Chapter 23

The darkness was overtaking the room. Fitz had forgotten to switch on the Christmas lights after he turned them off to enjoy just the light of the fireplace after dinner. When Liv fell asleep, Fitz put the fire out, both of their bodies sweating from quite a few hours of love making.

With the heat doing its fair share of warming downstairs in the living room, it still didn't stop Liv from cuddling under the blanket and snuggling up to his body after he put the fire out. He thought they would make it upstairs, but that didn't happen for obvious reasons.

Fitz couldn't remember the last time he had so much on his mind. Usually, he was casual in letting things go, but for some reason there were things bothering him, things making him feel uneasy.

The room at the Inn was quiet, too quiet, and after about an hour of sleep Fitz blinked his eyes open and he turned to Olivia. She and Noelle were the only stability he wasn't questioning at this time. "That's now true," he whispered. "It used to only be Noelle, now it's you too." His finger gently went down her smooth cheek. Fitz looked back up at the ceiling thinking.

All during dinner, Liv kept asking him if something was bothering him. He wasn't lying when he said no, it wasn't bothering him, it was confusing him. Just under a month ago he sat in the very room they were in now, begging her not to make love to him because of his fear of not having a condom, not having protection.

Even though Liv had assured him it was safe because of the control she was on, he still hesitated. Then, that text came through from her doctor, and Fitz felt some kind of way. It was a way he had never felt before so he couldn't really explain it.

He was feeling foolish now, foolish to even bring it up. He looked down at her. The only reason he could see her so clearly in the darkness was she was so close to him. Her head was resting on her forearm, her other and around his waist. He was able to slip up and head towards the kitchen.

He began cleaning up the take out containers from dinner. Tonight, he would cook for Liv, he figured Noelle would spend one more night with Meggy. The forecast wasn't looking positive for travel, and it seems they would even have to cancel the walk, the weather was going to be bad until 6pm in the evening.

Fitz opened his laptop, stocks were just closing in Tokyo, he needed to see the damage he had done. Not damage to Grant Enterprises, damage to Jenkings Holdings. As soon as the 1230 session began in Tokyo earlier, Fitz sold 50% of his stock he had in Jenkings Holdings, and he bought 50% in BHO which was the Bahamas Home Owners stock.

This caused major chatter on Wall Street, and no one could get in contact with Fitz when this all went down. That's because Fitzgerald Grant had nothing to say about the matter, which had companies in the Bahamas in a frenzy.

Fitz opened his laptop, and he typed a few things using the keypad and he waited. He could only imagine what the talk was, so he waited for his emails to load. He couldn't be bothered before. He looked at the chair across the table, the chair he had occupied for dinner.

Fitz had other things on his mind at the time the news of the stock market went through. They had ordered Italian food, and Fitz splattered sauce on his shirt, Liv's favorite shirt. "Hey, Mister, I don't want that stained." He watched her jump up and wet a cloth.

She rubbed it with cold water. Seeing the stain was a bit deeper than she originally thought, she looked at him, tight lipped. "You have to take this off, I need to put some stain guard on it."

Fitz smiled. "So domesticated, that's hot." He took his shirt off, grabbing it opposite sides and threw it across the room. He then pulled her shirt off and pulled her body to him. "I have a hundred more of those shirts, Livvie." He sat her on his lap and began kissing her neck.

"Did you enjoy dinner? I wasn't sure if I should go Italian or BBQ." His lips made their way to her cheek, then to her lips where she stopped him.

"I'm thinking the shirt would've stained either way." She smiled, that glowing smile and Fitz took a deep breath. He grabbed her thigh and put it over the other side, so she was now straddled on his lap in the chair.

His lips now went to her bare chest, and he kissed his way down and cupped both her breasts as her hands went through his hair. With his hand cupped around her one breast now, it seemed to be inviting him to have a taste, so he did. His mouth, warm saliva, wet lips, cupped around her breast, flicking her nipple with his tongue.

"You didn't ask if I was done with dinner," Liv said, almost panting. "But who the hell needs to eat anyway?" She leaned into to him, her forehead resting on his head, as he continued to suck on her one breast then make his way to the other.

It was when his teeth gently took one nipple and bit down that her hips began to ride the erection that was beginning to bulge through his sweats. "We'll clean up tomorrow." Fitz picked her up.

