The black cat purred softly but unlike other times her master did not wake up. She licked the red liquid oozing from her master's face-salty-but yet she didn't wake up. Its wide eyes watched as people came and toon the body, wrapped it in the sack and then abandon it. The woman from before stood there watching the whole progress.

The black cat's tail swished around. She didn't understand what to do now. She didn't require to think more because she was caught by that woman lurking around. The woman strangled her while saying something she couldn't understand.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes died.

The black cat with green eyes is alive.

Sometimes magic happens. Sometimes cats come alive. Sometimes something's happen.

Fate was-is-unpredictable. Who was she as a mere human to make guesses or ask questions to an entity so powerful?

When she opened her eyes, it took her a long time to get past that haze that surrounded her eyes. She felt weak, powerless and hungry. Pushing herself up she noticed the first sign-her body was not a human body. A few hours of astonishment, anger, sadness and acceptance later she travelled out, wanting to deal with her problems.

She did not know where she was or who she was-she was a cat-but she knew that she couldn't just sit there lamenting. Perhaps this was the power of a reader. She was an avid reader-no doubt.

Books from all over the world-drama, face slapping and green tea bitches books were her favourite genre-was her heaven. She loved reading books and using them to procrastinate. Perhaps that is why she is able to adjust her mentality quickly.

Being a reader she didn't feel that depressed that she had died. As an otaku and a shut in who was an orphan, she accepted it that yes. She is dead. No point in lamenting about her situation. What she needed right now was food-

In the early morning the street seemed especially empty. She walked around for a long time but expect some drunkards and shady people she wasn't able to find a person or something to eat. She walked into alleys, twists and turns and yet there was nothing.

It was then that she came across a half broken mirror in a dark abandoned alley. Technically it was on the balcony of a 2 storey house that seemed abandoned. The black cat was pretty. Very pretty in fact.

'If only this body was a human.' She sighed regretfully in her heart. It had been a few hours, she suspects 8, since she started walking. Counting the time when she was sleeping it was probably 15 hours. Around a whole day had passed that mean. She again felt like sighing. In her muses- if that's what you call complaining-she glanced back at the mirror and she-was-shocked.

Her eyes were like flying saucers. She stared back at herself and looked down.

"No fucking way." I don't think any reader is prepared for this. Now staring back her was a child completely naked. A little girl with long black hair that looked completely different from the cat form that she had been roaming around with.

Soft full cheeks-adorable-black eyes-scary-and pouty lips. Her face had no blemishes or pore. She looked a little dirty-maybe because she had not took a bath yet-but she was a human now?

This was dangerous, wait? She gasped as she stared out on the street and the sky? Was she-in a cultivation novel or maybe like something like a magical ancient novel. No, but the streets look Victorian? Groaning she fell back down on the balcony floor. Not disturbed by her nakedness, it was an abandoned area anyways, she looked up at the ceiling.

God-what is this-she's now into a child's body. What's next? She'll start forgetting her memories and behave like a child?

That's exactly what happened, by the way. She roamed around the streets like a prostitute , exchange pets on her body for food. That was her daily routine for like a long time. She didn't understand the world that she was in so she just waited and looked out for anything and everything.

Except being in a cat's body made it much harder for her to notice things because of the heights of people. Her cat body was a baby. While her height seemed to grow, the body did not. It always stayed the same. The only difference was that her eyes being a cat had started changing the colour from green to black too.

Except being a whore for food and scratches in the neighbouring alleys and coming back to that balcony every night to change into a human and sleeping, she didn't really do anything. So couldn't do anything even if she wanted to.

Her cat body and human body both were too small. Not to mention she had not yet adjusted completely to whatever this situation was. She was too scared to go around and explore, one day she would have to but till then she wished to stay in this little bubble.

Dreaming about tasty food, she fell asleep.

Downstairs around the corner the man in the hood took out a sharp knife and smiled.

" -was sleeping. No-picked her-yes sir." The words were muffled, her head was throbbing. She painfully groaned relaxing that someone had tightly bound her with rope to a chair and she was still naked. Solidly the reality set in and she started shaking.

