprise. "They didn't even seem to be surprised at our appearance…"
"Do you notice there are non-human among them?" Lupin lets out another matter as he sees some girls with animal ears and tails walking on the street, with some obviously Beast-men chattering. He then sees the buildings around them which look extremely high-classed, then sees a nearby café where a woman wearing an obvious outfit of a modern witch is talking with her companion who wears a rabbit hoodie. "It seems that this place is… very lax when it comes to magic."
Hagrid sees someone who looks like an armored knight walking to them, and when he's close enough, the half-Giant greets him: "Hi there! I hope we're not causing problems here!"
"I hope you aren't." The person replies with a stern look. "Your sudden appearance is already raising some alarms around here. We don't need you to suddenly blow things up."
"Our sincere apology." Dumbledore takes the lead and slightly bows to the young knight. "We're just trying to find a boy named Harry Potter, but we don't have the exact address of where he lives now."
"…Don't have the exact address?" The knight asks in confusion, as the two girls in the café start packing things up. For the response, the Headmaster pulls out the envelope and shows the address where the stained ink are presented. "…There's nothing I can help here. Planeptune is a big place."
"Worry none, sir."
"However, I suggest you head to the Basilicom. You might be able to find something. And if this Harry Potter is the same one, then maybe he's also there."
"May I ask how much you know about him?" Sirius questions, wanting to know how he's doing.
"Apart from being under direct protection of the CPUs, nothing else. His life surprisingly is not shown anywhere at all especially when he's associated with the… you don't know who a CPU is and what a Basilicom is, do you?" The knight notices the confusion looks on the young wizards.
"Unfortunately not, dear sir." The old man answers.
"…Let me call some of my subordinates to see if they're free…"
"Let us lead them in." The knight turns to see the girl duo as the witch-look-alike talks to him while the other marvels at Hagrid's size. "It's better to let us deal with the ones not from Gamindustri."
"Madam MAGES.." The name causes the wizards to raise an eyebrow, though they have suspicions that this woman has a high position if the knight salutes to her. "I understand. I will let the others know of the current event."
"I'm sure at least one of the CPUs is already noticed." The 'witch' notes as the knight walks away. She turns to Dumbledore and says: "I would say to have our first introduction, but I suggest we head to the Basilicom first. Standing here would make you all uncomfortable from all the glances."
"Thank you… where's Fawkes?" The old man finally notices that one of his companions is missing… and sees Hagrid picking up the little chick. "Ah, here you are."
MAGES. is a bit confused and wants to ask why they brought a dead chicken with them, but holds back and gestures them to follow her.
During the walk, the smaller girl starts asking Hagrid with stars in her eyes: "What did you eat to be so big like that?"
"Well, eh…" The man thinks for a few seconds before answering truthfully: "I'm a half-Giant."
"Only half?! I thought you are already full Giant!" To the group's another surprise, the girl's not afraid at all, instead it seems to excite her that there could be people that's bigger than the Gamekeeper. "How big can a full Giant be? Do you guys live in…"
"I think asking that is a bit sensitive Gust." The 'witch' chuckles, then introduces: "I think it's quicker for us to exchange our names first. I'm MAGES., and that is Gust."
"…No offense miss, but do you have a last name?"
"Some of us don't. We are… special, so to speak."
"I see. I am Albus Dumbledore. The men here are Rubeus Hagrid, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin." The trio behind him all give out their own gestures to greet the woman. "We're all wizards."
"I can tell. Your appearance is full of magic in it." MAGES. then points to a huge building that they're facing against from a distance. "That's where we're heading to. The Basilicom of Gamindustri."
"Excuse me, but…" She turns to the Animagus who has an anxious look on his face. "Do you know a boy named Harry Potter? And if possible, can you lead us to him directly?"
"…I'm afraid that's not my decision. All CPUs have an agreement that any newcomers must be registered as guests before they can walk around the nations. Otherwise…"
"I understand." Dumbledore raises his hand up, signaling Remus and Sirius to not pull out their wands since he could feel their hands in their pockets. "However, if it's possible…"
"Besides, Harry usually hangs around with the CPUs, so you might be able to meet him there."
Hearing that makes the group feel a heavy weight being thrown off their shoulders.
…
Once again, they're blown away by how 'Muggle' technology and magic are being used side-by-side without a problem. Even when Hagrid passes by, some only give him a look of curiosity before continuing their own ways.
Reaching a table with a secretary working on it, MAGES. talks to the person: "Can you call Histoire and ask if she can have a meeting with them?" She points to Dumbledore and his companions. "It's related to Harry."
"Oh, Harry? I saw him just heading up to Lady Purple Heart's room with other Candidates."
"Thank you. Do call her that we're arriving."
"Can I have the names first?"
"Ah right, sorry."
