The Village Of The Irish Smurfs

Part 7

/Thomas (Narrating)\:
Welcome back, and we Engines and the original Smurfs had a really splendid and "smurfy" time at the Irish Smurfs' village. And now, we're puffing forward on seeing the special performance that the Irish Smurfs are showing us. Wonder what it could be? Let's find out!

It was evening and in the twilight time, and us Engines, the original Smurfs, and some of the Irish Smurfs were all gathered at the theater, and it's a titanic one! And one fun fact is, it's right next to a river! And there's also a little stream that goes under the stage! Wonder why is that for? Oh well, we'll find out soon enough.

/Everyone in the theater\: "/Murmuring for a while\"

/Thomas\: "Cinders and ashes, wonder what the special performance is going to be?"

/Percy\: "Ooh, my axles are tinkling with excitement!"

/Edward\: "Well, if I can recall, at our time period's Ireland, the performance that the people over there do is Irish step-dancing."

/Emily\: "Ooh, that may be."

/Molly\: "Or perhaps a play."

/Nia\: "And of course, Irish music."

/Rebecca\: "We'll whatever it is, we're really sure to like it."

/James\: "/Poutingly\ /MOAN\ I'm so not in the mood to watch the special performance. I rather to keep trying to brag my vanity to the Irish Smurfs, and getting them to like my red coat!"

/Toby\: "/Crossly\ Don't be rude, James!"

/Rosie\: "/Crossly\ And give it a rest why don't you!"

/Flora\: "/Crossly\ And they already told you!"

/Billy\: "/Crossly\ They like green!"

/Charlie\: "/Crossly\ And every shade of it!"

/James\: "HMPH!"

/Everyone in the theater\: "/Murmuring for a while\"

/Smurfette\: "Ooh, I'm really smurfing with excitement!"

/Sassette\: "The special performance that the Irish Smurfs are smurfing will be smurftastic!"

/Nat\: "Wonder what it could be?"

/Snappy\: "Well, it better not be really boring."

/Slouchy\: "It surely won't be."

/Handy\: "Hefty, what's wrong?"

/Hefty\: "Ohhh, I'm just concerned about my rematch with Aiden."

/Vanity\: "Oh yeah, we heard of it."

/Grouchy\: "And he sure seems so upset about the draw that you both smurfed."

/Dreamy\: "So what are you gonna do on your rematch, Hefty?"

/Tuffy\: "Well, he smurfed that he wants another draw with Aiden, and smurf him to learn that winning isn't everything, and to accept it as well."

/Greedy\: "Well that seems a smurfy plan."

/Miner\: "Aye, and I hope it smurfs."

/Hefty\: "Don't you all worry, it will be."

/Everyone in the theater\: "/Murmuring for a while\"

/Allen\: "/Worryingly\ Aiden please, call off your rematch with Hefty and get your 100th win from someone else."

/Aiden\: "/Furiously\ Never, he's the only one that I want, and I want to avenge my pride!"

/Allen\: "/SIGH\ Smurf is me. /Annoyingly and hushed tone\ And such a stubborn lad for a brother you are!"

/Everyone in the theater\: "/Murmuring for a while\"

"/Moment of silence\"

/Cornelius\: "/Announcing\ Good evening to you all. We are all gathered here tonight to smurf a special and welcoming performance for our visitors!"

/The Irish Smurfs\: "/Applauding\"

/Cornelia\: "/Announcing\ And Papa Smurf, we hope you, your little Smurfs, and your contraption friends will enjoy this performance!"

/The Irish Smurfs\: "/Applauding\"

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning the Irish elders signaling the orchestra)

/The Irish Smurf conductor\: "/Tapping his baton on the music stand\"

(RailwaySmurf777)/Stop! Before you continue reading, here is a clip of the performance, and imagine the dancers and choruses as the Irish Smurfs and Irish Fesmurfs and the audiences as the other Irish Smurfs and Irish Fesmurfs, the original Smurfs, and the Engines.\

The performances are, Reel Around The Sun, The Heart's Cry, and The Countess Cathleen/Women Of The Sidhe. To watch them, go to my profile. Play from the beginning to 17:10. Enjoy.

/Now you may continue. (After or if you watched the clip.)\

/The audience\: "/Applauding, cheering, and dinging/whistling for a while\"

/Cornelia\: "/Announcing\ Thank you to our little Smurfs for smurfing the special and welcoming performance to our visitors! Now you all may proceed to dinner!"

/Cornelius\: "/Announcing\ But, Papa Smurf, his little Smurfs, and their contraption friends, please smurf with us!"