Liv's legs were still wrapped around him, both his hands balancing her holding each ass cheek, and he gently laid her down on the soft rug, again by the fire.

She didn't hesitate to take his pants down, and instantly take his cock into her mouth, catching him off guard, he had to hold the back of her head from losing balance. "Oh God, Liv," he pushed her head slightly forward so she could take all of him in.

She continued with long strokes as she stopped sucking then went back engulfing it all in her mouth again, then she repeated it. While he was still kneeling up, he reached her, under her thighs.

"I am not wasting coming inside your mouth when I can come in you." He was still kneeling, and her legs went around him, she was sitting up, and she was so wet, his cock glided right into her.

They were eye to eye, as her hips went slowly back and forth. She closed her eyes momentarily, glided her head around, and then it fell forward, kissing his neck. His big, warm, hands balancing her from the back. Liv swore if he cupped her above her hips his hands could probably meet in the middle of her back.

Finally, as if he read her mind, his hands did cup her hips, but it was to move her over his rock hard cock, which didn't seem to want to give in, and Liv was hoping she wouldn't hit her orgasm before him, but that didn't work.

Once he began moving her body, her hands interlocked around the back of his neck and she rode him faster and faster, and when she heard him grunt in weakness, Liv could no longer hang on. Her mouth fell open as her body hit its limit. A long deep breath came out and her face fell into his neck as her body shivered in pleasure, even though she was sweating from the heat of the fire.

If only she held on one more second, he would have beaten her to it, but she couldn't. She stayed wrapped like that in which seemed like three minutes. He was rubbing her back, kissing her neck, despite the sweat on both their bodies.

Liv was rubbing his shoulders, almost massage-like, with her forehead resting on one of them. "I love your body, Fitz. Everything about it. The heels of her feet were down on the rug and Fitz gripped her and put her gently back.

Her head now on the pillow, Fitz rolled next to her, feeling the warmth of the fire. That's when he clicked a button on a small remote and the room grew dark.

There was a loud "ding" from the laptop bringing Fitz back to the present, and Fitz hit the mute button quickly. He looked over towards Liv who didn't seem to have heard a thing. He looked at the computer and a weather alert came up.

"Up to two feet of snow expected in your area. Travel bans and state of emergency in effect, please stay indoors."

Fitz clicked the email icon and with the first email screaming at him in all caps, Fitz thoughts were still elsewhere. Noelle would stay with Meggy again tonight. "And I get to make dinner for you Liv, just me and you snowed in." Fitz smiled, thinking of taking down some of the Christmas décor. His focus went back down to the email.

It was from Norma, his CFO and she was right in the email yelling at him. He should have forewarned her. "YOU SOLD JENKINGS HOLDINGS? WHEN WAS I GOING TO FIND OUT! CAN YOU TURN ON YOUR PHONE PLEASE? TEXT ME WHENEVER I DON'T SLEEP!"

Fitz gave a chuckle and clicked on his phone. He had to silence that also with all the texts coming in. He hit reply to Norma who had texted him the same exact thing she had emailed him.

Norma, my bad in not forewarning you. I just came back from the Bahamas. As you know Randolph is dead, and well things had to be done in haste. Please call Boris immediately and tell him I said it was fine to explain. I'm currently still away until Monday with my family. I know you can handle this. I'll forward you the rest of the questions I'm getting in my email. Thank you so much AND GET SOME SLEEP!

He made a few more moves with his company in Tokyo with stocks to be handled when the market opened in the Tokyo morning. He shut his laptop down now, it was 245 in the morning.

He walked over to the balcony and looked outside. The snow was coming down in large, white chunks, sticking and the balcony railing already had about three inches of snow. It had only been snowing for about an hour.

He put his hand up on the wall and watched the snow fall so peacefully and he thought about his life for the past month. He was going to be married to a woman he was madly in love with, someone who had reached the depths of his soul and he wanted to spend every waking hour with.

Never in a million years did he think that would ever happen. Not when he found out he had Noelle, he never thought he would find anyone that she would take to so lovingly. It just clicked, the love Noelle had for Olivia, even before he met her.

Noelle pushed P on that elevator, wanting to see Olivia again, and that alone made Fitz realize there was a connection there not even he could understand.

Fitz jumped a bit when he felt something around his waist and calmed when he knew it was Liv's hands. He felt her breasts on his back as her hands interlocked around his stomach. "Wow, "her voice was still sleepy. "Look at all that snow."

