The room is dark until a light shines a man in chain. The light turns on revealing four more people. They look down at the man with a disappointment look in their face. The four people are on a balcony. The scene zooms out showing a bunch of people seeing the trial of the chain man. One of the three people spoke," Tobias do you understand why are you here?"
The man lifts his face but he was silent. One of the three people was a woman long blue hair she speaks," You are here because you attempted to kill the Sea Priestess, May!"
"That almost causing a war between the all Dragon Tribe around the world and the People of the Water!" Her cousin spoke," And since Sea Priestess, May is the daughter of the Gym Leader of Hoenn and you are a native of the Sinnoh Region, you could even start a war between the two regions!"
"Do you have anything to say? Before we give you your punishment!" demand an older woman of the four
The chained man finally spoke," I...did it for our people! For this war against the Ultra Beast!"
"There is no war!" snapped the man," And don't you dare you said this is the good for our people!"
"You did it because you believe you are the great savior for our peo.." the long blue har shake her head," No, the great savior for the whole world"
"That because I am the savior, the warrior and the hero this world need!" the chained man stands up
"Don't fatter yourself, Tobias" mocked the blue-hair woman's cousin who also have a cape," After we told the Hoenn and the Sinnoh Pokémon League of what you did! They took your rights to challenge the Elite Four and their Champion from both regions!"
"That is not only be your punishment!" warned the older woman," Do you have any more to say?"
"Yes, I want the Test of Dragons!" shouted Tobias which shock everyone.
"The Test of Dragons!"
"Is he for real?"
"Quiet everyone!" the old man looks at Tobias," So this is your last desperate chance"
"You know if you fail the Test of Dragons, they will kill you where you stand!" warned old woman
"I know, but they won't kill me because they will know that I am the savior hero this world needs now!" shouted Tobias," They will choose me become the Lord of Dragon!"
"I can't deal with this man, anymore let just get this over with" mocked inform the blue-hair woman cause the man to nod and then turn to another person down who nod back," Play the calling!" a bunch of people appear with musical instruments then they start to play the drum. A woman blows a horn causing everyone to hear roars in the sky. Everyone looks up and see a bunch of Legendary Dragon-type Pokémons (Rayquaza, Creation Trio, Tao Trio and the Eon Duo) all appears.
A girl with an Axew look at them all," The Legendary Dragons-type Pokemons!"
"Axew..."
She is sitting with a friend," I can't believe we are seeing them all together!"
"Oh, great dragons!" shouted the man," This man I have request the Test of the Dragons, now please tell us if you accept this man to be our Lord of Dragons!"
All the Legendary Dragon Pokemons face Tobias they open their mouths which they charge their beam. The blue-hair woman thought the Legendary Dragon Pokémon going to kill him, but the Legendary Dragon Pokémon combine their one beam into a white light orb which fly toward Tobias' hand which shocked everyone.
"No!" the older woman eyes wide open
"It cannot be..." shocked the blue-hair woman
Tobias lift the orb into the air," Do you see!?! Do you all see!?! The Legendary Dragons have chosen me as their hero champion!!! It is my...!" But the orb shines bright," What!?!" The orb then flies toward the girl with the Axew which she caught it," Eh?"
"Axew?"
"Iris!" the blue-hair woman knows the girl
"Two Lord of Dragons?" the man with the cape is surprise as Rayquaza fly close to the man who put his hand on its head. Using Dragon Sense, a power only the Dragon Tribe can use that allow them to talk to Dragon-type Pokemons and see what in the mind. The man let go of his hand and nod toward the green dragon," I understand!" Rayquaza nodded and fly away with the others.
The man looks at Iris who had the orb which disappear," Iris stand on the stage with Tobias"
Iris look at her friend who nod to do it. Iris with her Axew inside her hair walk on the stage.
"It has seemed the dragons have chosen two candidates to be our Lord of Dragon" inform the man," As all member of the Dragon Tribes know if there are two or more candidates, they must be trial by Dragon Council, we will return to give what kind of test for these candidates!" the man with the other three walks inside. Leaving Tobias look at Iris who doesn't know what going on.
(Scene Change)
"Tobias have lost his chance when he tries to kill Sea Priestess May, he can't be allowed into the trial!" snapped the man with the cape
"Lance, you know our tradition when the Legendary Dragon choose their champion, we must respect their wishes" remind the blue-hair girl," But why on heaven they chose that man!?! We haven't had a Lord of Dragon the leader of all Dragon Tribe around the world in over two hundred thousand of years!"