After the registration, MAGES. leads the group to the elevator, though Gust excused that she needed to send something for the Guild so she left. With the elevator going up, the wizard group has a chance to watch the world they just entered in a clearer view. And all of them can agree on one thing: Even the Muggle World and Wizard World combined are nowhere near as good as this place, both in its technology and the presence of magic.
"Feeling intimidated?" MAGES. questions.
"Not really. We flew on brooms before." Remus replies. "…We saw some Beast-men on the street. Is it okay for them to roam around without…"
"As long as you're not planning to do anything bad, you're free to enter any public areas. Of course some need to pay to enter, but you get the point."
"What are the CPUs anyway?" Sirius changes the subject. "I can guess they're someone with high profile if they live this high on the sky."
"You can call them Goddesses if you want." That causes Dumbledore's eyes slightly flash up, Lupin and Hagrid gasp in surprise, and Sirius to nearly choke before letting out a snort that's clearly a laugh. "Of course you would laugh."
"Goddesses? Oh please. If they exist, Voldemort…" The Gamekeeper shudders hearing the name. "Can't do jack."
"If that's what you think, I don't blame you." MAGES. heard the story of this Voldemort before, and she could comfortably compare him to a lesser version of the Deity of Sins.
Once the elevator reaches the highest floor, the door opens to let the group head inside… and a fairy, which three of the four almost mistook Croire with her until they see the color theme, greets them: "Thank you for bringing them here, MAGES.. As the Oracle of Planeptune, I welcome you to the Land of Purple Progress."
"The pleasure is ours." Dumbledore bows down to greet her, feeling the enormous magic coming from her. The others quickly follow the example. "I hope that our intrusion doesn't cause any problems."
"It's something we're being used to, so don't worry sir." The fairy starts leading them to the CPU's office (since she doesn't use the place that much) and gestures them all to sit down. A maid appears from nowhere, which surprises the wizards again, and starts serving the tea as the fairy introduces herself: "I am Histoire, the History-recorder of this Gamindustri. May I ask of your purpose in entering Planeptune?"
'History-recorder?' Dumbledore already assumes that this fairy, Histoire, is somewhat similar to Croire in species. However, hearing this 'woman' is having such an important job…
"Sir?" Histoire calls out, seeing the old man being in a daze but snapping out when she calls again. "Are you unwell?"
"My apology, madam Histoire. I was just having some thoughts." The headmaster pulls out the invitation and continues: "I would like to invite Harry Potter to study in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."
"Ah… I have heard of the name." She's being informed about the matter ten years ago, though she didn't expect the people in Harry's world could reach them. "And you wish to meet him?"
"I have informed young Harry about it." The maid replies as she finishes serving some desserts. "He should be here anytime… with the Candidates it seems."
Just before any of them could ask, the door of the office is opened again, revealing a group of… kids entering the office. When the wizards see the only boy in the group, all stand up at once. What they see right now is like a mirror version of one young James Potter when they just first met during his first year in Hogwarts plus the lightning scar on his forehead. When they see his eyes, however, they can feel Lily Potter glancing back at them with curious expression.
Before the girls do their usual shouting, Histoire instantly raises her hand up in the manner of 'Don't disturb us', and the girls quickly close their mouths. Thought that doesn't stop them from staring at Dumbledore and Hagrid in marvel. She then calls: "Everyone, please take a seat first."
They quickly do so, finding seats nearby or the maid before brings some up for them. However, the wizards notice two chairs that the girls purposely leave it be for seemingly important people, given how the seats are placed. Once everyone's back on their seat, Histoire gestures Dumbledore to continue his story, so he obliges: "I'm the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry Potter's name is already been written down by the Quill of Acceptance into the Book of Admittance the moment he's born. He has the right to study in the school, and we're here to give him the invitation."
He then gives the envelope to the boy, who receives it with a thanks and he starts opening it, with the girls slowly get closer to him to read the letter as well. Histoire then asks: "May I ask how you got here? Croire said that there's next to impossible to travel between our universes with your magic."
"You know her?" Sirius blurts out, which the fairy nods. "Well… we didn't even know how to get here."
"Thankfully we have Fawkes." Upon hearing what the Headmaster says, Hagrid shows the girl the 'roasted chicken'. "He's a Phoenix. It seems that it requires him to sacrifice himself to get us here."
"No wonder." MAGES. nods. "I was wondering why you're carrying a dead chicken around. Now it makes sense."
"Can I ask of the others' relationship with Harry?" The Oracle continues, and sees the others shift in their seats uncomfortably. "What's wrong?"
Taking a few seconds, Hagrid says first: "I'm the Gamekeeper of the school."
"We are, shamefully, Harry's parents' friends." Sirius says, followed with an embarrassed nod from Lupin.
"Shameful?" Both women ask, and the kids stop reading the letter and start listening to the 'adult' conversation.
"…May we ask first if Harry knows much about his family?" Dumbledore changes the subject a bit as he looks at the boy through his half-moon glasses. "Harry my boy, do you know who your parents are?"
