Episode 2: Not So Happy Campers - Part 2

"Last time, on Total Drama Island! Twenty-two campers have signed up to spend eight weeks right here at this crummy old summer camp, then have to face the judgment of their fellow campers."

"It's our first challenge, how hard can it be?" The clip of Rodney eating with his team was shown, followed by a switch to the cliff.

"Oh, (BLEEP)!"

(Theme Song)

\[Several shots of the lights and cameras hidden around camp popping out and turning on, often at the expense of the wildlife. A cue card marks a transition to a fly-by shot starting at the docks and 'Wawanakwa' sign, past the camp facilities, and over the top of the host drinking coffee in a director's chair just as the lyrics start.\]

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine;

\[The camera flies through the trees and up to the largest cliff, peeking over to see two rings of buoys laid out in the water.\]

You guys are on my mind!

\[The camera dives off the cliff and into an underwater shot; Chase is shown in his swim trunks. He is observing a fish until he sees a shark rushing towards them, causing Chase and the fish to go in opposite directions.\]

You asked me what I wanted to be,

And now I think the answer is plain to see!

\[A cut to the surface, where Damien and Priya are sitting on a surfboard and looking at each other. The fish surfaces, allowing for an eagle to come pick it up.\]

I wanna be...famous!

\[The eagle and fish hang in front of the sun for a moment before the eagle drops the fish into the woods. The camera pans down to Rodney sitting on a stump and looking at pictures admiringly; the fish hits him in the head, knocking him over. The camera zooms out to show MK and Scott watching the scene and laughing.\]

I wanna live close to the sun!

\[The camera zooms to another part of camp, showing Gwen and Millie sitting in an inflatable raft and about to go over a waterfall. Millie is writing in her book while Gwen is writing in her diary, and they notice the fall too late and scream as they go over the edge.\]

Well pack your bags, 'cause I've already won!

\[The shot pans down to the bottom of the waterfall, showing Geoff standing on a broken log suspended between two rocks. He is chugging down two sodas while Gwen and Millie fall behind him. Izzy, feeling excited, comes into view by swinging on a vine and collides with Geoff, sending both flying off to the left of the camera.\]

Everything to prove, nothing in my way;

\[The camera rapidly pans to follow Geoff and Izzy, and they eventually slam into the outhouse confessional. The impact causes Anne Maria to fly out the door, and the camera pans over to the Main Lodge – Chef's silhouette is visible in the window.\]

I'll get there one day.

\[The camera moves in past the window to show a smirking Chef, arm deep in a large pot of something sickly green. He looks behind him to where Sam and Topher are sitting, both tied up. The two share a nervous glance.\]

'Cause I wanna be...famous!

\[The camera pans left to show Eva and Ripper arm wrestling. Eva gets the upper hand and pins Ripper's arm to the table. The camera zooms out past another window to show the edge of the docks. Katie and Sadie are sitting and admiring someone off-camera.\]

(Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa)

\[A pan down the docks shows Justin looking at his reflection in both his mirrors. The camera pans right to show a seagull, with a fragment of net wrapped around its neck, sitting on the water as a shark jumps over it and eats a trout in mid-air. The seagull appears to be safe until a mysterious tentacle grabs it, and pulls it under the water.\]

I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa)

\[The camera moves to Jasmine, who waves at the camera before stepping back. She pulls out two fire batons and starts twirling them around.\]

I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa)

\[Jasmine tosses a baton up to the sky as the scene transitions, panning down to reveal Sky and Trent sitting at a campfire in front of a large full moon as Trent is holding his guitar. They look into each other's eyes but are startled by Brick's sudden appearance between them, a smile on full display. The shot zooms out to show the other campers also sitting around the fire and whistling the last few notes of the theme song as Chris watches.\]

The episode resumes with the campers on the cliff. "Okay!" Chris said next to a crate. "Today's challenge is threefold! Your first task is to jump off this one-thousand-foot high cliff, into the lake."

"Sounds easy enough," Priya said with confidence to Sam.

"If you look down, you will see two target areas." Chris continued. "The wider area represents the part of the lake that we have stocked with psychotic," he laughed as a shark jumped out of the water, "man-eating sharks! Inside that area is a safe zone. That's your target area, which we're pretty sure is shark-free!"

"Wait, what?" Millie asked.

"For each member of your team that jumps and actually...survives, there will be a crate of supplies waiting below," Chris presented the two stacks of crates on the beach. "Inside each crate are supplies that you'll need for the second part of the challenge...building a hot tub!