He rubbed her hands, not yet turning to her. "Yeah, looks like we're getting snowed in, by daybreak there should be about a foot out here." He turned now towards her, and she was smiling looking up at him.

"What will we do with all that time and no place to go?" Her head tilted with the question.

"Looks like Noelle will get another day with Meggy and Kayla." Fitz shrugged. "I can't think of anything we can do," He paused. "Oh wait, I got it."

Liv tightened her lips and with a question sounding "Hmm?" she waited.

"We can go upstairs and finally make love in the bed." Fitz's arms wrapped around her as they kissed embraced walking back to the rug. "But for now, let's just listen to the silence of the snow coming down."

Liv was lying, facing him, his arms wrapped around her. "What has you up, Mister? Something is off with you, I feel it in my gut." Liv kissed his chin as he looked down at her, pulling her closer.

"Just some dealings I have going on. I am stepping on territory, and it's going to piss some people off. I have to play this right." Liv was watching him, nodding.

"And?"

Fitz shook his head. He took a deep breath and maneuvered Liv's body so her head was on his chest now and their hands interlocked on his gorgeous abs. "And I saw that text come through from your doctor." Fitz grew silent.

"The one about my birth control shot?" Her finger began to circle his chest.

"The one about the appointment on the 13th to get the shot." Fitz gave a gentle kiss to her. "I thought for a split second to delete it, to be selfish and…" He couldn't finish.

Liv moved her head and looked at him, she sat up now, back leaning on the couch. "Do you not want me to get the shot?" Her eyebrows went up in surprise.

Fitz licked his lips and began, "yes and no, I mean I am so in love with you and I want nothing than to share a child with you, a birth child, to see you pregnant, to feel the life growing inside you. I didn't get that with Noelle. Then I think, that's selfish, you're a career woman, we have to discuss this."

Liv shook her head. "Well, yeah, a discussion would be nice." She caressed his cheek resting her head on his shoulder and looking at him. "Fitz I look so forward to having a baby with you, I do. Right now I'm over the moon with Noelle calling me mommy, I'm still trying to process that. I understand you not wanting me to take the shot, but let's have Noelle as ours for bit, that would be fair to her, don't you think."

"That's just it, Liv, sometimes I don't think." He looked up at the pictures of Noelle and Jay with him. "But you're right. We have to learn to live together as parents to Noelle." He smiled at her. "You don't think I'm a jerk."

Her hand rubbed his side and she hugged him. "Quite the opposite, I'm flattered." She put her forehead on his. "Let's enjoy the time we have here, especially our snowed in day. Now my surprise on the walk will have to wait."

"Wait, you had a surprise too on the walk?" Fitz smiled at her. "What is it?"

"You know for a guy who based our relationship on me knowing nothing about what will be doing each day you ask a lot of question." She poked him. "I'm. Not. Telling." She said between pokes. Her body sank down now as he nestled her in his arms.

She kissed his forearm as her eyes grew heavy. "I can't wait to be Mrs. Grant, I can't wait to have your baby, but for now, I can't wait to spend a whole day with you to myself with nothing but snow, warmth, and this." She rubbed his hardening cock, but she fell asleep and he knew that.

"God, you don't play fair, Livvie." His head rested on hers as he fell back asleep holding her close.

Daylight had peaked in, but there was still a grayness to the outdoors. Fitz had turned on his side, his back to Liv now and it was her turn to lose some sleep. She quietly stood up and grabbed his shirt, her sweats and walked over to the kitchen.

She was expecting to hear from Mr. Walters later on and she wanted to at least check up on the magazine. Looking at the time on her phone, it was already 1030, they had slept late, and the first text that came through was from Harrison.

"Hey Liv, at the office, heard you took another week off, that good huh? Text when you have a chance it's weird without you here."

Instead of texting him back, she called him. "Well, look who decides to check in, happy new year, Liv."

"Harrison, he asked me to marry him." The reality of it hit her being able to tell someone she loves and she began to cry, quietly, but she did cry.

"Ahh shit Liv, don't tell me you said no and you need this week to wind down from it." Harrison stood up, put his hand in his pocket and walked to his open window. Liv did the same thing when Russ bought the house, she shut down completely.