"/Sound of the Engines chuffing then stopping\"

/Cornelius\: "Well, what do you all think about our special and welcoming performance?"

/The original Smurfs\: "/Highly Ecstatically\ IT WAS SMURFTASTIC!"

/The Engines\: "/Highly Ecstatically\ AND AMAZING!"

/Dreamy\: "/Highly Ecstatically\ The most smurfiest!"

/Smurfette\: "/Highly Ecstatically\ And how smurftiful!"

/Thomas\: "And we knew there's going to be…"

/Edward\: "/Sternly\ AHEM!"

/Thomas\: "/GASP\ Umm, the most splendid performance ever!"

/Cornelia\: "Well, we're glad you all liked it."

/Thomas\: "/Whispering\ Why you stop me, Edward?"

/Edward\: "/Whispering sternly\ Because we can't puff them that we already know that there be Irish step-dancing along with some Irish music, Thomas. And you know things will get in jeopardy if we do."

/Thomas\: "/Whispering shamefully\ Oh, right."

/Papa\: "So, what are those performances smurfed?"

/Cornelia\: "Well, the first one is smurfed, "Smurf Around The Sun"."

/Cornelius\: "The chorus they smurfed is called "The Heart's Smurf"."

/Cornelia\: "And the last one is smurfed "The Countess Cathleen, or Fesmurfs Of The Sidhe"."

/Papa\: "Ooh, very smurfy."

/Cornelius\: "Now, allow us to introduce you all to our performers. /Whistling wee-ooo-wee\"

"/Moment of silence\"

/Cornelius\: "Everysmurf, these are our lead dancers of the performances, Edgar, and his partner, Edna."

/Edgar & Edna\: "Salutations."

/The original Smurfs\: "Hi."

/The Engines\: "Hello."

/Cornelia\: "And this is the lead of the chorus, Edna's sister, Enya."

/Enya\: "Charmed."

/The original Smurfs\: "Hi."

/The Engines\: "Hello."

/Handy\: "Edgar, your performance is smurfbulous."

/Clumsy\: "And at least you didn't trip."

/Edgar\: "Well, I am a natural."

/Smurfette\: "And your performance is so smurftiful, Edna."

/Sassette\: "Smurf-a-roo."

/Edna\: "And I'm too a natural."

/Emily\: "And you have a beautiful singing voice, Enya."

/Enya\: "Well, I was born to sing and lead a chorus."

/Hefty\: "But, what is that Edgar and Edna smurfed?"

/Edna\: "It's Irish step-dancing, lad."

/Edgar\: "And it's our natural culture, and the Irish music of course."

/Edward\: "/Pretending that he didn't know\ Oh, you don't say."

/Thomas\: "/Giggling\"

/James\: "Well, I had to admit, it is indeed a really splendid culture."

/Grouchy\: "Me too."

/Vanity\: "And I can imagine of me smurfing Irish step-dancing, and I would look handsome smurfing it."

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning everyone rolled their eyes)

/Cornelius\: "Now then, let's have dinner."

/Cornelia\: "Yes, Ginger and Sage have smurfed up a delicious feast."

/Greedy\: "Mmm, I can hardly smurf."

/Cornelia\: "Oh, you sure have a big appetite, lad."

/Greedy\: "Indeed I do."

/Cornelius\: "Oh, we almost forgot."

/The original Smurfs and the Engines\: "Oh, what?"

/Cornelius\: "In a matter of days, we'll be celebrating our natural holiday."

/Papa\: "Ohh, what is it?"

/Cornelia\: "St. Patrick's Day."

/Papa\: "Ah, we smurfed of it."

/Cornelia\: "So you did."

/Papa\: "And if I can resmurf, the tradition on that holiday is smurfing something green, right?"

/Cornelius\: "Yes, any shade of it."

/James\: "/To himself and whiningly\ Oh no. /Then unhappily\ And no wonder the Irish Smurfs love that color."

/Cornelia\: "And also on that holiday, our little Smurfs will be smurfing a special holiday performance."

/Smurfette\: "Ooh, is it more Irish step-dancing and Irish music?'

/Cornelius\: "Yes, and in the end, something magical will happen."

/The girl Engines\: "Ooh, what is it?"

/Cornelia\: "We'll smurf you on that holiday."

/Edward\: "Of course."

/Cornelia\: "Hurry now, we mustn't let the food get cold."

/The Smurflings\: "Indeed not."

/Greedy\: "Then I'll smurf a head smurf! /SWOOSH!\"

/Cornelius\: "Once again, he such has a big appetite."

