Magical Twins
Chapter 4
Harry opened his eyes.
What time was it? He looked at the clock. Five o'clock. He turned over to go back to sleep, but after a while he got up because he felt he wouldn't be able to sleep. Because it was September 1st!
'Today I'm going to Hogwarts! Yeaa!' he exclaimed, doing a happy dance.
Five seconds later Sirius was at his door. 'Can it be a bit quieter? Some people are trying to sleep!'
'Sorry!' Harry walked to his trunk and checked everything again, just to be sure. Then he walked to the bathroom and got dressed.
When he had done that, he picked up a book and began to read it. He knew he wouldn't be able to sleep again.
After about three hours, Sirius called him for breakfast.
'I am coming!' He put his book away, yanked open the door and jumped down the stairs.
He sniffed and almost melted at the wonderful smell coming from the kitchen.
'Yum! Finally bacon and eggs!'
Sirius chuckled. "Especially for you, big boy."
Harry flew towards breakfast. It was delicious. However, after two plates he had had enough.
"Sirius, what if I get sorted into Slytherin?" he asked.
"Then Slytherin has an excellent student," Sirius said with his mouth full.
Harry nodded gratefully to his godfather.
"Thanks, Sirius."
"You're welcome," Sirius said, still with his mouth full.
"How do we get to the station?" Harry asked Sirius. He had only just realized it.
Sirius said, "We're going with a bicycle."
"Do you know how to drive that?" Harry asked. "I can ride a bike because I had to do those tests at that Muggle school, but you never had to do that."
Sirius laughed. 'I took lessons. Completely ready for traffic!'
Harry chuckled. He doubted Sirius could ride a bike that well...
They left the house at ten o'clock.
Sirius had put on his fluorescent pink helmet with flamingos. He looked like a flamingo himself, Harry thought to himself. He grinned. Sirius had a bicycle that was much too small, and he had to carry a heavy trunk.
Harry laughed to himself.
"Come on, Sirius, we only have an hour left!"
And Harry jumped on his bike.
Sirius rode after him.
He couldn't drive as fast as Harry because his knees were against the steering wheel all the time.
Hilarious, Harry thought.
He drove a little faster, just to tease Sirius.
Sirius gasped. 'Harry! Wait a second!'
Harry held back and waited for his godfather to reach him.
"Lessons taken, you said?" Harry pulled Sirius' hair teasingly.
'Yes Yes. Just tease your poor godfather,' said Sirius, laughing.
"How far is it?"
Sirius had been asking that question for ten minutes now.
"Five more minutes," Harry replied.
"That's what you just said," Sirius groaned.
'Don't complain, keep driving. It really won't be long, you know.'
Sirius made a funny face.
Harry chuckled.
"Look, there it is already!" he exclaimed.
Sirius looked up. "Come on big boy, let's put these bikes away and go to the train."
They put their bike aside, Sirius grabbed the trunk and walked up the stairs.
They went outside again and walked to platforms nine and ten.
'Follow me Harry. And try to act as normal as possible.'
Sirius walked to the wall.
'What are you doing?' Harry didn't understand.
'The fence is a gate. You have to get through it," Sirius explained.
Harry was even more confused. They're going to bump into the fence, right?
"Just follow me." Harry followed Sirius, who, much to Harry's surprise, stepped through the wall.
'Sirius? Sirius!' Harry started shouting.
Where is he?
Then suddenly Sirius was standing in front of him again. He gasped. 'How do you do that?' he asked in surprise.
'What?' Sirius looked at him blankly.
'Walk through the wall.'
'As you say. You just have to walk through the wall. And follow me, okay?'
"Yes," Harry followed Sirius, who stepped through the gate, and disappeared.
Harry took a deep breath and followed him.
Something pulled at him and the next second he was on the other side, on platform nine and three quarters.
