In 1981, 3 After Michael Myers escaped, Massacred & Disappeared from Haddonfield, Illinois, on Halloween Night in 1978, Dr Loomis is back at Smith's Grove, still fearful of when he Shot Michael 6 times, before falling off a Balcony, and disappearing. Loomis looks back through all his files on his former patient, still trying to figure out where he could be, until he finds some photos on Michael from when he was 6 years old, when he was first brought to Smith's Grove for killing his older sister… on the 6th photo of Michael, it shows him with a strange number like Birthmark on the back of his neck: 666…
In London, United Kingdom, on Halloween Night, Michael Myers has been stalking a young boy: Damien Thorn, who secretly bares the same 666 Birthmark, hidden on the back of his scalp… Loomis, who by this point, has left Smith's Grove, but kept all he knows on Michael, and is now in London… Loomis soon is horrified to see Michael Stalking and prepping to Kill Damien. Loomis intervenes and saves Damien from Michael, unbeknown to him, that because Michael & Damien carry the same 666 Birthmark… they are Brothers… They are Antichrists… Children of the Devil!
