Michael - "It's Lady Rayquaza's ability in her Mega form, Delta Stream! Not only is the LONE ability that can get rid of Lady Kyogre and Lord Groudon's abilities while they're in their Primal forms, but it also has the second effect of negating the weaknesses of ALL Flying-Types!"
Mega Soul Delcatty - "No wonder Ice Beam felt weaker."
Michael - "No choice though. We'll just have to make the best of it."

Mega Soul Delcatty prematurely fired off her attack, which caused Mega Rayquaza to easily dodge and fire back with her own. This in turn dealt severe damage to Mega Soul Delcatty.
Michael - "Delcatty!"
Michael rushed over to check on her.
Michael - "You ok?"
Mega Soul Delcatty - "Just fine..."
Mega Rayquaza - "Don't tell me that's all you've got?"
Mega Soul Delcatty - "Not by a long shot ma'am! In fact, this battle's far from over!"
Mega Rayquaza - "Good. Cause I'm still having fun here!"

Mega Rayquaza looked up to see that Mega Soul Delcatty had jumped into the air.
Mega Rayquaza - "Nice try! But your attacks already failed!"
Michael - "Is that so?"
Mega Rayquaza - "Huh?"
Mega Rayquaza then turned her head back down to look at Michael.
Michael - "Apologies Lady Rayquaza. But this battle's now officially over."
Mega Rayquaza - "But that's impossible! I already stopped Delcatty's attack!"
Michael - "Not while I play these! Ghost Sword, Ice Sword, and Second Chance!"
Zinnia - "Second Chance?!"
Michael - "That's right! Whenever my Pokémon either misses their attack, or it's stopped during a stalemate, this battle card not only lets them attack again, but the power of their second attack is also doubled!"
Everyone's eyes went wide at hearing that.
Michael - "End this battle now Delcatty! Double Mega Soul Shadow Thunder Ice!"

The attack then hit Mega Rayquaza, which she got the full force of. Mega Soul Delcatty then landed on her feet.
Mega Soul Delcatty - "Now Michael!"
Michael - "Go Ultra Ball!'
Michael threw the Ultra Ball at Mega Rayquaza, which hit her on the head and sucked her into it before falling to the ground.

Michael smiled as he walked over and gently picked up Rayquaza's Ultra Ball.
Michael - "We did it Delcatty! We caught Lady Rayquaza!"
Delcatty - "Alright!"
Michael then quickly brought Rayquaza back out.
Michael - "Ready to assist us with destroying the Meteoroid Lady Rayquaza?"
Rayquaza - "Ready whenever you and Delcatty are."
Michael then quickly thought of something.
Michael - "Espeon. Can you come on out here please?"
Espeon then quickly appeared.
Delcatty - "Why'd you bring out Espeon?"
Michael - "Back at the Space Center, when the girls and Steven went to Meteor Falls but BEFORE I left it to head for Team Aqua's hideout, I had asked Dr. Kozmo a single question."
Delcatty - "Ah. I remember being there when you asked him too."
Rayquaza - "What was the exact question?"
Delcatty - "Michael's exact words were 'Did anything strange happen to the Meteoroid?' To which Dr. Kozmo replied with 'It was just acting like a normal Meteoroid. Then it just suddenly turned towards our world. Like it was alive.' Which now that I think about it, I actually now see why you brought out Espeon."
Michael - "That's right Delcatty. Something tells me there's more to the Meteoroid than meets the eye. So, I think just the four of us fighting it together should be more than enough. And..."
Michael then tapped a button, which caused a see-through mask to cover his mouth and nose.
Michael - "...due to how close we're gonna be to entering outer space itself, Akira when ahead and installed these oxygen masks in our communicators for us. Obviously, Lady Rayquaza will stay in her Pokémon form until the Meteoroid itself is destroyed. But once you DO turn into a human, I'll be right there to make sure you have your oxygen mask on."
Rayquaza - "Thank you. That means a lot."
Espeon - "Wait. But just how do we protect our own bodies from the deep emptiness of outer space itself?"
Michael - "Simple really. Lady Rayquaza and I will use our aura to protect us. While you two do the exact same thing with Espeon's psychic energy. At least until Delcatty Mega Soul Evolves that is. Now then. Let's move ladies! We've got us a Meteoroid to stop!"
Rayquaza/Delcatty/Espeon - "Yes sir!"