/Papa\: "Well, that's Greedy to you. /Giggling\"

"/Sound of the Engines chuffing\"

/Papa (Narrating)\:
Smurf, that was the smurfiest welcoming performance that the Irish Smurfs had smurf to us, and indeed, we're smurfing forward on celebrating St. Patrick's Day and another smurfy performance on that holiday. But we wondered, what something magical was going to happen in the end? Well, as we always smurf, we'll just have to wait and smurf.

/Papa (Narrating)\:
The next day, us original Smurfs and the Engines were still enjoying our time at the Irish Smurfs' village. Some of them wanted to help out, and some of them wanted to smurf out. As for me, I was helping Cornelius and Cornelia to smurf some experiments, and it was the smurfiest time ever.

Meanwhile…

"/Sound of Henry chuffing\"

/Henry\: "So, what shall we do today?"

/Tracker\: "A nature stroll, I wanna smurf the nature and beauty of Emerald Isle."

/Nat\: "And the animals that live here."

/Henry\: "I was thinking the same thing as well."

/Nat\: "Then let's smurf."

/Tracker\: "Jolly smurf."

"/Sound of Henry chuffing\"

/An Irish Fesmurf\: "Did I smurf you three are going on a nature stroll?"

/Henry, Nat, & Tracker\: "Oh!"

"/Moment of silence\"

/Henry, Nat, & Tracker\: "Why yes, you did."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Smurfy, may I join you three?"

/Tracker\: "Yes."

/Nat\: "Why not."

/Henry\: "Are you a nature lover as well?"

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "You bet I am."

/Henry, Nat, & Tracker\: "Ahh."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "The name's Lucinda, who are you three?"

/Henry\: "Henry."

/Nat\: "Nat."

/Tracker\: "Tracker."

/Lucinda\: "Please to smurf you all."

/Henry, Nat, & Tracker\: "Likewise."

/Lucinda\: "Well then, let's be off."

"/Sound of Henry chuffing\"

/Lucinda\: "But as we smurf our stroll, I want to see my animal friends."

/Henry\: "Oh we don't mind."

/Tracker\: "Yes, we like to smurf them too."

/Nat\: "The more the smurfier."

/Lucinda\: "Great, this will be a smurfy day for us nature lovers."

/Nat & Tracker\: "We smurf to that."

/Henry\: "And indeed to that."

"/Sound of Henry chuffing\"

"/Sound of Donald and Douglas chuffing\"

/Donald\: "Great Scot, what are going to do today?"

/Douglas\: "I don't know, what do you feel like doing today?'

/Donald\: "/Crossly\ 'Ey, I was asking you, Dougy!"

/Douglas\: "/Crossly\ Well I'm asking you, Donny!"

/Donald\: "/Brakes screeching\ DON'T ASK ME!"

/Douglas\: "/Brakes screeching\ WELL DON'T ASK ME EITHER!"

/Donald\: "UCK, I CAN'T STAND YOU SOMETIMES!"

/Douglas\: "WELL I CAN'T STAND YOU SOMETIMES EITHER! AND YOU ALWAYS NEVER THINK OF SOMETHING TO DO!"

/Donald\: "IS NOT!"

/Douglas\: "IS TOO!"

/Donald\: "IS NOT!"

/Douglas\: "IS TOO!"

/Donald\: "IS NOT!"

/Douglas\: "IS TOO!"

/Donald & Douglas\: "/Quarreling\"

/An Irish Smurf\: "Whoa-whoa-whoa!"

/The Irish Smurf's twin\: "Please you two, calm yoursmurfs down!"

"/Moment of silence\"

/The same first twin Irish Smurf\: "There now, take a deep breath in."

/The same second twin Irish Smurf\: "And let it smurf."

/Donald & Douglas\: "/INHALE, EXHALE\"

/The same second twin Irish Smurf\: "Now, what seems to be the problem?"

/Douglas\: "/Unhappily\ We can't think of something to do."

/Donald\: "/Unhappily\ Aye."

/The same first twin Irish Smurf\: "Oh, are you two Irish too?"

/Donald & Douglas\: "Actually we're Scottish."

/The same second twin Irish Smurf\: "So we smurf."

/The same first twin Irish Smurf\: "But how come you two are actually the same?"

/Donald\: "That's because we're twins."

/Douglas\: "Aye."

/The same second twin Irish Smurf\: "Oh of course."

/The same first twin Irish Smurf\: "We're twins too."

/Donald & Douglas\: "Really?"

/The same first twin Irish Smurf\: "Aye, I'm Neil."

/The same second twin Irish Smurf\: "And I'm Nelson."