"Harrison are you ok, did that Georgia sunshine do something to your brain? Of course I didn't turn him down. We were on a cruise to the Caribbean, it was just so perfect." She stopped, watching Fitz sleep, exhausted, finally. "We took the extra week to come back to the Inn."

"HOT DAMN! This is great, oh my God, you're marrying Fitzgerald Grant the Third, the billionaire, you know he's all over the news here, business news anyway. He caused a major blow up to the stock market."

Liv rubbed her eyes. Maybe what he said earlier was true, this could get messy. "Yeah, I'm aware. Russel is in jail for embezzlement, money laundering, fraud, building violations, he's in deep." Liv paused. "What a difference a year makes, huh?"

"Holy Crap about Russel, but good, he deserves it. Ok, you go enjoy the time with your man. Wait, isn't there a major storm up that way?" Harrison had heard the weather this morning.

"Two feet of snow expected and Noelle is with a friend, so it's just."

"Say no more. Walters is calling you after lunch, so make sure your phone is on. He's loving the February issue, but he has some concerns about March. One of the layouts pulled out and he's in a bind, so be ready."

Liv jumped off the stool and looked through the cabinets. It was going to be a long day and she saw the bottle of unopened very expensive pinot wine and decided it was never too early for wine. She hadn't had it in a few months.

Pouring a glass and opening her laptop, she was well into her third glass when Fitz finally woke up. He walked over to her, only boxers on and rested his chin on her shoulder. "I thought we weren't working." He kissed her shoulder through the shirt.

"Says the guy who was up a 230 a.m. causing a frenzy in the NY Stock Exchange." She turned and gave him a kiss. "Call Noelle, I miss her." Liv pouted.

Fitz grabbed his iPad and clicked the number. Within seconds Meggy's face came on. "Good afternoon love birds, guess you've looked outside."

"Well we looked outside at 3 in the morning, and it was piling on, how's it now?"

"Bad, still coming down, but the girls have been playing with their dolls since the break of dawn. Is it ok if Noelle stays another night, I don't think either of us can get anywhere."

"I figured. Yeah, Liv and I are going to take down the decorations. Can you get the little unicorn for me." Fitz heard Meggy call Noelle over.

"Daddy!" Noelle rubbed the screen. "I miss you. Ovivia there?" Kayla whispered in Noelle's ear. "Mommy there?" Noelle corrected herself.

Fitz smiled. "Yes, she is here." Liv came onto the screen.

"Hi beautiful girl, are you having fun?"

"So much fun. We play dolls. Jilly and Kelly miss mommy."

"I miss them too and I miss you Noelle. Do you see the snow?"

Noelle nodded. "So much snow. Daddy sled?"

"No Noelle, not today but we will go before we go back home. We will see you tomorrow. Have fun with Kayla and I miss you baby girl." Fitz put a kiss on the screen with his hand. "I love you."

"I love you daddy and Ovivia mommy." With that, she was off the screen and Meggy returned.

"Meggy, let me know if you need anything."

"Yeah, we're pretty good here, you two have fun." She gave a wink and off wen the screen.

"I can make some homemade potato soup for lunch, would you like that?" Fitz's nose nuzzled into Liv's temple as she typed away on the screen.

"I would love it." She poured another glass of wine. "But not as much as I love you."

"MMm. Fitz walked over to the fridge. "Someone is having a bit too much. A drunk, snowed in Olivia, I'm liking this." Fitz smiled.

"Buzzing." Liv's phone went into a frenzy on the counter. " It's Mr. Walters, do I really sound drunk?" She looked at Fitz before she picked up.

"One more glass and you will be, better hurry up and answer."

"Mr. Walters, happy new year and thank you for the extra time. I've been looking over choices for the March issue."

"Fitz Grant." Mr. Walters cut her off.

"Sorry?" Olivia asked. "What about him?"

"Liam Stevens said Fitz agreed to a photo spread with Liam's suits. Can't think of a better replacement. He's shaking up the stock exchange. By the time March rolls around, that issue will sell like crazy."

Liv bit her lip and looked over at Fitz preparing the soup and filling her wine glass. He also had a glass and poured his favorite scotch into it. Not knowing at all he was being talked about, he looked over and raised his glass to her. "I'll play catch up."

Suddenly a wave of…dare Liv say….jealousy.. came over her. She didn't want her man to be looked at in a magazine. "Mr. Walters, perhaps we can…"

"If we schedule it next week we should have plenty of time to get to publication. Go, enjoy your extra few days and I'll see you next week. Say hi to Mr. Grant and tell him I love what he's doing."