Michael, Delcatty, and Espeon then quickly got on Rayquaza's back. Soon, Rayquaza took off from Sky Pillar's summit and flew at Mach speed towards the Meteoroid. Rayquaza had also willingly Mega Evolved to have the strength needed to destroy the Meteoroid. As they got closer, an unknown voice spoke to them, along with everyone else that was watching the events.
? - "Mortals, you have served your purpose. Now face your End. I am the all-consuming void. What can one mote of golden light illuminate within the abyss? Countless stars. Countless worlds. Countless lives. All fell to me, all brought to nothing. All the teeming chaos of creation? Brought to order. To neutrality. To nothing. I saw your mind as you ran through my prison. You have fought machines and gods. They were mighty. They were finite. I am Infinite. I am nothing. You struggle as so many have done before. You will be consumed like all those before you. I saw your mind. Your courage never wavered. Why? Arrogance? Ignorance? Stupidity? I was contained once. Once. Is that why? My captors bent time and space. My captors built a whole reality to contain me. My captors burnt their souls away to fuel their engines. And you? You glitter; you fly above me like a gnat. I am inevitable, I cannot be denied. You strike this incarnation with all your might. It changes nothing. You are not brave; you are not victorious. No matter what form I take... The End comes for you all!"
Michael - "Say what you want. But we'll still take you down! No matter what it takes!"
As the quartet reached the Meteoroid, Michael, Delcatty, and Espeon focused their energy into Mega Rayquaza.
Michael - "Go Lady Rayquaza! Use our strength to destroy that Meteoroid for good!"
Mega Rayquaza - "Yes sir!"
Mega Rayquaza the blindingly smashed through the Meteoroid, easily destroying it completely.
Girls - "They did it!"
But then Twilight noticed something that didn't belong.
Twilight - "What is that?"
The others soon saw what Twilight was looking at.
Pinkie - "That just looks like a normal Triangle to me."
Weiss - "It's not..."
The mysterious triangle then began moving erratically. Then the triangle finally stopped moving, only for something to appear from behind it.
Roxanne - "Just what is that?!"
Michael - "Just as I feared. It's the deity of space himself, Lord Deoxys! Quickly Lady Rayquaza!"
Rayquaza - "Right!"
Rayquaza then quickly transformed into her human form, which was an adult woman with waist-length emerald green hair. Michael then got Rayquaza's oxygen mask on her.
Rayquaza - "Thank you Michael."
Michael - "Not at all."
Deoxys - "So. I take it you four are the ones responsible for destroying my means of reaching your planet?"
Espeon - "And what if we are?"
Deoxys - "Then I'll enjoy making you all suffer for making me angry! And the same fate goes for your world when I'm done!"
Michael/Rayquaza/Delcatty/Espeon - "Over our dead bodies!"
Michael then activated his Battle Disk, which caused an aura to surround Deoxys.

Deoxys changed to his Speed Form and fired off his attack while blinding speed. Thankfully the quartet managed to dodge it and fire back. But while Mega Rayquaza and Mega Soul Delcatty were are to answer back with their own attacks, Michael and Espeon couldn't.
Michael - "What the-?! My attack's not working!"
Espeon - "Same here!"
Mega Soul Delcatty - "What's wrong you two?"
Michael - "We don't know! It's like our attacks just suddenly stopped working."
Mega Rayquaza - "Well find out the problem and quickly."