"Um… you mean the ones giving birth to me?" That gives the old man a small hope. "Their names are James and Lily. They are great wizards, but they're now gone protecting me from an evil wizard." The other wizards lean a bit closer… "And that's it."
"…That's it?" Sirius starts growling, scaring the girls. "That's it? Couldn't they…" He bits his lower lip to avoid screaming in rage. After taking a deep breath, he asks: "Harry, do you ask your guardians any further questions?"
"I did try." The young boy replies. "But they said that 'It is better that the wizards tell you the story than us'."
Sirius plans to ask more, but Dumbledore gestures him to stop. He then smiles to the boy and says: "I can understand why. I believe that the guardians themselves didn't know that much about you, so they avoided talking about it."
"Actually, it's the opposite." The old wizard turns to the 'mad scientist'. "They know way too much that they didn't dare leaking out any information that isn't related to us."
"Way too much?"
"You were bitten by a werewolf named Fenrir Greyback and became one yourself." A completely unfamiliar voice speaks up, and the airy tone of the speaker causes the wizards to draw their wands to the empty chairs, and is taken aback by the two people dressed in dark theme clothes sitting in it. One of them is a girl roughly in her teenage age with dark-ish twin-tail hair, dark blue eyes that look like they can pierce through anyone's thoughts. The other who speaks looks like a shady businessman, wearing a black fedora while placing his hand on a cane, and his face's looking down so nobody can clearly see him. "Sirius, you are an unregistered Animagus in order to help Lupin getting through the full moon. Hagrid, you were convicted of killing a student in 1943 and your wand was snapped but you kept it in your umbrella. Albus, along with Grindelwald, witnessed the death of a civilian in 1899 that caused you two to permanently end your relationship." The man then looks up, and the wizards see that he's just around 20s. "There are more, but I believe that's enough to send you over the edge."
"…You did." Albus replies. He has faced the two most powerful Dark Wizards before, and he could tell the person before him is even more dangerous. One wrong move, and…
"Can you drop that?" Harry says in disapproval, being used to the two's prefer methods of approaching people. "They were just asking me about joining their school."
"We know." The girl now speaks up, and the airy tone presents in her voice. However, the next second, the duo drops their mysterious air as the male puts out his head to show his face clearly and the female shrugs. "Just want to give them a warning to not mess with you."
"…If you know us, we wouldn't dare thinking about it." Seeing that the others are completely unfazed by the two's appearance, the wizards reluctantly retracts their wands and Sirius continues: "If you already know about us, then you should introduce yourself since we know only of that fairy."
"Of course." The man replies, his voice comes out completely normal and holds no malicious intentions. "I don't have a name, unfortunately, but you can call T.O like anyone else." And he turns to his companion and says: "And her name is Kurome Ankokuboshi."
"Nice to meet you all in person." The girl greets. "Croire and T.O talked some about you all, but I guess they're still holding back a lot."
"It's… our pleasure." Dumbledore replies cautiously. "So I assume that you already knew our purpose of being here."
"And that's up to Harry to decide." T.O then turns to Harry, his 'adopted son', and says: "I suggest you to accept, however. We believe that it's time for you to return back to your world and learn about the world you were born."
"…And if I refuse?" That scares the hell out of the wizards.
And to make it worse: "We don't care. Besides, didn't you already plan to live alone for a while? You know how we work here. However… if you accept it, we will support you to the end."
While not showing it, Dumbledore is scared in his mind. His plans would turn to waste if Voldemort managed to return back in his prime strength and start terrorizing Britain again, even the world if he dares it. The prophecy clearly says that both must face each other again, and only one walks out alive…
"You two rub off on him a bit too much." MAGES. breaks the air again. "I think Harry already has the answer."
"Uh-huh. I'm going to join!"
The constant change of mood dazes the wizards for a moment, and when Harry finally says his answer, they sigh in relief. Dumbledore says in his pleased voice: "Thank you for accepting the invitation…" He plans to say his goodbye, but then he remembers about Fawkes' state. "…Oh dear."
"We can jump between universes. I can send you back home easily." T.O says, clearly knowing what Dumbledore is about to ask.
"Thank you… Pardon me for asking, how old are you all?" The headmaster now suddenly has a suspicion that their appearance and how they act don't match with each other.
"The three individuals here…" MAGES. points to the two guardians and Histoire. "Are the ones older than you. The CPUs are too, and… well, some other deities that you shouldn't cross."
"If there's no more questions, however…" T.O checks his watch. "I suggest you to stay back for a day. You can talk to Harry, then tomorrow we can go to Diagon Alley to buy things for him."
"Can you stop peeking Dad?"
"Do you blame me for having third eye?"
"Yes."
I hope that the last part signifies some of Harry's behaviors being affected by his 'guardians', and will be shown more in the future. The next chapter would be... somewhat around the wizards and Harry talking about his late parents.