When Liv turned, Fitz was right there, her wine glass in his hand and he gave a toast. "Getting ready to go back to work?" He said with his million dollar smile.

Now it was time for Liv to have something bother her. She downed her wine and turned towards the tree. "You have boxes for the ornaments?"

"Hasty aren't we, Ms. Pope." He watched Liv take an ornament off the tree and look closely at it.

"Fitz, this is so fragile, and beautiful, what's it's meaning?" Liv was looking at a pure crystal bell, with an engravement on it.

"There's a 30 there in the middle. That was gifted to Estelle and Sal on their 30th anniversary of them owning the Inn. It was another gift from them to us, just like the village is over there. The same village that we're not taking down because it's so special to my Livvie." Fitz watched as she looked so closely at the ornament.

"It's like it's telling me a story." Liv was imagining what 30 years of staying in the same place at the same job must have felt like. She placed it carefully into its box and began to take off the unicorn with Noelle's name on it.

For about an hour, Fitz and Liv took down the ornaments and the tree, stopping briefly for Fitz to describe the meaning of certain ornaments. Each time they stopped, Liv listened and couldn't help but think back to her Christmas's as a child.

"You're like my mom. She had so many special ornaments sentimental in her life." Liv put her head down. She walked over and poured another glass of wine. One more glass and the bottle would be empty. "Russel broke most of them with the move into the new house." She didn't say it out loud, but she would swear he did it purposely.

Fitz finished putting the tree into the storage box and walked over to the counter with Liv. He pulled her into an embrace. "I'm sorry, Livvie, that must have been sad."

"I have pictures, memories." She felt tears, the wine was definitely getting to her. "Soup almost ready?"

"Five more minutes."

"Good, enough time for a quick shower. No coming in Mister, I want this quick."

"I can make it quick for you." Fitz said, watching her take her shirt off.

She tossed it at him. "You are shameless."

While Liv was in the shower, Fitz stood where the tree was several minutes ago. He looked towards the string lights around the balcony window and the fireplace. "They can stay up," he said to himself. "I don't want Christmas to leave at all."

He plated the soup, sprinkled some bacon bits on top and poured the final glass of wine, and reached for another bottle. They had nothing else to do with all the snow, may as well enjoy the bedroom and bed upstairs.

In the shower, Liv was picturing Fitz in the Steven's original, the suit jacket on, bare chested, facing the camera with a serious face. She took a deep breath and put her face under the water to cool herself down.

Maybe they will take the pictures in a location, central park, with branches as shadows showing the collars of the jacket and a Steven's original shirt, maybe one button undone. Now, Liv bit her bottom lip, with it soaked with water. Imagining her hand getting in that opening, going down his fine chest.

She stopped. If she was thinking it every woman who picks up that magazine would be thinking that too. Was he being serious? Was he really voted Forbes most eligible bachelor in November? She had to look. Her face began to heat up. Maybe she shouldn't have agreed to do a layout of him for Liam.

Liv came out of the shower with only her bathrobe on as she looked at Fitz bringing the bowls of soup to the counter. He poured himself some more scotch and her some more wine and when he looked up to see her, his face lit up.

"How did I get this lucky?" Here this man, this rich, gorgeous, father of a man was with homemade soup on a freezing day, pouring wine and waiting for her, Olivia. She whispered to herself, licked her lips and walked over to him.

As he put the pot holder down, Liv pulled him to her lips. "You are so sexy, Mister. This looks so good."

He went back to the kiss. "Eat up, Livvie, it's all we are having. After we get upstairs, I don't plan to come back down." He smiled when Liv gave out a moan.

"You're leaving the Christmas lights up?" Liv asked as she looked around and took her seat.

"What can I say? I am a sucker for blinking, colorful lights. We have to get a picture up of the three of us."

Liv was quiet most of the time and Fitz put down his final empty glass and said "Your turn, what's got you so quiet."

"Nothing." She laughed a bit. "I don't want women looking at you." Oh boy, she had too much wine, she thought after the words came out.

"Say that again?" Fitz smiled. "A bit less slurred than the last time."