"The team with the best one gets to have a wicked hot tub party tonight!" the host continued. "The losers will be sending someone home. Let's see… Killer Bass! You're up first!"

Jasmine looked down at the water. "So, who wants to go first?"

As expected, nobody volunteered and just stayed still.

"It must be safe," Ripper said. "These shows have the interns test everything beforehand."

The footage cut to Chris and Chef at the top of the cliff, the latter wearing his swimsuit. "We need to test the stunts first!" Chris exclaimed. "You know that!"

"Do I look like an intern?" Chef asked.

"No," Chris replied, "but the ones we had are all in the hospital. Come on. Just jump it, you big chicken!" He made a few clucking noises.

"I don't get paid enough for this man," Chef said, snapping his swim goggles over his eyes. He jumped off the cliff and screamed all the way down.

Chef landed in the water and surfaced. "Hey! I made it!" he said. "I made it man!" He then felt something underwater. "Something just brushed by my foot!" he looked around while a shark fin swam behind. "Hey Chris, man! Somethin' ain't right down here!"

He sank below the water before jumping out of it, screaming and running away from the shark.

Chris wrote something on a clipboard. "Well! That seems safe enough," he concluded and walked away.

The footage was back to the present. "So, who's up?" Eva asked her teammates.

"I'd like to wait for a while," Rodney offered.

"I'll jump first," Jasmine stepped up. "All we have to do is time it right and make it to the safe zone."

She jumped off the cliff and landed in the inner circle. She surfaced and smiled at her team while a boat came to pick her up.

"She did it! I'll go next!" Sam told his team before jumping off the cliff. "CANNONBALL!" he shouted boisterously… only to crash into a buoy. Jasmine winced while watching the gamer slide into the safe zone.

A series of campers jumping started. Geoff came first, cheering the whole way down. Eva followed shortly, screaming "Look out below!" Priya was next, laughing and cheering joyfully.

Back at the clifftop, Damien was next in line but looked worried. "I am not jumping," he said.

"Why not?" Chris asked.

"That water is filled with sharks," Damien said. "I don't do well around them."

"That's okay, man," Chris seemingly comforted him. "Unfortunately, that also makes you a chicken." He placed a chicken hat on top of the nervous wreck's head. "So, you'll have to wear this for the rest of the day."

"It's just a hat," Damien said. "I can handle it."

Chris made chicken noises in order to tease Damien. "That means the chicken's path down is that-a-way," he showed an escalator somehow attached to the cliff, and Damien walked down on it. "Next?"

"I'll do it!" Scott offered and dived off. He hit a rough patch of the cliff, sending him tumbling. Nevertheless, Scott made it to the safe zone, much to his team's delight.

Confessional: Scott

"Like I care if we win or lose," Scott said. "It's all part of my strategy. Let my team lose so the Gophers develop a fall sense of security before I pick 'em off!" he explained his plan. "I can't throw the challenges all the time, otherwise my team will get suspicious, so I'll have to pretend to give it my all."

Confessional Ends

Rodney was the next person in line. He jumped off and was doing pretty well, until he landed onto the water groin first. He howled in pain, and his teammates and even the sharks winced at his pain. "My biscuits!" Rodney held his groin and sank underwater.

"Oh, hate to see that happen!" Chris commented as he and Topher witnessed Rodney's misfortune.

"Tell me about it," Topher complimented. "You have a way of putting people in pain."

"Thanks, Topher," Chris smiled. "So are you gonna jump into the water?"

"Heck no," Topher refused. "I saw what happened to Rodney, and I don't want to injure my privates or get my hair soaked."

"You can chicken out if you want, but it might end up costing your team the win," Chris reminded.

"I'm not worried," Topher said with no fear. "Damien didn't jump as well, and given how whiny he is, I'll be safe from getting eliminated."

"You know the game so well, but here is your chicken hat," Chris placed the hat on Topher's head.

"I'll have to comb my hair again after I get the hat off," Topher moaned while leaving.

Chris was now holding a clipboard and checking the progress. "So, let's tally up the results. Hold on, that's seven jumpers and two chickens. We're missing two."

Sadie and Katie were holding each other's hand while Izzy watched them. "I'm not jumping without Katie!" Sadie declared.

"We have to be on the same team, Chris!" Katie begged. "Please!"

Katie and Sadie stood in front of Chris and began to plead over and over. "Please! Can we? Can we, can we, Chris? Can we, can we, can we?!"

