Chloe grumbled as she stomped up to her room. Maritrash had been flaunting that her crush has asked her out yesterday. She fumed, her vision turning red. How dare Adrein have asked out that… that… baker girl! Chloe reflected that her insults of Marinette were getting stale and maybe she needed a new one. It was just so easy to fall back on the classics.
She passed Zoe's room where she saw Zoe and Marinette sitting on the bed, their hands interlocked and talking. Chloe scoffed at the sight. Clearly Marinette was asking Zoe for advice on how dating worked in America. Adrien was a forward-thinking person; clearly just French traditions would not be enough for him. She stormed off again, her anger getting the better of her. She heard Zoe's door click closed behind her. Was that a moan she heard? No, she must be imaging things.

Chloe was hiding behind a mailbox. She was following Marinette to her first date. If there was a chance to ruins things between Marinette and Adrien, this was her chance. She had asked Sabrina to help her, but for some reason her friend had laughed and told her she was misunderstanding the situation. She scowled at the memory. She would show Sabrina! She would break up her Prince from the commoner.
She saw Marinette waving at a blonde person who Chloe was surprised to see was Zoe, and not Adrien. She frowned and checked her schedule. This was the day and time she had taken down. Maybe she had misheard the conversation between Marinette and Alya. She saw Zoe kiss Marinette on the cheek and nodded approvingly. Her half of a sister was practicing her French traditions. She sighed and snuck away; she wasn't going to get anywhere today. She didn't see Zoe wrap her arm around Marinette and lead her off to a café, them walking very close together.

Chloe had thought she had been angry before, but that had been merely the temper of a child. Now she knew the fury of a woman scorned. Several years has passed since Marinette and Adrien had started dating. Now, on the day after they graduated from High School, she had overheard cap boy and reporter girl, their names were trash to her now, mentioning that Marinette was going to have her first time with her partner. And to make it worse, she was going to do it in the Grand Paris Hotel. How dare that harlot flaunt her success by seducing her Adrien into bed in her home!
She went down to the desk and stole the location of Marinette's rented room and then marched up to it. She pushed the door open and found Zoe helping Marinette with her bra. Both girls face turned red as they stood shirtless and barely dressed in the room.
Chloe started to speak when a pillow hit her in the face.
"Get out, Chloe." Zoe demanded and she heard her mother's wraith in her sister's voice.
Chloe shut the door and did not stop running until she was safely back in her room. Her brain was trying to tell her something, but she shook her head. Clearly, Zoe had a wardrobe malfunction and had gone to Marinette, a seamstress, to help her. A small voice in her head asked,
'Then why was Marinette half-dressed too?'
"Shut up," she told herself out loud. "Clearly it was to make Zoe less uncomfortable. Adrien will be there soon."
Her reason gave up, it had noticed the lip stick stains on Marinette's neck and Zoe's back. Her reason went into a corner and skulked at the rest of the mind being so dumb.

Zoe was standing in Chloe's room. "Chloe, it's been brought to my attention that you have been trying to sabotage Marinette's relationship. I want you to stop if you have any sisterly affection for me."
Chloe looked down at the floor. She recalled all to well what her meddling had done. She had tried to embarrass Maritrash in front of Adrien and Zoe had ended up face first in Andre's ice cream cart.
"I'll stop. I'm sorry."
Zoe gave her a hug. "You don't have to be jealous. I'll always have time for my big sister if you will let me be your sister that is."
Chloe felt part of this conversation was getting away from her. She hugged Zoe back but felt the sadness settle in. If Zoe supported Adrienette, she would have to as well. She owed her sister that much.

It was Maritrash's wedding day. Chloe was surprised to be asked to be part of the bridal party. She still didn't like Marinette but had been civil to her for years now. Marinette had given her a place in the Bridesmaids. She was unsure why Marinette had thought this was a good idea.
Chloe and the other girls entered the church first, and to her surprise, she saw Adrien sitting in a pew next to Nathalie. He was smiling but clearly not dressed to be married. Then she saw who was waiting for Marinette at the top of the aisle. Zoe was standing there in a pale-yellow wedding dress with black lace. Marinette's dress was pale red with black lace. Marinette's hand was given by her father to Zoe. Chloe felt her head swirl as she fell back and fainted to the floor.

"Let me get this straight, you never once realized Marinette and I were together? Even when you caught is in the act of our first-time having sex together?"
"I'm sorry, I'm dumb."
"You are. I thought you were jealous Marinette was taking me from you."
"I mean, maybe some small part of me knew, but most of me was in denial. I'm alright now, I promise. You'll make a good wife for my sister, Marinette."
"Thanks Chloe, thought I have no idea how you didn't hear me talking about Zoe has my fiancée all this time."
"Never underestimate the women of our family being stubborn." Her father walked up to them. "Come on now, my daughters. Let's go to the reception."
Chloe linked arms with her sisters. "Is Adrien still single?"
The other girls laughed as they headed off together.