Liv walked over, still in her bathrobe and she went around his back, her hands gliding down his chest. "I don't want women looking at you, at this." She undid the belt on the bathrobe and quickly straddled herself on his lap on the chair. She kissed down his cheek. "You're mine." She kissed again through each word. "All. Of. This. Is. Mine."

He lifted her off the chair, stood her up and held her steady as she almost wobbled down. He guided her to the balcony door one more time, this time they could barely see out, the snow had reached halfway up the door.

Her head fell into his chest. "I want my beach back," she whined. She felt Fitz's hands go around her.

"But this is winter." Fitz opened the door a crack and grabbed some snow. He rubbed it on Liv's back and she cringed up shivering.

"Oh, Mister, you are going to get it. That's freezing."

"Let me warm it back up." He began kissing her back and Liv's coldness left as she felt his warm lips. He scooped up her naked body and carried her up the stairs.

He placed her down on the bed, and joined her, quickly taking off his boxers. "Want to tell me what all that was about?"

Liv pushed his body so she was on top. Again she began kissing him down his chest. "What was what about?" Her words coming out a bit slurred again. "Walters wants you for the pictures." She placed her head on his chest. "Layout, you're too gorgeous." God, she was drunk. "I don't know, I'm drunk. Drunk, and so fucking in love." She reached down. She grabbed him gently. She made her way up to his ear. "I want this in me, now please." She giggled. "I said please."

"A jealous, drunk Livvie. I want some of that." His lips crashed into hers and he turned her to her stomach. He reached under her stomach and brought her bottom up. His hands gently rubbing down her back, then using one to rub back up and palmed her shoulder.

He leaned over before getting that erection into her. It was actually hurting him throbbing so much. The need to be inside her was unreal. He went to her ear. "I'll be forever yours." He used his hand to guide into her entry and her head fell to the pillow in a moan.

"Ahh" His hand went around her hip, the other hand had one of his fingers in her mouth, and she was slowly sucking it, bringing him to a wonderful weakness as he pumped into her.

He used his wet finger to work its way down to her breasts, bouncing with each hard thrust. He heard her as her forehead went down to the pillow and his wet finger rounded her nipple, "fuck, Fitz, you're so deep."

She moaned into the pillow as his hand rested flat on her back. He watched as he went inside her, her body just falling in weakness. He turned on to her back now, so she had stability on her body. With a few more thrusts, her hands on his chest, he came long and hard into the woman he loves.

Both of them breathing heavily lying next to each other, Liv put her forearm over her eyes. "Fuck, I am so drunk." She turned rubbing his chest. "I could take you again right now." She kissed his lips. "You are so fucking hot, Mr. Grant."

"You've made me feel that way several times tonight. Why are women looking at my body?"

Liv moaned. "The pictures for Liam Stevens we promised." She took a deep breath. "Walters is cashing in on them for the March issue. Our layout pulled out that we had, and now every woman gets to see my guy." She kissed his chest, "gets to see this. I don't want them to see this."

"Oh, someone is jealous, I see."

"No, I'm not. I thought of them in the shower.", she giggled. "Hot, just fucking hot." She rubbed his cheek, feeling the wine kick in. She looked at the clock. "It's only 5 o clock? Was Forbes you? For really? Say no."

Fitz pulled her closer to him, having to laugh how she was trying to talk. He pulled the blanket over her. "Only 5 o clock Livvie, we have the whole night ahead, sleep some off."

"Mine." She said one more time, rubbing his chest and closing her eyes. "I love my Mister."

"No, Livvie, I wasn't Forbes most eligible," but he knew she couldn't hear him. He wasn't thinking of the pictures or a photo layout, he was thinking how sad she was inside having lost a big part of her mother's memories of Christmas.

"I want to give you so many more, new happy memories." Fitz kissed the top of her sleeping head. She was so understanding about the birth control, and she was right. He needed to enjoy time with her and Noelle first. He watched her body breath slowly in sleep. She was so comfortable with him, resting so peacefully. He closed his eyes, "I love you so much."

As Fitz fell asleep, he wasn't aware of his phone ringing downstairs. It would ring about ten times before the caller gave up. Boris hung up the phone on his end for the last time. There was no way of getting to his boss to let him know what he was looking at.

Firefighters from around the island were trying to no avail to stop the fire ravaging the property that once belonged to Randolph. It was burning to ashes, and what Fitz now owned was a pile of a burnt structure that would take another two years at least to build again from the bottom up.