"I'll switch places with her," Izzy spoke up.

"All right, fine!" Chris said in exasperation. "You're both on the Killer Bass now. Izzy, you're on the Screaming Gophers."

"Yes!" The BFFFLs cheered and Izzy went over to her new team.

"That means you're up, girls!" Chris told Katie and Sadie.

Katie and Sadie held each other's hand and ran down the cliff. "We're coming, Killer Bass!" They shouted to the team and jumped into the safe zone.

Chris observed the score. "Okay. So that's nine jumpers and two chickens." He turned around to look at the other team. "Screaming Gophers! If you can beat that, we'll throw in a pull cart to put your crates on!"

"Nice," Trent focused on his team. "Okay guys, who's up first?"

The Gophers were silent until Ripper broke the silence. "Allow me to take the dive, you guys," he said and ran forward. "OH YEAH!!!" the bully bellowed out and dived off the cliff, landing into the safe zone in the process.

He then surfaced back up. "That was awesome!" Ripper cheered. "You can all jump now, unless you're total sissies!"

"And I thought someone was going to chicken out, but I guess I was wrong," Izzy said to herself. "Now to make it to the safe zone as well." She jumped off the cliff and landed in the safe zone next to Ripper.

"Seems you're not a chicken," Ripper said.

"I don't like giving up," Izzy said back.

"I was nervous before, but since nobody is dying from this challenge, I could give it a try," Millie told Chris.

Chris laughed. "Cool, but you're holding your team up."

Once again, a series of jumping contestants started to play. Millie was screaming her lungs out, Gwen was also yelping as well, Sky was in a cannonball position doing a front flip, and Chase was laughing and having fun jumping.

Justin dived into the water next, but he missed the safe zone. The sharks swam towards him, and his teammates warned him to get away, but then the sharks stopped at the sight of Justin's beauty.

The sharks grew attracted to him, and moments later, they carried Justin to shore.

Meanwhile, Anne Maria was looking down at the water. "No way am I doin' this. I haven't even completed my tan before I know we'd be gettin' into our swimsuits," she said and took the chicken hat from Chris.

Izzy and Ripper witnessed this. "Seriously?" Ripper said in annoyance. "The water isn't even that bad."

"I know, right," Izzy nodded.

Confessional: Anne Maria

"Sure, I want to win a million dollars, but not at the expense of my looks," Anne Maria confessed. "I mean, check me out. Perfect hair, perfect tan… all this is worth a billion, easy."

Confessional Ends

"Let's do this!" Trent told Brick and MK and jumped off the cliff, perfectly landing in the safe zone.

Chris held up a megaphone. "Okay, campers! There's only two people left!" he talked about MK and Brick. "You guys need this jump for the win!" He turned to Brick and said "No pressure, dude!" Brick smiled confidently until the host added "Okay, there's pressure!"

Down below, the Screaming Gophers were encouraging and giving Brick support to jump into the water.

Confessional: Brick

"I learned how to swim back at training," Brick confessed, "so that can come in handy if I don't land in the safe zone."

Confessional: Geoff

"I'm looking at this guy and thinking, 'There's no way he's gonna make it.'," Geoff smiled.

Confessional: MK

"If that Brick dude goes through with this, he's screwed," MK shrugged.

Confessionals End

The camera cut back to Chris and Brick at the clifftop. "Take a good run at it buddy," Chris coached. "You can do this!"

"I just need to warm up first," Brick said as he stretched his arms.

The other members of the Screaming Gophers who'd already jumped were shown on the beach looking up at Brick, as well as a few members of the Killer Bass.

"Come on, dude!" Chase called up to his teammate.

Brick charged past Chris and jumped off the cliff. He screamed at first, but got the hang of it and cheered until he splashed into the water.

Brick got back up and felt proud of himself. "Mission accomplished!"

The Screaming Gophers cheered for his effort, and Chase celebrated with a "Ten point landing!"

Chris turned to MK. "MK, you're the last person standing," he said. "Care to take a dive?"

"You don't need to ask me twice," MK said and jumped off the cliff, landing next to Brick in the water.

"I commend you on your bravery," Brick complimented MK.

"It was nothing," MK shrugged.

Chris used his megaphone once more. "The winners! The Screaming Gophers!"

Confessional: MK

"I could've simply taken the escalator and not jumped, but that would put both teams in a tie and we'd likely lose our carts," MK explained. "I'm not going home first."