/Donald\: "I'm Donald."

/Douglas\: "And I'm Douglas."

/Neil & Nelson\: "Smurfy to meet you two."

/Donald & Douglas\: "Likewise."

/Neil\: "Hmm, don't you two smurf out with the two Smurfs that have the same hats but different medallions?"

/Nelson\: "And are they twins too?"

/Donald\: "Aye, that's my partner, Christopher."

/Douglas\: "And that's my partner, Marco."

/Nelson\: "What, their names don't begin with the same letter."

/Neil\: "I quite agree, my brother."

/Douglas\: "Well, that's what they're named."

/Donald\: "And indeed from Papa Smurf."

/Neil\: "Right."

/Nelson\: "So, why aren't your partners smurfing out with you two?"

/Donald\: "Oh, they're too busy."

/Douglas\: "Aye, they're training the strong laddie Hefty for his rematch."

/Neil\: "Yes, we smurfed, against Aiden. He's so fierce."

/Nelson\: "But also stubborn."

/Donald & Douglas\: "Oh my."

/Nelson\: "Well, I'm sure your partners would like your company right now."

/Neil\: "Besides, we'd like to smurf them, and smurf Hefty's progress of his training. So let's smurf that today."

/Douglas\: "Oh alright."

/Donald\: "If you puff so, let's go."

"/Sound of Donald and Douglas chuffing\"

/Neil\: "I wonder if Aiden can really beat Hefty this time?"

/Nelson\: "Or the other way around."

/Neil\: "Or perhaps another draw."

/Nelson\: "And indeed, who knows."

/Neil & Nelson\: "/Sighing\"

"/Sound of Donald and Douglas chuffing\"

"/Sound of James chuffing\"

/James\: "/Moaning in frustration\ I still can't get any Irish Smurf or Irish Fesmurf to admire my really splendid red coat!"

/Grouchy\: "/In annoyance\ Oh just smurf it up, James!"

/Vanity\: "And they all smurf the same answer, they like the color green."

/Grouchy\: "And just wait until St. Patrick's Day."

/James\: "/Whiningly\ Ohhh, that's what really worries me!"

/Grouchy\: "And I HATE that really worries you!"

/Vanity\: "Well not me, I'll look really handsome smurfing something green for the holiday."

/James\: "/Sarcastically\ Of course you do and will, Vanity."

/Vanity\: "/Furiously\ Oh smurf up and keep smurfing!"

/James\: "/GROWL\"

"/Sound of James chuffing\"

/Another Irish Fesmurf\: "Oooh such a smurfy beaut."

/Vanity\: "Why thank you."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "What a smurfy complexion."

/Vanity\: "I know."

/Vanity\: "Oh do smurf."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Not you, me!"

/Vanity\: "What?! Stop James!"

/James\: "/Brakes screeching\"

/Vanity\: "/Furiously\ Ok, who smurf that?!"

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Why I did of course!"

"/Moment of silence\"

/Vanity\: "/Calmly\ /GASP\ Oh, my mistake, your smurfy complexion IS a smurfy beaut."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Oh, you smurf so?"

/Vanity\: "Oh yes, a true narcissist like me can really smurf it."

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Ooh, I'm a narcissist as well."

/Vanity\: "Indeed you are."

/James\: "/Supportively\ Oooh."

/Grouchy\: "/ANNOYED SIGH\"

/Vanity\: "I'm Vanity, and you are?"

/The same Irish Fesmurf\: "Bryn, and I can smurf why you're named like that. And I admit, your complexion IS a smurfy beaut as well."

/Vanity\: "And so we're even."

/Bryn\: "I do declare."

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning James was still supportive while Grouchy is still annoyed)

/Vanity\: "So, what's the secret to keep your complexion smurfy."

/Bryn\: "I'll smurf it if you smurf me yours."

/Vanity\: "Gladly, and I just happen to smurf my beauty products with me."

/Bryn\: "Well let's smurf them and then we'll smurf to my house."

/Vanity\: "Uh-huh."

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning Bryn and Vanity walking away)

/Grouchy\: "Meeeh."

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning Grouchy got off James and then…)

/James\: "/In shock\ OH!"

"/Moment of silence\"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "/Furiously\ 'EY, WATCH WHERE YOU'RE SMURFING!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "WELL I DON'T CARE!"

/Grouchy\: "AND I DON'T CARE EITHER!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "HMPH!"

/Grouchy\: "HMPH!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "HMPH!"

/Grouchy\: "HMPH!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "HMPH!"

/Grouchy\: "HMPH!"

/Grouchy and the grumpy Irish Smurf\: "HMPH!"