"Claire, I'm guessing it is time we have a leader now" explain the old woman," The question now what kind of trial we give our two candidates"
"Drasna is right" nodded the elder of the Village of Dragon in the Unova Region, Mizuta," We need to give them a trial to see who is worthy of the title
"Let have them catch one of the Legendary Dragons that should prove it" inform the male elder of the Village of Dragon in the Johto Region
"No, have them battle right now!" replied the female elder of the Village of Dragon in the Hoenn Region
"But Tobias don't have any Pokémon due of the Guadian deities of the Alola Region destroy Tobias' Pokeball causing his Pokemons to go free" remind the male elder of the Village of Dragon in the Sinnoh Region
"Of course, the elder of the Sinnoh Region defend his "hero"" mocked the male elder of the Village of Dragon in the Kanto Region
"I don't like your tone, we, Tribe Creation are disappointed at Tobias as well!" snapped the Sinnoh Elder
"Everyone calms down!" begged Lance," We need decide which trial to give the candidates!"
"Drayden, you be quiet" inform Mizuta as everyone look at the Gym-Leader of the Unova Region who close his eyes.
"She right, don't you have anything to said since Iris is the person you choose to be your successor of your Gym" remind Clair as the man open his eyes," I do" he stand up which everyone look stare at him," And I know what kind of trial we will give them!"
(Scene Change)
The four people return and everyone look at them. Drayden is the only one speaking," Iris and Tobias, we have decided your trial!"
"Our trial?" echoed Iris
"You both will enter the Unova Pokemon League!" shouted Drayden which made everyone shock
"Unova Pokemon League!"
"Does this mean they must defeat the current champion of the Unova, Alder!?!"
"That...kind of impossible right? I mean Alder is very strong!"
"Everyone, I'm not done yet!" inform Drayden," As some of you know that there are 10 Gyms in the Unova Region, but you only need 8 to enter the league, you both can choice any Gym to battle and earn the badges, but on your eighth final badge you must defeat me!"
"What!?!"
"This trial is getting harder!"
"I feel sorry for these two!"
"Once you two enter the Unvoa Region, who every have the highest position in the league will be our Lord of Dragon!" explain Drayden
"I see!"
"That may a little bit easy, right?"
"Still they must to defeat Drayden the Undefeated Dragon Spartan!"
"Now we have explained your trial! shouted Drayden," It is time the trial to begin now!" a guard walk toward Tobias and unlock his chain. He looks at Iris before he leaves.
"Iris, we need to talk" inform Drayden

Iris and her mentor are flying in the sky. Iris is using her Dragonite and Drayden is using his Salamence," Iris, do you understand what is happen here?"
"To honest a little bit" Iris was confused of the recently event
"You and Tobias are now candidates to calm the title Lord of Dragons known as the Dragon Lord" explain Drayden," Whoever win this trial will earn the title and be the leader of all the Dragon Tribes around the world"
"Leader of all the Dragon Tribes!?!" echoed Iris
"Axew!?!"
"Yes, we haven't had a Dragon Lord over two hundred thousand of years, but it seems the Legendary Dragons have deicide it is time" nodded Drayden," Do you know why is Tobias was in chain?"
"He almost kills the Sea Priestess of Samiya" answered Iris
Drayden nod again," He found a creature known as an Ultra Beasts, a being our ancestors fought with Samiya's ancestors and other ancient civilizations lost long time ago. Tobias want to reform that alliance once more with the current Samiya, but its queen doesn't want to start a war. She and Tobias made a promise to Tapu Fini one of the guardians deity of the Alolan Region. If she loses, she must join Tobias with her people to make war with Ultra Beast, but she defeats Tobias which mean she and her people won't join Tobias' cause. Then Tobias can't accept the defeat and try to kill the Sea Priestess and try to blame the Ultra Beast that their queen was murder by them"
"What a sore loses!" snapped Iris," Is he a kid!?!"
"Axew!"
"Now there is a chance Tobias can start his war with the Ultra Beasts, if he wins the trial" warned Drayden
"You want me to win the trial and don't make war with these Ultra Beast?" asked Iris
"If you win the trial, I can't tell you what to do, but you will become leader of our tribe and deicide what is best for us" replied Drayden
Iris look down trying to understand what is happening to her," Where are we going anyway? Back to the Unova Region?"
"Now Tobias don't have his Mega Ring and his Legendary Pokemon anymore, but he still has his Z-Rings which allow him to do Z-Move!" explain her mentor
"Z-Move?" echoed Iris
"We are going the Alola Region, where you get your own Z-Ring and earn some Z-Crystal, if you going to face Tobias during the Unova Pokemon League" explain Drayden," Plus we will do some training in there because the Unova Pokemon League won't start for a while, but when it is close for the deadline, I will call you back to the Unova Region, so you can earn the badges to enter the Unova Pokemon League"
Iris look up and see the island as she come close to it, her new adventures begin.