Confessional Ends

(Commercial Break)

The Gophers were carrying their crates in carts back to the cabins and singing '99 Bottles of Pop'.

"Forty-nine bottles of pop on the wall, forty-nine bottles of pop! If one of those bottles should happen to fall, forty-eight bottles of pop on the wall!"

The Bass, on the other hand, were struggling with their crates. They had to carry, push, or kick the crates to the campgrounds.

Damien was in the middle of pushing his crate, but was having difficulty. "How much do these crates weigh?" he asked as he tried to push his crate, but it stayed still.

Topher was pushing his crate until he stopped suddenly. "Ugh! Did I get a splinter?" the fanboy inspected his hand in a bothered manner.

Eva came over and lifted Topher's crate. "Shut up and pick up your crate!" She dropped the crate in front of him. "Chicken!"

"Splinters aren't a minor issue, you know," Topher said back. "I could get an infection, or lose a lot of blood."

His complaint caused Eva and Rodney to look at each other in disbelief.

The camera cut back to the Gophers. As they sang past the thirty-second bottle, Sky found a conch shell on the ground. After picking it up and inspecting it, she left it on the ground and ran to catch up with the other Gophers.

Over on the Bass, Scott dropped the crate he was carrying. "I have to go pee," he informed his team.

"Don't take too long," Priya said to Scott. "We are falling behind."

"Oh, I have to go too," Katie said while she and her friend were pushing a crate together.

"You do? Oh my gosh, me too!" Sadie responded and they stopped pushing and followed Scott. However, they decided to go a different direction than him.

A fly flew around Topher's face, causing the boy to smack it at his right eye. As a result, it became swollen. "My eye!" he shouted. "I need an ice pack! A bag of frozen peas! Anything!"

The scene cut back to the Gophers. "...should happen to fall, twenty-eight bottles of pop on the wall!"

The team came to a stop. "Hey look!" Millie said as she looked at the cabins. "There's the campgrounds!"

"That was super easy!" Izzy bragged.

"I'm kind of surprised!" Ripper added.

Meanwhile, Rodney saw Sadie and Katie coming their way. "Are you girls all better?" he asked cautiously.

"Yep!" Katie answered.

"We should go now. I don't want us to waste time," Sam said as the BFFFLs pushed a crate in front of him, their butts starting to turn red.

"Ooh, something's itching me," Sadie whined. "Are you itchy too?"

Katie looked at Sadie. "Totally itchy. Really bad."

The camera cut to Chris walking past Izzy, Sky, and Trent as they worked to open a pair of crates by using their teeth. "Remember, you guys can only use your teeth to open the crates!" the host said. "I came up with that one!"

Izzy was focused on as she pulled on the rope. "Hey! I think I got it open!" She yanked the rope, and the crate opened to show materials. "Rope burn on my tongue!" she winced in pain.

The footage changed back to Katie and Sadie noticing their burning butts turning more red. "Ooh, it's really itching now," the latter said.

"Mine feels like it's burning," Katie replied.

"Okay, I have to scratch!" Sadie declared, causing the two girls to stop pushing and start scratching their butts.

Chris was pulling up on his red ATV. "You guys are way behind the other team," Chris criticized them. "Like, way behind. What's the problem?"

"Their butts are itchy!" Topher answered.

Chris caught a glimpse of Topher's swollen eye and winced. "Ooh, that's bad!"

"Did you girls squat down when you peed in the woods?" Jasmine started to question the itchy girls.

"Yeah," Katie replied.

"Did you notice what kind of plants you were squatting over?" Jasmine continued.

"They were kind of oval-shaped and green and all over the place," Sadie answered.

"Were they low to the ground? About this big?" Jasmine physically described the plant, and the girls nodded. "You two squatted on poison ivy."

After hearing those words, Katie and Sadie stopped scratching their butts and began to panic.

"No way. That's awesome!" Chris chuckled at their pain.

"Somebody help us!" Katie shouted as she and Sadie were rubbing their butts against the sand.

Back at the campgrounds, the Gophers had managed to open a few of their crates and were now looking through their contents.

Ripper pulled out two pairs of wood. "Look at this! I got wood!"

Brick took out a hammer and a pool liner. "I've got some tools here, and what looks like a pool liner."

Anne Maria was also looking for tools until MK went up to her. "Hey Anne Maria, there's something I want to ask you," MK said.

"What's up?" Anne Maria wondered.

"How come you didn't jump off the cliff?" MK asked. "And don't lie to me. You're wearing a chicken hat."