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning Grouchy and the grumpy Irish Smurf stopped quarrelling)

/James\: "/Surprisingly\ Oh my."

"/Moment of silence\"

/James\: "Hmm… Ah. My, my, my, I really can't tell which one of you is the most grouchiest."

/Grouchy\: "Come on James, you know that I'm the most grouchiest!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Well, I'm the most grouchiest in my home village, and I HATE to admit that you are!"

/Grouchy\: "Well I HATE to admit that you are too!"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Meh!"

/James\: "But Grouchy, does this remind you of a certain déjà vu?"

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning Grouchy remembered his quarrel with James at the Island of Sodor)

/James\: "You two maybe the most grouchiest from your home villages, but I say, that you two are two of a kind."

"/Moment of silence\"

/Grouchy\: "Well, do you hate some things?"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Aye, I do."

/Grouchy\: "But what do you hate the most?"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Well, what I hate the most is when somesmurf tries to hug me."

/Grouchy\: "Really, well so do I, but even though, my fellow Smurfs already smurfed me."

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "That happened to me too."

/Grouchy\: "No smurfing."

"/Moment of silence\"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Well, I'll apologize if you will."

/Grouchy\: "Well, you smurf first."

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "No, you first."

/Grouchy\: "/GROWL\"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "/GROWL\"

/James\: "Enough now! Well I think that you two should puff it at the same time."

"/Moment of silence\"

/Grouchy and the grumpy Irish Smurf\: "/Calmly\ Fine."

/James\: "At the count of three. One… two… three."

/Grouchy and the grumpy Irish Smurf\: "I'm sorry."

"/Moment of silence\" (Meaning Grouchy and the grumpy Irish Smurf shake hands)

/James\: "Mmm-hmm."

/Grouchy\: "Well, James smurfed my name, who are you?"

/The grumpy Irish Smurf\: "Grumper, and I can see why you're named like that."

/Grouchy\: "Indeed, but I may be grouchy on the outside, in the inside, I have a heart of gold."

/Grumper\: "You're not the only one, lad."

"/Moment of silence\"

/Grumper\: "What's that around your neck?"

/Grouchy\: "A charm."

/Grumper\: "And judging by the color and number, it's from your strange-looking friend here."

/Grouchy\: "Yup, and he has my charm too, and he's my partner."

/James\: "/PEEP! PEEP!\"

/Grumper\: "Wow. But James, what kind of creature are you?"

/James\: "I'm actually a contraption."

/Grumper\: "Whoa, my friend Johnathan smurfs some contraptions, and he's our village builder, and inventor."

/James\: "Is he now."

/Grouchy\: "I bet my friend Handy had smurfed into him."

/James\: "I bet he did."

"/Moment of silence\"

/Grumper\: "Wait, if you two are partners, is James a big grouch too?"

/James\: "Indeed, and everyone calls me "Grouchy James" when I get grouchy."

/Grumper\: "Hmm-hmm-hmm, what a smurfy nickname."

/Grouchy\: "I have a nickname too."

/Grumper\: "What is it?"

/Grouchy\: "'Happy Grouchy', but whenever I feel I want to be."

/Grumper\: "Well you two, I also have a nickname."

/James\: "Ooh, what is it?"

/Grouchy\: "Yeah, what is it?"

/Grumper\: "'Ecstatic Grumper', but also the same note as Grouchy as well."

/Grouchy & James\: "Ooh."

/Grumper\: "Indeed."

"/Moment of silence\"

/James\: "Well, the day is still young, how about a stroll while talking about the things we hate and love?"

/Grouchy\: "I would love that."

/Grumper\: "So do I."

"/Sound of James chuffing\"

/Grouchy\: "So, what else do you hate?"

/Grumper\: "Ugh, the world of evil!"

/Grouchy\: "Me too!"

/Grumper\: "And what do you hate the most, James?"

/James\: "Ugh, the one thing I hate the most is…"

/Grouchy\: "Ahem!"

/James\: "Umm… Is when no one admires my vanity!"

/Grumper\: "/MOAN\ My friend Bryn always smurfs us to admire her vanity!"

/Grouchy\: "So does my friend Vanity! But also from James."

/James\: "/Sternly\ But not all the time, right Grouchy?"

/Grouchy\: "/MOAN\"

/Grumper\: "Heh-heh-heh, you two are quite the grouchy duo."

/James\: "Indeed."

/Grouchy\: "We truly are."

"/Sound of James chuffing\"

/James, Grouchy, & Grumper\: "/Chit-chatting\"

"/Moment of silence\"
