I had I bit of a problem posting the chapters here at first, but I think I am getting the hang of it now.
Chapter 2
A few days later, Jade was excited to grab the lead role in the new play and wanted to spend some alone time with her boyfriend. So, the couple decided to visit their favorite coffee shop.
Unexpected to them someone else was also there, working on their project with a few of her classmates, some of them she didn't like.
Beck and Jade were busy kissing each other when Jade noticed something.
"Hey, Sinjin is taking our pictures again"
"Jade leave him!"
"No, I don't like getting my privacy disturbed!"
"Jade!" Beck warned
"I am just going to teach him a lesson don't worry!" She said moving out "oh, and don't move from here"
Beck just raised his hand and sighed, If Jade was any other girl then he might have been the one warning Sinjin but Jade is much scarier than him.
His eyes swarmed the crowded place and landed on a familiar brunette, she was engrossed in explaining something to the blonde guy beside her, while the other two girls at the table took a few notes. He knew that his girlfriend warned him to stay where he is but he couldn't give up the chance to pull her leg, it's not every day that a girl startles him with her acting skills and she is not even an art student. So, he went to their table.
"Hey, Angie!"
The brunette turned her head and gave a charming smile, "oh, hey Beck, I think I told you my name is Tori"
"Yeah but Angie kind of suits you!"
"No, it doesn't!" Tori retorted.
"It can suit me if you want" one of the other girls piped in.
"I don't think so," Beck said.
"Oh c'mon besides Danny is dating her!"
"How did you know?" Tori asked.
"I overheard Louise gossiping"
"It doesn't matter besides he has a girlfriend, you shouldn't be flirting with him if you value your life"
"Oh c'mon I am not scared of anyone I am a cheerleader and hot"
"Maybe but my girlfriend is hotter"
"But I am a better kisser," The girl said.
"Sarah just stop it! don't hit on a taken man that's disgusting"
"Yeah listen to her it's disgusting to hit on taken men" Jade commented from the back "and besides my scissors may enjoy giving you a new haircut"
"That's your girlfriend!"
"Yes," Beck said proudly pulling her closer to him.
"She is a freak!"
Jade jumped over the table with her scissors straight away aiming for her throat, Beck and Tori immediately held her off. Taking a fighting Jade out of the coffee shop.
"Let me go I need to kill her"
"No! you are not doing anything " Beck said.
"So you are okay with the bitch calling me a freak"
"No, he is not but there are better ways to take revenge than killing people"
"Ohh, really miss perfect cheekbones, then tell me one already!"
"Don't call me that"
"Just tell me the idea"
"Ask me nicely and maybe I will"
"Tell me" Jade warned.
Beck was looking at both of them amused, they were having a glaring contest. Jade normally has low patience in human interaction but Tori seems capable of holding her own in a battle.
"Ok fine only because I am tired of her leaching onto every good-looking guy!" then she pulled Jade and whispered something in her ears. Normally Jade would have yanked her hands off and said don't touch me but not this time, she gave her an evil smile, "I like it"
Beck looked horrified at the concept, anything Jade likes is not good news.
"It's safe right!"
"Absolutely"
The two girls rushed toward a red car, Beck had no idea what they did,
After a few minutes, Tori went inside the café while jade grabbed Beck and sat in the car, telling him to stay quiet as she wanted to see the show.
Tori and her classmates came out a few minutes later and headed towards their car while Tori came and sat in beck's car. The atmosphere was completely quiet as if waiting for something in anticipation.
And then it happened a shrill scream came out from the red car, the blonde opened the car door and rushed to the café complaining about something.
"Yeah, it worked!" Tori chirped.
"Now we can leave .. move it!" Jade ordered Beck.
"Okay okay, but what did you two do?"
"You don't need to know now move fast. I still didn't have my coffee, Tori is gonna make us some"
"You offered to make us, coffee?" Beck asked.
"We made a deal no life taken for a cup of coffee" Tori replied
"Ok! well then off to your house." Beck giddily replied.
It was almost a week later an impatient Jade knocked on Tori's door.
"Hey Tori said opening the door
"What are you doing here ?"
"I was feeling bored so I thought we could hang out together!"
"The Jade West wants to hang out with the simple old me, what about Beck?"
"He is hanging out with the boys and I can't stay with Cat. She wanted to watch Talking unicorns"
"What?
"Never mind, now move!" She pushed past Tori and barged into the house.
"I don't remember telling you to come in"
"I don't wait for people to tell me what to do! and besides, you still owe me." She took a DVD out of her bag and inserted it into the DVD player. "so what movie are we watching" Tori asked closing the door.
"The scissoring"
"Why don't you watch it at your place?"
"Because I broke my TV yesterday! now shut up and let me watch."
"Okay," she said sitting next to Jade on the couch.
As the movie continued, Tori screamed and jumped in most of the scenes while Jade was more engrossed in the screen but occasionally she enjoyed the reactions and facial expressions of Tori. When the credits started rolling out, Tori took the courage and asked Jade to stay over, as her parents were out of town and her sister was staying over at some friend's house. Jade agreed cause she was curious about this girl, who unknowingly made Jade quite comfortable, and besides, she had a pretty face. But that did not stop Jade from making fun of the girl's fears.
The next day Jade woke up to the smell of coffee, bacon, and a sweet humming, she took a quick shower and went to find the pretty brunette dancing and singing around the kitchen while preparing their breakfast. The girl turned around with a mortified look on her face as she saw Jade standing there with a smirk. "Hey, I didn't know you were awake"
"Good, or else I wouldn't be able to see the pretty little show" Tori opened and closed her mouth. "Wow, I had no idea that you could be sweet".
"Don't make it a habit I just had a nice sleep"
Tori just laughed as she handed Jade her morning coffee with breakfast and they enjoyed the morning chatting about Scissoring.
Flashback over
(I will continue the back story in flashbacks)
The girls were smiling at each other engrossed in staring when the door of the Janitor's closet opened.
"Did I miss something?" Beck asked.
"No, I was just getting my morning dose of something," Jade told him.
"Well won't I get that?"
"No!" Jade interrupted.
"But why?" Beck asked
"Because you already got your morning dose!" Tori told laughing and left them both in the Janitor's closet as she went to her next class.
Just a little bonding among the girls.
Afterall Jori is the best ship