"I didn't want to mess up my hair or my tan," Anne Maria made clear, "and besides, the other team has two chickens while we only have one, so I don't see what the big deal is."

"I'd hold this against you normally, but since we got the carts, I'm gonna let this slide," MK said.

"That's good," Anne Maria smiled as MK left her alone.

Confessional: MK

"Anne Maria is definitely the vain and self-centered type, but I don't want to throw any hate her way," MK made note. "It's best to fly under the radar."

Confessional Ends

Izzy, Sky, and Trent were standing near their crate until they saw the Killer Bass, particularly Sam, Topher, and Priya, arriving with crates on their hands.

"That took forever!" Sam panted.

"Hey, what's up guys?" Trent greeted the team.

Chase rose up from the crate. "Hey, what happened to those two girls?" His question caused the Bass to look around.

Sadie and Katie had their shorts pulled down and were soaking their butts on the ocean in order to get rid of the rashes.

"They had a poison ivy problem, so they're in the water to soak it off," Priya answered.

"On the positive side, they didn't get bitten by flies, otherwise they'd have to soak their faces," Sam whispered to Topher.

"That's funny," Topher laughed.

Chase took notice of Topher's eye. "Yikes! What happened to your eye, dude?"

"A bug flew into his eye and stung it," Sam explained.

"And eye drops would be appreciated right now," Topher complained.

"I packed some for the show," Priya took a small bottle out and handed it to the fanboy. "You can keep that one."

The scene cut to Geoff standing on top of a few crates. "Okay. Dudes, it's not too late. We can do this!" he tried to coach his team, but his speech didn't inspire the team, and they were all looking bored and unwilling to do anything.

"Everyone, listen up," Jasmine stood up and got everyone's attention. "We have a hot tub to complete, and we need a manager. Since nobody's stepping up, I'm taking the liberty of team leader. Any objections?"

"Where do we begin?" Scott wondered.

"First, we open the crates," Jasmine instructed them. "We need all the help we can get, so who'll go get Katie and Sadie?"

"I'll do it!" Priya volunteered.

"I'll come as well," Damien said as well with a smile at Priya's direction. "I'm not really good at constructing."

For the Gophers, Justin and MK were hammering in the nails. For the Bass, Topher and Geoff were stacking the wood together, but due to the instability, the pool fell apart.

Anne Maria handed Brick a hammer to plug a nail into the pool. Sam and Rodney were fighting over who gets the hammer. It fell out of their hands, and it landed on Scott's crotch. Priya picked up a board and unintentionally hit Scott in the head with it multiple times.

The Gophers had formed a bucket brigade between the lake and their tub. From Sky to Chase to Justin to Gwen, the water was poured into the pool. The Bass, on the other hand, were shown fixing a leak that appeared by putting duct tape on the hole courtesy of Jasmine.

The scene cut to both teams standing by their hot tubs with Chris looking at them.

Chris looked at the Screaming Gophers'. "This is an awesome hot tub!" he exclaimed, and the Gophers cheered.

Chris approached the Bass, who gasped as Chris was squirted by a leak. Eventually, the tub couldn't hold and it got disassembled.

"Well, I think we have a winner here!" Chris decided. "The Screaming Gophers!"

The Gophers cheered and the Bass looked glum. "Gophers!" Chris told the winning team, "you're safe from elimination and you get to rock this awesome hot tub for the rest of the summer! Bonus!"

The Gophers cheered again.

"Killer Bass!" Chris turned his head to them. "What can I say? Sucks to be you right now! I'll see your sorry butts at the bonfire tonight."

"We get to stay here for another three days!" Millie cheered and hugged Izzy.

"And I can relax in this pool whenever I want," Ripper said while resting in the pool in his swimsuit.

The camera cut to the Mess Hall. The Gophers were eating while the Bass were in the middle of a discussion.

"So, uh, what do we do now?" Katie asked from her seat.

"We need to decide who to kick off tonight," Jasmine replied.

"Well I think it should be Damien or Topher," Eva listed out quickly.

"And why are you drawing us out?" Topher questioned her.

"I'm not dumb. You two are the only ones wearing chicken hats," Eva pointed out.

"And you guys couldn't even push a crate without taking a break every ten seconds," Scott added.

"I just didn't want to die," Damien said defensively.

"You would've been safe if you jumped into the safe zone," Priya comforted him.

"That's the thing," Damien continued. "I could've missed and a shark would've noticed me. Not everybody made it in, and I almost got killed by a shark in the past once."