Michael and Espeon once again tried to attack, but nothing happened.
Meanwhile, Deoxys used his Speed Form to easily dodge, then went into his Attack Form and fired off his strongest version of his attack yet. Mega Rayquaza and Mega Soul Delcatty were willing to take the attack, but they were then suddenly pushed out of the wya, watching helplessly as Michael and Espeon took the attack instead.
Mega Rayquaza - "No!"
Mega Soul Delcatty - "Michael! Espeon!"
Meanwhile, the others watched on from the Space Center in dismay as Michael and Espeon's seemingly lifeless bodies floated in space.
Yang - "No..."
Ina - "That just cruel..."
Gura - "Isn't there something Lady Rayquaza and Delcatty can do?"
Maxie - "There isn't. As far as I see it, Michael and Espeon willingly took the full force of Lord Deoxys' attack. There's no chance either of them survived it, especially in outer space."
Girls - "Wake up Michael, Espeon..."
Along with the entire world, Arceus was also watching the battle a good distance away in space.
Arceus - "Come on you two. This battle's far from done."
Deoxys - "Weak. The both of them are."
Mega Soul Delcatty - "You take that back right now!"
Mega Rayquaza - "No Delcatty. Getting angry at him isn't worth it right now."
Delcatty still wanted to get her hands on Deoxys. Suddenly, a bright light appeared from behind Mega Rayquaza and Mega Soul Delcatty. The duo turned to see Michael and Espeon floating in space, a massive beacon of aura around them. Even Deoxys and Arceus couldn't believe what they was seeing.
Deoxys - "H-How is that possible?!"
Acreus - "Just how strong are you Michael?"
Michael - "Ready Espeon?"
Espeon - "Ready!"
Michael/Espeon - "Go, Mega Soul Evolution!"
Everyone covered their eyes from the blinding light. After a few moments, the light disappeared, revealing Michael and Espeon in new forms. Michael's new form had a second pair of dragon wings and a second dragon tail, along with his entire body being covered in a mix of his psychic powers and aura. As for Espeon, her own psychic powers were still covering her entire body, along with ghostly blue flames on the tips of her ears and tail. Delcatty cried and rushed over, hugging the both of them.
Mega Soul Delcatty - "You're both ok!"
Mega Soul Espeon - "Sorry for worrying you and Lady Rayquaza like that Delcatty."
Mega Rayquaza - "Don't worry about it. We're both just happy to have the both of you back with us."
Mega Soul Michael - "Thanks Lady Rayquaza. Now come on ladies! Let's end this battle on a high note!"

Mega Soul Espeon - "Thank you Michael. First off are my abilities. My first ability is still Synchroize. But my second ability is Esper Boost."
Deoxys - "Esper Boost?"
Mega Soul Espeon - "That's right. Normally, all of my attacks gain a 25% boost in power. But, if any of them have the same type as me, then that boost in power is instead 50%."
Mega Soul Michael - "As for me, my normal ability, Aura Boost, which as it says boosts the power of my aura moves by 20%. Now it's evolved into Aura Sword, which instead doubles the power of my Aura moves. As for my second ability, it's called Final Strike."
Mega Soul Delcatty - "Final Strike?"
Mega Soul Michael - "That's correct Delcatty. In exchange for automatically going last during the turn, my move's power is doubled for every move used in it."
Everyone's eyes, even Arceus', went wide at hearing that.
Michael - "Now then. Special Sword and Physical Sword!"
Deoxys - "I won't let you! Hyper Psycho Beam!"
Deoxys fired off his attack, then quickly changed to his Defense Form. But while Mega Rayquaza, Mega Soul Delcatty, and Mega Soul Michael all easily dodged it, Mega Soul Espeon was still floating where she had been when the attack was fired,
Deoxys - "What?!"
Mega Soul Michael - "So that's it."
Mega Soul Delcatty - "What do you mean Michael?"
Mega Soul Michael - "Quite simply Delcatty. Espeon went from being a pure Psychic-Type to being a dual Psychic/Ghost-Type."
Mega Rayquaza - "So that means...?"
Mega Soul Michael - "That's right. Espeon's immune to Lord Deoxys' attack while she's in her Mega Soul Evolution."

Mega Soul Michael then used his psychic powers to pull an Ultra Ball out of his bag.
Mega Soul Michael - "Go Ultra Ball!"
He then used his psychic powers to send the Ultra Ball flying at Deoxys, which hit the space deity in the head and sucked him inside.