No-No, she murmured to herself. This can't be happening? Why did she sleep so peacefully? Why did she have to sleep so soundly, she took everything for granted-this was happening because of her-the ropes didn't open. She started struggling more intensely. The ropes-she wasn't dreaming-were becoming tighter and piercing her skin. The more she struggled the more tightly they bounded around her skin.

Finally she cried. Not once after coming into this absurd situation she had cried. But this time-the situation had numerous possibilities-she didn't want to imagine even one of them.

Heavy footsteps thumped outside the door. She looked up. A man-shabby man-walked in. With a black coat and bruised face he looked at her. The grin on his face was downright creepy and scary. She struggled more.

"Don't worry little girl-" he laughed, it was high pitched, the kind you wanna close your ears after hearing, "soon you'll be free."

With tears streaming down her face she looked at him, silently wondering what exactly he meant, his eyes roamed around her and she started sweating. She didn't want that-whatever was going inside his mind was pretty much visible on his face.

She struggled, her skin struggled under the ropes. The sound of doom-his footsteps-approached her. She was the prey and he the predator.

His hand clamped down on her hair, forcefully he turned her face up, "the more you struggle-the more your delicate little skin will be hurt. Chooses your option." He said.

She had not spoken a word since coming here. Not once had she even thought of opening her mouth and conversing or negotiating with him cause she knew it was useless. Nothing would come out of this.

As soon as the ropes came off, she was pushed downwards and her face was pressed into the carpet. His hands eagerly wandered her body and at that moment something inside her broke.

Maybe it was once or twice, she dosen't remember. By the time he was satisfied, she was exhausted, mentally and physically abused.

He seemed to be on an ecstasy pill as he breathed is and out of her body.

"The fear and the sweat off your body-ahhh!!!" He took a whiff again, "So delicious." He clamped her head down again.

She didn't know where the courage or strength came from. All she saw was red. As he was smelling her she changed back into a cat and directly attacked his eyes with her paws. Even when he fell down screaming, she used one of her sharp nails to plunge it in the second eye. He screamed pathetically again and again. She showed no mercy, just like him.

She transformed back into a human and took the knife that up till now was on her throat. She climbed upon his body and plunged it deep down his chest.

In and out of his body,

the knife stained with blood,

the child covered in blood,

and the carpet stained with blood

painted an extremely dark picture.

One no one wanted to look at.

She stood above him like a god, covered in her favorite sinners sacrifice. The empty space around her made her feel like a void had opened up.

"This is my choice." She said out loud.

The water streaming down was hot. But it made her feel clean. She scrubbed and scrubbed the blood and themarks out. Her skin turned red. Half an hour later she sat in the bathtub. Surrounded by the blood still oozing from her body the water quickly changed its colour too.

She sat in there wondering-thinking-dreaming.

For the second time that night, she cried her heart out. With her face on her knees she finally acknowledged what she had went through. The scars of the event still lingering on her ankles.

The rotting smell of the corpse by the third day had intensified. She didn't care. She had surveyed the house completely by the end of that day. She didn't find a lot. Just some cigars , notes and an odd looking gold coin.

She wondered where she was? How hard would it be for her to go out? She didn't really know the answers to the questions.

She put the bank notes and gold coin into her mouth and transformed back into a cat. Whatever she was she couldn't-wouldn't-allow anyone to know.

Huffing, she sneaked out through the back door and surveyed the area. Old buildings and dark corners-like a horror gothic tale-it stood around. There were people around her, few. Some who cackled madly and some who laughed insanely. She shuddered and kept her head straight. Climbing up on the roof she jumped from one to another. Some chimneys and roofs were weak but her weight had no effect on them.

It wasn't until a particular street that came into her view did she think about stopping. Barely holding back her mouth from falling open she looked at the bustling street in front of her. Odd witchy clothes, men in suits and coats, was that cup floating-what the hell? There were owl flying, is that a snake?

She stood there and finally sat down on one of the roof that gave her a more clearer view of the street.

An hour went by but nothing changed. Things still floated, people still talked, snakes still slithered and she still felt like a stupid bitch.

Gulping she looked straight ahead at the tallest and grandest building.

'GRINGOTTS'

She might just need some more time to get used to whatever was happening here.