Some of the team members began to feel sympathetic about his plight. "Oh. Sorry about that, dude," Geoff said with sympathy.

"And you," Eva focused on Topher. "Give us a reason why you did not jump off the cliff, because right now, Damien has a perfect excuse for not doing so."

"Well, I needed to make sure my body was still in perfect condition," Topher scoffed. "I say we vote you out. After all, you're so angry all the time. Who needs that?"

"Hey, at least she jumped, Swell Eye," Scott retorted.

"Everyone, take it down a notch!" Jasmine demanded. "This is our first day, and we should not be bickering!"

"This is getting pretty heated," Sam stood up and exited the lodge. "I'm going to use the bathroom."

"You can go, but remember not to vote me off," Topher said. "After all, who'd want their good looks to be ruined on international TV? Not me."

"It's reality TV," Scott scoffed. "What did you expect?"

"I got a splinter on my hand and had my eye bitten by a bug," Topher said in defense. "Who knows what could happen to me next?"

"You getting your face punched in if you don't shut up in the next two minutes, primadonna," Eva went up to the fanboy and held up a fist threateningly, and it got him to be quiet and gulp nervously.

Confessional: Eva

"That skin-care goof is going to bite the dust really bad," Eva said. "He's extremely annoying, and I'm pretty sure the team wouldn't be weaker without him."

Confessional Ends

The scene cuts to the Killer Bass at the elimination ceremony.

"Killer Bass," Chris said while holding a plate of marshmallows. "At camp, marshmallows represent a tasty treat that you enjoy roasting by the fire. At this camp, marshmallows represent life."

Damien was feeling anxious, but turned to smile at Priya, who rolled her eyes in amusement.

"You've all cast your votes," Chris continued, "and made your decision. There are only ten marshmallows on this plate! When I call your name, come up and claim your marshmallow. The camper who does not receive a marshmallow tonight must immediately return to the Dock of Shame to catch the Boat of Losers. That means, you're out of the contest. And you can't come back. Ever."

"The first marshmallow goes to...Geoff!" The party guy smiled, and approached the host to get a marshmallow put on the stick he held.

"Sam!"

"Sweet!" Sam gleamed and went to get his treat.

"Katie!"

"Jasmine!"

"Rodney!"

"Scott!"

"Sadie!" Chris called out next.

"Oh yay!" Sadie gained her marshmallow and hugged Katie. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Priya!"

"Eva!"

Damien and Topher were left.

"Campers," Chris said, "this is the final marshmallow of the evening!"

The bottom two looked nervously at each other and waited for Chris to announce the last person safe.

"Damien."

As Topher felt sad, Damien ran up to get his stick that Chris put a marshmallow on.

"Can't say I'm shocked," Chris said. "You couldn't even handle small injuries without complaining." He made his way over to Topher. "Dock of Shame is that way, bro!"

Topher started walking, and the footage skipped ahead to him walking the Dock of Shame alone.

"The rest of you!" Chris addressed the remaining Bass. "Enjoy your marshmallows! You're all safe. For tonight."

Topher was shown at the end of the dock as the Boat of Losers, driven by Chef, arrived.

Confessional: Scott

"I could've kept Topher in the game," Scott said. "No way is he strong or powerful enough, and that would be good for my plan, but he dug himself into a pit deeper than my family's roots when they grow."

Confessional Ends

The scene cut to the Gophers partying. MK, Sky, Brick, Justin, and Trent were all enjoying the hot tub, and Brick raised a glass to toast. "To the Screaming Gophers!" The four in the tub with him repeated the toast, and they all cheered. Those that weren't in the tub also cheered.

"Go Gophers! Go Gophers!" Anne Maria began to dance in front of the tub. Chase and Ripper joined in, the three chanting "Go Gophers!" over and and over again.

Damien, Jasmine, and Scott walked past them. Scott stopped when he noticed the camera. "Are you still recording?" he asked. "Good. They can enjoy their winners' party all they want," the devious farmer narrowed his eyes dangerously, "but I am going to win this competition and nobody will stop me."

Killer Bass: Damien, Eva, Geoff, Jasmine, Katie, Priya, Rodney, Sadie, Sam, Scott

Screaming Gophers: Anne Maria, Brick, Chase, Gwen, Izzy, Justin, Millie, MK, Ripper, Sky, Trent

Author's Note: Since there's no clear fodder in this team like Ezekiel, Staci, or Leonard, I felt Topher was as good a first boot as any.
